1. I think many of you will also like the work of Martín Prechtel: http://floweringmountain.com/ . His work is both child-like and has a strong Mayan and Nature basis. For a some comparison, the woman in the market picture with lemons is wearing Mayan-like dress. Unfortunately, only 1 print is offered for sale. Low resolution jpgs can be copied off the website. For better quality work, try inquiring using the contact info. Martín’s book, _No Evil, Honey in the Heart_ describes life in a large relatively Mayan village whose economy is not based on money, at least as we use it, but much more on tradition and interdependence. The book is also a good place to find ideas and inspiration to move towards a society with a deep appreciation of Nature. Martín is also a superb writer so most people will likely enjoy reading the book.
