  1. I’m so glad you did this interview. I discovered him a few years ago and have had tremendous benefits following his exercises. I don’t talk about it much since most people stop listening once you say ‘cold showers’, but for those willing to push their comfort level, the results will astound.

  2. I have started cold therapy last year but decided to go full on Wim method this year with breathing and commitment exercises. It is a live changing. I have understood that we have to learn to take pleasure from discomfort as we do from comfort then your life can never be miserable!

    I started doing cold water therapy/ ice baths after reading much of Dr Jack Kruse’s work, who Jason Bawden introduced me to. I suffer electrohypersensitivity (EHS) which started out as chronic fatigue syndrome (CFS) and turned into EHS/ CFS. A noticeable fatigue – which I will note was not CFS – started after I got the Yellow Fever vaccine and the Rabies Vaccine before going to South American in 2005. Then high digital loads in an apartment I moved into on return from South America saw a radical change to my health. I didn’t know what the real problem was for years.

    Cold therapy/ ice baths – especially done outdoors so you get some sunshine – is the most remarkable therapy for my symptoms. Best results when done almost daily.

    I higly recommend people give cold therapy/ ice baths a go. Start slowly … and gradully lower the temperature. I have added high omega three seafood to my diet too.
