  1. I need a lawyer to fight my case I was denied a religious accommodation at my work MGM Resorts, they have order all employees salaried to get vaccinated. I believed they have violate the disability act. I live in the MDV area.

  2. This was interesting. I found it even more interesting that nobody commented on it and more interesting than that is that there was no mention of a family law attorney. It has been my experience that in matters of child custody/child support, lawyers who work in that field of law don’t really care to impress non-custodial parents. They just say yeah I can represent you it will cost this much. Then you say, “um, can you provide some success stories” and they have none to provide, but were quick to tell you a lot of nothing and how much that hot air is going to cost you.

I am wondering if thats because we have a very tired old child support/custody legislation that is long in tooth and long overdue for an overhaul. Its more like a game, you can accuse someone of owing you child support and the state notifies that individual that they are about to garnish their wages and its up to that person to prove that they got the wrong guy. Who penned that beautiful piece of legislation? Anyway, if they do have the right guy and no due diligence is done to ensure that is the case. Then there is this enforcement division that confuses people. Most Americans think it is an agency that ensures payment and ensures a relationship between parent and child, nothing could be further from the truth.

It is an agency that enforces payment from the non-custodial parent, nothing more. If that individual has never even once seen their child and they would like nothing more than to do so, its their problem. They have to go and sift through the dancing clown group of attorneys in the family law pool and hope they find one that is serious about justice.

Its funny, I have found great attorneys for finance law when I needed it. I have found great attorneys for firearms law, but I have yet to find an awesome attorney for child custody/support law. What is that all about?

I believe, once again, its because the child custody/support laws in place are outdated and were informed by tricky legislators who saw this as another revenue stream for their state and used this very male-chauvinist the State must save the poor damsel in distress from the abandoning father type of legislation, again masking that its nothing more than another revenue stream for States.

Its easy to pick up on that, but you would have to have personal experience with this to notice it. For example, when a custodial parent was always stressing about where is her child support check and always assuming that the non-custodial parent was not paying, when the fact was the non-custodial parent was up to date on payments, it was the State that was taking its sweet time sending a check to the custodial parent, yeah ACH payments or technology masked over that, but yet they still get delayed even with ACH payments, why? nothing to do with the non-custodial parent, its just the State ensuring they pay themselves first. Remember, that money goes to the State first and gets used by the State first, then they cut a check to the custodial parents. They mask all that by saying “we are doing everything we can”, making it seem like its the up-to-date non-custodial parents fault.

Here at Solari report Catherine talks about the slavery system that is coming, but guess what, the best and current prototype for that system already exists, its called child support/custody system. It was made back in the 60s I believe and then they buried it, not a single attorney who is about justice that I know of has ever decided to revisit and say, “hey this is outdated, it doesn’t work in the interest of the child in terms of psychological well being and having both parents in the home and furthermore its just a revenue stream for the States, we need a new system”

So yeah thats one type of attorney I have yet to find, a family law attorney that specifically wins justice in a way that both parents can be in a childs life and the non-custodial parent is not just a financial resource for the States.

If you don’t believe me, try this, offer your legislators a system where the money goes straight to the families, in other words its made out to Mrs. Smith and not Treasury of the State of Tennessee or wherever.
