Jeffrey Smith’s and Amy Hart’s documentary about the secret ingredients in our food. Secrecy in food, secrecy in money, secrecy in EMF radiation, and secrecy in vaccine data—are you beginning to notice a trend? Secrecy is steadily increasing our personal risk in all aspects of our lives.

  1. Dear Catherine

Thanks again for yet another excellent video recommendation.

As with the missing money, you are presenting so much important information that desperately needs out get out there to the wider public. Alas, there are none so blind as will not see and none so deaf as will not listen.

I had no idea that autism can in certain cases be reversed. That is amazing news! I wonder if diet can also change autism caused by vaccines or only autism caused by GMOs and glyphosates.

Although Mrs diChiara has now gone organic and has improved the health of herself and her family, I noticed that she uses food from a tin. I wonder if she is aware that the linings of tin cans, just like plastic bottles, contain bisphenol A which effects the hormonal balance and has been linked to fertility problems in males and breast cancer in women.

When I was a school I cannot recall a single classmate of mine having had a chronic disorder. One of the fathers in the video talked about when his young daughter went to the doctor for her annual health check. When did children start having annual health checks? I can’t recall having gone to the doctor as a child other than to get a new eyeglass prescription. I wonder, in terms of finding diseases, if it is perhaps a matter of “seek and ye shall find”.

As you have said many times, it is important to know your farmer. I used to buy organic eggs and paid treble the price of normal eggs until one day the cashier at the grocery store whispered to me, ”Save your money. Those organic eggs are from the guy round the corner. He has chickens in his garage and puts his eggs in those expensive boxes with the organic labels on them and makes a fortune”.

For thousands of years people have been making and drinking wine. Then recently, all of a sudden, I noticed “contains sulfites” on the labels of every wine bottle and I now find it impossible to buy a bottle of wine from any country which does not have sulfites added to it. I have no idea what sulfites are but I don’t want them.

I therefore decided to switch from wine to beer, in particular German beer owing to the fact that in Germany for over 600 years they have had the “Reinhetsbegot” – the purity order- which limits the ingredients in beer to only 3 things: water, barley and hops. The EU protested unfair competition but Germany remained firm. Then I learned that despite the Reinheitsgebot breweries in Germany are allowed to add preservatives to increase the beer’s shelf life and they do not have to list them on the label. That’s what happens when you go down the rabbit hole. You wind up with a Renheitsgebot which in fact is no longer a Reinheitsgebot.

  2. This information must be disseminated, everybody has to make a little effort to properly source and/or produce their own food.
