Today, in the comments to the Russian TG channel “Студия Рубеж” was a video commenting a Russian blog implying that Russia (Russian Federation) is registered on the US Commodity Futures Trading Commission. Honestly, I thought that the story is hard to believe and decided to check if his links get to open. They did. So, I found Kirillov’s (the author) blog on Yandex, had it translated in English and wanted to see what others will say after reading his blog. One advice, the Russian Clearing house’s website opens up only after switching to the Cyrillic.

    Just to get you interested, here the some exempts implying that “Russia is listed on several international trust depositories, starting from DTCC”

  3. On Sri Lanka, I heard other recent news that they had implemented a radical “organic” agriculture which ended up with them having 40% less crop yields. That, on top of other finance issues, is a disaster, more so when you have debt denominated in dollars. Sri Lanka’s tourist sector has been destroyed in the last 2+ years from the lack of travel. Cash starved, crops failing, “people pleasing” policies leave them with a sinking bottom line every month. Heck, they even went to Bangladesh looking for a loan.

  8. Catherine, are US treasury bonds (treasury bills, notes, bonds, Floating Rate Notes, Treasury Inflation-Protected Securities TIPS) safe during this time? I have seeing a 9% return which is impressive. Thanks.

    1. Yes. It is impressive. Trying to figure out why they are offering such an impressive rate. I will not touch them as my experience is that the US Treasury and the US government is “not agreement capable.”

        No agreement capable? Well, it makes sense, too good to be true.
        How can it be good considering the current state of the US gov? I believe there is a cap of $10K, so many people are buying under multiple account types (LLCs, etc). I find it very interesting that most investors are advising to get an account. It tells you how bad and corrupted our system is. Very concerning. I don’t think people are preparing well for how they will be affected “if nothing changes”. Counting with assets, stocks, a job/education and cash at this point – and maybe some silver coins!

      The best way to understand how TIPS work is by example. TIPS pay interest semi-annually, but for the purposes of simplicity, the following looks at how the value of the bond changes in each calendar year.

      Suppose the Treasury issues an inflation-protected security with a $1,000 face value and a 3% coupon. In the first year, the investor receives $30 in two semi-annual payments. That year, the CPI increases by 4%. As a result, the face value adjusts upward to $1,040.

      In year two, the investor receives the same 3% coupon, but this time it’s based on the new, adjusted face value of $1,040. The result: instead of receiving an interest payment of $30, the investor receives interest of $31.20 (.03 times $1,040). In year three, inflation drops to 2%. The face value rises from $1,040 to $1060.80, and the investor receives interest of $31.82.

      This process continues until the bond matures. In this way, the TIPS’ payout consists of two parts: the increase in CPI and the “real yield,” that is, the yield above inflation.

      Once the bonds mature, investors receive either the adjusted, higher principal or their original investment, whichever is greater. As a result, investors cannot ever receive less than the face value of the bond, even in the rare case of deflation (falling prices).23

      One other thing that always comes up if I talk to a bond guy in trying to understand this is the 5 year Breakeven Inflation Rate which says it is “The latest value implies what market participants expenct inflation to be in the next 5 years, on average. ” Right now it is 3.22 and is the highest it has been on the data set which only goes back to 2003.

      One last thing is that I enclosed a performance summary for a TIPS fund that is similar to an etf in terms of performance. I enclosed it because at the bottom of the first page on the left, it breaks out market returns by maturity. Even though the fund was down by 3.02%, when you break it out across maturities it follows the same pattern as any other bond where the longer the maturity (duration) the more it will go down for a given 1% rise in interest rates. That detail is not always understood when looking at the etf by itself. It also depends on the weighting within the index. The index has a weighted duration of about 7.5 and the general advice I have always heard is that you want to match the duration to your holding period. However, I would question that depending on how much interest rates rise and for how long and the possibility that the price of the bond fund is down at the wrong time 7.5 years from now because the ETF or fund never matures.

      If I were advising a client to buy tips which I don’t, I would recommend they plan to hold the bond to maturity instead of having to sell in the meantime when the price is down because rates went up.

      One good option for individuals is I Savings Bonds because they never go down in value. They are such a good deal that the govt caps it at 10k per person per year. That is of course if you don’t account for the missing money and all the things that you point out on Solari about whether you want to own treasuries or be in business with the government to begin with but something else to throw in there.

        thank you for following up on this. I know several people parking money (10k/year limit) in these I savings bonds and not looking to hold until maturity. The 3 month penalty is not that much, considering. And these compound semi-annually as well.
        Considering the disintegration of so many structures in the world, I’d feel more comfortable at 25% return–but then again, if it were offering 25% I’d be more preoccupied by much more grave concerns.

        1. Agreed. 3 month penalty is not that much. That said, I find the insane the notion of turning over physical possession of my deposits to a party who is not agreement capable and whose head is sucking up to Klaus Schwab while he proposes the end of property rights and while the governing authority is proposing a world wide seizure infrastructure and has a domestic one that has been lawless for years and is setting up a construct where EVERYONE can be deemed a domestic terrorist. We need to integrate these developments.

Hello, this is an interview of India Today with Mr Lavrov, very intetesting since at the beginning he talks about the tariffs and entering of Ukraine in EU as an origin of Maidan and problems with Ukraine in 2014. Same thing i mentioned in my previous comments, may help to understand why EU and especially Germany thought they would make loads of money from it.     I remember many years ago Catherine was talking about the possibility of having a seed (and thereby food) based currency. Now that idea doesn’t sound so absurd. How prophetic.

Gigi Young has some great comments in her YT videos on inter-dimensionals, e.g if a negative-consciousness entity is stuck outside of time (purgatory, 8th sphere) they have little or no creative powers and keep re-using old techniques from a different time, which gradually stop working as the cosmos evolves and moves onto more interesting push-pull forces.

      So it’s useful to see the differences, or lack thereof, between the 10-year old food report and current efforts. Or mid-2000s early research and hysteria on various flus. A good reminder that organic humans outnumber adversaries by 8000:1 or more, so we should avoid “blackpill” despair, because we have the power to come up with creative responses, i.e. focus more on our new-and-improved creative alternatives to pathetic-recycled-dying-and-weakening views.

          1. I have no idea. I only looked on a map of the lands he(they) acquired and found it odd that so many parcels are on the Miss. River. However, if one wants to control the food….good idea to control the river traffic. One can control many functions and commerce of a state by controlling the main rivers. I first thought of food because all the midwest grains, etc.
            are transported on the river to the port of NOLA.

            I had a friend that inspected ships coming into the Port of New Orleans. This person would be inspecting a ship at 2AM. Many times they would see packet boats pulling up to shore in many areas not associated with the port but accessible to smugglers, etc. Owning the land I suppose the owners can control whatever extra legal activities they wish. The port can be a scary place at 2AM.

    3. I think this is just on a theoretical basis. The change of the Infection Protection Act was made before the vote on general mandatory vaccination on April 7. Since the parliamentary vote on mandatory vaccination failed, this topic has basically vanished from public’s attention. This was the decisive vote on the topic and I believe the whole C-19 story will now disappear slowly for the remaining year with the exception of a possible push for vaccines during fall. In the tiny federal state of Saarland in the far west of Germany the ruling CDU (Christian Democratic Party) suffered a massive blow during the last election in April. Maybe people start to wake up after the damages the injections have caused.

The repeated modification of this law in the last two years means the country is left with a legal abomination with which a “pandemic” can be kept going indefinitely on the basis of a dodgy test, and which explicitly curtails fundamental rights – a dictator’s dream. On the “positive” side, I did catch sight of a mainstream news report today about someone with a serious vaccine injury.     As well, Koch took dyes from the industry to stain bacteria, they acidified the tissue to colour it. They noticed that the staining killed the bacteria, making holes in it, then the bacteria would die. This is how antibiotics began by BASF, Bayer, IG Farben, Merck and so on using the dyes. So the pharmaceutical industry was contrived from the colourant industry based on the false infection hypothesis. The Americans copied the Germans assuming they had a greater knowledge, due to their expertise on the Haber Bosch process, which is taking nitrogen from the air. So why did the German government hire Robert Koch, when he had already fled Berlin after killing thousands with his “magic drug”, tuberculin, against tuberculosis? Otto Von Bismarck called him back because he needed a pretext against the British who had seized the Suez Canal illegally. Britain now had political and military advantages as they no longer had to sail around Africa, they could go through India and travel the calm Mediterranean bringing foods and spices back with them. So Germany wanted to make the allegation they were bringing smallpox, anthrax and the black plague from India. Thus quarantine was deemed and ports were closed to them and they were even shot at. Robert Koch was offered 100,000 marks to create the argument that people were carrying in these diseases.

    So how did the idea of a virus come about? Koch’s French counterpart was scientific fraudster Louis Pasteur. In 1870 the French were at war with Germany. The dead were later declared as the result of a smallpox epidemic. The Germans claimed it came from France and the French claimed it came from Germany. Pasteur, who knew from Bechamp what bacteria could and could not do, denied the knowledge, in order to go along with the Vatican church, claiming to have found the primordial creation, even though later he reversed his stance.

    He said this to become employed by the state. The disease spread and pandemic ideas were used politically to suppress upheavals, to control starvation situations, etc. and Pasteur was at the root of blaming the germ on disease causation.

    The early Vatican wanted to create the fear of diseases for their own agendas, claiming the disease is coming from the disease demon and is a punishment from God, similar to what the Greeks used. All for the agenda of control.

    So Pasteur was commissioned to find a way to prevent the English from traveling through the Mediterranean sea and he came up with the idea of a new pathogen that created illness and he called it poison, in Latin, virus. That was the idea, and he said it was 1000 times smaller than bacteria, saying they use such dense filters that bacteria cannot get through. So he pressed the liquid, the poison from a dead animal, through this filter, he injected it into the brain of a dog that is vertically tied to a pole, the liquid comes out of his ears, the dog convulses, barks, foams at the mouth and then dies. He called this rabies. This is what Pasteur did. He also claimed to have the antidote to the virus, to push the vaccine concept.

    This agenda was primarily propagated in France. The Germans had their antibiotics and chemotherapy. Pasteur committed fraud in all his undertakings. He was at least human enough to document all his deceit in diaries to parallel his lab books. He decreed that his family never release these books. Of course, his family became very wealthy from this. However, when his grandson died, these diaries were released to Professor Gerald Geison in 1993 and Princeton University.

    Geison translated the information and revealed the massive fraud Louis Pasteur had perpetrated on humanity. This was the model of illness held for centuries, which was really a model of war. It was not the model of nature, which is always a model of symbiosis.

        What I find intriguing is the political and war aspects of why we have a germ Theory. Theory should be capitalized. I also appreciated his siting of Goethe’s work on this matter. Dr. Lanka is a microbiologist who once called himself a virologist until he delved deeply into the science with his own work and found their “science” lacking to say the least.

        I find the history of the medical theory fits quite well with the present situation. I spoke to my niece in Belgium. She is very afraid of germs. So, now we have a very fearful populace. Scary, that.

        I’m afraid if the bogus germ theory is not exposed we are going to be in deep trouble.

        2. Part of doing so is you have to expose all the chemical warfare, biowarfare and poisoning going on. Hard to out the cover story without outing the real story. I have found it often bogs down in the complexity – you are asking many experts to suddenly integrate what they know with scores of different expertise that they don’t know.

            I often feel for the young medical professionals who have no training in reality. Sad.

            I find it is much easier to move away from the prevailing paradigm when one has been seriously injured as I have and as you have. I had to find my own way to healing after being seriously poisoned in a lab. I am actually lucky because I left the system(or got booted out) before it was overtly criminal.

Came across this post by Edward Dowd on natural gas in Europe yesterday: https://gettr.com/post/p16ehnr4c50 – I am left wondering about the missing/little reaction of German industry vis-a-vis the energy shortages Europe/Germany may be facing from later on this autumn – what would the interpretation in light of that post be? Enough gas to supply exists, the question only is who is in possession of it? Am also wondering about the fact that 2-3 months ago, Germany was told their gas storage facilities were only filled 30-35%? Sounded weird at the time, such low storage in the middle of winter – could that post imply that the gas storage facilities were filled up more than that but the gas belongs to another buyer than the German energy companies/users? I am sorry I do not know enough about the natural gas market to make more sense of this, but I did wonder what Ed Dowd was trying to tell the public with that post…And I am wondering why German industry does not seem more publicly concerned about the implications of reducing the gas supplies.

    Any thoughts?

  27. I just finished listening to your interview on The Worldview Pioneer series and found it very insightful and inspiring. The one thing that stood out to me and I have been personally struggling with is the inability of regular people to stop being obsessed with acquiring at any cost. I have always been saying that we are not sufficiently evolved and do not deserve this world. I have consciously made the decision not to be financially rich because I refuse to compromise my values. Yet I feel wealthy beyond belief. We share this planet with all beings and its pity how much life, love and beauty we’re missing out on. I have been contemplating what would be the best solution. At one point I thought its best if we split the world but that will be short lived, because as you say they are not contract capable, or they will poison the environment. It was only in the moment I forced myself to love these people I was able to see the solution. It all comes down to animal instinct rooted down in fear(the squirrel instinct). We need a way to spread courage and to create a safe environment. I know its naive to believe that this is possible, but the majority of people are capable of being good if they are not being threatened, for the rest we can deal with like the Friesians did.
