Our 3rd Quarter 2023 Wrap Up web presentation is a work in progress that builds as we publish our weekly segments—Solari Report subscribers can access it HERE.

A great deal of intelligence can be invested in ignorance when the need for illusion is deep.”

By Catherine Austin Fitts

This week, we continue publication of our 3rd Quarter 2023 Wrap Up. Dr. Joseph P. Farrell joins me for Part II of News Trends & Stories.

Worldwide, the geopolitical and financial spheres are exhibiting rising uncertainty. For that reason, in Part II, Joseph and I focus our attention on our long list of unanswered questions (now numbering 50), including questions such as who is Mr. Global and what does Mr. Global know about geophysical risks. As propaganda, mind control, AI, and false flags ramp up to intense levels, it may be harder to know what is true, but our discussion of unanswered questions can at least help us map out the areas to which we should be paying the most attention.

On October 31, Tim Caban and I will present the quarterly Equity Overview, and on November 14, Ricardo Oskam will join me for News Trends & Stories, Part III, a new feature in which we discuss how our picks for the top 20 stories relate to your personal wealth-building journey and the six pillars of the Building Wealth curriculum. Whitney Webb—the guest author for the Wrap Up theme—will then return to the Solari Report to help us understand what we need to know about the snowballing AI phenomenon.

Recognizing that each person’s circumstances are unique, we hope, as always, that our discussion will guide you toward solutions, helping you determine actions you can take and tactics that are right for you.

Money & Markets:

In Money & Markets this week, John Titus and I will cover the latest events and continue to discuss the financial and geopolitical trends we are tracking in 2023—and the pushback rocking and rolling us around the globe. Post questions at the Money & Markets commentary here.

  1. I am fascinated by the question of what to when others take the injection and are then sick, after being warned. I have has such deep sadness and grief by this fact. I have close friends that are sick. I have a coworker I begged not to take it, told him to “wait and gather more info” knowing he would be sick thereafter. He told me it is his decision, which it is clearly, and his knowledge was one of thinking the injection was needed to help him. When I was then physically with him in a meeting, he then had various symptoms. I have found this very difficult to witness.

  2. I appreciate this new format and found this section on risk management especially interesting. I am curious to explore the works of Ingo Swan.
Thank you all at Solari for your efforts to help seed and protect “A Free and Inspired Life.”
I totally agree that “they are intent on harvesting our creativity”….I find in my soul healing work, that restoring the flow of creativity is critical for restoring health and sovereignty.

  3. I just had an opportunity to savor Part 2 of the 3rd Quarter Wrap Up. I have to agree with and applaud Dr. Farrell’s observations about teacher education.

In the late 1960’s I was attending college preparing to become a high school history teacher. I recall how much I loved the history courses and how I dreaded the education classes–called “methods” back then. Oh, what a waste of time those were!

  4. Thank you Catherine and Dr. Farrell! I always enjoy your “quarterly sense making”.
So many great quotes and points of resonance. As a Christ follower- I know how much fervent prayer can do in a life and in the lives of family and community.
We do and have done for many years the same type of “tithing”. Community members and excellent organizations get our time, attention and dollars.
Excellent quote – “Currency of the future will be relationships of trust.”
    Agreed wholeheartedly!

  5. As a person who has meditated for some 55 odd years now, I can lend credence to what Catherine and Joseph said about a barrier one must break through. I sense it, too. Do not give up, as we all know how important this is for our own ability to shine through and live in the moment in joy and peace regardless of the shadow work, the friction, and the general tension we are otherwise immersed in. My own sense of this is that one person with a pure eye is worth a hundred who are deluded and lost in little self. Make that devil mad, in other words, and you’ll defeat him.

Another profound thought passed on to me by someone who endured the Fukushima incident once said to me: We don’t need your sympathy and sadness. We need the highest vibration of love you can hold, to help us now.

Try getting out in nature more, perhaps? This has helped me — in fact, I created a sanctuary within my little greenhouse where I’ve been blessed to now have a vibrational imprint of Christ Consciousness that lifts me up when I struggle to break through the barrier. An energetic oasis! I also take more frequent walks sans any other entertainment, and watch the wind blow through the trees.

Persist! Find your own best methods, and carry on. We must.

    1. Excellent inspiring comment and give you credit for meditating for so many years. I receive so much calmness from doing it yet have such a hard time getting myself to sit down. I will persist! Thank you.

  6. Incredible report – thank you for putting all the care into these!

Wondering if Dr. Farrell might be able to share more information on the ancient / traditional / spiritual food-restricting fasting he referenced? Thank you again!

  7. Hi, you mentioned a (Swedish?) author, and I didn’t quite catch the name. Please can you advise on the references. Warm thanks

  8. Solari team,

What is the piano piece in the Solari intros, please? I’d like to get sheet music! I always appreciate the ‘state’ this music puts me in. ?

  9. Thank you Joseph! You speak the truth! I love what you do . How about speaking he truth. You do!

  10. Music! fundamentaly the organ! Thank you Joseph for reintroducing me to a higher level of a spiritual awareness that I understood as a child. I played the “Rock of Ages” on my Christmas present, the organ. I felt there is no way it is an Organ yet it is in more ways than we know! Can it be that simple!

  11. Russia is extremely important for the future of humanity, in the Sixth Post Atlantean Epoch. Right now is the Fifth Post Atlantean Epoch, the Anglo -American time of the Consciousness Soul. The western brotherhoods, secret societies, the non-state actors Joseph mentioned, want to maintain Anglo-American domination indefinitely, not to let inspiration come to the Russians for new cultural impulses. Some interim guidance for the new impulse from Russia should be coming from Central Europe. That’s the reason for the intensity, the rabidity, against Germany that you mention. Remember the elites financed German rearmament and the rise of the National Socialists in order to keep Russia and Germany apart for a long time.

  12. “They want our creativity, they don’t have any” Catherine’s comment shook me. I’ve always said that demonic forces can’t create they can only destroy or invert. Divine power is the creativity. I saw in an instant how the gathered data could construct a stilted combination-creativity. Wow! I realigned several understandings in one stroke!!

    1. Machine “learning” aka AI looks for possible correlation between data events, in the search for creative cause-and-effect. This requires timestamps on each event, hence the value of real-time surveillance. Creative humans don’t need continuous data, as they can infer/interpolate/imagine.

Thus, a low-cost defense technique is to move from real-time to asynchronous communication, e.g. use a faraday bag and work offline in low-EMF locations, except for periodic (e.g. every 4h) short periods of synchronization.

By limiting non-creative observers to the recent past, denying access to the immediate creative present, one can reclaim the near future from non-creative emulation and manipulation (e.g. The Adjustment Bureau film scenarios).

    2. Yes, and regarding human creativity: I’m going to be blunt about something that really needs saying these days: sexual energy, and orgasm particularly, are creative phenomenon. If, as we know, many people worldwide are using porn to achieve this “climax”, they ought to be aware that this creative energy is being “siphoned” by the Ministers of Porn et al: who cannot be of the Light.

      1. Important to have this conversation. IMO on line porn often comes with significant entrainment and subliminal purposes used for control and it has done a great deal to manipulation and brainwash.

  13. Related to food supply. I just watched an interview on Russell Brand’s show w/Will Harris a south Georgia farmer. His book A Bold Return to Giving a Damn looks like a winner. Thank you for another fine show. Catherine & Joe could easily have a weekly show. Much appreciated.

  14. Dr. Farrell mentioned fasting.

For those of you who want to learn about (water) fasting, here is an excellent course. It’s from the Canadian Academy of Homeopathy.
Warning: it’s very in depth and comprehensive.

Ending the fast is the most critical part of fasting for the average person. Don’t fast if you have Type I diabetes (unless you’re at a fasting clinic). If you’re on multiple medications, it’s best for you to be at a fasting clinic (like True North).

A true fast only really starts on Day 3-5. I’ve fasted people at home for 14 days, but not longer. It’s hard for people to take time off from work, abstain from cell phones etc.. . for an extended period of time. If you want to do a longer fast, it’s best to go to a fasting clinic where they have the correct, supporting environment with highly trained physicians to monitor your progress.

    1. Maybe this?

      https://www.christianity.com/wiki/god/god-in-three-persons-a-doctrine-we-barely-understand-11634405.html

Christians don’t believe in three Gods. That’s a heresy called Tritheism. Second, we don’t believe that the Father, Son, and the Holy Spirit are three “forms” of God—like steam, water, and ice. That’s the heresy called Modalism. Third, we don’t believe that the Father, Son and Holy Spirit are “parts” or “pieces” of God. That would imply that Jesus is 1/3rd God, the Father is 1/3rd God, and the Holy Spirit is 1/3rd God.

  15. Look at michael levine, synthetic biology and morpogenesis.. youtube.. financed by darpa, nih.. and other seeming globalist types..

  16. Great discussion. I would love to hear more discussion on the intentional change/perversion of symbols and words (symbols of meaning also). JP Farrel’s observation of its beginnings in the meaning of Christian symbols was very thought provoking. Undermining the process of communication is a primary ingredient in cooking up chaos!

  17. Catherine,
In this wrap-up you menioned you read many of Ingo Swann’s books. If you did no read his book, “Purple Fables,” I would like to recommend it to you. It is a very short book, less than 100 pages, that conains four short stories (fiction). There is an amosphere of remote viewing and similar experiences to them, but it is not necessary to know this. I found them very enjoyable.

    1. I have not read. I just ordered. Will read with interest when I return to the office.
