Time for some sacred music. Enjoy!
Robert White (1538–1574) was an English composer of the Elizabethan age, best known for his liturgical music in Latin. You can listen to the entire album here.

The most fascinating thing about this music is the way it relates the construction of the Church. The Churches were built in such a way that when this music was sung the sound would create a harmonic resonance inside the Church building. The harmonic resonance would begin organizing a force that transcends other forces in the physic world and move the soul. As a child I once heard a Thomas Tallis song in a cathedral in Clermont Ferrand, France. I actually felt my soul.
I am so glad you posted this. I am convinced from attending both choral and organ music that one of the goals was a weekly electromagnetic cleansing and healing. We need to return to this.
Thank you for this.
A personal favourite of mine is Hymn of the Cherubin.

There are also a couple of 1 hour loops which I find, even if played subaudibly, contine to uplift.
