  1. The “1994 UN Population Conference” report discusses 8 Billion souls on earth as the UN’s drop dead number. The conference produced an Exhibit, referenced in the text, that should have been at the end of the report with a list of the strategies they planned to try to manage that 8 Billion number.

    The Exhibit was missing and not findable in the UN document archives. Repeat inquiries to the UN were not responded too. If anyone has a complete copy – hang on to it – and put it out on Archive.org (Scribd deletes).

    We clocked over 8 Billion in 11/22… so their planned actions are right on schedule. The fact that all over the world populations are already decreasing wasn’t enough for them. They had to roll out The Great Culling anyway…

  2. Tomorrow another year begins, 2024. And as I have said before on posts I feel very blessed to be living these very interesting times. I believe 2024 is going to be filled with 32 degree to 33 degree (ice to water) events that will include from individuals to nations. As individuals lose trust in authority it will open the door to ask themselves “what is my reality based on’? Hopefully people will start to realize they are a sovereign being and they have a birthright and a critical mind that God gave them to simply ask questions despite who the authority may be.

    2024 maybe a year where authority figures are being shown with their pants down around their ankles or their dresses over their faces. As people will lose trust in their perceived authority they may awaken to their true identity. If that happens in mass the society frequency will become more positive. If mankind can break the bonds of fear the cabal has used for centuries for control we could see a brand new world for the better. It will be WeSet and not The Reset.

    50 years ago the movie “The Exorcist” was released that introduced evil to the public. Malachi Martin on The Art Bell Show said the majority of his “clients” were professional males in the ages of 40 to 55. Malachi said they wanted out of their agreement for exchange of success as it was not worth it. Maybe we will start to see more Congress people resigning, perhaps more whistleblowers coming forward with documents, or maybe confessions and apologies. Or even rats turning on rats even in the White House.

    So who is behind, if anyone, behind the unfolding of truth? Or is there a Divine presence in human affairs? God does like to confound and has His own timing. During the building of the tower of babel, first attempt of NWO, probably was being many years as people labored to complete the tower. Did God stop Nimrod as the foundations were being laid or did He act to destroy just before the tower was completed?

    I think we are in biblical times and are in a spiritual war and will see events that will confound us in 2024. Yes it is a time to walk in faith because by only walking in sight you could be held in fear. What a time to be alive.

    Prayer is good, prayer with repentance is better, prayer with repentance and fasting is best. Plus it is a time to embrace your inner child.

Plus I mentioned that Trump reminded me of Davy Crockett as a trapper, a trapper so good he didn’t follow his prey he simply set up camp and waited for the prey to come to him. So it has been 7 years and I do wonder if it is Trump’s role to smear himself with populist blood and let the jackals come out in the daylight to attack him for the people to witness? When I watch Trump’s inaugural speech I did take note of the military standing behind him for 45 seconds when he was talking about giving the country back to the people and two important branches of the military were standing the closest to him, Military Intel & Adjustant General. So the question I have is Donald Trump working with these two branches and this is a giant sting operation where we are now in the cover up stage of those that have committed the crimes? And is this on a global scale of purging the corruption? The good news is even Bob has flipped out and fallen out of the branches people are awakening and pushing back. This is biblical and not political. It is flipping the tables, karma is a bitch, days of Haman.

  5. THE ETHICAL ISSUES TIED TO GENERATIVE AI GOVERNANCE (+ or -) to show the drop down list of horrific ethical and operational issues possible with AI.

    Here is the list of nasty possible outcomes from AI that BCG does not want you to see:

    As users experiment with these systems, there are serious ethical issues that need to be addressed:

    1) Unknown Capabilities. Large generative AI systems such as ChatGPT have exhibited a massive capability overhang—skills and dangers that are not planned for in the development phase, and are generally unknown and unexpected even to the developers. This can pose a serious threat if the right guardrails are not in place to effectively manage unexpected usage.

    2) Bias and Toxicity (??). Outputs from generative AI will be as biased as the data it is trained on. Many popular language models today are trained on the wilds of the internet, where there is plenty of bias—along with toxic language and ideas.

    3) Data Leakage. Many companies have quickly put policies in place to forbid employees from entering sensitive information into ChatGPT, fearing that it could get incorporated into the AI model and re-emerge in public.

    4) Hallucination. ChatGPT can make arguments that sound extremely convincing but are 100% wrong. Developers refer to this as “hallucination,” a potential outcome that limits the reliability of the answers coming from AI models.

    5) Lack of Transparency. Generative AI models currently provide no attribution for the facts underlying the content they generate, which makes it impossible to verify the correctness of generated claims—further increasing the danger posed by AI-model hallucinations.

    6) Copyright Controversies. Since the data sets used by AI models are derived from the public internet, a legal question arises: Does the content those models create amount to the duplicating of copyrighted works?”

  7. I could go on and on with these stories of congressional malfeasance and disrespect of the taxpayers at every level. It is like they have baked into every process, every website, every phone system – ways to make it hard and very discouraging to try to contact our elected congress members. And this is 2024, when robust Customer Relationship Management (CRM) software has been available for over 20 years. They have it, but they won’t talk to me about it for “security reasons.” I’ve got 30 years on CRM platforms. I could help them immensely, but no one in any of these offices will listen – and none of their local office works on this type of issue anymore. They are ONLY caseworkers and you better never forget that fact.

    Congress.gov – I have been trying for 6 months to get through to the webmasters at the very screwed up Congress.gov. The Library of Congress/Congressional Research Service manages it. I have informed them that I have 5 years in corporate IT End User Interface development. I have politely asked to speak to the development team/webmasters. There are very serious issues with Congress.gov. I have escalated their non-response the Sargeant At Arms enough that they know me for this too. The e-mail threads from the LOC/Law Librarians – the only place I am allowed inquire – are RUDE and complete dismissive.

    Representation Ratio – The group Tactical Civics has surfaced a 150 year old amendment to the US Constitution that clearly states the ratio of taxpayers to House of Representative members must never exceed 30,000. They are going to push for a complete restructure.

    The Independent Party – The group Represent.US published that 42% of US taxpayers are registered Independent. There is NO REASON for the two party system in Congress (or elsewhere) to exist as it does today. It no longer has the ability to create a majority. The Independent party is the largest political party in the United States. It is the biggest tent…

Years ago, I suggested to the folks at EndCitizensUnited.org who are fighting to promote a 28th Amendment to remove money from politics, to set up a database with a front end where we the taxpayers could register our calls to congress and the responses we got. That way we could start to get real aggregatable data to mine about how un-responsive the US congress actually is to real taxpayers. I really pushed them. I wrote the project idea up with a framework, sent it to specific people to review. Did follow up calls – and they were completely not interested. My Mom (RIP) was even a VERY active local member of their organization so I had active members in the conversation. Maybe, like so many non-profits now, they were just there to bleed off our energy.

    Anyway:

    NC Sen Ted Budd – His office keeps a weekly issue tally – for and against – that’s it. They report out once a week. No information moves forward. Just the number of callers for and against an issue. A Budd re-call is coming. His “casework” staff are an utter joke. I have two cases: USPS and FDA. Neither has elicited an appropriate response, and in the FDA’s case (reporting un-vaccinated harms from the injection), Senator Budd’s caseworker Sarah Blackburn, has dropped it entirely without saying anything to me.

    NC Senator Tillis – Has an intern who says, “I will pass your concerns on to the Senator.” On a visit to his DC office, my friend stood there for 15 minutes waiting and watched her do it. She took no notes and entered nothing in the computer. So not even a crappy tally for Tillis – who will be re-called at the next opportunity.

    NC Rep Patrick McHenry – His offices that we are supposed to receive actual political support from, are just casework offices who’s staff need to be moved to the dysfunctional agencies they do casework for so the agencies can pay them to be ombudsman. The folks in the local offices are supposed to be available to work with taxpayers. Full Stop. I contacted the House Committee on Financial Services which he chairs. The Committee staffers answered calls from me twice. After that, I no one ever answered the phone no matter what time of day I called. I guess I was put on a list.

    NC Rep Virginia Foxx – Has never met a taxpayer she liked. Hasn’t had a town hall meeting in a decade because she doesn’t like the whiners. I spoke to her lead staffer in the Dallas office (since moved) Patricia Bandy for two hours. I sent them a box of Solari.com reports, assorted books, etc., worth about $200 with a cover letter. I never even got a call or a thank you e-mail. After I talked to Ms. Bandy, I e-mailed her and formally requested that her office set up town hall meetings via video conference. I asked for two 45 minute sessions with a 15 minute break in between. I asked for the call to be repeated every 4 weeks at minimum. Crickets. I never heard from Patricia Bandy again. The next election cycle saw my representation shifted to Patrick McHenry. Her local office staff closer to me were worse.

    I don’t mean to discourage folks, but the Congressional Staff are our biggest issue. They have been instructed to do nothing to relay our information to their principals. The e-Form systems they manage do not accept attachments and do not accept link lists. We don’t know how many are working for the MIIC. Their salary issues since 1988 are persisting. The House staff is now down 14.4%. The staff can now work from home – so the age old excuse of small offices no longer applies. Repeated calls to the House and Senate Sargeant At Arms about non-responsiveness go no where and have put me on an almost first name basis.

He’s been very vocal the last few years, and he’s from The Empire State. Or, you mentioned Senator Dick Durbin from Illinois about basically throwing up his hands like “tell me what I need to do”.     You can now finally say that the suez canal is out of service Hapag-Lloyd, the world’s fifth largest container shipping company in the world, has halted its activities in the Red Sea. MSC, the largest shipping company, and Maersk, the second largest, have also announced that they wish to avoid the Red Sea.         I tend to work with complex patients, so my experience will not be what your average fever-and-flu homeopath deals with.
        When you have a living system that is reacting in ways that have never been seen before at a velocity that is dizzying, it will be transcendentally difficult (if not impossible) to find a series of substances in nature that can produce similar symptoms at the same ascendancy (speed) in patients with such a variety of pathologies (that is the Law of Similars – the foundational law of homeopathy).
        I’ve started advising patients to pray. I’ve never done that before.
        I guess this is one way to starve homeopaths out of business. I’m not getting new patients because no one has money, and everyone wants a guarantee that treatment will be successful before they even start. Funny how patients don’t expect the same results from their oncologists…

      1. The vast majority of my cancer patients are under conventional care as well as homeopathic. They are also in multiple districts in both Canada and the States. In fact, most of my cancer patients are American. Canadians believe that health care is “free” and are extremely reticent about paying for non-government approved care.
        There are private clinics popping up, but they are being run my regular physicians who recommend “integrated/functional care”. That means, they’re OK with you seeing an acupuncturist but keep taking your PharmaMeds, which is what most people want anyways. The leap to real functional medicine (which is not conventional medicine in a green coat) is too wide for the vast majority of people. There’s some regulars who are now recommending homeopathy (especially if they’ve taking a weekend course or two) – but, since they don’t even know what that means, it’s a moot point. You can’t shift paradigms on a whim.

My husband is working on his doctorate in metaphysics at 80, and we members of the historic First Spiritualist Temple in the historic town of E. Aurora, NY.       If the Supreme Court rules in favor of the government, and allows it to redefine income to include any unrealized appreciation in any asset, then it will grant the Federal Government a new power to nationalize the entire asset stock of the nation. In hyperinflation, the only refuge people have is the ability to hold real assets and never sell them. But if the Federal Government can claim unrealized inflationary gains as being taxable income, then almost all Americans will be forced to sell their assets just to pay their tax liabilities. But with all assets up for sale at once, the most likely buyer will be the Federal Government itself, which will pay in near worthless paper.       Upon surviving a mass atrocity, you come to understand the criminal nature of the financial syndicates roaming the planet. Human rights are everywhere threatened. So are property rights.

      Private property is important. It is family wealth that creates community wealth and stands between us and the abyss in emergencies or challenging times. Remove our assets and our access to wealth-building, and we lose our independence and the reserves that make the difference. We lose the entrepreneurial seed corn that creates an enlightened and productive society. If we own nothing in a world with central transaction control, we are no more than slaves.

      For several decades, we have watched growing bubbles in the fixed-income markets. It became more than clear during the financial crisis of 2008–2012 that our collateral system was marked by high levels of fraud. Ultimately, the bailouts—supposedly necessitated by a collapse in the mortgage and housing markets—were more than 300% of the amount needed to retire all the single-family mortgages in the United States. In the process, we have experienced events that create serious questions about the ability of banking creditors and investors to compromise investor and depositor assets and the willingness of regulators and courts to allow them to do so. Such events include:

      The collapse of the Madoff fraud controlled by JPMorgan Chase
      The resolutions of Lehman, Bear Stearns, and MF Global
      The HSBC settlement with the U.S. Department of Justice
      The U.S. Treasury and New York Fed role in the collapse of Silicon Valley Bank
      The acquisition of Credit Suisse by UBS

      The result has been increased concerns about the dangers of bail-ins of our bank deposits in an engineered consolidation of the banking system. This is compounded by increased concerns regarding the potential destruction or confiscation of our real estate through regulation and taxation inspired by “climate change.” It also includes questions regarding the ownership and custody of securities described in a new book titled The Great Taking by retired hedge fund manager David Webb.

      Originally from Cleveland, Ohio, David has studied the financial and human harm caused to several generations of his family by engineered pumps and dumps of the U.S. economy. Committed to protecting himself and his family, David had a successful career in the hedge fund business. Concerned by the corruption in the U.S. financial system (made clear during the financial crisis), David moved to Sweden, convinced that his assets would be safer in the Swedish securities, banking, and custodian systems. Then, as the Swedish and European systems aligned with US practices, he continued to research the byzantine developments taking place in the legal and financial nuts and bolts being engineered in the backrooms of the global financial systems.

      Persuaded that Mr. Global has now created a global mechanism to assert creditor rights over all securities, David lays out his case in The Great Taking. David bases his analysis on statements made by regulators as to what they can do. Carolyn and I still can not document the legal pathway behind these statements. I believe that much of what David describes were mechanisms created to keep the collateral bubble going. We also do not agree with David’s analysis of money velocity. Centralization and criminality removes trust from the system, bringing on a drop in money velocity. Growth without inflation is more than possible but it will require a change in the governance and central banking systems. Were we do agree is that the central bankers intend to strip us of our assets and property rights. If the central bankers achieve financial transaction control, they will be able indeed to engineer a “great taking.” The pandemic destruction of small business and family income was simply a small taste of what will then be possible.

      This coming week, David joins Carolyn Betts and me to describe his journey from money manager to author, help us understand the documents and evidence supporting his conclusions (yes, this gets into lots of technical issues regarding securities) and the general assault on our property rights, and share his thoughts on what we do about it all.

        In that condition where you own and can own nothing, you are a slave. The fruits of your labour are not yours to sell and hence these are someone else’s property, and theirs to sell, or to buy.
        I suspect Lehman Bros were solvent when they were seized and put through bankruptcy. They had over $600Bn in assets, and of these over $70Bn were bets on the future that could be mispriced. J P Morgan was their banker. During that bankruptcy perhaps $200Bn of assets “evaporated” by way of derivatives that somehow took precedence in the settlement waterfall.
        This is referenced briefly in The Great Taking.

By doing so we forget the 9 months in the womb and how we got here which is through fertilization (aka creation, genesis), an act of God. The birthday is an arbitrary event and marks (‘X’) a decedent estate which is put into trust. The trust is not the baby, but the afterbirth or ‘human creature’ referred to in Unam Sanctum of 1302 – birthdays are for infants.
