  1. Dear Catherine
You mentioned that a drop in energy prices will result in a boom in real estate prices. Can you please briefly explain the basic cause and effect principle of this inverse relationship? Are you talking here about the price of oil or of all energy?

That was an important piece of advice you gave about never using the word ‘depressed’. Most duly noted.

      1. Dear Catherine

I listened to the lecture as well as the Q&A session but there was no mention of the price of real estate. I still don’t see what the relationship is between cheaper energy and rising real estate prices.

If one could ignore all the flag waving and jingoism, the lecture itself had some good substance about strategy and history.

Kwast talked about the Constitution giving us rights. My understanding, however, is that our rights are inalienable and are given to us by God. The Constitution is there to defend our rights, not to give them to us. I’m looking forward to your chat with Edmund Veiera.

I also wonder what the point will be of being able to travel from the US to Singapore in 39 minutes if we are all kept sequestered on the neo-feudal estates.

        1. Andrew:

You own an asset. It has revenues of 2x and expenses of 1.75X. It’s largest expense item drops from .75X to .25X. What happens to your profits? What happens to the value of your asset?

          Catherine

  2. thanks for this brilliant work.
does anyone have references on the historical relationship of black rights groups & real estate developers?
it seems to me this was an issue in the ’60s with “urban renewal”

      1. Don’t you know, there’s a Plandemic going on. No one is suppose to notice what we at FNMA/HUD are doing. We have this. Besides it’s none of the American people’s business. LOL

  3. I really enjoy you and John Titus! I’m very interested in financial topics. So I don’t find the material to be dry.
On another note, I just purchased some grounding bed sheets. (To help keep my negative electron levels up.) I was a little leery at first, but decided to give it a try.
Have you heard of earthing? It’s not recommended to try in cities or near power lines. (because of dirty electricity.) But in a rural area, it’s safe. But i’m not sure we get the same benefit our ancestors would have. Since the earths magnetic field is weaker.

    1. I tried it. I believe in walking on the ground bare foot and getting your hands in soil. Don’t believe in the sheets but will be interested to hear what you think.

      1. I received them today. I’m going to test them with my voltmeter. Make sure it’s safe, and not doing more harm than good. However, a friend of mine purchased a set sometime ago. She told me she slept pretty good with them. Unfortunately, the sheets have a short lifespan. I’ll let you know what I think!

  4. here’s an interesting exercise – looking up the job vacancies for the companies receiving the federal Reserve corporate bond purchase money. just to see what that money is going towards.

for example, since July 1st, I counted 296 job new openings at Verizon. a large number of them in technology / networks / security.
    https://www.verizon.com/about/work/search/jobs

looking at costco, there are 72 job openings in their Seattle HQ IT division.
    https://chm.tbe.taleo.net/chm02/ats/careers/v2/searchResults?org=COSTCO&cws=41

it would be interesting to know what the other companies are working on. they’re staying busy for sure! definitely hiring.

    thanks for the great interviews.

    1. Very good idea. Need to look at the job openings for them in the cities with Fed branches or banks – of which Seattle is one.

  5. Catherine,
Can you talk a bit more about the Oklahoma Supreme Court ruling. Who benefits the most? More to come?
Secondly, in Portland, federal officers are protecting the federal building since the local police appear to be prevented from doing so. Just saw this tweet “ https://twitter.com/MrAndyNgo/status/1283605099126956033?s=20”. In light of Trumps recent comments on more to come next week about police/riots in democratic cities – how much can the feds do? Thoughts and comments appreciated.

    1. Have research to do. My guess is the situation is fluid. But this was a fix. So someone in DC or London wanted federal jurisdiction. Question is why and what it means.

  6. Hi Catherine,

We’d be interested in hearing specifics on what you imagine some of the worst case scenarios might be, in order to help with scenario planning.

Thank you so much for all the amazing work that you and the Solari Team do!

    1. To me it sounds like they are trying to keep the narrative going for locking down the economy. To be sure, an article in the Atlantic revealed that the CDC is mixing both PCR and antibody test in its reporting. TX, PA, CA and FL have been doing just that…co-mingling test results to pump up the positive rate; at the same time, for the past 7-8 weeks, deaths have remained flat or dropping in all of those states, with a small spike in deaths just being observed in the last week. Does this have anything to do with the report that Texas was buying gold to float a state bank?

  7. Local ranchers are selling cattle. Cost to buy hay/feed is too high. The rancher I buy from grows all grass fed organic cattle. He is selling cattle. He said they cannot find grass. The weather is incredibly hot and dry.

    1. Same as the reports I am getting. My guess is it is not a coincidence.
