I just found you folks (on the Internet) and wanted to personally thank you from my heart for your support. We are working everyday to get orders out to everyone across the country. We are still not out of the woods — we need continued support. These folks we are dealing with do not negotiate. They enjoy their jobs and warned us that if we fight them it will cost tens of thousands of dollars. Our last meeting with these guys, they made two statements: why don’t we want to foreclose and this would be a victory for them (“them” meaning the attorney and the senior risk officer). My sister and I could use prayers, thoughts of goodness and all positive energy.

    I wanted to stop by and up date you on the foreclosure of the historic Crosby Mint farm with all of our cards still up in the air we are still in operation!
    Our court date December 8th was a big one for us that day there was several motions by the creditor to take the rest of the farm equipment and mint oil in attempts to shut us down and to stop the sales of mint oil. I freely admit I was very nervous, you see for the past 18 months the creditor had always won in federal court they had beat us up pretty bad so we had no idea what was going to happen.
    This is where the power of prayer came in from all over the country and the judge favored us in keeping the farm in operation for the time being. How long do we have I don’t know.
    As you may know already we were able to catch up on the flood orders that have came in and shipped them out in time for Christmas.
    The response from your listener for mint orders to prayers helped sooo very much.(Thank-you).
    To let you know about the power of prayer I truly believe it worked on the judge favoring us.
    When court was over the room was filled full people and I was still setting at the defendant’s table doing everything possible to maintain my composure.The flood of emotions which all came at the same time,I didn’t know whether laugh or cry both,so I moved slow so people would file out and right at the same time I went for the door there he was the liquidator still maintaining my composer we just stared at each other and the darkness in his eyes and the meanness is indescribably, what has happened in this mans life to make him this way? I know we just need to keep moving forward away from this person.

  8. I am the Interim State Coordinator/Ohio for the Campaign for Liberty. I just found out about the farm so I posted an announcement to all state coordinators at the Campaign for Liberty to send notices out to all their state membership. I also sent an email out to all the Ohio members of CFL numbering over 3000 people. My own network also includes the Ohio Weston A. Price Foundation and I sent an email out to that group. I have placed my order for 6 bottles and I know that the product will be a good one. I use a lot of herbs daily and look forward to using the peppermint essential oil. The farm needs to align with David Blume who is a permaculturist and leads the alcohol for gas movement. Your stills might be able to do double duty by making alcohol for gas and getting the tax credit from the IRS for providing ethanol. I don’t know how your stills are set up but it is worth a thought. We need to stop the foreclosures on family farms. The prayers are working. My son mentioned that he heard Catherine on Coast to Coast last night which prompted me to go to the website and read the blog.     I just wanted to give a little update the GREEN STONE farm credit Has filed a motion for complete liquidation and does not want us to continue selling. The court date is December 8th, 29th circuit court Clinton county in the city of St johns Michigan.
    The amount of paper work they throw at you is amazing, as our attorney told us today is to keep working and selling they are attempting to stall us.
    The bank was waiting for things to quiet down so they are not watched so closely.
    Could I please ask for anyone to please prey for these guys to have a heart and to have the judge favor us and the clarity to see so we can continue to sell.
    We will have another email campaign going out shortly ,for the next week 1/2 we will be shipping everyday to catch up completely and I will be working on bottling and shipping right up to 12 midnight on Christmas eve so orders will continue to go out.
    I need to mention the group of folks that are helping us in between there busy schedule we are so blessed to people that truly care.
    I would also mention Elianne and Catherine The day I read your kind words, I need you to know those words came at a good time when I needed some goodness.

  14. I’ve heard the Banks won’t loan money to farmers right now
    and that could cause food shortages next year. I don’t have
    alot of money to invest but, I would much rather invest in our
    farmers than anything the world elite have to offer. I’m
    thinking about the Free Lakota Bank.

  18. Catherine, for heaven’s sake, could people get together and find out if this farm’s note holder is legitimate? I have heard of mortgage vetting services. “A poorly written contract is a void contract”. Aside from that, if the originator of the loan packaged it, and sold it, they have no standing to foreclose. I keep getting this email announcement, and these guys could help you stop this foreclosure, which would be a crime against God so help me.

    Courts are dismissing foreclosures brought by plaintiff’s that have no equity in
    the mortgage Note!

    THERE IS HELP AND THERE IS HOPE.

    I FOUND HELP!

    I NOW HAVE HOPE!

    Foreclosure by plaintiff with no standing to sue – Did the mortgage service provider or other contractor own any equity in the Note on your home when you were sued for foreclosure? Federal and state courts are now (2008) saying that they simply cannot do that, dismissing many foreclosure actions in the process. This course includes a group of documents which can be amended for your case and which seek an existing foreclosure judgment be overturned or vacated. Any pattern of such activity on the part of a party which never owned any equity in the mortgage Notes over which they sued is likely culpable for civil RICO damages and possible criminal sanctions, now that the courts have retracted their protections of this conduct, and this creates great leverage against any such plaintiff that sued you for foreclosure.

    No equity in the Note, no standing, no right to foreclose. Under RICO statutes you may be allowed three times damages (treble damages) for having been kicked out of your home by a plaintiff with no standing to sue. You are advised to get an attorney to help you with this ADVANCED law course.
