    This is meant to be quality control as an observer from me. There may be good explanations for these irregularities but I don’t see them.

Catherine, I am sure you have reasons for not being onboard with Dr. Malone (I don’t trust any doctor personally…) but I did read an article he had in the New American magazine several months back about this “mass formation” theory and in the article it was blaming this on the people pulling off the trick, not the people who fell for it. I’ve not really watched any interviews with him or read much else by him, as I don’t follow him, but it didn’t come across to me as he was saying this just spontaneously happened, but rather that it was engineered. To me that’s the same as entrainment technology you describe or the hypnosis processes I have read about previously.

    I don’t personally care for things having a “clinical” name and think this doesn’t need one either, but nobody was forcing all those people to wear masks. They were all doing it to themselves and if you didn’t too, they’d start getting all in your business over it. No mask police required. So I think something was in the water so to speak to get that many people to act that irrationally over a dang cold for 2.5 years.

    Magnificent work, as ever. Thank you to you and John. M&M is definitely the highlight of my week!

    I do have a question for you regarding a comment you made in “Ask Catherine” this week, in which you wondered, “why Germany is going along with it?”. My understanding is that “it” refers to Germany apparently siding with the US against Russia, contrary to its own interests.

    Is it not the case that the switch from the Unipolar world to the Multipolar world is going ahead anyway at some future point, (despite the US dollar’s current position of dominance), and that the destruction of German industry is a part of this? Olaf Scholz was quoted (at Davos) calling for the transition to Multipolarity earlier this year.

    I guess what I’m asking is, Mr. Global is going to win, whatever happens. Therefore, surely it’s irrelevant which “side” Germany chooses? Besides, I’m assuming Germany’s elected officials are simply globalist stooges, like all the rest appear to be, and parroting the pre-agreed script.

    Curious to hear if yourself and/or any other subscribers have thoughts.

The Admiral answered by listing weapons, describing their effectiveness. Selling weapons? There was mention of bringing in American fighters.

  17. Correction: Ripple (XRP) has nothing to do with Ethereum. Ripple is a distributed ledger system (not blockchain), with both public and private versions available, where CBDC’s of various sorts are being rolled out.     Meanwhile, Ethereum operates on its blockchain which did just move from proof-of-work to proof-of-stake. CBDC’s on this could take the place of stablecoins which are widely used there.

  26. What I have to share is very disturbing. Today I was assisting an older couple in completing mandatory census survey. OMG the questions… it’s here… it’s already here. How much is you electricity bill, employer name and address, how far you drive to work, can you see, can you hear, how many apartments in your building, are you born here, when did you come, can you walk unassisted etc. Hundreds of questions, designed to build a fence arround you. This is beyond scary!

        2. This seems to land in the “Pick Your Battles” advice category. For me it just reinforces my decision to not receive mail at home and to not use Amazon, etc., in consideration of protecting my privacy. Just my personal line in the sand, not to mention my belief that you must SAY NO, sooner or later, or you are simply complicit with an out of control government, and are bound to suffer the consequences with no one else to blame but yourself.
          Here’s one other person’s take and advice on the question of a citizen’s choice to not participate in the survey, which I consider a monster government dictate, overreach and intimidation tactics. (i.e. possible financial penalty).

          What really happens if you ignore the US Census American Community Survey request?

          The last time I received the “invitation” to participate, I did nothing. When the questionnaire arrived in my mailbox, I threw it away. I started receiving phone calls telling me I was obligated by law to participate and yada, yada, yada, I told them that I had no intention to participate and that they had no Constitutional authority to even ask the intrusive questions contained in the survey. When a census taker arrived at my door, I answered holding my 95 pound German Shepherd (he was a sweetheart, but could look very intimidating) by his collar. I told the census taker that I had no intention to participate and that he needed to get off my property. Nothing more ever happened and, to date, nobody has been prosecuted or punished in any way for refusing to participate. Bottom line is that the Census Bureau will harass you, but beyond that, nothing will happen.

          BTW, we received our “invitation” to participate in the current survey and I have no intention to participate in this one either. I no longer have my German Shepherd, but that doesn’t mean that I’m unprepared to defend myself against intrusive government.

    2. I’m already getting URGENT emails to complete city Residential Evaluations. I delete them.

      About 2 years ago, I read that people are only going to be allowed a certain square footage-per-person in their homes. If the footage is over the alottment, the resident will be removed. [Too big to fail! Ha!] And then a married couple will be required to have 2 bdrms/2 bathrooms in order to quarantine one from the other in the event of illness so as not to spread the disease. If only one bathroom, one person will be removed. I suppose if they only have one bedroom, the other could sleep on the living room couch. I couldn’t help thinking this will tear families apart.

    3. Same invasive questions (how much money we spend on food, on gas, on insurance, on cars etc) I was asked by my investment banker, which I answered, let say, creatively. He was very surprised when discovered it later that his numbers he recorded for me, were off significantly.

    Rosneft wants to sue the German government over this action. The German government says expropriation is also possible due to provisions in laws concerning “energy security” of the country.

      1. You’re welcome, Nick. The information on gas/oil/power/energy in Germany is weird, in my opinion. Suddenly the “gas reserves” (Gasspeicher) are filled up to 90% (not mentioning that the gas storing facilities only make up ca 20% of the amount of gas used in Germany and was only ever designed to be a buffer to when gas demand fluctuates too much or gas supply is shorter than usual) – now suddenly, gas prices start going down a little…

My first reaction was that the Russian ownership would have the potential for legal action and I was glad when Catherine and John brought this issue up in this Money & Mkts Report, however, it would all hinge on the contractual agreements and your last sentence Dagmar indicates that there may be confiscation “wiggle room” on Germany’s part. Interesting how sovereignty pops up between countries when it’s “convenient”.

    1. Bail ins are a risk but far from the only one.

      Given the digital systems, the BIS can set the rules centrally with many CBDCS. They can achieve the goals of one single one without being a single one.

I was in a local business a couple months ago and overheard a conversation between current and former military members about how they had trouble with getting recruits and having quality people. Fitness and drug use were mentioned. My local highway is suddenly blooming with flowers left for those who died on the road. I have memorial service Saturday for the 29 year old daughter of friend’s killed in an auto accident.

  41. My parents always said: “if somebody wants to sell you ‘something’ you do not need…run fast”. But how to know that you ‘do not need it’? By educating and cross investigating. There are many many people in this world right now profiting from this pandemic and the world tentatively collapsing by means of advising, counseling or promoting. Fortunately, as times continue to pass, the freedom of the internet (and other new technologies) will make most content obsolete unless it has a proven outcome/record. Time will tell.

    2. Catherine, I have visited the Netherlands and its country side many times, as well as most EU. NE is a nice and beautiful country but I would have never described it as a “fully free and prosperous country” from its high level of “gov control, taxation and constrains imposed to the people”, including a socialized MED. Even education has a “score level”, like a social score, obtained by each student as it goes through his/her life. It is a very compressed system, with few opportunities to progress. So, I see this a lot, that to become free they get addicted to something (med, drugs, alcohol, s…, etc). How will anybody want to live there or how can anybody do business there? As you have said, EU is not in a good place since they became 1 – global – part of the Union. How do you find it not oppressive for your business? Sorry for the long question/note, but I might be missing something.

      1. Good points, as someone who grew up in Europe and is half European on my mothers side, I never could relate to the passion most of the world has regarding Europe.

        I encourage people to go after whatever they think is the best, whether is a person, place or thing. Go after it, experience it, so that you are not living in fantasy land but actually have personal experience of whether that person, place or thing really has any luster or if its mostly hype.

        I find Europe to have its nice features here and there, the food, the people, and so on, but I would never trade it for the USA. Anyway, that’s just my opinion and I grew up there for a portion of my life.

        1. Very good note Daniel. I have traveled to Europe since I was a child. It was concerning then, I do so more now. After the formation of the EU the situation and mass of immigration there regressed the space to what it used to be decades ago. I do know that they are people ripping the system and information they know about the world, and they do it from EU because there are loop holes like in the US. But, the majority of the people in EU live very controlled lives with a growing crime rate never experience before. Many Europeans will love to live in the US if they could, but most traditional educated European people would not want to become an immigrant in another country.

One article in particular spoke of how certain conspiracy theories affected everyone’s perception of vaccines, even those who don’t actually believe the conspiracy theories. In order to better explain themselves the article goes on to make an analogy between this scenario and a group of children making false claims that the ground is lava. If that sounds bazaar, not to worry. The article closes with yet another analogy between the children crying lava, and January 6th. This nonsense is everywhere in the media. I’m not a PhD in human behavior ( or a PhD at all) but because of your efforts am able to see very clearly that the only purpose of that article was manipulation and brainwashing. We have to be very particular in how we measure reality. Thank you

    I farm 15,000 acres (6,000 hectares). Monoculture by Financial reasoning, not ethical reasoning.
    Our Profitability has been very well for us (with many thanks to you guys) but with zero resiliency as we are completely reliant on the current system working perfectly. This way of farming is a trap, our land is like a heroin addict l, if you try and take away any synthetics, it’s a train wreck. Realizing this about 5 years ago we tried weaning the land off of its addiction, it was very daunting. So we focused on 500 acres of regenerative ag. It’s now resilient, labour intensive, healthy and unprofitable. This way of farming is only for self-sufficiency and health; and will continue to be unprofitable as long as the consumer continues to choose the latest smart phone over real food.

    So with the trapped situation I’m in, what’s the best hedge to protect future profits, in the globalized corporate farming world? And with it looking like a black swan needs to be implemented. Would you sell grains to capitalize on lower inputs costs?

    If we are moving to a more decentralized phased. Would you sell land to derisk and focus smaller and more sustainable?
    I’m really sorry for the novel, but my employees are like family and I’m struggling in this stagflation environment and a possible transition in our livelihood.

      The issue of the Israeli domination of critical infrastructure is worse than one imagines simply by assessing the technological interface of Israeli cyber-crime with the electrical grid, or public utilities. A deleterious series of mandates by the R.E.A (Rural Electrification Administration), throughout the last 3 decades has destroyed the integrity of the electrical grid itself, in particular the portion serving agrarian communities. The integrity of any system is proportional to the degree to which that system is closed which assures that entry and exit of extraneous electrical forces is minimized, for example EMP weapons, or CME ejections.
      The electrical grid in the US is and has been transitioned from an electrical configuration to an electronic (digital) configuration. This largely for two reasons:

      1) Adoption and employment of a Wye-Wye connected distribution and transformer load configuration (in short, the use of four wires as opposed to three to connect chunks of the grid to transformer stations).
      2) The extension of a common neutral ground throughout the entire electrical grid (at minimum the West coast, Arizona, and Texas). Indicating the potential for false flag attacks and psychological operations on the entire country.

      In the digital age engineers have been replaced by software technicians and accordingly the grid is being weighed down with very clear deliberation using legislation preceding the mechanical changes to the grid, as opposed to legislation having been reactionary or antecedent of some need or impetus for changes – degradation, etc. There is also the clear strategy to change the primary form of consumer and commercial lighting from incandescent to fluorescent over the same time, which amounts to the irradiation of all life with harmful ranges of UV radiation, generally inimical to living processes. The harmful effect of fluorescent lighting is well established.
      The conversion between A.C. and D.C., rectifiers, and inverters, is a condition of forcing something somewhere it does not belong, alternating current being primarily used for lighting and direct current primarily to power electronic devices.
      The Wye-Wye connection (#1) grew out of the need for lighting needs in urban centers requiring intense electrical loads for large buildings, totally out of balance with the intention of the early 20th century creators of the grid itself. Additionally, the old delta (3-wire and safe) configuration of the grid, which preceded the Wye-Wye configuration, makes transmitting large quantities of energy from remote wind farms and solar farms, like those littering the midwestern US, to feed the disease of urban centers, totally impossible. This presents a problem for foreign investors who intend the wind and solar collected in rural areas, to be transmitted to large cities for-profit. The Wye-Wye configuration can transmit substantially greater quantities of power but is penalized by its production of transient oscillations and dirty electricity, it is also very unstable be design.
      The transient wave form excitation being induced by the material configuration of the grid itself presents another issue: the distribution of dirty electricity goes from previously bad to the degree of severe increases of incidence of cancer, to substantially worse. That means every powerline is now a supercharged health degradation device. These changes in-turn intensify the already harmful oscillation by-products of non-native life-degrading frequencies to a barrage of chaotic frequencies, which, theoretically, considering the heavy metal content of the average person, will cause immediate discomfort, anxiety, and eventual array of metabolic syndromes. This is an Israeli-Chinese “Trojan Horse” of electronic warfare, that will have total plausible deniability considering the ongoing conflicts in the middle-east and on the Steppes of Ukraine, and of course the ever useful sloganeering around climate change.
      The common neutral ground (#2) connecting substations to consumers is akin to having the entire load of a substation jurisdiction, connected to any one electrical transformer at the utility pole outside the main feed into the home, and therefore, may also cause surges in the homes of consumers, which is a massive safety issue – and a weapon – all by design. A stray impulse may produce a surge large enough to easily kill a human being connected to conductive metal within a household or start structural fires. Considering the propensity of the Regime to utilize drones and DEW (direct energy weapon) to set nature ablaze in order to force migration and disaster capitalism, nothing claimed is even terribly hard to imagine.
      Let’s take an example of the use of a nuclear induced EMP (hint: do we know of any rogue nations nuclear weapons – and what do you know about the Sampson Option?). An EMP, irrespective of the origin, would turn anything resembling an electromagnetic boundary condition into an antenna – large systems of powerlines in this case, causing a massive back-surge of energy both in the direction of the nearest substation and the nearest human dwelling. Considering the entire grid is being connected with a common neutral ground, that energy will NOT merely stop at the transformer windings in a substation but will continue via the common ground and Wye-Wye connected windings, and on to the homes of consumers. This makes an electrical surge a weapon of genocidal proportion – whether the impulse is delivered by the sun or a non-state actor. Imagine a surge of millions of volts charging every single piece of metal in a consumer home and imagine an arc from such a surge leaping from a microwave to a human. In short, every single home in the path of these grid reconfigurations has been rendered a lightning rod in the event of an EMP, or even lighting strike.
      This configuration has been arranged deliberately using the law. In other words, among the attempts to kill Americans will be and EMP blamed upon Russia, China, or CME (coronal mass ejection) which will decimate rural homes, farms, and lives – adding to the total chaos that has been engineered at present. Leaving the Regime’s patented disaster capitalism methodology, to pick up the pieces, which equates to acquisition of hard assets for pennies on the dollar. You thought vaccines were bad? Ha!
      In the electronic age an ever-increasing requirement of energy via urban areas necessitates the Regime moving energy utilization out of rural areas and into cities whereupon it can be tightly managed and rationed. The major push to get the goyim off the land by destroying the livelihoods of farmers, ranchers, and small business is clear (inflation, sanctions, false flag pandemics et al., petroleum, and fertilizer shortages, etc.). This is totally in line with the transition to UN smart cities and the total usurpation of food production, which according the Henry Kissinger equates to total control.
      The entire electrical utility system is undergoing a retrograde conversion, from what was an interlocked and contiguous tri-phase system into a continuous trio of single-phase systems. Moreover, the transformer windings are being physically manufactured (in China) to be bonded at neutral points. To reiterate, this bypasses the safety features of the transformer station, and allows for the ceaseless propagation of harmonics, parasitic oscillations, and transients. I’m willing to wager the construction contracts and the go-between for this entire process is being managed by Israeli firms on US gov. contracts, while the material is manufactured in China – all with complicity across multiple presidential cabinets.
      The digitized technocratic scheme of net-neutral carbon by the total removal of fossil fuels cannot be realized if both massive urban centers and rural agrarian areas continue to draw ever-increasing quantities of energy. The fantasy of the electrical car and green economy can only be realized by depopulating the agrarian communities, either by force, or by an induced catastrophic and irreversible damage to the life-supporting systems of electrical power.

I think primarily community oriented, so that if the dollar crashes or goes away, people have a way to conduct local business and make trade and financial transactions.       nothing odd. this was a so-called “general debate” in the German Bundestag which took place on Feb 27th, right after Feb 24th (start of the Russian SMO/war in Ukraine). Merz is the leader of the opposition party (CDU). to me, it sounded like a Freudian slip of the tongue (as he was referring to the day of which we all remember where we were when we heard the news – Sep 11th, 2001), he was about to say that everybody will remember where they were on this 24th of February 2022 when they first heard about the war in Ukraine – there he used the word “september” instead of “february”. He sounded more agitated in that speech than usual, because of that it sounded to me really just like a mistake (and yes, he had worked for BlackRock for several years after leaving German politics for some while before coming back when the “succession” question for Angela Merkel was getting under way).

      and the “military patrolling in the streets from Oct 1st”, not so sure about that one either, it may have something to do with a new “department” of the German army that will be established as of Oct 1st, but they do not seem to have the kind of staff resources that would be required to literally patrol streets, I think the abbreviation for that department goes something like “TerrFükdBW” – Territoriales Führungskommando der Bundeswehr. But it is a paradigm shift in Germany, as after WW II any “use” of the army in the interior of Germany was not to be allowed for obvious historical reasons. That has been being mellowed over the last years as in “but we should be able to employ the army in case of emergencies, crises etc”, as in natural disasters (floodings), health (as in helping the understaffed public health offices in contact tracing from 2020 onwards and some part of coordinating of the Covid-19 response by a general located at the Bundeskanzleramt from 2021 (not sure how much coordination there actually was, but structures are being set up)…There are effective civilian structures for disaster management and “catastrophe preparedness” in the so-called THW (Technisches Hilfswerk) based on voluntary work, but that entity has just now had their federal budget (Interior Ministry) cut by two-thirds for the coming fiscal year (if I recall correctly)…

        As far as I know nothing has happened, but just because I haven’t heard about it doesn’t mean that it hasn’t happened.

        I often think about mice. They think they are well hidden but the birds have ultraviolet vision and therefore they can see things that neither we nor the mice can see. This means the birds can easily see the ultraviolet tracks of the mice urine and and can thus effortlessly spot where the mice are.
