““The best way to claim and protect your rights is IN WRITING. The free download documents here have value and utility for anyone who wishes to secure their lives and protect themselves and their families from a rigged and hostile civic and corporate infrastructure.” ~ Jerry Day.

By Catherine Austin Fitts

I have long admired Jerry Day and his website Freedom Taker. Jerry’s suggestions for holding others accountable with respect to health, the smart grid and regulatory enforcement offer a wealth of practical tools we can use in our daily lives.

In reviewing recommendations for Take Action 2021, I was reminded of the power of a “notice of liability” in the hands of an informed citizen. So I invited Jerry to join me for a Special Solari Report. We discuss how to use documents such as notice, refusal, acquiescence by silence, conditional acceptance or consent, while not entering into an adversarial relationship. Jerry explains how to shift liability back to where it belongs.

Please make sure to check out Jerry’s downloads at his website Freedomtaker.com and EMFhelpcenter.com

  1. Might there be an mp3 file that can be downloaded for this interview, so one can listen while off-line! Thank you!

  2. Is this the form to have employers or schools sign – to say they are liable for sterility, death, long-term disability, any type of even small reaction?

  3. Thanks for the great interview. I’ve added Jerry to my resources. Like Junious, Jerry is very economic in his solutions and straight to the point. Will have much reading to do this weekend. Thank you.

  4. Jerry has many useful ideas about installing solar panels for energy. As a master electrician I can find no fault with his opinions: Research what amount of solar activity is in your area, and have an adequate amount of solar panels and batteries to agree with your level of usage. I also agree with him about the home owner being aware of his or her capabilities / limitations of doing this installation. Complying with inspections may be worthwhile if one wishes to maintain home insurance.

  5. Catherine,

You are 100% spot on here! Those of us who are immune to the entrainment for whatever reason, in my case its because I always honored logic and everyday reasoning, in other words I am a modern day renaissance man and when a government snake in a suit says things that fly in the face of logic and everyday reasoning, my spidey sense starts to tingle and I have been that way since I was a teenager. Anyway, what people like me are looking for is actionable information, what can we do now. While I have tried to organize others to start a cooperative farm with me, nobody was interested when they heard that it will cost them money and their own labor to do so, I guess the expectation was I already had that farm ready for them somewhere or that some farmer somewhere would be doing the actual work. The sad thing about that is that I had commitments from several landowners at the ready to lease out some of their land for this endeavor.

    1. Critical to find the right people to work with. Not easy to do. You ought to check out the local Weston Price group if there is one.

      1. Could not agree more. Getting in touch the local Weston A Price members opened a whole world of opportunities. Like minded people are most definitely around us all. It is a very energizing experience to find raw dairy producers, energetic healers, and everything in between – the community grass roots freedom fighters. This is one of the top useful actions one could do.

        1. Yes. Also get the Edible Communities magazine for your area if there is one. You find a lot more local resources.

  6. Jerrys comment that lawyers dont like to go up against power is certainly interesting. One of the negative things about the State of Texas is that attorneys here do not want to defend tenants. You need to see it from my point of view coming from the Northeastern part of the United States where there are non-profit organizations filled with attorneys ready to sink their teeth into landlords who don’t do right by their tenants and here in Texas its as if this is an unheard of concept.

As Jerry Day has told me himself, breach of contract gives you legal standing for remedy in any state, and yet Texas attorneys act like they do not want to get involved in anything where a landlord is getting over on a tenant, where is the justice there?

I wish I knew who to talk to or who was on my side in Texas with some influence to change that. While I do not plan to be a renter forever, my God, even renters have rights, a contract is a two way street, its not the renter is the serf and the landlord is the Count of Real Estate and we are have to put up with them violating the terms of their own lease.

I am told in Texas you can just take them to the Justice of the Peace, but that sounds like it has no teeth, I don’t know, Justice of the Peace is not really a thing in the Philadelphia area where I lived for decades, there you have tenant-rights non-profits with a team of attorneys at the ready.

    1. In the current environment, best to do business with honest, competent people who can settle their differences without the government involved.

  7. Is it possible to download this interview as an mp3 file, so we can listen to it offline? Thank you so much!

  8. Dear Catherine

    Another excellent interview!

Regarding people who refuse testing or injections, what do you think about the possibility of them being declared insane or incompetent or suffering from some new psychological ‘hesitancy’ or ‘conspiracy theory’ mental health disease? All it takes is 2 doctor’s signatures to have a person sectioned. The person then loses all his legal and civil rights. That would be a neat solution for getting rid of all those troublesome “anti-vaxers”.

Do you have any idea what the situation is from a legal standpoint regarding being forced to undergo testing or injections at the airport? From what I understand, once one has passed immigration one is in some sort of vague international territory where no laws really apply, and that condition of being in limbo continues until one leaves immigration on the other side.

You talked about the delay tactics used in processing claims for damages or death. Could the 30 day notice period mentioned earlier in the interview work here? I could envisage saying that if the claim is not refuted within 30 days then it is considered as accepted. Somehow it seems too simple to be possible.

With respect to the common law right of offset, do you think that if too many people make use of it then rather than bringing about a change to the system they will simply repeal or revoke it? Problem solved.

After I discovered you about 8 years ago I followed your advice and got rid of my television. Since then I have not been the same. I’d therefore like to echo Jerry’s sentiment at the end of the interview that I too have learned more from you than anyone I know.

    1. Andrew:

Thanks for the kind words. Given the fact that our Unanswered Questions keep growing each quarter, we have our work cut out for us!

      Catherine

      1. Very informative, thank you! A comment for Mr Day about dealing with judges who make their own rules, contrary to law. I had a judge who was biased on a probate case and was obviously set to act on his beliefs. Before the hearing I filed a simple motion that pursuant to statute # __ I requested the hearing be conducted before a court reporter. Probably all states have this procedural rule because you need a written record for appeal. The judge got the message and ruled according to law.

  9. Catherine, thank you so much for all the information you provide. I found the interview fascinating and I will be researching Mr. Day’s website to download the documents concerning “mandatory” vaccines, or toxines as you so accurately have named them.
It still amazes me to speak with friends and coworkers who think they have accomplished something by allowing themselves to be injected and becoming a part of the great eugenics experiment.
I have been waiting for a tool to use to combat this idiocy and thanks to you and Mr. Day I finally have it. Thank you for all of your hard work and thank you for giving folks a glimmer of hope. God bless you, and God bless America.

  10. Great interview Catherine. You just continue to amaze! The level and quality of what I learn from you, rivals my best remembered teachers. Most of whom I researched & hand-picked, once I realized I could and should do that. It was the best way to learn and has paid off many times over. All the best. Ann

  11. Thank you so much! My head is spinning with all the information. There is so much to learn. I am glad my kids are 14 & 9 and being homeschooled so they don’t have to unlearn the crap they teach you in government school, they are learning as their parents are learning too! God Bless.

  12. Thanks for this interview. Just wondering if there is any way to download it to MP3 so as not to have to watch or listen on computer. I always download all the Money & Mkts segments as well as the Solari Reports.
