Thank you for keeping all of the deliciously valuable information available to access, when the time is right…I have been aware of the body electric/energy bodies since the 90’s and have long awaited the arrival of the 100th monkey to bring this information forward into the scientific & medical minds, outside of the military. 3. Question for Ulrike: I’ve been running into Viktor Schauberger’s name lately. Do you know about his work? I’m a homeopath, so anything to do with water fascinates me.

   1. One of our team members is working on a book review on Schauberger. We are all big, big fans of him and his work.

Catherine and Ulrike, both my husband and I find that we’ve got Vagus nerve or CNS autonomic disruptions, like irregular or skipped heartbeats, or weak and faint feelings with temperature and blood pressure changes. This is worse at night. Often, we wake to all silver skies or a mix of silver with wide swaths of HAARPed trails and know “they” have been busy while we sleep. We are wondering if your research has revealed that not just thoughts/impulses but physical changes like I’ve described can be conveyed to us now? We understand that we are energetic beings, with the physical body simply being the most dense of our bodies, but until now hadn’t considered that ALL of these bodies could be intentionally impaired or altered. Your thoughts? Thank you. (I have also posted this query with Dr. Tom Cowan’s recent talk about the electromagnetic body, hoping we can gain some insights from him, as well.)

      I am considering earthing as a possible fix for these issues. Have you tried it?

      1. Oh, Sandra, sorry I didn’t see this until now. We earth, too. We’ve got it on the bed and at my work station where I place my bare feet.
         We’re pretty convinced it is the geo-engineering that is causing negative parasympathetic reactions. We’ve been controlling all of the other variables, and are pretty informed about EMFs having taken extraordinary measures to mitigate this in our home. We take similar measures with our food and water supply, and overall look at all aspects of mind, body, and spirit that we’re aware of in order to create a sate and harmonious environment. One thing we can’t control is what “they” are dropping into the atmosphere which then comes down into the last few yards in which we live, breathe, and grow our food. Bless their hearts, “they” have to breathe it too. As well as their children. And the frequency manipulations they enact thanks to HAARP have implications we can’t begin to ascertain. But reading all of Elana Freeland’s work is a good starting point.

8. Catherine, thank you so much for what you are doing here. What a great discussion. I wanted to tell you that many years ago, I made the decision to go off external medicine to heal myself and to use my mind instead for healing. I found a short cut.You touched on it here, but I began to just use gratitude, love and praise to God (AND NOTHING ELSE) to lift my frequency. I healed myself over a 24 hour period, and really stopped getting sick after that. The “trick is to just be grateful, for everything… thankful to God for clouds and sunshine, each other, soft pillows… people who build roads and for hot water!! But you can’t think of anything else. Only Thank you. No-thing else. When you need to heal yourself. I mean when you are in a crisis. It really works.

   Just wondering if maybe we could do a weekly LOVE PRAISE AND GRATITUDE frequency lift here. Like every Saturday at 9 AM sort of concept. The Solari Prayer circle.

11. This is an incredible discussion. I am a relatively new member here (2 years I think) and when I first began to listen to the Catherine, Solari folks, and Ulrike this all sounded crazy to me even though I am a practicing Tai Chi and Qigong martial artist for many years (40+). Obviously, though I could do the forms I had yet to truly understand how to perform energy work properly. About 6 years ago, my teacher – Richard Clear – started me into a new type of push hands training that completely opened my eyes to the internal energy behind the forms, Chi work, health benefits, etc. I really think it might be beneficial to the Solari community if Catherine or Ulrike would have a discussion with Sifu Clear about his Qigong/Tai Chi practice and teaching methods; they do work efficiently to help students who want to feel and work with energy to fight or heal. Once you can feel it, the rest is easy (with mindful practice 🙂

14. Thank you for this wonderful discussion. I think its important to realize that there has been a war on humanity for a very long time. Mr. Global / “The Powers That Shouldn’t Be” (TPTSB) are clearly in a spiritual war with humanity. Our spiritual center lies in the physical location of our pineal gland. This space has been under attack by various means. I saw information in a video in early 2000’s (and didn’t copy/record it, as I didn’t understand at that time that info on the internet would be scrubbed/deleted), that talked about the tri-vector attack on the pineal gland through fluoride in the water, glyphosate in the food, and aluminum in the air. The combination of these three elements created a calcification of the pineal gland. The tri-vector attack gave plausible deniability for any of the individual vectors being the cause of the calcification. As the pineal gland becomes calcified, our spiritual capacity diminishes, and we lose track of ourselves and forget that we are spiritual beings. (There many ways to clear the calcification of the pineal gland. One convenient way is through using the supplement C60)

    Because we forget we are spiritual beings, we don’t realize that we are the most powerful beings in the universe. An awakened human is the scariest idea to Mr. Global/TPTSB. An awakened human knows that their mind creates reality. The algorithm is the mind leads the energy, and then the energy leads the body. We create our reality by how and what we think/imagine.

    This idea is constantly expressed in the medical/pharmaceutical world. Medicines are studied using double blind studies against placebos. Patients with certain conditions sign up for a drug trial, and are given pills to heal their issues. But some of the pills are simple sugar tablets, while others are the actual drug being studied. Neither the patient nor the doctor know which pill is being given. The results of many of these studies show that the placebo sugar pill is equally effective (and many times much more effective) to the actual drug in resolving the health issue.

    The “placebo effect” is well known, and but we’ve been hoodwinked once again by Mr. Global/TPTSB. The “placebo effect” is an effective neuro-linguistic programming trick. Ask yourself “What is the placebo effect?” This phrase is used to dumb down our intelligence of what is actually happening from the “placebo effect.” Its not that a patient was “tricked” into thinking that the sugar pill was a drug, and “somehow” it still worked. The “placebo effect” is proof that our minds create our reality.

    If we can wake up to this understanding, we can create a positive, uplifted reality for all of humanity.

15. Dear Catherine and Ulrike,

    Its late and I should go to bed, BUT I just finished listening to this and feel compelled to share some observations in my own studies of these topics. Please forgive any spelling mistakes.

    #1 I have used the metaphor of seeing my human energy as money. I wake up every morning and observe my thoughts. Each and every thought investment will depreciate my energy field, that i need to create my world with. So for example, if I awake to stories in my mind of how we are screwed, by the time I get out the door I am in an energy deficit. It is a handy reference point as to how I want to spend my power of imagination and whose ‘projects’ am I funding.

    #2 Fear is the biggest drain of all. Now, as I have mentioned before, I feel the Solari group has still to mine the unfathomable depth of power, healing and guidance that is available in the Mythopoetic realm. For example when confronting fear it is best to again look to the lessons of the Myth.

    For me, one of the best myths/metaphor for transforming fear is from the 3 temptations of the Buddha. # 2 was fear. Here is an excerpt from an essay I have been working for the Solari gang, to illustrate the healing power of the myths;

    “From Weapons to Witness, The Second Temptation of the Buddha”

    It is not well known but the Buddha, just as Christ, also had three temptations in the wilderness of his spiritual journey. These were not same, but they were temptations nonetheless. I wish to draw our metaphorical attention to the second task of the once wealthy Prince Siddhartha, now spiritual ascetic and soon to be Buddha – the one who awakes- as he faced his second task, which is the same one we all struggle with in todays mass media manipulations; Fear 

    As the former Prince sat beneath the boh tree in steadfast meditation, the Lord of Death Mara,(Mr. Global) was deeply concerned that Siddhartha may attain enlightenment, and thus be beyond his control. What is worse, he could then teach others the illusory nature of Fear. This would be the end of Mara’s power! Concerned about job security, the God Mara decides to manifest the horror of annihilation, via a profound fear, at the feet of the meditating ascetic, to derail his process.

    Mara dispatches an enormous army, and aligns them directly in front of the soon to be Buddha. The heavily armed militia of elephants and soldiers, stacked legions high, with arrows, swords, daggers and spears, all dripping blood, all bent towards the obliteration of the peacefully meditating seeker. 

    The trap set, Mara then demands of the spiritual ascetic, ‘Who do you think you are, trying to surpass the time based, inevitable, fixed realms of fear and death?’ (or some such query). We have all met these ‘buzz kills’ in our lives, folks who just can’t seem to let the party happen. People who need you, to be the change they need to see in the world. More often then not, they are straw men and women, with inauthentic authority, a sense of self righteousness, not earned but received thru graft and arranged circumstance in an un-answerable bureaucracy, or more accurately these days, an unelected Technocracy.

    The Buddha, so knowing of the rightness of his journey, did not argue back to fuel the Lord of Death’s insistence on an answer. (Never fund fear) He remained in repose and simply reached out and touched the earth, in what is known as the ‘earth touching posture’, and the earth herself ordained the Buddha. As recalled by Joesph Campbell in the second episode of the ‘The Power of Myth’, Mother Earth spoke;

    “This is my son, whom after many life times has so given of himself, that there is no ego for you to aim at. Your weapons have no target and are therefore useless.”

    And it was with those words, that all the weaponry and legions of elephants and soldiers, transformed into garlands of sweet blossoms, ripe fruits and healing herbs, which tumbled upon the now Buddha, in celebration of his liberation from fear. The temptation over come. 

    The earth speaks for the Buddha, because I feel this process of self reflection and discovery is as genuine as the course of a pear or apple tree. We are here to fruit our being, and thus the psyche provides the balancing nature of the transcendent function to bridge the previous expansive opposites. (I have explained this Jungian principal earlier in the essay)

    The witnessing and sustaining of the tension of the opposites, fires and strengthens the vessel of our psyche, prompting the transcendent function to send forth a sort of rhizome, the root of our authentic nature, buried in the psyche, in the form of an idea, image, dream or hunch. The earth Herself announces the existence of the Buddha’s authentic nature, which has overcome the illusion generating aspect of a time bound Ego, to an order of consciousness which Jung termed the ‘Individuated Self’. 

    And here is a poem to give the act of confronting fear some metaphorical ‘teeth’ (I have 2 more sub-sections on fear….)

    Eating Fear, An Appetite for the Unknown

    …Fear’s hunger 
    growls your 
    name, in pangs 
    of not knowing. 

    — Starving for the
    empty certainty.

    Eat your Fear. 

    It is the sacrificial 
    nutrient on the 
    path to spiritual 
    liberation…

    OK lets move on….

    #3 The other aspect that came in loud and clear to me is that the more I study Jung or Jungian principals the more I suspect that Mr. Global’s agenda has various aspects at play to derail the inherent self manifesting principals of Individuation that Jung devoted his life to.

    For example: the collective unconscious. Jung’s discovery of the common unconscious field of the psychic history of humanity, all swirling around in vast creative and powerful soup of metaphor and image available to us all, as an inoculation to the feeble attempts at out imaging the Sacred. Each and every night we humans plunge into that force field, just as a plant draws from the strength of the self existing rhizome, we bucket up from the well a series of images and stories, to fuel the long journey towards wholeness in relation to and with the sacred supra-ordinate principal, God.

    So I suspect Mr. Global is doing his best to penetrate the collective unconscious and dirty the water, but you see Catherine and Ulrike, I just don’t think he can do it! And why? Because all of their efforts are born from a bad seed, from the over inflated ego. It is not the prime condition that self organizes. Sure it can, just as the fake economy, have the illusion of working. But it is an illusion that creates a synthetic reality but it is NOT actual! That is the grand difference. What is actual, is in front of us minus the screen.

    #4 Archetype, Trickster and Numbers

    Now the central informing factor of this collective unconscious is the objective power of the archetype. In myth, the archetype is the God or Goddess, that when gazed upon destroys the human viewer. This is akin to a person who identify’s with an archetype. The power of these forces of the unconscious are unfathomable, and is why there were in the past, so many rituals to govern these energetic clusters that abide in the collective unconscious.

    Now it is my suspicion that Mr. Global, in his social engineering programs, is desperately attempting to ‘direct’ these powerful forces existent in the collective unconscious. To call them forth and direct them. But again we can go to the Myth. So if that is so, and Mr., Global wishes to draft into service the great powers he must remember that mythologically these energies are answerable to no one. Even more to our favour the Trickster tricks. As soon as Mr. Global has mistakenly tried to harness such a power, the Trickster will jump and leave Mr. Global in the trap. That is its Mythic nature. The more we study Myth, the more we crack the code of co-creating with the archetypal powers.

    #5 Finally, on his death bed, Jung gave his longest research assistant Marie Louise Von Franz (her collected works are just being gathered, Volumes 1-3 are published) a piece of paper. On it he asked her to pursue the origin of the archetypal domain. In Jung’s opinion archetypes originated in numbers. It always makes me consider the binary ones and zeros of the digital control grid…is this the ‘star gate’ to the collective unconscious…lots of room for study there.

    NOTE: I cannot remember where I read this but the conscious mind processes X bits of information per second, while the unconscious processes X to the nth faster. So why not attempt to lock us into the grid, if we can process that much ‘information’?

    I do not think he can pull it off, because these kind of numbers of processing are only to be found in the coherent field governed or informed by compassion and conscious Love, not for the gains of power in and of itself. The system is hard wired for LOVE that is the only thing we need to wake up to! We are that collective expression, the closer and closer we get to our unique, unrepeatalbe nature. From this vantage Mr. Global is a lowly, sad technological eunuch, incapable of fertility. And in need of compassion for his illustrious isolation from the water of life itself.

    (Sadly every single ‘Jungian’ I know is saturated in mainstream poppycock, too scared to do real research into the mainstream lies. I do not refer to them any more as Jungians. It’s a disgrace to the courage that their founder modelled.)

    #6 I could go on and on cause that’s what you bring to my world Catherine and Ulrike, inspiration. In a strange blend of horror and fascination, I am never without the cud to chew upon after your work. I am here. It is now. And this is the game I want to play. I could sit on the side lines but that is boring.

    Just so you know Catherine we have a Backcasting organized on my little island. I will let you know how it goes. Already the conversations are going. I know there will be more pour through my mind, but I got an early morning and a lot of work to do!

18. Ulrike I think commented about the future scenario where substantially more souls would remain “earth bound”. Dr. Francisco Cole of Puerto Rico passed away years ago. His Inner Peace movement trains or trained persons to assist those souls attached to humans and or stuck in limbo…to move forward. I presume such resources are available from other sources as well. This interview really builds on the “better future” I got to feel listening to and using as a touch stone the backcasting tool. thanks.

19. I loved this interview….FINALLY….someone is talking about everything I have been experiencing and thinking about!!!! I am a Targeted Holistic Dentist in the USA who has been experiencing everything that is being talked about in this interview. Believe it…it is all true. So the question becomes, how to handle this situation? Blocking to some extent but transmuting the dangerous frequencies is the answer for now, I believe. At least you will be able to function in your own space until better solutions can be formulated. I feel a big part of the solution will be to “live like the Amish” and untangle from the AI and advanced technologies, transmute the frequencies to good vibrations. Change has to occur at a local level.
    I believe JFK said something like “One person can make a difference and everyone should try.” Courage is the key. The frequency vibration of consciousness which crosses you over from destructive levels of force to constructive levels of empowerment ( Dr David Hawkins Map of Consciousness) Bravo Catherine and Ulrike! 22. I love this! and the future science series! It’s one of the main and many reasons I subscribed to solari. I’m a yogini and Ulrike briefly mentions the pancha koshas and the ‘haze’ surrounding the chakra system + psychic gifts. So I would like to lift a bit of haze off the chakra system. The chakra system is not part of pranamaya kosha(the energy body), it has its own kosha called vijnanamaya kosha. It is considered the ‘astral body’ that you can develop for inter dimensional traveling and psychic gifts known as ‘sidhis’. Its element is water because it is considered the interface between many densities of existence. There aren’t many texts on it: 1, texts were destroyed or hidden (British Raj?), 2, many schools passed on the knowledge/practices through oral traditions where the students must first prove their integrity and merit.
    Mr. Global SRA practices target body parts linked to the chakra system (which interface other dimensions), harvesting and tampering with the storehouses of this subtler energy in the human body.

    I practice an old yoga tradition that considers prayer and aligning with the divine a priority rather than chasing after a psychic gift, which on its own is an ego/power trap. The chakra system is still excersized for self maintenance. In this way, when psychic gifts develop they do so naturally and in service to the divine will and time. This is logically more beneficial for everyone.

24. Thanks for this information. It confirms that I have been on the right track all these years. So glad I am able to be a Solari subscriber. I have listened to Catherine’s free interviews over the years. When she told the story of the “delete the elite” that they had perfected the programing of people thru TV. I got rid of TV 10 years ago. I am gratful to say because of listening to so many awake people(not on TV) along with my own trust in devine guidence. When you KNOW what is going on it is easy to say NO!

    I also think there are 2 types of people in the world. The souless narcissist in their many diffrent masks(covert, communal, malignent, somatic, psychopath etc.) and the majority of us that have a soul and empathy for others.

    Biden says he has to respond and raises his left hand. Look at what is inside his left wrist. Watch it at regular speed and at slow speed. A brown mobile object emerges from his wrist, then dives back under his skin. Watch it several time at different speeds. Try to explain it!

    Peter Beter is dead, but someone knows what is inside Biden’s wrist.

    I have been teaching and taking deep dive studies into Yoga and its philosophies and practices for about 30yrs. This conversation was familiar and Personally profound for me! Cathrine in her usually brilliant curious way covers it all!

28. Hello Catherine! Really excellent talk, touching on so many areas of interest to me, literally all the way back to my adolescence (I’m 69 now). Have done much exploration through the years into the so-called paranormal and worked with teachers of esoteric and occulted (ie, hidden) knowledge, much of it overlapping with the concepts you covered here. More recently, I’ve been using Dr. Dispenza’s guided meditations to good effect, so I highly recommend those. It is worth noting that his mantra about coupling imagination with emotion to create the desired effect is one which has been around for quite some time, particularly in the New Thought movement (an apparent precursor to New Age that may have, in fact, been co-opted by same). Neville Goddard comes to mind; there are many others. But my question is this: So many of my friends who identify as Christian, especially those who have only recently taken that path, find anything remotely associated with “manifesting”, or “creating your own reality”, or even quantum mechanics, to be blasphemy. I gather that they are offended by the notion that we could actually share in Divine Consciousness or be “co-creators” of our reality, and that we are trying to “be gods” in attempting to do so. I’m wondering then, in light of your Christian background, if you could speak to this and whether you feel these concepts are in opposition to biblical Christianity. Thanks!

    1. In my experience the Christians practice the same techniques but with very different wording. What they do understand is that entering these realms without spiritual knowledge and tools adds risk. I agree what that. This is in part why they warn against just playing around with entering what Dispenza refers to the Quantam Field and I as a `Christian might refer to as entering the Heart of God.

    2. Mary, there are two dialectics here. The first dialectic is notions such as: God controls every event in creation and therefore change is impossible, all occurrences are pre-ordained, free will does not exist and therefore action is meaningless, etc. This can manifest as religious extremism, unworthiness, blind belief, self-loathing, powerlessness, slave-think, etc. We could call this an imbalance in the right hemisphere of the brain or the manifestation of Lucifer. The second dialectic is notions such as: the universe is a grand accident, there is no creator and divine intelligence, objective morality does not exist, existence has no purpose other than to continue to exist, etc. This can manifest as rigid skepticism, scientism, materialism, atheism, solipsism, moral relativism, eugenics, authoritarianism, etc. We could call this an imbalance in the left hemisphere of the brain or the manifestation of Ahriman. What do they both have in common? They both deny individual power. Mr. Global doesn’t care which one people fall into because either way we remain divided, separate, fragmented, and therefore incapable of realizing or individual and collective power in order to co-create a better world. If humanity wishes to make a quantum leap humanity must walk the middle path and realize our own individual power and then our collective power (we could call this the manifestation of Christ). As I see it, this is the only way to overcome evil and bring about true freedom for all.

       1. Hi Logan! Nice synopsis, and I agree. Middle path, yes. Individuation necessarily preceding “death and resurrection” to Christ consciousness , absolutely. I guess what I was trying to tease out was a response to what I would call a vehement anti-New Age sentiment on the part of many Christians, which is not without justification on some levels but which also seems to lead to throwing out the proverbial baby with the bath water. The “baby” being manifesting, co-creation, etc., not unlike the backcasting exercise Catherine and her readers recently completed. What Joe D. teaches using quantum mechanics terminology is identical to the techniques used by New Thought practitioners who referred to our connection with Divine Mind or just God (vs. Joe’s Field and I suppose what Jung called the Collective Unconscious). Most New Thought teachers identified as Christians and relied heavily on Scripture, although more as metaphysical/ psychological material than a literal interpretation. For reasons I don’t fully understand, but I suspect may have something to do with conflating it with the unhelpful aspects of New Age, many devout Christians dismiss manifesting as dark magic or anti-religious. Perhaps as Catherine suggests, it’s all in how you frame it linguistically. But in any event, I appreciate your articulate response!

          1. I think your comments are important, Mary. It is a big question for many. Am I still a Christian if I get interested in some of these fields and “energies”… ? Is all of the New Age bad, or can we learn from it as well? Can we get trapped? I guess we can. Catherine, above, answered this really well.
             I still see the true Divine as ultimately beyond all of these realms while also discernible within them.

             1. Thank you, Ulrike, especially for the tremendous work you put into this presentation. There is one treatment on the nexus between traditional exoteric Christianity and more esoteric interpretations which you may find interesting: Valentin Tomberg’s Meditations on the Tarot. Citing sources from the Bible, to Buddha, Goethe, a whole bunch of saints, as well as Steiner and Hermes Trismegistus, it covers many aspects of the occult that get a bad rap as New Age, but with a firm foundation in the Bible and Christ-centered, moral clarity. Addresses Catherine’s concern head-on: energy manipulation without gnosis is a recipe for black magic. Not an easy read (although I’m sure you’re up for the task!); it is also available on YouTube, read aloud chapter-by-chapter.

I suppose I didn’t really answer your original question and instead attempted to unpack what this “sentiment” manifests as. I don’t know what the cause of it is. It could be simply linguistics as you say, or it could be conditioning, or unresolved trauma, or mind control, or all of the above or something else entirely. I think the key point as that we can learn something from everything (whether the New Age, the Bible, or other occult teachings), but the only way to truly know is to go within, get beyond ourselves, and become more one with the divine. This is at the core of what Dispenza and many others teach, each in their own way.

    3. I doubt I am qualified to offer a synopsis of a book titled “Hostage to the Devil”.
       The author discusses five exorcisms, the last of the five including remote viewing and out of body experiences. Unfortunately, as this resulted in the exorcism of the evil spirits facilitating the experience, it is a warning of the dangers of a naive approach in these matters.
       The book is accessible through the Wayback machine. It’s not the most pleasurable of reading.

29. Ulrike: I’m interested in learning more about remote viewing. What would you recommend? I am very cautious as I don’t want either myself of those whom I love to become prey for psychic attacks.

    1. Hi Elisabeth! I am not familiar with all the RV schools out there. There are very many. I would start with one that goes back to one of the acknowleged viewers such as Joe McMoneagle, Ingo Swan, or Ed Dames. Dick Alguire. etc. All of them would teach you the basic protocol, which is a strict sequence of steps, and it requires a LOT of practice to improve. Kind of “boring” at the beginning.
       Personally, I don’t think one needs to learn the RV protocol to understand more about the energy body. It can help, but isn’t necessary. Often people already access their intuitions, or connections to the field, knowing things in advance, having dreams, picking up thoughts etc. It’s good to practice paying attention to these.

             Like CAF, GY provides big-picture tools and conceptual frameworks for individual development and navigating complexity. She’s a student of Rudolf Steiner & Anthroposophy, but over time has brought forward her own original work, building on that historical context.              I’ve come to view GY as a monk/mystic. Like CAF admonitions about “coming clean” and self-work as a necessary stepr to larger change, sometimes her advice and visions seem beyond the reach of mere mortals, but she would be the first to say that everyone finds and chooses their own path and pace. Like CAF, she has the ability to look squarely at darkness and laugh it out of her universe, a skill to which I aspire.

    1. We agree! We do make a transcript for every report. However, the transcript is typically 2-6 weeks after we publish the interview, depending on the workload for our transcriber. we keep her quite busy.

I’d like to add that Dispenza was able to measure the highly coherent gamma brainwave state that can be attained, cohering not only the brain hemispheres but also the heart with the brain, which only then produces the strong electro magnetic field that is the best protection against all of this creepy stuff. It’s not just an arbitrary higher state, but measurable and I believe the state all great insight and art is being created from. Dispenza’s work is so great, because he mapped and grounded this ancient practice and provides an actionable manual, which had been hard to attain for a long time.

35. This is an amazing show with very specialized wisdom. There is a large amount of knowledge and understanding in this video, more than realized. Please do an additional show. I am an electrical engineer, I have worked with waves, signaling, standing waves, propagation, etc. Catherine and Ulrike are so point on it is amazing. 36. Beautiful! Thank you both! I have been “dipping my toes” in all of this for a few years now. Since mid November 2022, I have been doing Somatic exercises to alleviate chronic and acute pain that was not fixable before. All other medical conditions had been ruled out and I had fully healed from a surgery in June of 2022.

Last week, Catherine, you mentioned taking a class hosted by Joe Dispenza; I know Ulrike references him frequently…interstingly, as I re-watched Wim Hof’s talk with you and Ulrike, he and Dr Dispenza mention a similar phenomenon: our ability to edit and change our genetic makeup to heal ancestral health traits and create a new self. Wim so elegantly said it, that our ancestors are ‘up there, moving around, saying Thank You! I could not do it during my lifetime!’ I think Wim Hof is an amazing man, and his practice has done so much for me…
    This realization (now spoken by all four of you I have heard together in a span of my week,) is changing my entire life. I am reading Joe Dispenza’s books, practicing his meditations.
