Attempting to connect the dots: 1) smaller banks tend to lend more, especially locally; 2) the CRE debt train wreck is likely a Opportunity Zone play; 3) the work from home mandates may have been part of the disaster capitalism for CRE; 4) the regional bank rollup to the Big 6 banks engineered by the Fed.

    Do the next tranche of regional banks hold a huge portion of the CRE debt coming due over the next 2-5 years? Or do smaller community banks hold a large portion of that debt?

Thanks to Catherine and John for pointing out that an ‘independent central bank’ does not mean a central bank which is independent of the executive branch but rather means a privately owned central bank which operates in secrecy and is above the law. Wow! This need to be included in every Economics 101 textbook.

  8. Catherine mentioned Senator Frank Niceley as to helping influence Gov. Lee in making Ivermectin available without a prescription (greatly appreciated!). I live in Shelby County TN and could not find a pharmacy that would honor the TN prescription exemption. My pharmacy said that Nashville (I think some sort of pharmacy board) had not sent them any guidelines.I tried at least four differently owned pharmacies. Everyone I talked to said they wouldn’t sell it without a prescription. I attempted contacting the Governor’s office/ No answer/no returned call.
    Any thoughts?

    1. dr. Denise Sibley maintains a list on her website of compound pharmacies that honor this. I used one in Shelbyville Tennessee. My expectation is that the CHD-Tennessee chapter also has a list. Patrice Steinhart is part of the Tennessee Connect group on Solari. Check those sources out and let me know if that works.

    I finished listening to M&M earlier today. Outside the idea that the EPA and other government agencies want to destroy good, independent businesses, I just wanted to make a comment on Berkey water filters.

    I have used Berkey for over ten years now, but recently I have come across some reports that the filters are *not* filtering what they have been claiming.
    This site seems to do a good overview of Berkey’s problems; the owner of the site states that he also previously used, recommended, and later was an affiliate of Berkey water filters:

    Apparently a big problem is filtering out fluoride; an additional attachment is needed, and I believe it is an activated alumina-type filter; unfortunately, there are reports that trace amounts of aluminum leech out.

    This guy on GooTube also did a comparison of water filters, including Berkey. The Total Dissolved Solids (TDS) in the Berkey in his test was also quite high:

    There is another US company that makes gravity drip filters that supposedly is of high quality and even filters out fluoride. Below is the lab test they post on their site. A friend recommended the company to me, and I plan on ordering some filters soon (Their ceramic filters fit in Berkey chambers, too.):

    1. Very helpful. Berkey states in their lawsuit that the filter problem is primarily knockoffs. In a health society, the regulators would work with the company to get problems resolved quickly not end up in lawsuits like this.

  10. I found Whitney Webb’s “The Nation Under Blackmail” very enlightening. You can find her on YouTube. Also check out the video, Who Rules America? on YouTube. I feel better informed but still powerless. I joined the Democratic Party in 1968 because they reflected my values that all citizens count. I don’t recognize them anymore. I don’t vote for them or donate. RFK Jr. expresses my values better than I can. He has more depth of insight, knowledge, character as well as the passion and energy than any other candidate and without him to reform the system we’ll be slaves to the WEF. That would be a nightmare I don’t think I could face.

    Your infatuation with RFK Jr is noteworthy, but you must realize that his pledge to unite us is nothing more than political speech. He won’t be able to do it, nor will anyone else, not even space aliens. There’s no way that RFKJ will unify if he splits the Democrat party, to which you note his inherent allegiance. I still say he would be better off joining forces with Trump for one term.

    On the other hand, you gave Trump a sound zinger by saying that he would do a better job of dividing us. I understand lately that there have been suspicious occurrences around RFK events. But the smart money will probably decide to outlast us and then take advantage of the phonies– the ones whose existence relies on the assistance of their phones.     Certainly it’s a good time for each of us to think about preserving off-line the internet resources our families and communities might want/need after websites have been censored, or after access to the internet has been more severely compromised—if not denied altogether to individuals labeled dangerous by AI.

    *We should all understand that Solari owns the work they have done, and releasing materials on a thumb drive creates all sorts of conflicts of interest, not the least of which is control over their content so that it can’t be changed or manipulated. Even if the team believes the idea has merit, it may not be the best stewardship of their work, until we’re up against the wall.

    Here in my conservative town of Cheektowaga, NY the illegals were relocated to the nearby town of Amherst, NY. We had 2 sexual assaults and damage plus violence at a local club. They are now in jail and legally migrants are no longer allowed to be transported here legally.

From the attitude of Missouri AG and Josh Hawley, I could tell it was most definitely a win…yet one more reason why I have been wanting to relocate to Missouri, they don’t play games with the Feds the way Texas does, Texas still has a little Bush crime family right-wingers in their blood, unfortunately, but they are all about to vote for Kennedy if my team and I become as effective as we hope to be.

    My son is still in Ukraine; recently married a young Ukrainian woman. Ukrainian men, 18 to 64 have not been allowed to leave the country since the war began. They’ve started drafting men with medical problems which had disqualified them from military service. In November they will start drafting women. He said the Ukrainians wouldn’t stand for women being drafted to fight so they will serve supportive functions. There’s concern that women will no longer be allowed to leave the country because of the draft. His wife briefly considered applying for a UN job posting – it involved travel to places where real property is damaged by the war to appraise its value.

Glad to have your review of the actual documentation issued on acceptance of “CBDC” and “Crypto Assets”. The statement from the Rep. from India alone gave me a headache. I can’t imagine 92 pages of that, so I was grateful you read and reviewed the report available to the public Catherine. Not so sure just being made public legitimizes the positions it appears to state!

  26. Throwing a wrench in the works- this really struck me this evening, hearing you say this. I have a day job in healthcare auditing and in the evenings I work the dinner hour for one of the big restaurant and food delivery app companies. Both of my jobs were threatened, these past few years under the great reset, to become obsolete- taken over by the tech sector and their software; and by driver-less cars and automated systems in restaurants and grocery stores. I am pleased to say that the auditing software, for healthcare, launched this year at my company, is making an absolute mess of it. Myself and others who were let go 3 years ago are now pulled back in to follow behind the software and to clean up the incomprehensible mess it leaves behind. At my night job we’re being pushed to take up grocery delivery from the big supermarkets, and this is a absolute disaster of tech coordination with the real world- we have to scan a bar code on items in the supermarket before we can check them out for customers and most of the bar codes stuck to grocery items are wrong- the bar codes might scan to the correct item in a supermarket checkout but they do NOT scan to a correct item to these tech overlord supermarket and food delivery apps. Almost like someone threw a wrench in the works, and the barcode scanning system simply does not work. I keep thinking that it seems to me like someone slapped the wrong bar code sticker on half the items in the supermarket, or, fed wrong barcode information to the tech company so that it can’t match bar code to real world item. It seem like a deliberate mess. To me it seems that way. While I think grocery delivery is a great thing for some people, I can’t say I’m sorry to see the skimming tech sector middleman fail here. The tech company makes more money of that delivery than anyone else involved

    1. Any chance that they software systems were written by hib visa holders from India and Indian contracting companies? This sounds like a similar mess i’m watching unfold at the hands of the Indian “software engineers and programmers.” NOT. More like hacks…

      2. Most likely, yes, this is all coming out of India or Israel. Makes me wonder whether this isn’t really about providing any sort of useful service. The goal might be yet another data grab by yet another foreign tech entity. In the end, whether natural language processing systems work or not in auditing records and returning anything useful, the tech company was fed an enormous amount of data on US citizens. Same goes for feeding grocery shopping data to I don’t know how many tech entities through shopping apps. Also want to give a warning to young women- as soon as a young woman lets it be known to the the healthcare system that she is sexually active, that young woman is coded, tagged and tracked in I don’t even know how many software systems, and in how many countries. Like cattle, women are controlled and herded through the system, starting as teenagers, and this herding seems to eventually lead to sterilization (destruction and removal of reproductive organs) for many.

Schooley of Madison County, Ohio. Sam Dean is married and father to seven children.

    In March 2021, Sam placed two stickers, one on the back of a street sign and another on a curbside pickup box near the Plain City Public Library urging non-compliance with lockdowns and mask mandates. On this basis he was convicted of two misdemeanor charges of criminal trespass and criminal mischief. His appeal of this conviction was denied in September 2022; his probation began on September 6. Sam was summoned to appear for a probation meeting on Friday, September 23, 2022.

    Sam has been diagnosed with PTSD and back disabilities related to his military service for which, in accordance with the Americans with Disabilities Act (ADA), the Americans with Disabilities Act Amendments Act (ADAAA), the Supreme Court of Ohio policy and Madison County policy, he has a right to request & receive reasonable accommodations in the court systems. Madison County policy specifically states that coordination is initiated by the disabled person contacting the county’s appointed ADA Coordinator (who then coordinates with the court systems). His ADA accommodations include specifically that he be provided with a hard chair because of injuries sustained in the military, and that he be allowed to excuse himself momentarily in any situation where PTSD symptoms that might lead to an irrational response are triggered.

    More than 48 hours before Sam’s September 23, 2022 appointment, he asked Madison County Probation Officer Brandey Maynard who served as the ADA coordinator for her office and the scheduled meeting. Susan Thompson, the county-appointed ADA coordinator, was not available as she was on vacation. Since Sam could not be assured of accommodations for his disabilities, Sam sought to reschedule the probation meeting, but this request was denied.

    On September 23, 2023, Sam and his wife appeared in the probation office in London, Ohio, signed in, and brought documentation of the county court’s refusal to adhere to ADA legal requirements to show why he did not want to appear in the probation meeting without prior coordination for accommodations.
