Approach life with a sense of enthusiasm, but always keep your skepticism in place when it comes to (mass) communications.

We know we are being targeted by diabolical plutocrats who want to alter the natural order, including humans. We have seen their internal documents calling for massive reductions in the human population and the various means they plan to use to achieve their goals, including Frankenfoods, geoengineering of the environment, ecocide, vaccines, poisoning the air and water, as well as plans for human “augmentation,” DNA-engineered “designer babies,” melding us with machines, and crossbreeding us with animals.

What can we do? We can resist. The best way to resist is to take control of our personal health, guard and strengthen our minds, and cultivate a healthy, vibrant, energetic, and proactive lifestyle. Our returning guest, Keidi Obi Awadu, is a health consultant, master chef, prodigious researcher, and prolific media content producer. Keidi will share strategies and ways to thwart the globalists’ attempts to destroy our health by cultivating right attitudes about health, nutritious food, and mental acuity.

Money & Markets:

This is the last week of the month, so there is no Money & Markets. The next Money & Markets will publish on October 5. Post questions for Catherine or John Titus at the Money & Markets commentary here.

  1. I strongly disagree with the comments regarding pregnancy and women not have sovereignty over their bodies. This is wrong headed thinking. One, paternity is hearsay until birth. Two, as a sovereign female, I determine what my health and happiness level shall be while pregnant. Three, women should be showered with love, health and security to bring a healthy baby into the world, not forced by some law taking her sovereignty away. Families are gifts we as a community should embrace. Four, currently women who don’t take partnership into consideration are not going to produce healthy happy families. Lastly, women for thousands of years have practiced some methods to end unwanted pregnancies. Happy women want babies! Laws are for criminals not genders.

  2. great conversation-and speaks to a point CAF recently made that taking responsibility for our own health, wealth, community and personal security is where we yield power not in obscure research about phenomena that may or may not be applicable to our daily lives.

(kudos to Catherine for being so generous and polite to the incredibly rude subscriber who accused her of gatekeeping. why is Catherine responsible for every possible theme for exploration? that woman should start her own report if the information is so essential)

Keidi Obi Awadu reminds me of Elana Freeland in that they are self taught experts who are able to synthesize complex information. Not being a part of academia is becoming the hallmark of real experts. We all just need to keep getting smarter and smarter-glad to be in cahoots with the Solari community!
