They are not incompetent They are obedient. There is reality and then there is official reality. Incompetence is a cover story for the people who believe the official reality is the plan. Indeed, reality is the plan. Looks to me like the plan is working. Young ukranian men are being pushed out or killed. Millions gone one way or another to Europe, Russia or their graves. Foreign ownership and control of land is rising. The Ukraine is being cleaned out. Takeover.
