This discussion was extremely impactful and riveting. The aspect of considering our history through the lens of mind control struck me as I walked through the Gettysburg battlefields on a recent trip. Why are we in the US (and potentially in other countries) taught only one view point? “The North was morally correct and had to go to war to end slavery-was the battle cry.” (disclosure-I am from Massachusetts and was indoctrinated in this ideology at birth! Never did I question this narrative.)
Now, with a broader understanding of the way that propaganda works, I began to question the assigned narrative….and this is what I found with respect to propaganda being employed as early as 1809 to plant the seed and foment an emotional response and consensus in order to mobilize a force to fight on behalf of a global power…
Thomas Jefferson wrote:
“The question is a mere party trick. The leaders of Federalism, defeated in their schemes of obtaining power by rallying partisans to the principles of monarchism-a principle of personal, not of local division-have changed their tack. They are taking advantage of the virtuous feelings of the people to effect a division of parties by a geographical line; they expect this will ensure them on local principles the majority they could never obtain on prin- ciples of Federalism.
The “question” designated by Jefferson as “I a mere party trick” was, of course, the burning “negro question.”
So far as history informs us,
This idea of using slavery as the opening wedge with which to cleave asunder the Union was first suggested to the Federalists by John Henry, a British emissary sent to this country in 1809 to lay plans for the destruction of the Republic. The following is an extract from the letter of Governor Craig of Canada, by whom Henry was commissioned:
QUEBEC, February, I809.”
“I request you to proceed with the earliest conveyance to Boston. The known intelligence and ability of several of its leading men must give Massachusetts a considerable influence over the other states, and will prob- ably lead them in the part they are to take … . It has been supposed
that if the Federalists of the Eastern States should be successful, and obtain the decided influence which may enable them to direct public opinion, it is not improbable that, rather than submit, they will exert that influence to bringabout a sefaration from the general Union … . I enclose a credential, but you must not use it unless you are satisfied it will lead to more confidential communications.”
Henry wrote back to the authorities who had employed him in Canada that, although he found the New England Federalist leaders ripe for any measure which could sever the Union, yet that the Union sentiment was so strong among the masses of the people that he doubted if it could be immedi- ately dissolved. He suggested that the best way to further this scheme of disunion would be to get up some sectional domestic question on which the prejudices and passions of the people could be permanently divided. This policy he was sure would finally accomplish the result. The “sectional question” at which he hinted was slavery.

Excellent discussion. My first academic training was in languages. There is NO better way to indoctrinate than to exact, warp and reshape the definitions of words. They frame any narrative. It does not surprise me that a PT would understand this. Physical therapists understand synergy and how the human body integrates and works together. Language is a brain function and brain function informs the entire body. I’ve worked with a few PT’s in my time and find them extremely knowledgeable, empathetic and results oriented. Skills so needed but so lacking overall in today’s world! Looking forward to getting the book!!
Even in it’s most idealistic format, democracy still involves violent coercion of a minority of the population. While it may be better than plutocracy or feudal dictatorships, I would describe all of those systems (including democracy and all other forms of involuntary governance, whether it is communism, fascism or anything else where violent coercion is inherent in the system as inherently immoral and based in mind control).
As a permaculture designer I came to this realization when I honestly assessed our current system of government (and the most ideal formats of democracy) through the permaculture design ethics lens. What I came to realize is that all involuntary governance is antithetical to the permaculture design ethics.

So glad for the two of you! inspiring
Brilliant synthesis. Stiles has nailed it. It’s hidden in plain sight and the sheeple are being hearded into Mr Global’s End Times pen…
Absolutely. What a great discussion. It’s like we had most of the jigsaw pieces, and Stiles has put them all into place. Well done Elze
Interesting interview. The “infrastructure of belief” and “monopoly tree” is very useful and insightful. Sharing the study guide in pdf form is very generous, thank you very much.
What worries me, is if I will have the courage to see thru what life will still throw at me. Forming interactions with people of high integrity could insulate that a bit. Need to get my people skills up, not exactly a strong suit of mine.
My bookshelf is in trouble, not to mention the backlog of books still to read, none the less ordered the book.
I found this extremely difficult to follow and wish the interviewer hadn’t interrupted her right when she was getting to the point.
It wasn’t an interview but a conversation between a teacher and a not native speaking student.
I cannot help thinking our capacity to “free will” is the best guarantor against mind control, especially coupled with integrity and knowledge of history. Our society puts emphasis on the few that predict future waves of thinking eventually followed by the multitudes. Those “few” often become people of renown, only question is, was it due to good insights, intuition and or was it thru manipulatory tactics with evil intent? Both exists of course, but manipulatory tactics with evil intent seem more prevalent if history shows anything! I suppose free will coupled with integrity takes work and humanity seems to a great degree creatures of comfort. This “comfort” is becoming very costly due to evil’s intent on erasing “free will” by all means available. Thierry Meyssan’s excellent articles always remind me of the fact that being lazy and comfortable is not an option. No matter how old I am, I have a lot to observe and still learn, especially history!

I think one of the more insidious forms of soft mind control utilized by Mr. Global and his friends in recent decades (especially here in Canada) is something I refer to as pseudocaring.
I explore the concept and touch on some of the many ways how it is weaponized against the minds of the masses in this post:
