    A few years ago, I spoke with one of CREDO’s participants in the reg-neg after the passage of The Credit Card Accountability Responsibility and Disclosure (CARD) Act of 2009.

    She had no idea that Establishment President Jimmy Carter removed the 11% “Usury Cap” on credit card interest rates. NPR also reported on this Act without mentioning it either… but that time, I was able to get it into the segment as a question from listeners… Another sacred cow gored…

  5. Catherine is correct that many Americans have been killed. The CDC publishes weekly all cause deaths. They jumped in March of 2020 and stayed elevated until 2023. They are now drifting towards the 2016-2019 baseline. More than 1.6 million Americans have been murdered by the twin bioweapons since March 2020.

    1. I found one reference to fentanyl and opoid deaths in 2022 in US as 106,000 which would be app 209.41 deaths per day, which would work out to 12,000+ since October 7. Was discussing with John Titus today why this was different than the deaths in Israel and Gaza. He said the first was presumed murder whereas the second was murder. Which was an interesting moment for me. Since growing up listening to the folks arranging the murders by drugs, it has always been impossible for me to think them “presumed” or any different than deaths by military action etc. Have always seen that in which the criminal action is designed to be invisible to be similar or the same as those that are visible.

  6. I’m glad you are now convinced about the contagiousness of the injections. I am un-injected and I have repeatedly developed mild to severe musculoskeletal disorders from being around the injected. I spent most of 2022 recovering and going slowly. I am only back on my feet because I discovered oxidative therapies (Hydrogen Peroxide, Chlorine Dioxide). I still get weird joint issues around the injected – but it is not as bad and passes faster.

    In 09/21, a new condition in children surfaced with 4,200 reported cases to the CDC. It was given a Medicare label: MIS-C or “Multi-Inflammatory Syndrome in Children.”

    This was months before kids were injected. What happened was the parents (or grandparents) got injected… came home and shed a whole host of crap onto their kids or grandkids.

    We’re talking boys with inflamed eyeballs. Two year old girls with periods. One injected grandparent related that her grandkids staying over at her house woke up screaming in pain. By 09/21, the article reported 40 kids had died. I cannot imagine how those parents felt.

    The other early article on the contagiousness of the injections, came out was from LifeSiteNews in 04/21 on Pfizer’s “Exposure During Pregnancy (EDP)” protocol. Pfizer’s EDP clearly identifies genetic treatments as contagious, and very dangerous for pregnant women to be exposed too.

    This article was backed up by the 04/2022 55,000 page monthly FDA doc release being processed at DailyClout.io – which gave more of the EDP document full of word salads and incomprehensible crap – really incomprehensible.

      1. Paxlovid, manufactured by Pfizer, has been around for a while (a year?) now. I do know someone who got “covid” and took it and thinks it cured the sickness in 3 days. But the questions are, what was the sickness, againstwhat was he measuring the severity of the illness and it’s timeline, what are the long term effects (I head read early on that one of the listed effects was that whoever took it was more prone to catching covid again). The real question is, why would anyone in their right mind take anything from Pfizer except an admission of guilt?

        1. Got an EXTREMELY negative report from the health care expert I asked. Without asking an expert, if it is made by Pfizer, why would you even consider it? Pfizer just engineered a mass attrocity under military law. Why would any product made by a serial killer that is the business of professionally murdering and sterilizing people be something to consider or discuss?

          2. Catherine, it is difficult for people to accept that the gov and that a well-known institution like Pfizer would do something like this or close. That is our real war. Awakening to the reality. I know too many, well educated and some working directly to advance this craziness, who listens to propaganda because they live in a materialistic world – while the money is coming – lets keep up what we are doing – they say. Not understanding that we are all slowly working towards being controlled.
            How to better address this problem? Not sure.
            But, just look at Cuba – without going far. People have been controlled for decades with no way out. Why and how it happened? Same principles.

    1. Historically, it may have been easier to cheat with multiple-choice exams than essay questions. But we now have ChatGPT for essay writing.
    2. Are apprenticeships more or less expensive for students than law schools? Would all lawyers do apprenticeships? If not, what would motivate some lawyers to do apprenticeships? Would there be price differences for students (e.g. US vs. foreign) for apprenticeships? Would lawyers use LSAT standardized test scores to accept apprentices, and/or would they use subjective criteria for apprentice admission?
    3. Could the subjective criteria for aspiring lawyer admission include background checks and “social credit scores” that are derived from a range of digital sources, including social media, speech, financial transactions and known associates?

  13. Ukraine started a 20% tax on real property. There are ongoing protests in all the cities. Citizens are not happy with the government. They’re circulating pictures of homes and addresses of officials on the Internet with comments about their new swimming pool on their meager salary.

    Soldiers are refusing to go into battles. The officers are fine with that if the soldier pays them $1,500 for each refusal. (That’s how they do things in Ukraine).

    Even before the war, the government had a $60,000 death benefit payable to a deceased soldier’s family – which were never paid. Deaths were fairly common because of land mines from prior conflicts. That empty promise is more obvious with so many Ukrainian families losing their relative and his soldier’s pay. The officials make excuses for not paying – for example, they claim the soldier was drunk when he was killed.

    The wealthy and the poor have left Ukraine. The middle class remain but they’re being squeezed with high prices and taxes. There is no work, jobs are mainly in health care, military and liquor.

    A Ukrainian general gave a birthday gift to his aide – an expensive bottle of liquor and some hand grenades. The grenades have a shiny, smooth covering and the aide thought they were toys. When he pulled the pin he was killed and his son critically injured. Ukraine media picked it up when the wife called for the ambulance and the story is out in Ukraine. News media in the US didn’t report all the facts, leaving the impression that it was an assassination – by Russia no doubt.

    I don’t care for Muslim terrorism any more than I like Israel baiting World War III. USA needs to stand down. Hate-driven ideologies need to bleed out on their own terms. It’s nobody else’s fight.

    US intelligence services didn’t know anything about the Nord stream pipeline attack by the Ukrainian special forces ahead of time in order to stop it. ? What’s the over/ under for Zelinskyy making it to the next “Spring Offensive?”

    Diversity orthodoxy has affected the legal profession on an overt basis in Oregon. We know that it has already affected the military and the airborne population of pilots negatively. These are small potatoes compared to what will happen in the engineering profession where waiving a difficult to pass exam would result in catastrophes we cannot even imagine. This will be a huge setback to civilization.

    While it is hugely suspicious that so many LAPD police officers took their own lives in such a short span of time, it is not unbelievable that the institutional hypocrisy of that profession can lead the highly intelligent or sensitive to contemplate the futility and hence the unrecoverable error of their career choices.

  17. Terrific M & M as always. But I don’t think Oregon dropping the Bar exam has anything to do with future lockdowns. It’s really about lowering (or eliminating) standards. Just another method to achieve “diversity.” Oregon also recently announced that high school students did not have to pass any reading, writing or math test to graduate. These actions will result in an overall reduction of competence in their high school and law school graduates. A very sad future for what was once a great state.

  18. In put on shedding. Never had issues except when handling lots of cash at farmers market, and not sure it was that but could be, runny nose etc for a day. This was in the first year of the jabs. I have been around in close contact with jabbed people but no sex etc. I have had my antibodies checked several times always zero. I have never had the magic V either. However my diet and my gut microbiome are super strong from a pretty much carnivore diet and lots of milk kefir. I use to eat fermented veggies but the lectins started killing my guts. Pretty much zero veggies for last 3 years. I do know people who have experienced shedding ie one lady with 5 daughters none vaxxed. All kinds of strange things with their periods, also know another in her late 20s her mom and dad got jabbed and they did not tell her, she spent the week in with them and her periods were off for 6 months. Take away, as you have said Miss Catherine the gut microbiome is a big deal. I have been exposed directly to the magic V 3 times by people who got the magic V, never caught it. I should note I also keep my Vit D at a 100 or a bit more. Milk Kefir is so very powerful. I teach classes on this and maybe coming to TN before long to teach a class on Kefir and old way Fermenting Veggies.

  22. Funny story, back in the 90s I was enjoying life as part of a windsurfing community in the San Francisco Bay area and Maui. We were always involved in helping with solving water pollution issues and one mouth in the Wind Surf monthly magazine John Kerry was featured as a east coast wind surfing politician. Our community all thought how cool that was, because now we would have one of our own in Washington DC meaning that he would think and act as a wonderful down to earth human that we could trust, because playing on the ocean almost daily with mother nature is such a religious experience we though that no-way that he could have a evil bone in his body, that’s before I learned about sociopaths which excel in politics.

  23. Have you looked at the statistics of field carrier landing accidents in peace time war practice of those learning to fly war aircraft. I can tell you from first hand association it’s not an occasional thing.

    I’m also wondering why such a strong bias against the Jews and disbelief in what they tell you. There are many reports from CBN, Joel Rosenberg and Amir Tsfarti, as well as other trusted sources confirming the murder of innocents. There are survivors telling their stories . There are confirmations from other countries. I’m really surprised at your one sided non participatory anecdotes that you treat as fact for non Jews but not for the Jews. The whole Bible is of these cousins of Jesus Christ. Their government is certainly as corrupt as ours but did the normal citizen deserve the genocide from HAMAS. I have lived through much of history and certainly have a different perspective. I pray for the escape of all the righteous involved including soldiers. When you hear Palestinians in our own government calling for the eradication of all Jews, someone has been educated on hate for a long time. Reports I’ve seen said the Palestinians were warned to leave the area before assault. Transportation and supplies were offered by Israeli but taken from the people by HAMAS. Tunnels and hospitals are used together as are the people for human shields. I believe this was another 9/11 event for a continued push by our government for total war. There are Arabs living all over Israel and working in their government awa Christians. No other country seems to be interested in taking Palestinians to shelter. However, they are coming here by plane loads. Even Victor Davis Hanson has an historical perspective that puts most atrocities in the hands of Hamas. His latest discussion on The Politics of War is far different than yours. I always look forward to listening to you wherever you are available. But this discussion is confusing to me. But time is always a testator. I appreciate all your content.

      1. I have an exceptionally strong distrust of Netanyahu and any government he manages – that has nothing to do with Israelis or Jews. It has to do with years of actual experience observing the damage that he and his syndicate do. I don’t trust any information that I get from Israel on first read/ take other than the people I know and trust who all happen to be Jews. I don’t trust information coming from Palestinian sources either – and unfortunately have no one I trust that I personally know in Gaza to help. So I struggle to try to get multiple sources to corroborate.
        Saying that I have a strong bias against Jews because I am opposed to and highly critical of criminals such as Netanyahu and the government he leads in my opinion is not accurate and demonstrates either bad manners, mind control or ill intent.
        It is a cheap tactic – one the criminal syndicates use to protect themselves. And they do it while – IMO – they practice genocide against the Israeli people – both Jews and Arabs.

        The framework should be the people vs. the criminal syndicate. We must rise above the divide and conquer the criminal syndicate uses to protect their organized crime and war operations.

Pamela, I recently discovered J-TV: The global Jewish channel and heard a discussion on ‘It all goes back to Isaac and Ishmael’ – Israel at War , with Jewish historian and Rabbi Ken Spiro that was excellent. The discussion was from Israel. I am a vociferous reader since I was 6 and sick a lot. My father would bring home 6 or 7 books from the Library which were way beyond my age but not knowing that and trusting my wonderful father, I read them. He also gave me the Bible to read and said that was the best of all books and the foundation of all great literature, art, music and our Constitution and that it was the most important book I would ever read. I’ve been a student of it ever since. I’ve also been serial licensed for over 40 years in the Financial Service Industry in which I’m still working. It’s one of the reasons I subscribe to Solari. It’s one of many excellent commentaries that confirms and adds to my many years of learning. Thank you very much for your comments. I have not read. Catherine s books but have been well aware of her since her Bush years. I had thought he might truly have become a Christian as he said he had and overcome his family history. I was disavowed of that in a hurry. I’m injured from cv19 but determined to keep moving and serving as long as possible.       2. At 85, I speak from personal experience as my former husband was a real top gun. We lost as many pilots and close friends during peacetime practice as in the VN war. I will never forget as a young Navy wife hearing on the radio that a pilot from our squadron was down. All they could find was his hard hat in the water near Alameda. They had just left to do their 6 month rotation on a carrier. It was hours before young terrified wives learned it was our Skipper. I’ve helped many young widows, my age, as our, husbands were later shot down and KIA, MIA, or POW. My own husband was shot down and missing in action until brave helicopter pilots picked him up. One of our friends had lost 7 crewmen as they did their job. I’m sure statistics would not be hard to find but I’m not interested in finding them at this point in my life. I’ve had my fill of living them. Thank you for asking.

Is it possible, that inflation is created to push the herd into digital payment systems faster? Whether it’s paying for groceries by credit card or using a debit card because who wants to hold $500 for a week’s worth of expenses because everything costs so much?

  26. Thanks for quoting Golda Meir about not forgiving the Arabs for forcing them (Israel) to kill their (Arab’s) children. I remember her as Prime Minister during the 6-day war in 1967. I never knew she had said this, don’t think it was in the evening news, but I was around 11 years old then so may not have heard or understood what was being said. Couple that with the escalation of sending U.S. troops to Viet Nam still going on then, including my middle brother being drafted, I was overwhelmed at war and world politics.

  27. Interesting thoughts, there’s always multiple ways of looking at things. However in places run by traditional mafia/cartels everyone who lives there KNOWS they’re run by cartels. They hide in plain sight. The don’t work in the shadows they make their own laws and ensure that they’re above the laws everyone else is beholden to. Take Mexico for example. There’s plenty of other historical examples of this where businesses have to pay a cut of their profits/some sort of service fee to the mafia stooge who turns up at the door every week – they know they’re being run by mafia. So not sure where you got your number 1 rule from. The difference here is that the world has been covertly run by a cartel (I prefer the cult term to describe them) hiding in the shadows and working through other organisations like NGOs, criminal syndicates and governments to advance their agenda to the point where in the final stages they have no choice to come out into the open. Just like the mafia. That doesn’t mean they just let anybody in to the organisation, quite the contrary, but the population KNOW who’s really in charge. It’s just getting to that stage now.   38. In this post, I am questioning the actions of Congress vs their authority.

    I recently received email from the Westin A Price Fnd and Farm-to-Consumer Legal Defense Fund, both about the Prime Act. I question all this energy in trying to persuade our government about a policy, when they appear to have no regard for the concerns of citizens.

    So what I am questioning is their authority regarding US farming practices, what light bulbs we can use, and on and on. I don’t see where the Constitution grants them any authority for be concerned with these issues. Are they claiming it is general welfare? Also, I am thinking our energy and money might be better spent challenging their Constitutional authority.

    Another area of concern is that most people ‘representing us’ do not have a valid written ‘Oath of Office’. I believe something like of the 75 FOIAs Oaths requestioned, only one or two have a valid oath. This means that any directives/laws/bill/mandates they issue are not valid. Could this not also be used to push back? As per Todd Callender, we need to ask, by what authority.

    2. Here in Los Angeles, I make a stink about the “robot checkouts” anytime I am near one! I go straight to the manager and complain (nicely) about the lack of humans vs machines. I am always told “you are not the first person to complain about the self-checkouts”. Then the manager rings me up himself at customer service or an open human checkout.

      Once I was at a craft store and the line was enormous for a lone gal at the checkout. The manager was begging everyone to use the FOUR self-checkout stations that were open. I swear I saw a tumbleweed blow past them! lol Anyway, the people in my line were not having it. I spoke up and said, “I don’t use robots instead of people, I want jobs to be here when my boys grow up, plus I use cash.” Then another lady spoke up and said the same. Then another. It was a 20 person standoff against the machines in Burbank,Ca.

First self-checkout, then bring your own bags then pack your own groceries like Aldi but record prices–delegate tasks to the customer but increase prices! Thanks.

    3. Well, in some areas of the US where shoplifting (aka THEFT) is no longer pursued or prosecuted, people are leaving the stores with whole carts full of goodies. In my opinion, the petty subterfuge required to imperceptibly clip a few items or chose a cheaper item in favor of an expensive one seems the least of their ‘worries.’

  47. Catherine, you and Dr. Farrell have consistently warned about the major failures and corruption in our universites and education system since Solari was founded. I am no expert in education nor Ivy Leagues like the Harvard Kennedy School. But as a citizen we can all see the deep and tragic decline in leadership and statesmanship in the US on the national and global stage. I am sharing this article about an internationally known Harvard leadership class since 1989 that resulted in a suicide. It’s consists of Mao-like communist struggle sessions hence requiring mental health groups as students become emotionally wrought. It’s described as a “Hunger Games” like “educational” experience and appears to deploy critical race theory destructive and psychological methods. Surely, the penultimate and beloved statesman, President John F. Kennedy, would be horrified. And tragically we are on the brink of a world war with no adult leaders capable of resolving this major conflict yet.
