Francis, after you click on it, the pdf will come up in your browser. There should be an option in on the menu down arrow, etc. to start a download. Just tried it in FireFox w/ no problems.
Hi. I keep receiving the ‘page no longer exist black hole’ page when clicking on the links for the Control 101 flipbook and other links. also a pop up comes up to ‘login again’ and when I do it keeps saying I have the wrong password. Everything else works fine except this one for some reason. Thanks.
