  1. I called Senator Thom Tillis’s (D-NC) office just now and tried to suggest that they get a subscription to Solari.com’s Money & Market podcast… and the person who answered the phone hung up immediately.

  2. I remember the definition of Gene Therapy from a genetic researcher in 2021. According to him, Gene Therapy is taking out a section of the gene and inserting another gene into the gap.

    He did not believe that the C19 injections were gene therapy because they are structured to just DUMP a conglomeration of genetic material into human cells and see what happens…

    I wondered if that AU health regulator understood that her days are numbered.

    A friend of mine has a friend in Oklahoma. She told him that 7 older ladies who were all friends proudly got the C19 injection together in 2021. All of them are dead now.

    I have contacted Atrium Health (Western NC) to verify the “6,000 Sorrow Card” story. Crickets so far but I’m still in the first 5 attempts…:))))

    How Is Generative AI Governed?
    Generative AI systems are democratizing AI capabilities that were previously inaccessible due to the lack of training data and computing power required to make them work in each organization’s context. The wider adoption of AI is a good thing, but it can become problematic when organizations don’t have appropriate governance structures in place. [Compiler’s Note: An almost meaningless word salad, that basically says, technology is allowing the adoption of this dangerous capability, but the people doing it are often clueless.]

    Here is the list of nasty possible outcomes from AI that BCG does not want you to see:

    “THE ETHICAL ISSUES TIED TO GENERATIVE AI GOVERNANCE
    As users experiment with these systems, there are serious ethical issues that need to be addressed:

    1) Unknown Capabilities. Large generative AI systems such as ChatGPT have exhibited a massive capability overhang—skills and dangers that are not planned for in the development phase, and are generally unknown and unexpected even to the developers. This can pose a serious threat if the right guardrails are not in place to effectively manage unexpected usage.

    2) Bias and Toxicity (??). Outputs from generative AI will be as biased as the data it is trained on. Many popular language models today are trained on the wilds of the internet, where there is plenty of bias—along with toxic language and ideas.

    3) Data Leakage. Many companies have quickly put policies in place to forbid employees from entering sensitive information into ChatGPT, fearing that it could get incorporated into the AI model and re-emerge in public.

    4) Hallucination. ChatGPT can make arguments that sound extremely convincing but are 100% wrong. Developers refer to this as “hallucination,” a potential outcome that limits the reliability of the answers coming from AI models.

    5) Lack of Transparency. Generative AI models currently provide no attribution for the facts underlying the content they generate, which makes it impossible to verify the correctness of generated claims—further increasing the danger posed by AI-model hallucinations.

    6) Copyright Controversies. Since the data sets used by AI models are derived from the public internet, a legal question arises: Does the content those models create amount to the duplicating of copyrighted works?”

  5. My 2 cents? Trump didn’t fight the 2020 election fraud effectively, because his primary purpose is to divide, conquer, and above all, distract.

    Outcomes don’t really matter as long as people are focused on him, instead of the scamdemic horrors, the great poisoning, critical geo-political warmongering, or the forced monetary system restructure.

    The establishment’s attacks on Trump are theater.

  6. I dug in on John Kerry the last time he spewed anti-farmer jingoism for his handlers. He may be a White House employee, but he isn’t expected to show up for work any time soon. I left two scathing messages for him on his blind State Department voicemail box – and then the box filled up.

    The admin folks at the State Dept where he is being stored, were kind enough to mention that he is never there… so we’re paying for him to run around collecting speaking fees, or something.

    I know I suggested to you earlier in the fruitless Ukraine war that it seemed like New Israel would be a possibility for the otherwise DOA war aims that were then apparent, with an Israeli in Zelinskyy and massive depopulation key features, but other than you in this edition of Money And Markets, I haven’t heard it said publicly. It does make odd sense, though. Palestine is quickly becoming untenable and has been overcrowded for decades. Its farmland is vastly inferior to Ukraine’s and the Israelis have a great interest in food self-sufficiency. Surrounding countries are far less hostile to Jews in Ukraine, and they’ve had a presence there historically.

    The biggest problem will be the nukes that Israel has, but since they can’t really be used, they could conceivably be kicked in to facilitate negotiations. My interest in the matter today has been peaked by an article I saw about making Florida into New Israel, the absurd suggestion of an Egyptian surgeon turned comedian. It establishes an outlying border to the topic, necessary for blue sky thinking. Florida is hardly on the trading block, but Ukraine might sound reasonable by contrast.

    I don’t know how realistic Ukraine as New Israel would actually be, but both of these recent wars make no sense given their ostensible reasons.

      and they can’t just transform into a one state liberal democracy in which they would be a minority.

      The last two are theoretically possible but the fundamentalist Zionists are far too powerful to make that an easy solution.

As a Berlin native my heart was singing when John rightly stated: “That’s Berlin.” The legendary “Berlin snout” is an attitude, a fatalistic sense of humour and dialect that we carry as a badge of honour, it is made by and for times like these. I’d like to add that I take slight issue with portraying the religious identity in the Middle East as purely Muslim, a narrative pushed by Western mainstream media to polarise and to divide. The Levant in particular consists of a large Christian population and a wide variety of ethnic and religious identities. Lebanon for example is 40% Christian and 10% of all displaced Palestinians are orthodox Christians. It’s frightening to watch how migration has been weaponised globally in a calculated manner to destroy cultural and religious identity indefinitely, it is evident that we’re being set up and it’s a play for all the marbles.

    1. Yes Selvi I completely agree. Are you familiar with Albert Pike’s letter of 1871 to the illuminati that was displayed in the British Library until 1977? What was planned for the first two world wars came to pass and what is planned for WWIII seems to be playing out, whereby political zionism and Islam will mutually destroy each other.       1. Although I haven’t known of this letter in particular, I am not the least bit surprised. Outside of Western mainstream narratives, these motives and the political and historical reality are considered to be common sense, in the West they are thought to be conspiratorial and are met with ridicule.
        It’s impossible in my view to understand current political affairs in the Middle East without a deep read of the historical fabric and longterm strategies by players that have been and are operating criminally with impunity and to not fall into the trap which is being carefully prepared.
        What gives me tentative hope is that there seems to be more nuance in the discourse and a willingness to insist or consider insisting on the rule of law. It is evident however and very visible now, beyond the shadow of a doubt, that the West is decaying and morally corrupt, it is painful to watch.

  14. I have great doubts about John Titus’ presumtpions who the demonstrators in the Berlin protests are and the conclusions he made for the role of US politics in the Israel – Hamas conflict.
    There is actually only a very minor part of German natives among the demonstrators (usually with a woke background). What can be seen here is the result of years of mass immigration of millions of people from Middle East an Northern African countries. The chanting says “Allahu Akbar” (“Allah is the greatest”), it furthermore claims the establishment of an islamic califate in Germany – I have never met or heard of a native German who claimed that.
    Furthermore the chantings say “from the river to the sea” – nothing less than the claim of extinction of the state of Israel. Chantings like “Jews into the gas” are frequent on these demonsteations which happen in all large German cities too (proofing it’s not about Israel, it’s hate against all Jews). ISIS Flags and hand signs are shown (broadly documented on footage in German mainstream but also social and alternative media). The leader of one the largest German youth aid agencies Arche has recently stated in a widely echoed interview in the press how shocked he was about the extreme hatred widely common among young migrants quoting “we slit the throat of the Jews first, then the homosexuals and then the Christians”.
    What we see on these videos is the rise of monstrous evil with public demonstrations of power – with many parallels and actual historic connections to what is documented in German history books about what happened 75 years ago.
    The Grand Mufti of Jerusalem was one of the closest allies of Hitler. The education system in the region was already influenced by the Nazis with the framing of Jews in school books.
    As a German native I am deeply ashamed of what is going on in my country of birth.
    The spark that has been initiated in Gaza is setting antisemitism in Europe on fire with its large middle east migrant communities. To Hamas Gaza is everywhere where Palestenians live . The claim of establishing a califate is publicly aiming at a coup d’etat – we remember Mossul in Irak only few years ago.
    Chantings in German football stadiums are not the right comparison in this context.
    The question is if Germany and Europe can defend liberty, freedom and the survival of the hertitage of societies that have been built on Christian values and that have become spritually empty and turned to the false gods of climate and gender ideologies.

  15. I had to giggle a little bit @ 5:09 when John says that Netanyahu would do anything “to save his own bacon”. Not to discount the seriousness of the situation, but we may have to change that colloquial expression since if Netanyahu follows Jewish dietary laws, then he would not be eating bacon since it is a pork product, much less save it. Maybe change it to “save his own brisket”.

      Why did courts let non-legislatures change election rules, ignore the Constitution, and dismiss Republican and state suits (SCOTUS) about it for lack of standing?

      Do not the numerous suits and heavy handed charges against Trump tell you the left/deep state are worried if he takes office? Are any of them from Republicans? On the other hand, do any but a few Republicans, deep staters themselves, give him support?

      Do you not remember that life was better under Trump, from increased freedoms, the right to try, lower taxes, lower unemployment for all groups, no wars started, prices reducing and more?

      Sure, he had his problems, he certainly didn’t handle Covid well. After initial push back on the medical-industrial complex, he folded with the vax and shutdowns. But on the whole, my life was better, true for many.

      Our country has been taken over by WEF, pharma, neocons and pols who think they can keep their jobs if they ignore the people and stand up a braindead moron to take their instructions. No doubt Biden agreed to this to keep his grift from exposure. Right now these groups have similar goals, but already they are starting to go after each other.

      In the meantime, though, they want serious contenders GONE. RFK Jr is set ip for assassination while, IMO, if they suits against Trump fail (and they seem to be) he will be set up for assassination as well.

      Such short memories and attention. Must be all those jabs you got.

        watching the news headlines currently shows that the Trump distraction is running at full speed and with great effectiveness. people concerned about their saviour are not seeing most of other important things that Mr Global is putting in place.         Why not incompetence and/or lack of willing connections. Could it not be that the Trump and his associates, just like the Biden/Obama/Clinton network, are unrealistic fanatics who essentially operate disconnected from reality and instead focus on stars, cheap memes and headlines?

  17. On the commercial real estate: Here in Australia the problem in the commercial space is that asking rents have continued to climb despite demand for spaces plummeting. It’s no longer a free or working market. I went looking for a commercial office space and it took 12 months to find something at what I deem to be a reasonable price. Others I looked at refused to negotiate and still sit there empty today, some 18months later. I read somewhere that they value commercial properties on ASKING rents, not ACTUAL rents. Therefore it’s better for many investors to sit on their hands with overvalued, empty real estate than to rent it out at the actual market driven price, which would have plummeted since peak demand in 2019. I can only assume they are simply delaying the inevitable. At least that’s what I’m hoping. The greed in this house of cards is just unfathomable.

    1. So how do these commercial businesses stay afloat, stay in business, if their properties are unoccupied for 18 months? For that matter, how do they pay their employees, and for smaller investors that rely on rental income for sustenance, how do they afford to eat?

      1. There could be all sorts of reasons. Tax breaks, leverage… clearly having empty property more highly valued on paper is better for their overall portfolios somehow. Otherwise they’d drop the rents and rent them out at market rates. You’d have to direct this question at money managers, accountants and banks, there are all sorts of tricks used many of them around taxation. Small business wants to operate they just can’t afford the overheads.

    2. …and is all the empty commercial real estate being propped up until 15-minute cities are enforced? I could see all those high-rise office buildings being used as concentration camps, I mean, 15-minute cities.

    3. Interesting thoughts, however, I have never seen a seasoned commercial real estate investor buy commercial real estate based upon “proposed” rental income. As realtors, we show data on collected rents and how that contributes to the overall income of the commercial real estate investment. Unless a person wants to buy property to lose money or create a loss, it would be a useless transaction to buy unprofitable real estate. Why waste your time and money? What you describe would be no different then going into a casino on the “chance” you might win gambling just like on the “chance” that a property might rent at an inflated dollar amount.

      1. Presumably these aren’t new investors, they are established property owners who prefer to prop up the value of their overall portfolios in a false market as opposed to allowing market forces to dictate the rent received. I’m talking about the types of people who own entire towns.

    4. I worked at a corporation that deliberately crowded us into one building, which allowed them to take a loss on the unoccupied space. Rising prices msut also take into account taxes and other basic costs that have risen, empty or not.

      1. Yes my thinking is along these lines that much of it must be coming down to taxation and tax breaks for losses while still retaining hypothetical value which can be leveraged to purchase more property etc.

  19. One of my biggest concerns has been the aircraft carriers safety. How many of our best fighters and best technology ( at one time) is located on them. They’re like a very busy city on the ocean. So many great men and women. I’m a former Navy jet pilots wife. I have been on those carriers and seen many of our friends lost at war during another time when it seemed the government had no concern about the lives of those who were dedicated to defending our country. They seem like sitting ducks to whomever thinks they’re expendable. I thought they were invincible at one time. I now know better. Thank you for fighting battles we can’t fight ourselves and keeping us informed. I’d love to be lobbying with you. You’re certainly with a great group. Prayers your way.

Told him point blank you can afford to subscribe to the Solari Report so do it. Solari Subscribes in this M and M are given so many heads up in so many ways as to what is coming. As Gigi Young said the other day and as you said Miss Catherine Pray, we all can pray. I wonder John if an Aircraft Carrier will be the trigger???? Hope it don’t happen but we are dancing a very dangerous dance. One last comment on Trump, he is a detraction. A dang good one. So he serves the elite purpose.

  22. Related to last week’s discussion on AI eavesdropping. . .

    This morning, while sitting in a coffeeshop with two friends, as an experiment, I announced that I was expecting a baby (highly unlikely based on my age). We discussed all the things I would need to buy for the (imaginary) baby, where I should register for the shower that they were going to throw for me, et cetera. My phone was in my car, turned off and in a Faraday bag. The second person didn’t have a phone with her, and the third person had her phone on airplane mode.

    When I got home and checked Amazon, there was a big banner ad that I’ve never seen before that said, “Now patients don’t need to be patient. Your care team on call,” from Prime/One Medical. There were lots of pictures of doctors in the ad, and one of them looked so much like me she could have been my sister. And not a single ad for baby items.

    Apparently, not only was AI listening, but it seems it decided that I need a doctor for a medical issue that isn’t pregnancy related, since there was no attempt to sell me baby paraphernalia.

    I’m going to stop poking the bear now.

He has stated via his Locals.com/YouTube why the election challenge didn’t go—GA AG and SOS weren’t going to let it happen and Trump atty’s were “junior varsity” as Titus said. Establishment Republicans, Dems, neocons, Military industrial complex, DOJ, and FBI and CIA can’t decide who they hate more—Trump or RFK?!?

  25. In the article about the Siena Poll finding “Trump Leads in 5 Critical States as Voters Blast Biden”, if Biden has a supposed 8% approval rating how can he get over 40% in the polls?

    1. I think it comes from the constraints built into those polls. As Catherine asked “where do the other candidates stand?” or something to that effect, John scrolled through and realized and said the poll was only between those two. Also, I’m curious to know where you obtained the 8% approval rating figure for Biden. What I have been hearing is around 30%. Granted I have no TV connected to the outside world, so only hear radio news: Fox, CBS, and Democracy Now. However, where I live in Northern Louisiana, the 8% figure for Biden would be fairly accurate since in my twin cities with pop of ~100,000, I never saw one yard sign or yard sign on street corner or a billboard for Biden in the 2020 election, and maybe 3 bumper stickers for him. Roughly 95% of the signs were for Trump and 5% were for Jo Jorgansen, the Libertarian candidate.

  26. Agreed Catherine and John, why did Trump not do the work to over turn the election? Is he a country club play boy? His choice of his team was way weak, his lose cannon attitude and mouth not indicative of a true leader see book Good To Great. He gave us the Trump Jab and was bragging about it still in the spring of 2023, what the heck? Again I have to ask is he just a country club SP personality type play boy? We crave for a true leader, as most of us see our country being destroyed or picked clean as you said Mr John. Is it this craving for a leader that keeps Trump out front or is it mind control the GOP is using? So again as Catherine and John point out it would have been easy to prove, yet he did nothing? Why oh Why and so many will not even ask the hard questions of Trump, not Candace Owen or Tucker? A true leader would have never turned the world over to Fauci………..a true leader leads. You Miss Catherine with your leadership skills and call it like you see it are great examples of a true leader. It is in your bones to lead. Nope Trump does not have that in his bones, my take anyway.

    1. May I please gently and respectfully submit that we don’t need a leader? Catherine and others have been pointing out for a long time that the locus of change has to be local. Don’t look for “leaders” nationally, you won’t find them. Look for collaborators locally.

      1. Yes Cathy, agree, but why do we have CEOs, why do we have generals, why do we have those who will go first into battle? Why do we have those in front who shine their lights first? If you study personality type, the few will rise and lead it is in their bones, or put another way rise and get in the trench to fight and get dirty and or worse, while others are sill thinking or trying to decide or just still believing in a system that is failing with corruption from stem to stern. Why did we need the founders of this country my home America, because they were true leaders and risk it all. My take is Universe and God will awake the leaders we need, it want be Trump either. Only Catherine and the one person would press the Red Button. Also why we are in the mess we are in.

        1. A real leader is not a psychopath. Unfortunately, what we have is mostly psychopaths who, by definition, have no empathy for the well being of others. They clearly have no guilt or regrets for the great harm that is continuing to be done.

        2. I think the whole concept of leadership is in transition.
          In a 5,000 year (or whatever) history of leadership, we have the basic pattern of leadership of various quality, mostly tyrannical, and obedient, often bribed or coerced or mesmerized followers.

          Once we enhance the culture of true autonomy, where people ARE taking charge of their choices in their everyday lives, we will then have a more flexible and fair approach to the leaders that emerge. They will be more like peers in a leadership role that everyone agrees to. They can be honored and recognized for their skills, but not idolized or feared, and therefore can be removed if they don’t perform in the best interests of those they are leading.

      2. And too many people, in my opinion idol worship Trump, overlooking his part in Operation Warpspeed, among other things. It’s kinda creepy.

    2. I’m in the UK, FWIW.
      One thing that the last few years proved is how difficult it is to overturn an election via the legal process once the results are in place.
      I’ll agree with John’s comments on how best to do it legally. Perhaps the real issue is the need to ensure that an election is free and fair before the votes are cast.
      I’ll leave the question on whether Trump had the power to direct an investigation, open.

    3. I’ve wondered much the same thing, especially with all of the effort and finances put in by Mike Lindell to prove what happened during the election of 2020. It’s like Trump and his legal team turned their backs on Lindell even though I feel certain Lindell would have given all of the data to Trump and team free of charge. Maybe it’s because they didn’t come up with it themselves, thus showing the arrogant “country club playboy” loose cannon attitude that you suggested.

But I see little regret among the wealthy retired class.   33. We are getting rid of aircraft carriers anyway. More drone pilots than carrier pilots are being trained. Also, a friend at a machine shop that worked on specific brackets for carrier landing gear for his whole career says as the shop has wound down for owner’s retirement, the contract for that part is not being bid anywhere anymore.

The industry is that much of a scam.

  37. I received a call this evening (Thursday 11/09) around 6:30pm Central Time from area code 404. “Who’s calling me from Atlanta?” I wondered. I let it go to voicemail. Later on I checked voicemail, and it was a call from the CDC (Center for Disease Control) asking me to participate in a survey. It was a robo call and did not name me specifically. They are conducting this survey to determine vaccination rates “for Covid and other diseases for adults, teenagers, and children”. They left a toll free 877 number for me to call. Doubt if I will, unless other subscribers suggest reasons why I should. It’s none of the CDC’s business, plus I swore off surveys years ago since I never hear or see the results of surveys either within companies I worked for or general public surveys like what kind vehicle do I drive or what is my favorite ketchup or who I’m likely to vote for in local political races. In addition they may track my call and send the Gestapo or the Stasi after me if they don’t like my answers. But then I would like to hammer home to them that the Covid vax is experimental, less than 5 years of development and testing, so why should I trust them, and I still remember the rotten egg problems with the flu vaccines in the ’80’s. Again, why should I trust them?

      1. iPad with Wi-Fi only, no cellular radio. Disable Wi-Fi in Settings and use a USB-Ethernet wired network connection.

    Catherine, You mentioned the lack of security on a Memphis college campus during your speech in TN, it made me think of what it was like going to USC (not in a great neighborhood) years ago (1990’s) and what they are doing about it now. 
     
    When I attended USC, there were always safety classes like self-defense, personal awareness and access to free rides from security from my late night class to my car and Blue Light Phones that are a direct link to the safety office so you can call if you need it (this was before cell phones, but the blue light phones are still on campus). I had training in mace and was always aware of where I was and who was around with my car keys in my fist…just in case they needed to poke someone in the eyeball! Ahhh, memories of walking at night back to my car on campus…; )

    Recently, I was sent an alumni update for campus security and you can see where this train is going. I always liked the courses we can take for our own personal safety but now it is pushing “see-something-say something” harder than ever. They are pushing “telling on their neighbor” far beyond what most people would see as normal.

    This push began after a student stabbed a USC professor in 2016.  
    I feel terrible for the families of the victim and the student. Who knows what could have pushed him into this. Medications from the doctor he was seeing? Probably. Friends of mine that were still on the campus at that time thought it was weird that the student stood over the teacher’s body after he stabbed him and said, “you have been torturing me for years..” uh, maybe he was in some weird neuroscience-y way? I mean, the professor was a big wig in psychology and the cognitive neuro-imaging center…maybe the professor without knowing it was helping the Mr Global to target this kid with neuro weapons etc? Who knows. But this event put the massive surveillance steps in place to create a USC campus that I don’t even recognize anymore.

    Anyhoo, I know we saw this crackdown on students during the pandemic, but it is only getting worse. ASU Arizona State had rolling robot drones driving food from the commissary to the students prison cells, I mean dorms, during the lock downs. My husband was so disappointed in his former Frat house that he didn’t see members of Kappa Sig riding the robots back to campus for fun. Instead, the members were afraid and locked away. Sad.

    The stories of students at a large amount of universities getting injected just to stay in, then getting very ill are heartbreaking. I can only imagine what else the tyrants have in store. 

    I want the college experience to remain a thing, but we need to create better campuses and programs that aren’t part of the problem or brain washing more into supporting the bad guys. Harvard can’t have my kids. My youngest will NOT work for or support the companies that poisoned his big brother.

    Student Loans and high cost is a whole other topic (don’t get me started).

    I am homeschooling my boys then would love to find apprenticeships and the like. I think a subscription to Solari is a wonderful way to add knowledge to a home school program. Government, Financial,Space, Business, Art, Music, Food, Health, Creepy Tech and everything else all wrapped up in an affordable package. ; )
