RALLY CRY – Please Stand with the World Freedom Declaration
Dear Friends and Colleagues,
The World Freedom Declaration, along with the support of 90+ partners across the world, as well as the actions of countless organizations, sovereign nations, and individuals, applied untold pressure on the World Health Organization effectively prompting the WHO to abandon all but minor changes to the International Health Regulations.
While we may have won this small battle, the WHO and many member nations are redrafting new far-reaching amendments to the international rules which are expected to be unveiled by September.
Please help these efforts by sharing the World Freedom Declaration far and wide in order to gather millions of signatures from individuals and organizations around the world so that we may leverage those signatures to hold our public servants accountable to defending the rights, freedoms, and interests of the people they serve, in whatever country they call home.

Declaration of Opposition to the Proposed International Health Regulations Amendments
We, the undersigned, oppose the proposed amendments to the World Health Organization’s (WHO) existing 2005 International Health Regulations (IHR) and stand in support of all people’s right to health sovereignty and self-determination.
The United States’ proposed amendments to the IHR are set to be considered at the 75th World Health Assembly, which begins on the 22nd of May, 2022. The proposed amendments, however, create an ambiguity relating to the date they become effective as the proposed amendments expressly state they will become effective six months after the date of notification by the Director-General, whereas the existing IHR provides that amendments become effective 18 months after notification by the Director-General.
