  1. I searched Solari.com for the article “Stories from the Bus” because I have someone heading into a hospital for elective surgery… but it didn’t come up via the website search.

I tried a general websearch and it turns out Poland has a bus company called Solari…

  2. I’m not sure I trust Statista. Just saying.

I’ve traveled a lot the last 3 years. I practice the one foot rule and I talk to EVERYONE I can get to make eye contact and stand still for a moment.

NOT ONE PERSON has ever said that they trusted or respected what goes for government in the USA today. Not one. With me as a receptive audience, many just went off on how horrible US governance is now.

Some blamed it all on the fedgov. Others waxed on about local corruption that harmed them or people they knew. Almost no one had a Solari level of understanding – but they were all quite adamant about “things being bad.”

  3. If we can still believe Seymour Hersh, in Feb 2023 his contacts in US intelligence told him that Zelensky was selling the donated US weapons on the Dark Web. In addition, his personal wealth was estimated at $400 million and he had skimmed $220 million from diesel fuel purchases with US funding.

The worst part of the whole SH data dump was that the diesel fuel Zelensky was purchasing were supposed to be coming from Russia!!

All of this was a redux of journalist Anna Politkovskaya’s (RIP) reporting on the Georgia/Chechnya/Ingushetia conflict – these ‘wars’ are just giant financial expropriations of wealth from the people through vicious gang extortion reporting to Putin’s graft machine.

  4. Catherine, we just listened to this podcast by the Breggins interviewing Uwe Alschner, historian and globalism analyst. Only a few minutes in I started to think this might be someone you or your team might enjoy considering interviewing. I had to smile when shortly thereafter, Dr. Breggin brought up your name! Alschner said he was familiar with your work. He’s also aware of John’s work! So, had to follow through and toss this your way in case you (and the community) may find of interest. Blessings, Jill (of Jill & Larry)

  5. Good ole boys corrupt to the core. Just saw the Jan 31 2024 article from the Daily Caller.
Martha’s Vineyard has been declared a ‘low income’ area so it will qualify for EV charging stations subsidies. Really???

They forgot to declare that 92.5% (or whatever it really is) of the money that Island counts as income probably comes from taxpayer’s dollars anyway. Maybe it would be a low income area without those subsidies!

  6. Catherine and John,

Many thanks for another excellent M&M.

Pertaining to the search for our local farmer, one resource we’ve found that bypasses the grocery store distribution system and focuses on the small, organic businesses and farmers is Azure Standard.

    https://www.azurestandard.com

We’ve used it for 5 consecutive months and are very pleased with the products and service. They are nation-wide.

Additionally, I emailed the founder re: the possibility of use of the new mRNA vaccines in livestock. He got right back to me and they are very aware of the situation and are on top of the current issues we all face with our food sources.

  7. Lol …. I’m waiting for the day when John no longer says “I can’t believe they would do that”.

Catherine is correct. There are no limits.

  8. Once again, I’m taking the unpopular position with regard to these “farmer” protests.
I must ask, how will this change anything?
From where I stand, this is just another dog whistling psy op designed to play on rising anger, and the goal is to get folks in the streets, protesting, rather then spending time and energy creating alternative systems and solutions.
This kind of protest is the very easiest to infiltrate and corrupt.
Indeed, what better way to turn farmers into terrorists. No need to mandate or legislate.

  9. From son in Kiev. Tax on groceries is now 20%. The government has said they can take people’s private automobiles for use in the war but they’ll return what’s left. Seventeen people in Ukraine’s Parliament are considering resigning which could put Zelensky out. Legally, Ukraine is not in a state of war – they don’t want to upgrade to war because they’d have to close their borders to everyone and would have to declare war on Russia which they don’t want to do.

The government can conscript but can’t make them fight. Officers aren’t on the line, it’s mostly sergeants. When the order to fight is given it’s “not received.” Army rations have always been bad, primarily buckwheat mush. Ukranian citizens were sending their soldiers food from home but that has stopped. He doesn’t see any foreign aid for food. He’s not seeing shortages just the high price.

The government now claims certain “essential workers” are needed in the military and proposes fining employers 20,000 grivna($520)/worker/month who have these essential workers. It’s unclear to me if they want these workers in the army or if it’s an excuse to impose a tax. People are tired of the war. The wealthy are unfazed by it.

A Ukranian working in Poland said someone in US military told her employer to expect conscription in Poland. The company is considering relocating to the US. I don’t have information about the company.

There was one interesting observation. Dniepro is known as the mafia city in Ukraine, more so than Kiev. He thinks the police presence and cameras in Kiev are the reason although there is plenty of corruption with the police. Surprising to me, the cities are safe from violent crime. The type of crime they have is more on the order of tricking one out of their money (especially foreigners). The mafia also tends to take care of their cities. At the beginning of the war, the mayor of Dniepro made an effort to equip and provision their soldiers.

    1. Thank you. Things you will never hear from Lester Holt et al.
Noteworthy: ” People are tired of the war. The wealthy are unfazed by it.”

        1. The ones who are apoplectic about continuing the grift would know. Schumer comes to mind.

  10. I am hearing a certain amount of panic between you and John this week. We all know that The Operation means to spread panic by means of making everything confusing. You say that “we have reached the point where we absolutely cannot trust anything in the media.” We reached that point several years ago during the COVID operation.

You just have to take a step back again and realize that you’re only getting a part of the story, and it looks very bad, all four horses of the Apocalypse galloping in at once, including that “none” of “the candidates” are on the right side of what appears to be a genocide. The fact is that time continues unabated, and the election comes. We do our best to select the best among the choices.

The truth is, The Operation only has so many tools, and spreading fear is one of them. That’s always going to be the case. Nobody knows everything and, like WWE, which is hideously in the news this week, the script changes in response to the reaction.

Remember The Hitchhiker’s Guide to the Galaxy admonition: DON’T PANIC! In that context, what Douglas Adams’ characters were advised is that the ride goes on and the result is inevitable, but not necessarily detrimental in the final analysis. And in a more serious and lyrical fashion, Goethe’s Dr. Faustus finds out that both sides ultimately resolve to the same fate. This is also brought out by Tom Robbins in Jitterbug Perfume, that the ship taking you away from this life is marked “Heaven” on one side and, as it turns to the sea, the other side is marked “Hell.” It’s not ours really to choose. We have played our roles to the best of our ability.

At last, it is not ours to save the world, that would be heresy, but ours to be part of it in the roles we are capable to. As a group, then, the aggregation of our good intentions advances mankind, and our failings retard such progress.

    1. Things do look troublesome. I will intend to not panic, and not be fearful, and continue to do the best I can.

    2. Disagree. We do get to choose. God almighty will decide where each and every one of us ends up. So, each individual needs to get him or herself right with God in the here and now. Free will.

  11. Yes! We need a new narrative as the old one crumbles.

Thank you Catherine and John! It will be joyful to watch “creating the new narrative” segment of Money & Markets moving forward.

  12. Thank you for your Feb 1 report. Great quote to end the preview on: “The bigger the breakdown, the bigger the breakthrough.”

    1. Good info, yet the video also pushes bitcoin. I haven’t seen CAF and team pushing bitcoin. Am I missing something?

    2. It is a good video. I’ve seen some it before from Bill Still’s excellent “The Money Masters” series.

Rik Mayall seems to have been some sort of threat to the British Establishment. He narrowly escaped an attempt on his life several years before he died (he was seriously injured in a bizarre quad biking accident).

That last film he made “Step By Step” was very critical of both the official climate change and 9/11 narratives. At the time he died, it was also thought he may have had information on decades long sexual abuse taking place at the BBC. Lots of prominent BBC figures have “died suddenly” in the past few years.

  13. Great point, we need our own narrative. I will not be a slave……..Freedom……… Wisdom lives in the light

  14. John, we need another Best Evidence video too. Fiscal dominance, the FED, regionals etcetc

  15. Catherine, Glad you mentioned the increase of accidents. It’s one of those major issues that is not being discussed. I’m a west coast trucker and have noticed this as well. The control grid via “Cellular radiation Toxicity” I believe is a key contributor to the increase.

  16. Regarding auto accidents, ive noticed people flagrantly breaking the law while driving. Just this morning, one woman entered the left lane of on coming traffic to bypass all of the law abiding citizens in the right lane who were waiting to make a right turn. I thought maybe she was going straight instead of making a right turn (regardless, she was breaking the law). But that wasn’t enough for her. After bypassing about 25 cars, she then proceeded to make a sharp right turn into the left lane and bypassed all of those cars waiting to enter the expressway.

  17. Michael Yon was on Ann Vandersteel’s show when she joined him along the border last August. Later they went to the Darian Gap in Panama. Michael finally got some people to come down so he could show them first hand what was going on. It is a migration and invasion on our Southern Border. Bret Weinstein was one of the people who went down to see what was going on. He is on Tucker’s show tonight and it is a very important watch.

    https://tuckercarlson.com/the-tucker-carlson-encounter-bret-weinstein-at-the-darien-gap/?utm_medium=email&utm_source=na&utm_campaign=20240201_feb1dailybrief&utm_content=301401

    1. Thanks for posting the link. I love the quote from Bret Weinstein, “We must stop punishing ourselves for considering things that once seemed crazy.” (approximately 32 min 15 seconds in)

Yes, dual agendas appear to be in play: a migration and insurrection. The rising tension is more than a bit maddening.

    2. The most likely explanation for the border “crisis”, in my opinion…the reason it continues, is to counteract the tightening labor market after the Covid/shot decimation of the workforce, and the small but steady rise in unionization and slightly rising wages.

      1. Perhaps that is one of there reasons, but we definitely have a concerning invasion of military age men. And the mass of migrants gives these invaders cover.

  18. I don’t see a date for Texas on the FT2 tour. Will the Eastern Oklahoma be near NE Texas border? Durant Co. Oklahoma?

  19. More on the U.S. not being seen as “deal worthy” or trustworthy to keep its promises.

Last week I saw an item about pushback on the US bringing in several thousand refugees from Afghanistan, and I thought, “Why now? Why so late? Who that supported the US when we were there would still be alive?”

At the time, I also wondered why they would make such a move public, since it only reinforces our untrustworthiness.

Given the discussion in today’s report (around 45:00) it would seem intentional.

I remember reading at the time that the Obama administration wanted to shift the center of power in the Middle East from Israel to Iran. Appearances would indicate they may be on target in Obama’s 3rd term.

  20. Smart meter bills have been submitted in the Tennessee legislature to give utility customers the option of analog meters! If you live in TN, call and email your Senators and Representatives to support and pass HB-2370 and SB-2232:

    – defines “analog meter” (mechanical), “smart meter” (transmitting) and “utility” (electric, natural gas, water & waste water)
    – requires that utility obtains written consent from property owner before smart meter is installed
    – if property owner does not consent, utility must offer an analog meter
    – if property already has a smart meter installed, utility must obtain written confirmation of property owner’s consent
    – if property owner requests smart meter to be removed, utility must offer installation of an analog meter
    – utility shall not charge property owner additional fees for choosing an analog meter

Many thanks to Rep. Barrett and Sen. Hensley for introducing these bills!

    Language and PDF of HB-2370 & SB-2232

    1. in Utah with my utility, you can elect for an analog meter, but will be charged a $22/month meter reading fee, so almost no one will choose it.

    2. This is a fantastic PUSHBACK story! There is a team of tenacious members here locally “mostly heroic woman” who have been the squeaky-wheel to help get this legislation moving. They continually learn, network and teach. Fantastic humans. We are lucky to have them all.

  21. Addition: The vultures are coming … Buffalo was named the number 1 city for real estate in 2024, believe it or not. And I moved back home 6 years ago to escape from the technocrats after 35 years of working in San Francisco and living in Marin County. Buffalo is the “City of Good Neighbors”, nicest people along with a fiece committment to local business, family, tradition and faith (voted one of the top cities for Easter). The Broadway Market, where my Polish great grandparents settled in, is still going strong. Perhaps the weather engineers will give us a very nice spring and summer to accommodate the predatory investors. Interesting times indeed.
    https://www.buffalorising.com/2024/01/buffalos-real-estate-revolution-how-it-became-2024s-hottest-housing-market/

    1. Thank you for your local intel! A dear friend of my adult children who is a self employed “maker” clothing, hats, shoes, accessories moved back to his native Buffalo. Now I know where he got his “Good Neighbor” moniker. Young folks there had a fashion show FIG last fall to showcase local designers. Sorry about the weather warfare, but happy your community seems to be vibrant and resilient!

  22. I want to report that weather warfare was definitely deployed in my hometown, Cheektowaga, NY, a town south of Buffalo to allow the NFL Bills playoff game rescheduled from Sunday, January 14th to Monday January 15th. By the 14th we had at least 4 feet of snow and were under an emergency driving ban. Our governor Hochul (who is from my area) then declares she is absolutely certain the game will occur on Monday. The snow then stopped, the sun, missing in action for over a week, came out. The game was played on Monday, by Tuesday all the out of town football staff, players and media flew out. Then on Wednesday the snowstorm machines were turned back on full blast, by January 18th we got at least 7 feet of snow and we were back under emergency driving bans. The Bills owner, Terry Pegula, is worth $6.8 billlion (fracking). Tragically his wife Kim, the former public face of the team, is vaccine injured and never appears in public since 2021. With NFL gambling now legal, 2018, ordering and paying for a delay is small change. As soon as the wealthly departed we local citizens didn’t matter. But we are tough here, the productive people, in the rust belt being targeted with disaster capitalism and warfare since the 1970s. But there is no place I would rather be–living with productive people in reality! And today, January 31st, 80% of the snow is melted (flooding alerts) since they turned up the temperature last week. LOL.

    1. Catherine & Sandra,
A quick report on the weather warfare in sunny Los Angeles… Before the forecasted “atmospheric rivers” aka “rain” the skies are filled with multiple stripes that dissipate into gloom. During the day or so when the skies are being filled with toxic powder, I receive multiple messages from my local patients about breathing issues, burning eyes, weird skin rashes that look like burns etc…then a few days later as the body detoxes, they get coughs, colds and tummy issues. Like clockwork.
The challenge is to stop people from testing for covid. Just stop sticking stuff up your nose for the love of Pete! Sigh. They say they understand the tests are useless and dangerous, but when they are at a chain drug store or grocery, they end up buying a covid 19 kit or two.
It must be entrainment in the loud speakers w/the creepy elevator music.

As for my garden, post rain my plants are not happy, they appear thirsty and dry. I use minerals and fresh clean water to bring them back to health.
A complete nightmare. It’s a battle for health out here!

      Have a good weekend,
      Jen

      1. I notice the same thing about symptoms, with myself and others. This morning at 7AM there were so many chemtrails over the sky in Phila. Dripping trail lines and the planes flying. An hour later I went back and took photos of the same spot. The trails expanded. What are they spraying and who is doing the spraying?

    2. So true! We had rain all week in the Bay area here in California. However, the mainstream media predicted that last Sunday which had the SF 49nrs playing the Detroit Lyons to determine Super Bowl eligibility, would be sunny and 70 degrees out…and sure enough it was….but then, you guessed it, the stormy weather returned after game day. “Atmospheric Rivers” yesterday and today here! LOL!

      1. A good scriptwriting opportunity to capture potential negotiations with rookie owners of professional sports teams, whose investments could be impacted by unpredictable weather. Audits of pre-event and post-event money flows between those who pay-to-play and those who roll the weather dice.

How could hypothetical “weather influencers” serve customers in the same geographical region who need opposing climates at the same time? Auction to highest bidder? Partner with other influencers to move dates?

Now that cheap AI has been deployed in search of “plagiarism” and white collar speed traps that were previously too small for extortion, could similar AI identify historical correlation between weather and earnings of specific businesses?

Sopranos clip on old-school extortion of small business vs. replaceable human “managers” of globally controlled local franchises: https://iv.ggtyler.dev/watch?v=_Gsz7Gu6agA

  23. I hope Catherine and John will have time to discuss this article on Russia, Turkey, and what is driving U.S. CBDC plans.

Pull quote: “Those who ask about the possibility/probability of a dollar-based CBDC, and the possibility of the timeframe therein, should always be referenced back to the western financial sanctions against Russia. It was that triggering point that put the USA and western alliance on the irreversible path to the U.S CBDC, and the process is no longer a matter of “if” because the determining issue is no longer (primarily) in U.S. control.

Sundance doesn’t like Turkey’s Erdogan, but reluctantly concludes that “You might even say Erdogan holds the key to eliminating the self-fulfilling prophecy of a US CBDC that Obama/Biden created.

In the short article Sundance offers several other hypotheses on other aspects of global economy, and the role/response that CBDCs presumably offer. I’m always interested in hearing responses between freedom-lovers who do and those who don’t support Trump’s return to the presidency.

    https://theconservativetreehouse.com/blog/2024/01/29/the-broker-vladimir-putin-and-recep-tayyip-erdogan-schedule-meeting-in-turkey-next-month/#more-255279

    1. For the moment the US has pacified Mr. Erdogan with weapons, mostly F16’s I believe. Problem is American weapons are not very good due to the quality being abysmal. The fraud in earnings is more important then their function and that is why your F35 is good for the showroom but nothing else. Mr. Erdogan the opportunist he is will take advantage and turn on a dime when it suets him, which will happen I have little doubt about that.
Most of the planet has or is in the proces of giving the tapeworm US the finger. The pool of sucking countries dry to the bone seems dwindled to Europe, Japan and Commonwealth. The UK knows everything about being a tapeworm itself, and Europe and Japan are firmly occupied by US forces. From those two Europe will propably buy your non-functional toys and egged on to war. Depending how things go in the South China sea, Japan will break free of US occupation when it can.
As an European, US diplomacy and foreign relations has always been a disaster of enormous proportion. Even if Donald Duck is voted into office it won’t change the abysmal foreign relation capabilities. I don’t think either party is facing the fact US hegemony is dwindling if not over. I do fear that the commonor will feel the price because if the US won’t retract troops from hotspots, next to your Mexican leaking border problem, US will have to contend with body bags coming home.

    2. Put in the hopper to discuss with John for next week’s M&M> I am a Sundance fan.

  24. News from Canada:

Former (federal) Justice Minister David Lametti had an emergency injunction brought against him yesterday for (illegally) deleting the content from his ministerial Twitter account regarding the Trucker Convoy. This is days after the Federal Court declaring the invocation of the Emergency Act was illegal and unconstitutional.
Lametti resigned the day after (or was it two?) the ruling.

I honestly think the Trudeau government didn’t see this coming. They thought it was all in the bag.

BTW: in Canada, the Justice Minister is the Attorney General.

    1. Whatever is happening in Ottawa just keeps getting more and more bizarre. The phrase I use to describe these people:

They behave like a person that got caught in the middle of backfilling a shallow grave

    1. No more markets. Simply a tsunami of politically printed money. We are going to test the theory as to whether money can buy everyone and everything.

  25. Anyone have any thoughts on what’s going to happen next at the Texas border?

Catherine and John have discussed many times.

Sounds as though we have half the States and Trump (and DeSantis) on one side, with the rest of the country and the Executive branch on the other. Who has ultimate jurisdiction at the Southern border? The States? Or Customs and Border Patrol (CBP)? Can the Biden administration invoke authority over the Texas National Guard (TNG)?

According to an article in ZeroHedge, CBP personnel on the ground are cooperating with TNG, and have said they won’t remove razor wire erected by the TNG.

I live in Texas, although nowhere near the border-so unfortunately I’m not in a position to provide intelligence.

If anyone has answers to these questions, I’d love to hear them.

    1. Not sure the pro-illegal immigration side has half the country. For example, NYC seems fed up with the immigration situation.

What this comes down to is not jurisdiction, even though the pro invasion media and pols will no doubt frame it that way. Seems to me a clear constitutional question of the violation of the oath of office and treason. Biden is refusing to execute the laws and therefore is violating the constitution. While doing so, the operation has been been largely obscured to the public, and there has been no discussion by this band of criminals to justify their covert actions that violate the immigration laws. IOW, they haven’t said that they deem the immigration laws unconstitutional, haven’t campaigned to over turn them. They simply violate the laws very actively by financially and otherwise supporting illegal immigration and pretend it’s not happening.

Now they have apparently moved to economically damage Texas by banning LNG exports, after they have told Europe, “Don’t worry about us blowing up nordstream. We’ll supply all the natural gas you need with our LNG.”

According to Brion McClanahan: “Biden cannot “nationalize” the Guard in this instance because federal law would not allow it.

“The Texas National Guard is already enforcing federal law, meaning that if Biden nationalized the Guard and told them to stand down, he would be in violation of the Constitution.

“He would also violate federal law. The Insurrection Act of 1792 allows the President to nationalize the militia (National Guard) in three instances: to suppress insurrection, stop domestic violence, or enforce federal law.

“Allowing invasion is not on the list. Nor is breaking the law.

“That would be a dereliction of duty, an impeachable offense.”

McClanahan also points out that economic retaliation against Texas is treason. If the house Repubs were genuine, the impeachment charges would include dereliction of duty on enforcing immigration law, and treason. They would push for an impeachment vote immediately. Don’t hold your breath.

Mr. Global’s henchmen have already signaled where they’re going with this: they are going to retaliate against Texas, in sneaky ways at first. How far can they go? I guess only their imagination is the limit. Will Texas stand tall? If they turn off football and ban beer, no way.

McClanahan’s podcast on this topic is here: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=2b0wFY7rrbM

      1. Thanks Cathy, that’s super interesting.

Surely Biden’s already in violation of the Constitution? On so many other matters. And when I refer to Biden, I don’t mean him specifically; he clearly isn’t capable of tying his own shoelaces.

Would one more violation bother the people pulling his strings? Just a question.

        1. The “border crisis” must appear to be “in process” of getting ‘’resolved” so they can reopen the Israeli deli and the Ukrainian laundromat to recycle enough funds to fix the “election” upcoming.

          1. Thanks David, that’s a very interesting point. “Appearances”.

I just came across this Twitter (X) post, which is a video taken by a Texan man, who states that he went to the southern border near Eagle Pass and shot some footage:

            https://twitter.com/LezLuthor/status/1751519782933852253

If he’s correct (and I don’t know whether he is or not), then there is NO dispute between Texas and the Federal government, and it’s all theater.

Which leads me to ask questions about the Ukraine conflict. How much of that was real, as opposed to a film production? How were dignitaries such as Janet Yellen and Boris Johnson able to meet with Zelenskyy in Kiev? Did they ask the Russians (nicely) to stop bombing for the duration of a photo op? Was there something symbolically significant about Sean Penn presenting Zelenskyy with an Oscar statuette?

I just don’t know what to believe any longer. I get the feeling that so much of the conflict we see reported in the media is fake. And all played out by actors (politicians) reading a script.

          2. I saw border coverage videos by Ann Vandersteel and Michael Yon, August 2023. The border is a huge problem. The Twitter post you linked shows no activity, however I don’t know if that means anything. Since border coverage showed what was going on, I understand they started coordinating the illegals arrival with the bus transportation.

          3. That’s not to say that to say that people are not coming through the unguarded areas. And I agree with his video that it is political. They stay in power by trying to turn us against each other and always lying about everything. But in the end, I believe our open border is intended to destroy our country.

          4. I think there is an invasion. The question is whether Abbott is really doing something to stop it or not.

          5. Tim Caban sent a link to WEF and Abbott is a WEF member. It’s all a show. Haley will be next appointment, IMHO.

Found out that AARP and YMCA are WEF Partners.

          6. It only makes sense when you consider they might all be working together to depopulate and rearrange the planet. I don’t see any good guys in Texas protecting the border. Bus loads of emigrants here and there are deployments by my way of thinking, and not a retaliation to an open border policy.
Sasha Latypova speculates about The Ukraine and the hoards pouring across the border.
            https://sashalatypova.substack.com/p/corona-investigative-committee-interview

          7. The first thing WE need to do is use the correct language- name it correctly. They are ‘ illegal aliens’ as per US Code, not emigrants, or undocumented Americans, or refugees, or asylum seekers, or migrants. Illegal alien invaders , disrespecting our nation and its citizens.

      2. Jurisdiction does matter. Texas has concurrent jurisdiction over all its land right up to the Rio Grande. And, yes, Biden has not done his Constitutional duty to protect Texas & all states from invasion.

    2. There is a difference between Migration and Immigration.

The International Organization for Migration (IOM) “is a UN-affiliated organization that works … to promote humane and orderly migration for the benefit of all.”
      https://www.iom.int/who-we-are

According to the IOM, migration is an integral part of the UN 2030 agenda for sustainable development, and that the sustainable development goals cannot be reached without safe, orderly, and regular migration. SDG goals #8, #10, #13 and #16 are specifically referenced in the IOM’s literature.

Chris Martenson discusses this all in the video below, which has completely changed our perspective on what is going on:
      https://peakprosperity.com/exposed-the-hidden-agenda-behind-mass-migration-in-the-western-world/

The video can be downloaded to watch while off-line.

      1. Martenson is not reliable. He should have known about the immigration project as soon as obummer was scammed into office. It’s been going on longer, but was really obvious and ramped up under that regime. So Martenson is only about 15-16 years late. He was 100% wrong about da coveed, fear mongering about how it was gonna kill us all. Why does anyone listen to this guy???

    3. Perhaps if the US were to terminate membership in the UN…

The two identical bills listed below would fully withdraw the United States from the United Nations and the World Health Organization and all of their associated entities.

    4. They are simply moving to the next stage of divide and conquer. Everyone is picking sides, just the way they like it. Another Hollywood food fight for the masses.
If you can imagine they are all working toward the same goal, Abbott, Biden and all the rest. Then it begins to make sense.

    5. Ted Poe, former judge and Congressional Rep stated recently that when the Republic of Texas joined the union Texas retained ‘ concurrent jurisdiction’ over all land in Texas which goes up to the Rio Grande. Recently, Texas AG Paxton made demand on the Feds to produce any written land grants which the Feds contend were given to the union by the Republic. Don’t exist.

  26. This piece of news should have no impact here to world views (of subscribers at Solari), but worth noting I think. Essentially, the FDA has changed the rules (as of Jan 22, 2024) so that they can waive informed consent on clinical investigations. This will be judged according to guidelines of their own determination (of what is “minimal in risk” etc.)

    1. Maybe the Coutts 4 will now get a bail hearing – 720 after being arrested.
BTW; I’m not a lawyer, but if I read it correctly, the judge did not find the seizing of bank accounts was unreasonable.
Justin Trudeau et al are already appealing to the Supreme Court.
Here is the Federal Court ruling:
      https://theccf.ca/wp-content/uploads/EA-challenge-fed-court-reasons-FINAL.pdf
      Summary by the CCF:
      https://theccf.ca/emergencies-act-use-unconstitutional/

      Highlights:
[370] At the outset of these proceedings, while I had not reached a decision on any of the four applications, I was leaning to the view that the decision to invoke the EA was reasonable. I considered the events that occurred in Ottawa and other locations in January and February 2022 went beyond legitimate protest and reflected an unacceptable breakdown of public order. I had and continue to have considerable sympathy for those in government who were confronted with this situation. Had I been at their tables at that time, I may have agreed that it was necessary to invoke the Act. And I acknowledge that in conducting judicial review of that decision, I am revisiting that time with the benefit of hindsight and a more extensive record of the facts and law than that which was before the GIC.
[371] My preliminary view of the reasonableness of the decision may have prevailed following the hearing due to excellent advocacy on the part of counsel for the Attorney General of Canada had I not taken the time to carefully deliberate about the evidence and submissions, particularly those of the CCLA and CCF. Their participation in these proceedings has demonstrated again the value of public interest litigants. Especially in presenting informed legal argument. This case may not have turned out the way it has without their involvement, as the private interest litigants were not as capable of marshalling the evidence and argument in support of their applications.
[372] I have concluded that the decision to issue the Proclamation does not bear the hallmarks of reasonableness – justification, transparency and intelligibility – and was not justified in relation to the relevant factual and legal constraints that were required to be taken into consideration. In my view, there can be only one reasonable interpretation of EA sections 3 and 17 and paragraph 2(c) of the CSIS Act and the Applicants have established that the legal constraints on the discretion of the GIC to declare a public order emergency were not satisfied.

      1. One more thing: one of the Plaintiffs was the PROVINCE of Alberta. YAH!!!
If this ruling is upheld, does this pave the way for Chrystia Freeland to be sued for freezing the bank accounts of Canadians?
BTW: no word from The Coward, as usual. He didn’t dare appear at the press conference.

        1. It may pave the way for people to sue the banks for having their bank accounts frozen.

          1. This interview with Convoy lawyer Keith Wilson is pretty interesting to the legal layperson. At 28:00 it is discussed how the federal gov ( banks aren’t mentioned ) is liable.
” Everyone who had their bank account frozen now has the legal right to sue the federal government ”
Interview runs from 22:50 to 34:00

Can’t help but think that this is distracting us from something big happening as we speak…

          1. I am interested to know if Titus has an opinion on this. Because the PM is so widely despised, is it possible that the courts feel they have the necessary public backing to throw him under the bus? I heard one knowledgeable lawyer say that the judge could have just as easily ruled that the conditions for invoking the Emergencies Act were satisfied. This is the third third big loss at the federal / supreme court for the PM is the last few months.

      1. Netherlands have been on the in digital programmability of monies and things for a long time. They are very advanced in the mental control and are a very obedient society, people are being taxed and told how far they will advance educationally. Some companies I heard, are pulling away from it because some partnerships were built as a derivative of US gov contracting backgrounds that are having issues because of funding. Read the history of Netherlands and the Dutch global expansion, very enlightening. No surprise they support the Ukrainian war and are present heavily at Davos.

    3. I don’t know much about her, other than that she’s Argentinian. Is that significant?

Argentina seems to be very strategically important for some reason.

    1. Ah wonderful! Sasha + Vivianne + Wolfgang. Bound to be wonderful. Will post and try to watch.
