Child sex trafficking is the fastest growing international crime network and is bigger than the illegal arms trade worldwide.
While we normally view our picks for Let’s Go to the Movies before recommending them to our subscribers, we are making an exception this week. Sound of Freedom premiers on July 4, 2023 in movie theaters throughout the United States and is going to be a must-see production based on its topic alone.
The film is based on the true story of former special agent for the Department of Homeland Security, Tim Ballard, and his team rescuing children from sex trafficking and slavery around the world. Mr. Ballard had been successful uncovering child trafficking rings when working for the government, but he understood that much more independent and direct action was needed to truly help the thousands of children in diverse countries and jurisdictions. He founded Operation Underground Railroad and has since been indefatigable in his and his team’s determination to stop the crimes and free children for a more humane future.
The film’s lead actor Jim Caviezel, who was profoundly impacted by playing the role of Jesus in Mel Gibson’s The Passion of the Christ, regards this as his most important film. For an actor to speak out and take on the role in a feature film of such significant content makes him a hero, too.

It was an interesting film, and a must see for raising awareness of this topic. Hollywood loves to give hidden messages of truth in their movies. I think the movie had a few hidden points. They used vaccines in the movie as the tracking devices to keep an eye on their government doctors …I think they put that in there intentionally to let people know that the “Covid Jabs” are tracking devices. Either there’s something in those jabs that have tracking capabilities or they will link to something else that will track you…nonetheless I think the specific use of the vaccines in the movie as trackers was intentional.
Another important point is that it was the use of vaccines and the narrative of fear of a disease that allowed the undercover government agents posing as doctors into the jungle …it was the excuse that made the jingle bad guys let their guard down to let outsiders in.
In this case it was the good guys using it against the bad guys to trick them, but I think the main point is the narrative of vaccines and fear of an unknown disease that allows one to break a “barrier” or “seal”, when you want people to let their guard down so you can attack them unsuspectingly.
Lastly, I thought the chosen symbol of the tattoo used by the human traffickers to mark their “slave” victim was intentionally significant. The tatoo was a “crown”. I’m curious if anyone else caught this and their thoughts? What is the meaning of using that specific symbol? I’m suspecting they are telling through symbology that possibly the Monarchy runs the human trafficking business? Why a crown? One of the sovereign cities in the world is the City of London, where laws do not have to be abided by. The headquarters of world banks reside there as well. The City of London is often referred to as “The Seat of THE CROWN”. Again…reference to a crown. Perhaps the banks in this sovereign city are financing this human trafficking trade through money laundering and black budget money? I’m sure it’s a highly profitable business.
Historically, in ancient times, slavers always marked their slaves with a tatoo of their specific symbol. It is for this reason I’ve read one should avoid tattoos as it symbolically represents slavery. In addition, you have no idea what your tattoo symbol is linking you to in the spiritual world.
Anyone else have thoughts on this?
In my experience the Masons took the position that tattoos were a sign of slavery. I think that is part of the effort to make them fashionable. It is one of thousands of steps to acculturate towards where they want to go.
Yes, it is really mind boggling how all encompassing and numerous the routes are to the “control grid”. New ones seem to be popping up everyday! They clearly had the end game in mind and, for a VERY long time, have been backtracking and building the pathways to the end game in a very detailed fashion, adorned with all the booby traps. Must have been quite a think tank that put this all together! Seems no rock is unturned.
Saw the film last night and I believe it to be a must see. Convinced my wife, my Pastor and his wife to attend with me.
Quite a few emotions which apparently will take a while to unpack. For starters, this film for me aids in putting discussions of trafficking children into a very human reality. It’s like saying the Nazi’s murdered 10 million people in their camps is different from the spiritual, emotional and intellectual connection one gains from reading first hand accounts of the horrors as well as acts of heroism and kindness in the midst of the atrocities.
This is a story that must be told…so that we may face the unknown millions of real stories that children are suffering.
As Catherine has said, if we can face it, God can fix it.
I might add, He’ll fix it through our action.
