One particular characteristic of the new RNA-based “vaccines” is their use of a modified nucleoside in place of the naturally occurring uracil in the blueprint of the coronavirus spike protein. N1-Methylpseudouridine (abbreviated m1Ψ) is said to be more stable and to drive increased protein production. It is claimed that because m1Ψ can be found “naturally” in all kinds of RNA, it lends itself to the stabilization of the synthetic spike-producing injections.
But can a component of transfer-RNA (tRNA, not mRNA!) of a single-cellular archaeal organism really be repurposed for use in the messenger-RNA (mRNA) of a complex multicellular organism like the human body? Would not its affinity to anaerobic microorganisms like archaea, which also exist in our body’s microbiome, facilitate spike protein expression in the gut (and elsewhere), in addition?
Daniel Santiago, PharmD, molecular biologist and pharmacist, believes it would. In this week’s scientific conversation, Dr. Danny and I discuss some of the aspects of “unknown ingredients” in the C19 injections that are rarely talked about.
Solari Report subscribers remember from “The Mathematics of the Genetic Code” (2019) that DNA and RNA are structured by a profound symmetry of balances in the molecular weight of each of the 20 amino acids (coded from 64 different nucleotide triplets). Changing only one atom in this code would mess up the astonishing, self-referential symmetries that researchers like Vladimir shCherbak found. Is it safe to substitute m1Ψ for uracil, effectively creating a new form of mXNA (Xeno-RNA)? What are the consequences if reverse transcription occurs?
Daniel also speaks about the importance of the “Kozak consensus sequence,” the string of nucleic acids that functions as the “start” of protein translation, which hitherto has been completely ignored in the discussion of safety of the new inoculations. Kozak sequences are different and unique within various species. The Kozak sequence regulatory paths are not the same for each gene. What proteins and peptides (protein fragments with their own functionality in the organism) could be the result from a modified Kozak sequence?
Are “hidden genes” part of the unknown ingredients in these vials? Dr. Santiago also discusses the discovery of amyloid- and hydrogel-forming amino acid sequences found in the injected spike blueprints, two of which are of a fibrillar nature. What is their relationship to strange blood clots and ubiquitous thromboses? (Only after the recording of this interview was our attention drawn to fibril-based hydrogels formed by spidroins (spider silk proteins); the latter are increasingly being used to fabricate biomaterials for tissue engineering/regenerative medicine. Daniel Santiago, PharmD, Bachelor of Science, concentration in molecular and genetic biology from Temple University in 1992. Coursework in laboratory techniques in molecular biology and genetics at the University of Pennsylvania at Philadelphia’s Wistar Institute (1992-1993) on a federal grant. Worked with Chin C. Howe, PhD, holder of the noted patent of the SPARC (secreted protein acidic cysteine-rich glycoprotein) deficient transgenic mouse; identified and characterized the promoter of the elongation factor-2 (EF-2) gene, essential for protein synthesis, and helped Howe to map a region proximal to this promoter that drives ubiquitous expression and found it bound to a transcription factor producing DNA-protein complex. With his doctorate in pharmacy (PharmD) from Nova Southeastern University in Fort Lauderdale, Florida, he works in pharmacy in the state of Florida.

Dr Santiago was very good, but thank you for finding and showing appreciation for Dr Kevin McKernan; his analysis is better about what is in the pfizer injections.
Dr. Santiago did a great job in breaking this down to “layman” terms, though I say that lightly. This will take me a at least another listen for me to get a better grasp. Yet, the gist of the discussion came through loud and clear. The evidence abounds.
What a tangled web indeed. This might scare the daylights out of
any non scientifically inclined person who was curious and brave enough to effort this kind of reading. I am most curious now, and
will attempt a second reading. It may take more study than that. Right off the bat, I feel most blessed to have distrusted and avoided the experimental injection.
Let’s add this to Frankenscience: The parts of the DNA sequence that don’t make sense to science have long been deemed “junk”, because clearly anything in the natural world that doesn’t fit the model, well, it must be wrong. So, they have been heavily involved with experiments to edit these sequences out, and filling it back in with their own design (i.e. “synthesizing” new biology).
This public article has to do with simple yeast, but yeast is some of the foundation of Big Ag foods and things people don’t realize, such as ascorbic acid production (Vitamin C). Likely most of the workers on these projects think they are doing good.

Manufactured Citric Acid: Ubiquitous but Not Innocuous

Pfizer brags on its website about its pioneering 1919 role in developing a process to mass-produce citric acid through mold fermentation, jubilantly stating that this achievement freed Pfizer “from dependency on European citrus growers.”16 Career Pfizer chemist Joseph G. Lombardino explained the breakthrough in a cheerful paper titled “A Brief History of Pfizer Central Research” published in 2000:
“From 1917 to 1929 James Currie, Pfizer’s first research chemist, developed a process for producing citric acid by fermentation of sugar. Currie came from the Department of Agriculture, where he was trying to produce an American brand of Roquefort cheese by fermentation. He was not successful. He then tried to ferment sugar to produce oxalic acid but again failed. However, he noticed an interesting byproduct in this fermentation: citric acid. Currie contacted Pfizer, related his finding, was hired, and, with his assistant Jasper Kane, eventually developed a large-scale fermentation process for citric acid.”17

As already mentioned, one likely trigger, especially of allergic-type symptoms characteristic of mold reactions, has to do with A. niger itself. Describing the absolute dearth of research on MCA safety, in 2018 a University of Illinois researcher and her coauthor published what they described as “the first scientific report revealing the potential inflammatory reactions related to ingestion of MCA,” presenting four case reports of individuals prone to experiencing symptoms within two to twelve hours of MCA ingestion via food, beverages or vitamins.5 Noting the concurrent rise of MCA use and the growing epidemic of food allergies, they hypothesized that “the potential presence of impurities or fragments from the Aspergillus niger in MCA is a significant difference [from natural citric acid] that may trigger deleterious effects when ingested.”5 In related research, a study documented occupational asthma as a hazard of an improperly ventilated biotech plant that manufactured citric acid, where A. niger spores averaged one hundred times those found in the outside air.24
