“I expect that the current ‘pandemic’ we are living through will be a profound turning point in the history of humanity. It is my hope that out of this event, a new way of life will emerge in a world free of poisoned food, poisoned water, and the poisonous and false germ theory…. Buckle up, folks, we are in for the ride of our lives.” ~Thomas S. Cowan, MD, co-author, The Contagion Myth, July 2020

This week on The Solari Report, Sally Fallon Morell joins me to discuss her new book co-authored with Dr. Tom Cowan, The Contagion Myth: Why Viruses (including “Coronavirus”) Are Not the Cause of Disease. You will find both Sally and Tom honored as Solari Pandemic Heroes in the 2nd Quarter 2020 Wrap Up.

Sally is founding president of the Weston A. Price Foundation and editor of the Foundation’s quarterly journal, Wise Traditions. I have been one of the Foundation’s fifteen thousand members for many years. The Foundation has almost six hundred local chapters worldwide that offer an excellent opportunity to find neighbors who are growing local food or encouraging local food systems. Sally also founded A Campaign for Real Milk. Sally is well-known as the author of the best-selling cookbook, Nourishing Traditions®: The Cookbook that Challenges Politically Correct Nutrition and the Diet Dictocrats. Before The Contagion Myth, her most recent books were Nourishing Diets: How Paleo, Ancestral and Traditional Peoples Really Ate and Nourishing Fats: Why We Need Animal Fats for Health and Happiness. Sally is president and owner of NewTrends Publishing, serving as editor and publisher of many fine books on diet and health, including other books in the Nourishing Traditions® series. Her other books include The Nourishing Traditions Book of Baby & Child Care (with Dr. Cowan), The Nourishing Traditions Cookbook for Children (with Suzanne Gross), Nourishing Broth (with Kaayla Daniel), and Eat Fat Lose Fat (with Dr. Mary Enig).

This year, we have recommended numerous books that together build an understanding of global health issues, covering the impact of “virus mania,” vaccines, heavy metal toxicity, EMF radiation, and the risks of misleading information regarding health and science. The Contagion Myth does a remarkable job of integrating many of these health issues into one beautifully written overview that not only delves into what is causing our health to deteriorate—and why viruses are not the problem—but also informs how we do something about it. It is infused with the powerful healing energy of two people who have dedicated their lives to helping people live free and inspired lives.

In this interview, we cover the topic areas in The Contagion Myth: Exposing the Germ Theory, What Causes Disease? and the Choices Before Us.

In Let's Go to the Movies this week, I will review one of my favorite documentaries, Dark Horse. It tells the story of what happened when a group of people in a former mining village in Wales decided to finance a common vision and goal. Private equity is something we can all conspire to do—and that is how we change and create our future.

The story has been made into a feature film, which is not yet accessible. Stay tuned; it has a great cast and looks good.

Please e-mail your questions for Ask Catherine or post them at the Money & Markets commentary here.

Talk to you Thursday!

  1. Catherine,

I am new to the Solari Report. I have had my suspicions about the Wuhan virus, and after listening and reading the interview I am convinced something else is afoot. This is especially true since I had a real bad reaction to a vaccination over 20 years ago. Never was really a big fan of vaccinations after that incident. I was in the military for nearly 30 years. Anyway, thanks for the information. Many in my contact list will be receiving the URL for this interview. Wake up America!

  2. Where can we purchase The Contagion Myth: Why Viruses (including “Coronavirus”) Are Not the Cause of Disease? It is not on Amazon.

  3. There are enough of us who can see straight through the BullS¡;t of what is going on and who are not afraid of them…..We only need to unite, and together give them the middle finger. ?

  4. I did a short stint as the Exec Director of the American Academy of Environmental Medicine (AAEM) in the late 90’s and the member medical professionals were sharing a lot of important information about how our immediate environment could contribute to toxic load. Good to hear you both emphasize that it’s not just one thing but a confluence of assaults like the ones mentioned in the interview including emotional trauma which impacts overall health. btw Even this modestly sized organization was infiltrated by an individual who created chaos and almost bankrupted the organization.

Yes, the WAPF conferences are extremely educational and most importantly it’s rejuvenating to be among so many great people!

    1. Excellent points, Peter. Our situation is HIGHLY NETWORKED. The slugs look for every penny, every hour.

  5. Excellent and a suggested follow up is listening to Dr. Cowan’s interview with Sally Morell. Very informative on what we should be eating and reading her book Nourishing Traditions. My exploration of food and diet ends here. I grew up in a traditional farming community and locally raised food.. My memories are of my grandmothers farm. The gardens, local meat and yes pastured eggs and dairy. Flash forward I went through my vegetarian stage and organics. Researched Gerson Therapy and Dr. Fuhrman’s plant based diet and vegetarianism. Then a shift after studying biodynamics and permaculture and raising grassfed and finished local meat holistically. A return to the traditional food and culture of my upbringing. My great great Grandfather with eight children arrived in America in the late 1800’s then had seven more and all survived with the exception of one. Reading their obituaries many lived close to 100. Why? They all ate traditional diets and this was before pesticides and mostly all were connected to farming communities and worked their entire lives until the end. Today reflecting on my family and relatives the longevity is gone and many have chronic diseases as they age due to cultural changes and the shift to processed food, dirty air, water and pharmaceuticals. Looking at the people around me and seeing the deteriorating health due to our toxic environment how can our medical system be sustainable?

  6. I am so excited for Thursday! As a new subscriber, this has been the best spent $30 ever! Thank you for all your hard work. ??❤️
