One White House chief of staff, who I was consoling after a particularly tough day, confessed to me that the President’s job was to tell the chosen applicant yes for the 1,177 presidential appointees requiring Senate confirmation and his job was to tell 999 applicants per position no.
Ladies and gentlemen of America, you have produced an African American President whether you like it or not. I do not think it was an accident after how hard we saw him fight for the honor to be President. Now we think we see that inner toughness coming out and I must tell you, for all of us in far off or not so far off lands, it is a great relief to see a President who at least appears to be a little more human and a little more down to earth and hopefully a little more approachable by nations who are quite fearful of the nation with the most weapons of mass destruction and who actually used them on other humans justified or not. The business of America used to be business until some of the money people realized that the biggest most profitable business is War. Now the business of America is War. The rest of the world emerging or not is interested in a weaker America, a country that will stop telling others how to live and take care of its own problems with some of that military money. Who in their right mind would really believe that the most powerful military force ever assembled in human history could really be in danger from anyone or thing but itself?
As we always see from afar, Americans are more critical of themselves than anyone else. We watch to fight and attack each other and it seems odd, until we realize that it allows Americans to clear the air and get to the bottom of issues. You have a great many problems in America, but at least you have the guts to face them and comment about them and work towards solutions. A great deal of good has come from America that has helped the average man and women have better things but also a sense of entitlement to basic freedoms etc. Without people like Dr. Martin Luther King who insisted that the constitution become real, the entire planet would still be dithering around the subject. etc. etc. etc.
God Bless America and Americans. Without you, the rest of the world would stand still. You just have to realize that you must concentrate on the home front and leave the War alone for a while. The money saved would take you out of debt in a few short years instead of a decade or two.

Guess you heard that 68% of “the youth vote” went to Obama. My granddaughter called this morning to tell me she was one of them. I replied with this e-mail:
The election of Obama comes down to this. Your grandmother and I , your mother and other productive wage earning tax payers will have their taxes increased and that means less income. Less income means we will have to cut back on basic purchases , gifts and handouts. That includes firing the Hispanic lady who cleans our house twice a month. She just lost her job. We can’t afford her anymore.
What is the economic effect of Obama’s election on you personally? Over the years , your grandmother and I have given you thousands of dollars in food , housing , cash , clothing , gifts , etc. , etc. By your vote , you have chosen another family over ours for help. So in the future , if you need assistance with your rent , money for gas , tires for you car , someone to bring you lunch , etc. .. call 202-456-1111.
That’s the telephone number for the Office of the President of the United States . I’m sure Mr. Obama will be happy to send a check from his personal or business accounts or leave cash in an envelope taped to his front door.
It’s like this. Those who vote for the president should consider what the impact of an election will be on the nation as a whole and not just be concerned with what they can get for themselves (welfare , etc.). What Obama voters don’t seem to realize is that the government’s money comes from taxes collected from tax paying families. Raising taxes on productive people means they will have less money to spend on their families.
Congratulations on your choice. For future reference , you might attempt to add up all you’ve received from us , your mom , Mike’s parents and others and compare it to what you expect to get over the next four years from Mr. Obama.

I completely agree with the above post. Do it while you still have the convenience of shopping quietly alone and just wonder why the sheeple aren’t wise to whats going on around you. When I buy extras of this-and-that, I do notice what the sheeple are buying and it never ceases to amaze me why there is so much diabetes and heart disease and etc in this country.
Its like when I go into the local Golden Corral to meet with my circle of friends in a faraway suburb to discuss the state of the untied economy…one can choose between healty food or unhealthy food…and I observe all the poor food choices the vast majority make.

Webster Tarpley wrote a “quickie” book about Obama where he states that he is a tool of Zig Bryzynski(sp?) and the trilateral commission who have been grooming him for a long time. Tarpley states that they are more interested in confronting China and Russia, initially by way of Pakistan, and less interested in the middle east. He states the neocons have already been replaced and predicts that it will be worse in the longrun than a Mc Cain/Lieberman ticket;here obviously he guessed wrong. Notice Obama has been already forewarned to follow orders–remember the recent most likely skinhead/neo nazi plot against him. Tarpley’s 9-11 book synthetic terrorism is a must read and the best I”ve come across on the subject and the modus operandi.
