1. Regarding the many recent shootings, I’ve also come to suspect that conditions are being set up for further gun control. There are just too many of them for them all to be due to random causes. As far as the in-your-face transfer of wealth from us to them goes, remember that the wealth of the wicked is stored up for the righteous. Because all things ultimately come from God. It just so happens that today is the 72nd anniversary of the Palm Sunday Massacre in Ponce that culminated a rolling revolt by Puerto Ricans against US imperial rule: although all were considered natural-born citizens with a duty to serve in the military, the Balzac decision ruled that they weren’t under the Bill of Rights. Furthermore, Smoot-Hawley had imposed tariffs on all goods from PR, which meant that PR alcohol, tobacco and textile products were uncompetitive on the mainland. Yet PR still had to impose minimum wage, 25 cents an hour, so that its products were also uncompetitive against other 3rd world competitors in foreign markets, such that Cuba wiped out the PR cigar industry. Yet its last article allows States not ratifying the Constitution to stay in the Union, much like Quebec participates in federal gov’t without ratifying the Canadian Constitution, which seems only to have made Canada stronger. As popular election of Senators, Reps and the Prez have failed to curtail abuse due to centralisation of political and banking power, it can only be an improvement for States to be the sole body politic at the federal level as they had once been under the Articles. Any State can do this unilaterally without a new Constitutional Convention by merely unratifying the Constitution. While it will lose its Reps, it will get to appoint Senators once again, replace federal agencies by its own, and render the Supreme Court as an arbitration panel. Although ND currently has its own central bank, it’s the Constitution that prevents it from minting its own gold or silver coin to back any bills of exchange that it might issue. What a deal, considering that PR also has its own central bank that the Constitution doesn’t forbid issuing its own dollar bills of credit, since PR isn’t a state. And there’s no toxic paper or foreclosure crisis in PR, as it had used its banking power to nullify federally mandated subprime mortgage schemes. Once again, PR is the exception that proves the rule.

6. In order to make people really afraid of gangs, DC needs to disarm the people of their hunting rifles & pistols, but let gangs keep their automatic weapons. In order to create an excuse to disarm the people: DC’s national supremecists only need to drug a few psychos in its army of boot-camp trained killers to go on a shooting spree. Almost all of them went through gov’t training or brainwashing; multinational supremecists only need to fire domestic employees and ship their jobs overseas, after having financed the election of free-trade Congressmen, so that their desperate employees go on a shooting spree. The proper reaction to protect the lives and livelihoods of their citizens is for States to unratify their consent to the Constitution, while keeping their consent the Bill of Rights, esp. the 2nd Amendment, and the Articles of Confederation and Perpetual Union, which is still in the hard copy of USC Title 1. All executive powers would immediately default back to Congress – comprising State-controlled Senators, with the Senate’s leader as the President of the Perpetual Union, in a parliamentary system of federal gov’t: it defeated British tyranny, and it can defeat national and globalist tyranny too.

7. There is no need for an income tax. All money is created out of thin air. The government could just print all the money it needs just as it does to cover the annual deficit.

    * Whose definition of “race” are you using – what was the purpose of said classification and who did it benefit and why? Do you think definitions of “race” are in and of themselves objective? If they are not – then you have to deal with what was the socio-political-economic agenda behind such constructs. If you take the term “white christian” you are using a term that was defined, relatively recently in human history by certain elites to justify their agenda. If you go back before a certain point, white people were not “white” and neither were they christian, and if you go further these people were not even European as the concept of Europe as a unifying symbol did not exist before that. Christianity was an EMPIRE force that UNITED Europe under a common IDENTITY – that was its purpose as a tool of the ROMAN EMPIRE. Remember, all of the older socio-political-economic systems were wiped away in Europe to pave the way for this new order – older things were repressed or assimilated by the new political order. In this sign you shall CONQUER – remember that. That is where the European Christian identity came from – from the coalescing force of EMPIRE. If you studied just a little bit into other cultures such as in Western indigenous Africa or certain American Indians you would see examples of democracy that are of a far greater anciency and antiquity than any that came from the political clime of the founding fathers or the enlightenment which they were a part of.
    Now, your point about Empire necessitating the need to bring different groups of people together for expedient purposes is something which I believe has some merit. Remember though – the peoples which Empire attempts to assimilate are in fact most of the time conquered and these peoples old indigenous traditions, religion, social order, family structures, and culture are destroyed and/or devalued. If you want to stick to Europe – you can see this process happening when the Roman Empire started to take over and destroy the older cultural systems that exited their prior to its expansionism. In its place is some new version of culture(NEW WORLD ORDER) which fills the vacuum – whether it came in the form of CHRISTIANITY with its whole socio/religious world-view and attachment to an empire state system, ECONOMIC control and usurption of resources and today a decadent consumerist culture.

    There seems probable philological connexions between Assyria, Syria, Surya (Indic sun), Assur, Asura, Ahura, Hurri and biblical Horites and Hivites.     Eminent domain is the right of the government to take private property for governmental purposes after paying fair value to the owner. The Secretary of State has no authority that I know of to grant a right to another country to take American private property, not less purporting to do such a thing without Congressional approval (it still being a violation of the US Constitution to “take” private property without just compensation, among other things). And even if there were such a right, eminent domain involves the payment of value for property taken. So if Hillary Clinton granted a right of eminent domain to China in some sort of privately-owned US property (by assignment if the US rights?), China would have to come up with value for the property for the owner.

    Now, if this purported “eminent domain” is in fact a right in federal property to secure some sort of debt, it isn’t eminent domain. But I don’t think Hillary Clinton has the authority to pledge US property anyway. Foreign treaties have to be approved by Congress, do they not? Have you looked on THOMAS to see if there’s any federal legislation recently granting anybody the right to issue US securities collateralized by federal property? No? Then what exactly is it that Hillary is supposed to have done?

    I don’t know who started this rumor, but passing it along without any explanation of what such a thing involves is the height of irresponsibility it seems to me.

    It has been confirmed that on Hillary Clinton’s recent trip to China, the US government granted China the right of eminent domain as a guarantee of US debt. China’s government has repeatedly expressed worry about their large holding of US debt and has ‘warned’ the US to ‘protect its assets.’

    China’s financial leadership has also recently proposed a new world reserve currency replacing the dollar with a more stable basket of currencies run by the IMF.

    My question to others who know about this; what are the implications of the US granting eminent domain to China? The implications seem ominous to me in light of the certain eventual and imminent default of US debt. It’s seems all the more disturbing because I have been unable to find much about it on the net and that leads me to think the story is being suppressed.

    April 15 is going to be a major shock to the US Government, at all levels. The actions of the past year have set the tone, and the wealthy will not pay their taxes because they will feel it is their patriotic duty not to; as with AIG, they will be personally keeping the economy afloat. The middle class will not pay their taxes or, at least, a major portion of them, because of the reasons that were cited in the article; plus, many of them will feel it necessary, for patriotic reason, to take it upon themselves to keep the money normally paid in taxes, and stash it in a bank, thus personally keeping the economy afloat. Those of the (quick, what is the opposite of nouveau?) middle-class will keep the money because, well, what are they going to do garner wages? There are no jobs? Dispossession? Dispossess what? Jail? Do they serve food there?

    Initially, i.e. the latter half of April, the government and thus the MSM will smile and say that everything is just AOK, that ALL the taxes came in and were paid right on time, just like the good ol’ days. But soon after, by mid May, as word behind the scenes begins to spread and the rest of the world’s press begins to print the truth, the dollar will start to more steeply head for the toilet, the promised dragon of hyper-inflation will show up in earnest, and the useless game of finger pointing will begin in DC.

    As a side note, by the end of June, religion as we know it will be destroyed. The Government will be in such an absolute panicked state for money they will turn on the last, non-governmental, institution left that has any money, religion, and they will simply legislate it into the treasury. Here’s how: during the run up to June, local churches will become more and more vociferous in protest, as they see their financial base, i.e. middle class America, with less and less money to give to them. The churches will howl and march and demand, and finally, the Federal Government will pass item OICU-812, which will state that if any religious organization, or any authorized officer of a religious organization, makes, or has ever made, any statement not solely and directly connected to or related to religion, which could, in any manner, be held as a political statement, that religious organization will forthwith lose their standing as a house of worship of religion and henceforth be considered a Political Action Group. As such, it will be subject to applicable tax laws, labor laws, and political lobbying restrictions. (And no we didn’t break separation of church and state, they were no longer churches when we busted them.)

    And in the blink of a pen, all the church property will belong to the US Government. To get a full impact of this move, drive around your community and note how many hospitals are religiously affiliated.

62. I live in the Fort Worth/Dallas metroplex. It’s odd that my wife mention this exact scenario to the precise detail that you note here, Catherine. What make it odd is that when I read this post, I thought, wow, what remarkable PR. The ability strike the public with such precision, is really impressive. When I heard my wife recount the story, intuitively I thought it was lie, completely. Now, it may not be a lie, but my wife believed it, hook, line and sinker because she heard it from CNN or Oprah, not sure. I wish my loved ones were far more keen

    Why, oh why, have we not faced in unison this ugly truth?! How can people not yet realize this is going on under their noses? How have we allowed ourselves to be so manipulated?

    Citizens revolt is long overdue.

64. At the same excellent site, Robert Higgs wrote about “military Keynesianism“:
    “However intellectually contemptible military Keynesianism may be, though, it has a proven record of getting the Establishment where it wants to go…. Military Keynesianism has enough surface plausibility that it garnered a substantial following in certain quarters even before Keynes’s General Theory gave it apparent intellectual respectability.”

    Higgs also invaluably points out the flaws in the Keynesian logic. I think it’s important not just for folks to know if they are for or against a particular proposal, but also why they are for or against it.

    In “The Man versus the State“, British philosopher Herbert Spencer described how warlike states bind their citizens/subjects to “compulsory co-operation”, whereas states where individuals co-operate on a voluntary basis are more peaceful. In other words, war is often part of an ideology, the ideology of “compulsory co-operation”, or the society of “status” rather than the peaceful and prosperous society of contract, as Spencer put it.
