On August 12, Maureen Dowd writes in the New York Times that Hillary Clinton is planning on staging a commotion at the Democratic convention at the end of August. During the day, I keep hearing rumors that the Clintons still believe they can win the nomination.

The next day the Chairman of the Arkansas Democratic Party, Bill Gwatney, is gunned down in broad daylight.  Gwatney was a superdelegate to the Democratic Convention.

We know there’s a story here.

  1. Let’s face it. Organized crime is simply a structural pillar all the way to the VERY top of the American (and probably most other countries) political/business Machine. Ambrose Evans Pritchard did a fine job IMHO, of documenting the deadly crime spree (bipartisan) during Clinton’s reign with the book The Secret Life of Bill Clinton. As bad as the ‘Clinton Body Count’ is though, I would imagine one could easily write twice the volumes of pages in a “Bush/Cheney” body count publication. A TRUTHFUL account of what REALLY happened on 9-11 would be a great place to start to fill the first 1000 pages.
