Without ever using the word “money,” a practice common among inspectors general (IGs), the deputy IG at the Pentagon read an eight-page summary of DOD fiduciary failures...
Kelly O’Meara, 2001
Did you ever see the 9/11 testimony when Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney grilled Defense Secretary Donald Rumsfeld during House hearings on the 2006 budget for the U.S. Department of Defense (DOD) on the missing money and military contractor CSC DynCorp’s sex slave trafficking and involvement in administering the anthrax vaccines?
Well, the work that lies behind this powerful and legendary moment of congressional truth and that allowed Rep. McKinney to make these succinct statements and ask such well-placed questions goes back to Catherine Austin Fitts and our hero of the week—award-winning investigative journalist, author, and fearless truth-teller Kelly Patricia O’Meara.
Kelly O’Meara spent almost 20 years working on Capitol Hill as a congressional staffer, and for 15 years wrote for the Washington Times-owned Insight Magazine, an investigative magazine that went straight to all the congressional desks. She brought to light some of the biggest scandals of corporate and government corruption, delivering groundbreaking investigative journalism on stories such as the Enron accounting fraud and the drugging of children (and adults and soldiers) through prescription antidepressants and ADHD drugs such as Ritalin. This, in turn, led her to an investigation of the AIDS story and to ripping apart the HIV narrative. It was through Kelly O’Meara that Catherine met Jon Rappoport, which resulted in many years of fruitful cooperation and some of the most important Solari Reports to this day.
But above all, Kelly Patricia O’Meara was the original reporter to break the Missing Money story! Writing for Insight, she was the first to publish a series of articles, starting in 1999, documenting and reporting on the missing money at DOD. It took tremendous courage, focus, and research to bring out piece after hard-hitting piece in a series that should have culminated in an Insight cover story in September of 2001 entitled “Wasted Riches.” (Solari has preserved all of her articles on our Missing Money website under News Coverage.) On September 10th, 2001—just before the final article’s scheduled publication and in an obvious attempt to preempt the breaking news—Donald Rumsfeld testified in Congress that the Pentagon could not account for $2.3 trillion in transactions. And, of course, we all know what happened the next day, crowding out and dwarfing any story on missing trillions….
In a league of its own, Kelly’s work stands out and is part of some of the most important Solari Report publications. We know her as an awesome researcher and as a woman with a heart of gold who cannot help but continue the freedom fight. She is Solari Hero not only for this week but has been for more than two decades.
We are highlighting Kelly O’Meara this week because she has recently started a new video podcast show called “Don’t Ask That Question” on which she intends to break more insightful news and information to connect the dots. To have her back as a New Media host is a great event. Please subscribe and help us support this Solari ally and amazing woman in as many ways as we can.

Solari Report of 2014: Protecting You and Your Family from Psychiatric Drugs with Kelly Patricia O’Meara
Kelly’s information on Pills that Kill is amazing. Just like Dr Nass’s post on her blog about the horrific school shootings, what drugs was this guy on? Was he scooped up by an agency and placed their like Sirhan Sirhan? http://anthraxvaccine.blogspot.com/2022/05/school-shootings-i-am-sorry-but-this.html All psych meds pushed on kids in my opinion are a government control plan. I was an adjunct faculty member in several Los Angeles universities teaching Costume Design/Illustration/Construction from 1997 to 2017. The amount of mental illness & psych meds grew from one kid crying before an exam from the stress in ‘98, to a dozen in a class of 20-35 students that needed “mental breaks” and had severe reactions to “their new medications the school’s clinic told them to try”. It was out of control. My oldest who was vax injured has never been on any psych meds, but hundreds of younger families with vax injured kids are being led down that path. In my opinion, NONE of those drugs work to help someone get better. None of the studies about them show what the doctors think that they do. In reality no one knows how our brain actually works, some think they do, but it’s all just guessing. Educated guessing is still guessing. The side effects I have witnessed in my home health patients with some of these meds (Lexapro & other SSRI’s and SSNRI’s) are fainting (syncope), severe depression/suicide, outbursts, blackouts, gambling, sleep-driving, sleep eating, brain fog, muscle twitching, blood pressure issues, gut damage…I could go on and on. How do I know it was the meds? I don’t know exactly but I do know once they were weaned from the drugs by their doctors, the symptoms were gone or diminished. Toxins cause insanity, think about the lead and mercury in makeup and hat making supplies of a couple hundred years ago, people went ‘mad’ because of toxins. This is just another way we are being poisoned. Thank you Kelly for your books and investigations. Praying for the babies that were killed and their family’s.
And the Great Poisoning rolls on….one thing we each need to do is withdraw and decline to be poisoned.
Cynthia McKinney was one of our finest Congressman. I’d welcome her back in that office or anything higher today if that were possible.
