“Invention, it must be humbly admitted, does not consist in creating out of void but out of chaos.”
~ Mary Shelley

We usually think about detox as “flushing things out,” believing that drinking a little more water will take care of removing toxins from the body. Unfortunately, it is not that simple. Different toxins require different “agents” to carry them out.

This coming week for the Wellness Series, I speak with inventor and formulator Spencer Feldman, whose life journey led him to invent detoxification remedies. As a mathematician, Feldman applied his gift for pattern recognition to the discovery of better ways to detoxify the body and healed some of his chronic health issues. While taking us through his journey, he explains some of the detoxification mechanisms that are rarely talked about.

Join us for an inspiring discussion and learn about new ways of getting rid of chemicals, heavy metals, crystals, parasites, and biofilms in order to enjoy greater health and wellness.

For Let’s Go to the Movies, Catherine recommends the 2000 British TV movie Longitude, starring Jeremy Irons and Sir Michael Gambon. This is another story about invention, in this case, the invention of the marine chronometer in the 18th century by a carpenter-turned-clockmaker, who believed that the solution to determining the longitude—necessary for safe navigation – lay in being able to measure time accurately, instead of using celestial navigation as most people thought at the time.

You can watch the trailer here and the full movie here.

In Money & Markets this week, Catherine and John Titus will review current events and continue to discuss the financial and geopolitical news to watch for in the last two months of the year. E-mail your questions for Ask Catherine or post at the Money & Markets commentary here.

Please join me Thursday, November 4th, for this new episode of the Wellness Series.

Talk to you Thursday!

    Thank you Brigitte

  2. Very interesting discussion. I ordered the basic one month detox from his website, I will comment back here if I am really impressed

  3. Hi Brigitte and Spencer. Its great to hear your positive opinion on 2 week water fasting as a lot of people do make negative comment about it and say it is dangerous. I have done this twice now in space of 2 years and have to say that 2nd time was much easier and less painful than the first one. What I would like to ask you is what water you use and would you recommend a distilled water or mineral water. I have personally used distilled water but on the second time the taste of it was putting me off from drinking for the last 4-5 days. Love to hear your comment on this.

  4. I found this information compelling. I had the same experience as did Mary. I called Spencer and he spoke with me directly. I have now ordered my first detox protocol supplements and am planning a two-week water fast in January. Thanks to the Solari Report we are privy to great information such as this. Thank you, Brigitte and Catherine.

      1. We started 7 day water fast the first of month September 2021.
Both of us are down 30 pounds 10 each fast. Believe it or not the new weight set point is fixed. Check out Dr. Sten Ekberg and Dr. Ed Group.

    1. Hi Gayle,

Happy to hear you found this information useful and are planning a two-week water fast! I’m thinking of doing one too but most likely shorter, and when I am in a warmer climate than here in Tahoe.

  5. Excellent information. I just ordered a bunch of products from Spencer’s company, and FYI he personally responded to my order, and answered my emailed questions very promptly.

    1. Hi Mary,

Glad to hear you had a good experience! Yes, it’s nice to have the creator of the products pick up the phone and answer emails as well! Spencer really cares. I’m trying some of his products as well.
