by: Dr. Peter Breggin & Ginger Breggin
As I was finishing last-minute editing on this paper on September 5, 2022, at 2:57 pm NY Time, I received a call from a phone in Charlottesville, Virginia.
Voice (very dark, demanding tone): Is this Dr. Peter Breggin?
Me (hesitantly): Yes…(thinking it’s spam and ready to hang up)
Voice (continuing dark and demanding): This is Dr. Malone. Why are you targeting me? I will have to send you a cease and desist letter.
Me: Are you threatening me? (Then calling to Ginger, who’s nearby) Ginger, it’s Malone on the phone.
Ginger (entering my office): What’s he saying?
Me: I’ll put him on speaker.
The next thing I heard is the sound of Malone’s phone slamming down.
My conjecture is that Malone did not want a witness to what he was about to say.
It is possible that Malone had some hint about the incredible news we were about to break in this column, not about him, but about Mattias Desmet. The only other time Malone ever contacted us was by email to me to complain about our criticizing Desmet in an earlier column on America Out Loud.
Malone clearly wants to stifle my freedom of speech and freedom to criticize his ideology around matters of enormous political importance to society. Our debate is about how to view global predators or totalitarians and how to act in response to their predations. This question is of central importance to the future of individual freedom and political liberty.

The reality is that any victim of violent crime who has become educated on the subject, or any well researched and experienced professional knows that there is an agenda to excuse/cover up perpetrators of violence and perpetuate this unicorn fairyland narrative that if they simply go to “therapy” they’ll be miraculously cured of their desire and intention to exercise power and control over others, thereby posing no further risk to society, other relatives or future partners etc. It’s easier for most people to sleep at night believing this fairytale that all people are “good” and if they did something “bad” they didn’t really mean it they just need help. Research shows that when it comes to violence this narrative represents a tiny fraction of all cases.
I speak from personal experience, as someone who’s ex-husband was let off by a magistrate who accepted the glowing “testimony” of an unqualified life coach who believed she had “cured” him of his violent and controlling behaviours. That in a mere 6 months he posed no further risk to me or anyone else! Of course, my better judgement and the experience of the professionals around me said otherwise.
Can be pretty hard for people on the outside who haven’t had these types of experiences to understand just how pervasive the manipulation by these men (usually) is, and how easily they seek out those who will reflect back to them their false image, who then go to great lengths to enable and protect them. This Desmet guy clearly falls into that category.
In additional to the resources available here, anyone interested in learning how the minds of these people work and how their violence can go on sanctioned for years on end should read:
1. Why Does He Do That by Lundy Bancroft
2. The Gift of Fear by Gavin de Becker
I have not read the Bancroft, but the Gift of Fear by de Becker is first rate. I just bought a copy last year to re-read.
Me too, I have very few hardcopy books but I have that one with all my notes in it. The first one is more targeted at women who have or are experiencing violence, coercive control, psychological manipulation etc etc. Bancroft pulls no punches and sugar coats nothing, pointing directly to perpetrators and holds them accountable. It’s a highly recommended read in DV circles. Most books written since soften their language and try to make things more neutral/woke/PC which simply doesn’t stack up in the real world. For me it gave me framework with which to understand what was happening, to recognise my situation wasn’t unique and that there are deliberate tactics involved which certainly do not change with a bit of therapy. The interesting thing is that after learning about them I can recognise the same tactics being used on the general population by Mr Global’s cronies!
So, Desmet is double-vaccinated, hence his entry into the US. I am listening to him talking to Del. He loves to talk and unfortunately Del is not equipped to challenge his views, particularly on science. Desmet’s ‘decision’ to be vaccinated undermines his apparent belief in what he has called mass formation, or…is it just about selling more books?
Did you listen up to the end? Del ask him how he got in the US, if he was vaxx. He responded no, he would never go against his principals. He said there is other way.
Yes and I emailed Del to tell him that I didn’t believe him. If there are ‘other ways’ that are ‘legal’ then he should share them with us all including Novak Djokovic and his lawyers. Are we to believe that in his visa application Desmet voiced his opposition to vaccination and they still allowed him entry. I asked Del if he told him how he achieved entry. No reply as yet. If Desmet is sincere and someone with integrity then he will share his ‘magic’ with all of us. I have been waiting over two years now to return to the US.
Oh and if someone does find out a work around at any stage please do share!
Del tells me that there is a way but it cannot be openly shared for fear of closing the loophole.
Uhuh…. a loophole that only high profile controversial figures implanted into a movement that was finally starting to gain momentum in it’s pushback against the entire control system, can exploit? But it’s secret cause you couldn’t have the “little” people using it? Else what, you’d have to band together and demand those ridiculous border controls be dropped for EVERYBODY, not the privileged few? I smell a rat.
Operation Smother air cover – rules don’t apply?
precisely.
I’ve been ok holding both/and all aspects of the who/what/when/where/how/why of this topic beginning with reading all of the recommended educational content shared (Solari on Deep State tactics). I’m now exploring a completely different perspective that continues to respect previous learning including Desmet, the Breggin’s et al. As a result, I am formulating my own point-of-view that is unique to me and my experience while maintaining openness to new knowledge and other’s wisdom. The commentary and content here was tremendously helpful. Thank you. Forever grateful for Solari.
Thank you Dr Breggin, Ginger and Catherine. Keep up the great work. -Jennifer
This is why Solari is my one-stop-shop: only the best and bravest. Dr. Breggin & Ginger are just phenomenal! I pray an angel of peace may continue to guard Catherine and all the brave truth-tellers she presents to us.
And bad news, Matias Desmet is the gues on this week’s The Highwire.
Oh yeah… terrible. Del is going to actually talk to Desmet instead of taking poorly formulated pot shots from the cheap seats. How could he?
Same with McCullough… Malone (oh I forgot, he is a popular target of this crowd now)… Corbett… Ivor Cummins. Those crackpots. How could they actually discuss this with him face to face. It makes it SO much harder to tie him to policies that he has no possible control over.
Steve:
No need to be sarcastic. Del having him on gives him credibility that IMO is not deserved. So this is why someone would regret his having him on as opposed to a score of excellent people who get little to no attention and who we would all benefit from knowing and hearing from. .
Time is precious, that’s why.
Malone is not a target. The Breggins object to his weaponizing mental health. That is an absolutely legitimate public policy issue. It is not personal. They are trying to protect you and me.
Catherine
He was on infowars last week too
Yes, The Highwire and then this morning I received an email from Organic Consumers Association indirectly linking to a new Desmet substack account.
Operation Smother is on the move!
I also confess I don’t know what to make of it. Perhaps Malone seriously believed Desmet’s analysis. The question is very serious – why do very intelligent people believe something so demonstrably false – masks, shots, etc. I cannot understand it.

Catherine
Catherine, thanks! I have reviewed the articles in the past and I will do it again. I guess I’m just not convinced. Many of my neighbors are super-low tech and fell for it anyway. And I mean absolutely no television, and only the most rudimentary internet – like just email. 100% fell for it.
If they have smart phone or go online, that is all that is needed.
Remember – all of the different inputs are managed one person at a time.
I don’t know what to think about this conflict except that it’s a poor use of time and energy. Why is this a dramatic battle instead of a discussion? Why the character assassination? Malone may very well be ham-handed at how he’s presenting Desmet’s theories, but I’m not impressed with how the Breggins are handling this. No doubt they have valuable points to make, and I’m interested in hearing them, but I trust and hope I won’t be subjected to pointless, overblown innuendo again!
Here is what I wrote earlier tonight:
The Breggins are trying to stop the weaponization of mental health theories to achieve two goals – first, to protect people from being held accountable under the rule of law and second to target people who try to argue for transparency regarding legal liabilities.
If you look at the history of the weaponization of mental health for political purposes (Soviet Union, China, Eastern Europa) it is essential that such efforts should be nipped in the bud. Based on what I know of your agenda, I would think you would be the first to support such efforts.
While one of Dr. Malones’s recent articles argued for protecting the people who worked in the US health bureaucracies, that is the first line of defense in protecting the insurance companies ultimately liable for numerous banks and companies who have serious liability in this – including all the companies that mandated vaccines. This is going to run into trillions of dollars of liabilities.
This is not personal. This is serious policy related to the sovereign governments funded with taxpayers money and to a genocide underway. Mass Murder is serious business for which there is no statue of limitations in the United States. I do not know the laws in Europe, but I am assuming the legal liabilites for intentional genocide are equally severe. If the liable parties are held responsible control and ownership of assets in the trillions will change hands.
Dr. Malone was weaponizing Desmets popular science concepts – given his experience he would know that they are ridiculous and have no relationship to how the control grid and manipulation actually work.
The reason someone in such a position comes back by making it personal, is that they lack merits on the substance of the discussion.
We as a group should not have let this get so far that the Breggins had to expend this much time and effort. We should have nipped this one in the bud a year ago. Seems to me some soul searching as to why we did not may be in order and have great benefit to our evolution and effectiveness.
This will not lead us to a bad place. The truth never does, nor does supporting each other in maintaining standards of integrity, actionable intelligence and openness – no one is as smart as all of us.
I’m not sure why Dr Peter McCullough is not in the mix. As I recall, he was the first to mention Desmet on the Joe Rogan show, followed by Dr. Malone. In fact, I just watched a small piece of an Alex Jones interview of McCullough and at about 19:50 McCullough states how brilliant Desmet is. https://www.brighteon.com/cc688aba-f2ac-4ed6-bc01-2b36fbd84416
I am not going to comment on the two doctors, because I don’t know enough what happened, but I will comment on Desmet. I am very pleased that Dr Breggin read his book and has looked into the background of Desmet. I personally do not trust Desmet at all. I do not agree with his views and I have witness his changing story.
Appreciate this feedback. I had a negative experience with McCullough early on – he was saying on major media that we should not vaccinate children but ok for 30+. It was completely contradictory to what science we had a the time. Will check out this link.
Reading through this reminded me of Catherine’s warning “beware the weaponization of mental health”. I’m worried that Peter is onto something far more nefarious behind “mass formation” than merely letting the perpetrators off the hook.
I can imagine the same institutions working to implement medical tyranny using the very theory to say that those who want to resist them are part of a mass formation psychosis and must have their rights removed.
That is goal #2 and very real. To be able to achieve that they first have to achieve goal #1 – protect the perpatrators. If they succeed at goal #1, they can use this to round up and poison millions.
Exactly right Lorraine, well put.
Seriously? We don’t have enough of the true psychopaths that want to mutilate our children and for all of us to eat bugs? You guys have to call out Desmet and Malone? This is a joke. What, no picture of the caller ID to even try to prove it was Malone? “leading apologist for political mass murderers”… OMG, this is derangement. Read Desmet’s response to your hit piece… he does call out the politics, but he also points out that the politicians have no power unless the populace willingly go along with it. The problem with this country (the USA) is that upwards of 80% of the population have no critical thinking abilities, nor are they committed to the truth, instead preferring comfortable lies. They empower the tyranny. Desmet is commentator on the syndrome.
Not so. His presentation is utterly ignorant of the real control grid. Highly recommended:

I strongly recommend you listen to the Morgan and Giordano lectures linked at the bottom
https://home.solari.com/blast-from-the-past-week-of-august-15-2022-mind-control-tactics/
If you think Desmet makes sense, you should read his book carefully, especially part II.
Catherine
Thank you, Catherine, for the well-reasoned and clearly described thought process with regards to the concerns and questions you have about Dr. Desmet and Dr. Malone. As you have pointed out in numerous occasions, we either see that the control grid exists, and Mr. Global wants to make us slaves, or we see this as entertainment or entirely a series of coincidences that always favor the Powers-That-Be. You and others have pointed out, repeatedly, your concerns about the directions both of these gentlemen (Desmet and Malone) are directing the thought processes of a sector of the population that is actively resisting this global coup-d’etat. Celia Farber recently pointed out that she is seeing the infighting occurring within groups (like ours) (see The Covid truth Movement Has Probably Become Splintered by Infiltration) and it is no accident.
What you are pointing out are (at best) apologists that want to excuse/overlook or rationalize the responsibility of those aiding and abetting genocide, democide and mass-murder. At worst, we are looking at something more sinister. Both Desmet and Malone have a high-profile acceptance by our community because they are seen as pushing back against the COVID-op. Many in this community are seeing this as an attack on fellow fighters and this is creating the condition of mental dissonance. The only thing I can recommend is that we keep track of these data points, reserve judgement but keep our discernment intact. Eye on the prize: Take back our Sovreign power. Those that are not actively fighting to hold people accountable are creating future problems that we cannot avoid.
The points you make about laying the ground-work for the weaponization of mental health for political purposes, strikes too close to home. It is happening and it is very real (look no further than the APA and the work they are doing to whitewash gender dysphoria and paint those opposed to it as mentally unstable, just as one example). These gentlemen may be well-meaning (I have yet to make up my mind if they are being used or are active participants), but the road to hell is paved with good intentions. We have to start thinking in terms of downstream effects on all of these proclamations and opinions that are being disseminated by many groups (seen and unseen).
The fact that you (and many others) have outlined, written and talked about the very real and very effective mind-control tactics that exist should make us proceed with caution. The numbers don’t lie and you always need to follow the money. As for the excuse that Desmet makes about politicians having no power because the populace is not willing to go along with it, well, that is a cop out. Politicians have a conscience and a responsibility to uphold the law. Illegal actions are illegal. Murder is murder. Excusing the required and lawful actions (although difficult and costly) that could have stopped all this only ensures that we propagate the cycle of banal evil.
Rudolph Steiner called it correctly: We are now in the War of All Against All.
Thank you, Xavier Figueroa. For the moment Europe’s leadership is succumbed to the ills of nineteen thirties – fourties. Hypothesis like Desmet cannot slip by, it will lead to a place nobody wants to be.
Vile psychologic techniques are turned on us and sadly tearing us appart, we must not let this happen! Europe is a hair’s breath away from a slamming trap shutting!
First and foremost: Thanks to you Catherine Austin Fitts; Thank to you Steve Bohn. Thanks to you Alexandra Struijk.
We will disagree. We will not see eye-to-eye. But in the end, we will be fighting together. We will be making and re-making the world, not in our image(s), but in the reflection of what is in the same connection that we share.
I have put my faith in the community created by this group and I have yet to regret joining and sharing in it. As hard as all of this is, we will find the path forward…
Thanks for these comments. Very insightful. One of my tests is that when presented with significant hard evidence of the control grid, it is ignored. Sincere people integrate facts and evidence. They learn. Different than evolving your spin.

Xavier Figueroa, you are truly an inspiration in eloquence. The sad part is I can hardly speak English because I have no one to practice with. So, my English sounds terrible when I do run into someone that speaks the language!
Be well and take care in these trying times.
Wow, what a weird thing for him to do.
