Technocracy is a global system designed to implement central resource management and control through rules-based micromanagement. The growth of technocracy is made possible by digital systems and software, artificial intelligence, and the “one way mirror” managed through 24/7 surveillance by intelligence and enforcement agencies—funded by our tax dollars.

The beauty of technocracy is that it can be integrated into a wide variety of political and corporate systems. While the U.S. promotes the notion of markets and democratic process, our systems can be converted to technocracy with the integration of an endless stream of government, banking, and corporate rules and algorithms that manage and control our daily lives and infrastructure. The same process is rolling out in the one-party system of China and also via mind-numbing regulation by multiple coalition governments and institutions of the European Union.

Seeing and documenting this process is challenging. It requires integration of complex operations across many different industries and governments—and it is protected by extraordinary secrecy afforded to the military-industrial complex and the central banks.

Despite the challenges, publisher and economist Patrick M. Wood has succeeded in making the technocracy invasion visible. Patrick is the author of Technocracy Rising: The Trojan Horse of Global Transformation and Technocracy: The Hard Road to World Order. Familiarity with technocracy is essential knowledge for understanding and navigating the modern world. Among other things, technocracy is the process by which small businesses and enterprises are driven out of business, intentionally creating larger market share and monopoly profit margins for large corporations. Many of us are managing the increased workload and expense of growing technocracy. Understanding the phenomenon makes a difference in managing the regulatory game.

Our movie is the classic Gaslight, which Patrick refers to in our discussion about technocracy. Gaslighting is “a form of psychological manipulation that seeks to sow seeds of doubt in a targeted individual or in members of a targeted group, making them question their own memory, perception, and sanity. Using persistent denial, misdirection, contradiction, and lying, it attempts to destabilize the victim and delegitimize the victim’s belief.” (Wikipedia).

Gaslighting is one of the tactics that the media and intelligence agencies use to outwit individuals who stand in the way of technocracy. We will talk about this more in Deep State Tactics 101 that I will cover later this month on The Solari Report.

  3. Catherine….I think this was one of the best interviews I have heard on your site. If Patrick has read the bible for years; then he is very aware of Revelations. What is happening now was predicted in both the Old and the New Testaments; and no matter what faith one professes, it is a valuable study..as well as the book of Daniel. I am a great fan of Hal Lindsay. His command of Revelations is great; and he will be teaching it weekly, starting in June on his site. I believe it is just Hal Lindsay.com, and will be archived into a weekly study. I read extensively, but sometimes the Old is the Best when trying to interpret modern day happenings.!

Though the pace of bureaucratization of healthcare, and particularly of doctor time, is dramatically increasing, it has been going on for far longer than the initiation of electronic medical care. [Begin gross generalization] Doctors have been trained to follow algorithms – diagnose, look it up, prescribe drug – for decades. This has made it somewhat easy to turn many procedures into something a robot could do. In most cases, you will receive far better initial care from a nurse practitioner. They have more time, more interest and are less costly. [End gross generalization]

    1. When they passed the law creating Medicare, my father (a famous, accomplished surgeon) came home, sat down at the dinner table and cried. The only other time I remember seeing my father cry was the day that Nat King Cole – his favorite singer – died from throat cancer. He sat at the dinner table and crying said “If you let the government into medicine, they will destroy it.”

    Regarding hyper-materialism, I like the idea of the 4 quadrants. I’m trying to reconstruct the chart you made, but I’m a bit confused. Can you please help?
    Is the “invisible” the same thing as the “covert” or is it a sub-set of the “overt”?

    1. Invisible is everything that you can see with a naked eye – so it is not concrete. In the material world what is happening covertly or EMF radiation or gravity or shared intelligence in the morphogenic field are all invisible. In the spiritual world, spiritual intelligence – some call it demons and angels – are invisible unless they allow themselves to appear in physical form. Whether you consider our electromagnetic fields material or spiritual, they are invisible. Does that help? Please keep asking if you don’t. Part of our challenge is that the covert operators organize to do as much as possible in ways that are invisible – and science and technology continue to expand what can be done invisibly.

    Really fabulous interview.
    I can’t believe Patrick collaborated with Antony Sutton, who peeled back many of the most breath taking – and fully heretical to Technocracy dogma – truths from the Bolshevik Revolution thru WWII.
    That living connection is hugely relevant and important to understanding where we are today. For instance, it’s impossible to understand the contemporary Russia phenomenon today without the fully documented historical context of Sutton/Wood.

      1. A couple of the interviews most salient, if subtle, points were Catherine’s comments on:
        1. technocratic “hyper-materialism” working to integrate the demonic into our daily lives (@ 50 mins), and
        2. “divide and conquer” being a core tactic to tear society apart (end of interview), which she is struggling to convey more clearly.
        I would only add that the most demonic form of “divide and conquer” is inducing a culture toward fraticide/suicide/infanticide/etc.
        Maybe Solari might consider articulating in one report the long history of hyper-demonic, intra-cultural divide-and-conquer schemes, with the goal of helping subscribers grasp the breadth of demonic horror and scale of evil confronting us.
        Which of course leaves us no choice but to yearn for a higher spiritual power, if we are to have any chance overcoming demonic evil.

  7. As I read Robert Lord’s comment on technocracy as “an important subject that is shaping our lives and our civilization,” I wonder if the following fits that category also.
    (My own memory of being taken in by propaganda dates to the era of Eisenhower who declared that the US was not flying the U2 spy planes over Russia.… until 4 years later, they shot one down… over Russian territory.) Alex Carey was an Australian sociologist. The corps were well organized by the 1920s. They were spending one $B a year by the 1970s. Imagine focusing one’s intellect(?) so intently for this purpose. I can’t.

      The U2 was not shot down, it was sabotaged.

      What supports that is the type of camera that was installed in the plane, the high tech camera was replaced with a much older model. The crown jewel of the U2 was the camera and whoever sabotaged the plane make sure the Soviets didn’t it.

    I say that every time I listen.

        1. The multiple debasements are compounding. The direction of the negotiations with the Chinese will accelerate things quite a lot as will the Fed’s response. More this week on Money & Markets.

    2. Recommend Tim Keller – pastor from New York. He has a 22 tape series on Proverbs which is marvelous. When a friend sent it, I thought, how in the world am I going to listen to 22 cds? I started and could not stop. Finished all 22 – no problem.

      I also listened to TD Jakes who is more controversial – I grew up in an African American church and love their preaching. Preaching for people who deal with real trouble.

  11. Great interview about an important subject that is shaping our lives and civilization. Boy that is an understatement.

    So I got to ask if Patrick Wood has given any thoughts on why the acceleration of technology advancements over the last 70 years? At the end of the interview he shared he had studied the Bible the last 30 to 40 years so I’m wondering if during your private talks did he give a spiritual view of what is going on?

    Solomon said “There is no new thing under the sun” I shared with you before that since the 1840’s the model of empires have changed from one based on beast of burdens & slavery to a society reliant on technological advancements. With the advancements there was Karl Marx, Charles Darwin, Sigmund Freud, Mormonism, Bahai faith, spiritualism, and theosophy to name a few that had to do with a new mindset. How did we quickly go from a world of nations depending on animals and slave labor to a digital world run by artificial intelligence?

    Maybe we are getting help? Non-humans? If so are they assisting the groups who control world events, financial systems and news agencies? Have this union been quietly planning waiting for thousands of years to use this knowledge given to the elites for the development of a “new man” and mind control?

    If Solomon was correct nothing new under the sun maybe we are seeing a replay of Genesis 6 when divine beings descended to the dimension of mankind and provided hidden knowledge for a price. The quid pro quo arrangement entailed having rights to alter the genetic makeup of humanity through breeding with human women to create human hybrids in exchange sharing forbidden knowledge to humans that gave power of the few over the masses.

    Joseph Farrell has educated his readers on the many Nazi technological advancements in a very short time prior and during WW2 one has to ask if Germany like civilizations in predeluvian age traded access to their people for forbidden knowledge from non human sources. Does America have an exchange program to allow citizens be experimented on in exchange for advanced knowledge since the defeat of Germany?

    In the occult world the number “72” seems to be a big deal. On back of the dollar bill there is 72 blocks in the pyramid and there are 72 stars surrounding George Washington on the ceiling of the Capitol Dome.

    In a few weeks the Roswell event will celebrate (if that is the right word) the 72nd anniversary of the Roswell crash.
    Catherine, have taken notice the last few months of talks about the government getting ready for the UFO disclosure?

    UFO’s are nothing new in history as I understand the Vatican has kept records of UFO sightings the last 300 years. But what is new is since 1947 human abduction has taken place where sexual reproductive experiments were conducted plus the many animal mutilations that seem to coincide with the technological advancements within our nation. One has to ask if America has entered an exchange program with non humans in a arrangement where yesterdays Nephilim is todays transhuman?

    Glad to be alive seeing all these events unfolding, truly a front row seat in the history of mankind. No need to fret, Hebrews 1:3.

    Anthony Sutton’s book “America’s Secret Establishment” is a great introduction to Skull & Bones.

      1. I would love to hear a Scriptural perspective. I am primarily an intutive. Cathrine Austin Fitts, the clarity of your spirit has let me hear scripture again. I quit listening to most christians decades ago for the same reasons I became disgusted with Government.
        I have never renounced my Faith. It’s been a long Trek with little human support.
        I’m still alive and actually getting better. Even though the Tests show I’m better both Medical Doctor’s I have seen recently have said, “IMPOSSIBLE!”.
        I have unseen help. I want to see this funny business through. If not this time, next time, this Will not happen.

I have spent over 50 years, after the Kennedy assassinations, along with Paul Volcker, testifying on TV, that “the standard of living in the U.S. must be decreased” trying to uncover what has gone wrong in our great country, now a 3rd world country. I have followed your work for over 15 years Catherine. You have provided me with sanity, along with Dr. Farrell and Jon Rappaport, amidst the decay of our country along with the sole hope of looking to God and the universe for hope and salvation. Your interview with Patrick Wood has answered those questions I have pondered for over 50 years. It was like listening to the meeting of the greatest minds our country has today.       I am so glad this helped. I do believe there are logical explanations for all things in heaven and on earth. We just have to keep learning and growing our intelligence. I also believe that no matter how bad things get, knowledge is power. So I want to know and use that knowledge towards creating an enlightened human civilization.

  13. This was a great interview and I am happy to hear you are in Thailand. I lived there for four years until last December. North Thailand is also wonderful.

    Not sure if you have heard of Jacques Ellul, who wrote The Technological Society in 1964. He was a French professor of law, but also a biblical scholar and a pastor. It’s an excellent early description of technocracy. He influenced Ivan Illich, who wrote Deschooling Society /his most famous work/ but also Shadow Work in 1970s which describes the phenomenon you and Mr. Wood discussed.

    In any case, in the series of books Ellul describes technocracy in a very detailed way, but never discusses WHERE technocracy comes from. It’s a bit of a glaring omission given his detailed treatment of the subject, so I researched this when I was in college for a term paper. Well, it can be argued that in Ellul’s view, technocracy is actually the work of the devil working in the world. This also touches on the strictly materialistic paradigm of technocracy that you and Mr. Wood talked about at the end of the conversation.

  14. Very enjoyable interview. I buy most of my food from our Amish market open Thursday to Saturday in Easton, MD. The market has real people offering real products free of all the nasty stuff. The nomenclature of this presentation reminds me of the mind control/PC/diversity at DC electric company. After 35 years service, I was known as the Chemist who says out load what everybody is thinking.

    1. I love markets. Just walked through an open Thai farmers market along the coast yesterday. I had never seen so many different varieties of sea food in my life. All cash and carry. Thriving. I am sure some smart phone operators are trying to figure out how to engineer technocracy in.

  15. That was the best interview and summation of our world. Also another reason why I no longer support environmental groups they are pawns in a global scheme but unaware. It explains the social engineering of the Democrats and the use of entrainment and propaganda through identity politics and more. The insidious We the People and the entrainment of sheep.
