Please, with all due respect … when will people seeking “legality” in the “breaking of laws” associated with COVID-19 “impositions” …REALIZE that those doing the imposing fully expect to “win” in which case there will be no old system of laws to contend with, THEY will have THEIR NEW WORLD ORDER around which there will be all NEW LAWS which will be TYRANNICAL and the regular niceties will not be required!

  3. Today (Sep 23) my day started with a troubling thought, after reading “New Covid variant found in Kentucky nursing home” story.

    It’s obvious to a great many, that this is an “Op”, and you can be sure behavior and “who’s doing what” are being watched very carefully for the purpose of compiling reliable “markers” for who is compliant and who is not.

    In all the “noise” around Covid, how hard would it be to introduce progressively more dangerous strains into the mix of things, to hide a “final solution” like operation for culling the herd? We already know the vaccines are driving mutations harder… virology 101.

    All the noise and chaos going on would provide a pretty good smoke screen to inject deliberate variants into the stream of evolved vaccine driven mutations. Who knows.

    Certainly not worth ramping up more fear over, but the current administration, so far as I can tell, is beholden to the CCP…

    So obvious we are watching spiritual warfare in progress, and the team to be on is the Reality team that, was, is and always will be.

  4. I wish these injection mandates were “empty bullying” but I know of people having very tough choices to make. It’s so frustrating that they do not have ready legal recourse at their fingertips. It’s hard to explain to people that they even have legal recourse as they are led to believe their employers have a legal right to require these as a condition of employment. I have no idea how I can help these people get some legal assistance.

    The committee did not provide an explanation as to why my exemption was denied, nor have they responded to my request for more information. I submitted the same religious exemption letter that I wrote for the flu shot in February 2021 which was approved by the MGB committee.

    From what I am hearing, everyone who applied for a medical or religious exemption was denied, including my friend who is 20 weeks pregnant. Assuming 50% of the 8,580 employees cave in and take it, that still leaves roughly 4,000 of us that will be terminated. Legally, I don’t know how they can deny everyone their constitutional rights. I wonder if there is any legal recourse for situations like this.

    1. Is there knowledge of who is sitting on that Religious Exemptions MGB Committee? I am also in MA, Western part of the state, and the regional health system here did process religious exemptions positively for a few cases I know (nurses as well).

        My note: During the current event, the German “Infectionpreventionlaw” has been drastically changed so that (amongst other things) vaccines don’t even have to be “sterile”. (i.e. the vaccine doesn’t have to prevent someone catching the disease and passing it on). So, by a combination of changes distributed over a number of jurisdictions and documents, all protections are perverted.

          The FDA assured the public that it will provide transparency for any COVID-19 vaccine it approves. That promise would surely include letting the public know what is in the vial being injected into the arms of millions of people. Nonetheless, the FDA has chosen to hide from the public an ingredient that constitutes more than 20% of the undiluted vial of each Pfizer vaccine!

          Upon licensure of the Pfizer vaccine, the FDA authorized a fact sheet to be given to the public, which includes a list of ingredients in the vaccine. Amazingly, this list doesn’t mention a secret ingredient. What is the secret ingredient? Nobody knows other than Pfizer and the FDA. In the technical documentation that is not intended for general public distribution, the FDA disclosed that this secret ingredient constitutes about 22% of the undiluted vial (0.45 mL of 2 mL) but completely redacted the name of the secret ingredient.

          ICAN’s attorneys immediately contacted the FDA and asked for the redaction to be lifted. However, the FDA refused to do so without a formal demand. Therefore, ICAN, through its attorneys, submitted a formal demand to the FDA to disclose the identity of the secret ingredient.

          ICAN believes that the public has a right to know what makes up over 20% of the undiluted volume of each Pfizer vaccine that federal, state, and local governments in the United States, and in other countries around the world, are mandating their citizens receive. We will never stop demanding full transparency from government agencies and officials because without transparency, informed consent is not possible.

  9. Hi Catherine, I am new to Solaris and trying to learn here. I have transferred all money from Vanguard to other institutions. I am slowly reducing my Chase account to a local credit union. My concern is our 401k’s I am retired (retired with a CALPERS pension – retired investigator). My husband is still working but he may lose his job due to mandated vaccines (healthcare worker). Where can we put our 401ks, rollover IRA’s, and ROTH IRA’s in a safe place. Feeling overwhelmed lately. Thanks in advance.

    and they sell something called “ekrona”.

    I wish I could share your optimism about Germany. I spoke to a couple of doctors here, who said they’d stopped jabbing because the jabs come in vials of 6 doses, and they have to use all six in one session. Since the flow of people to be jabbed has slowed, they said it’s been more trouble than it’s worth for small doctors’ practices. These guys certainly weren’t saying they’d had second thoughts about these particular injections. Indeed, they claimed ignorance of the various adverse reaction databases. Another person I know has a daughter who is nearly qualified as a doctor. The rumours were that doctors here were all earning big money for the c19 injections, but he says she’s been doing it for the minimum wage. It’s caused great ructions in the family because his wife, his son, and himself are all against….

    Meanwhile, the government is exerting maximum pressure on the unjabbed. We’re well into “yellow-star” territory. I’m already excluded from many places / events because I refuse to test / take the shot, and the propaganda about the “pandemic of unvaccinated” is just relentless on all channels. Unsurprisingly, since “the measures” result in most tests being performed on unvaccinated, most of the magic numbers come from them. This is currently topped off by a neat trick of releasing a new data value “vaccine breakthrough” in hospitals, defined as being c19 +ve test plus one symptom. So 5% of the hospitalised are “vaccine breakthrough”. The press then interprets this as being 95% unvaccinated, which becomes the headline, but of course this is incorrect. Maybe 10% have “one symptom”. i.e. 90% are not actually sick with any respiratory disease. This propaganda is obviously working well with many people because both my wife and I have received aggressive comments for simply telling someone that we are unjabbed.

    Of course, the politicians are currently trying to be nice to the people because there is an election next week. Most people seem to still be fully asleep, and in recent local elections the results were pretty much the same as they ever were. I.e. The cartel-parties in Berlin just roll on, and there’s no significant real opposition. I dread to think what will happen after the election. I look at most of the people standing for election and can’t imagine they’re there for any other reason than to vote according to the party line. Most of these people are achingly unimpressive.

    The only good news is that there’s clearly significant resistance (to the injections), and the local vaccine-centre always looks very quiet. In particular, many in the old east Germany can still spot a dictator on the horizon, and the percentage of vaccinated people in this region is significantly lower. Indeed, a couple of weeks ago, the “incidence map” of Germany was almost laughable. The areas of high vaccination (the old West Germany) were all red, and the old East Germany was white. A very clear indicator that these injections are not helping

      Unfortunately, I have to agree with you. After the elections in Germamy whoever wins will feel confident to implement the plans of their handlers with full force and vigor. Since all the major parties support NATO, support climate change, support digitalisation and 5G, and support lockdowns, mandatory injections and vaccine passports, there is not much of a chance that things will get better.

Constitutional sheriffs should personally hand deliver to the departments of Labor and Industries and Governors that are in direct violation of their oath of office.

    I work for Massachusetts General Brigham in the Neonatal ICU. My religious exemption was denied as well as my appeal, which included a letter from my pastor, evidence of previously approved religious exemptions for the flu shot from MGB, and another statement regarding my religious beliefs.

    To date, 11% of 78,000 (8,580) employees at MGB filed for a medical or religious exemption and all have been denied.

    If I do not get the injection by October 15, they will fire me. Should I resign or let the company fire me?

    I would love to see some examples of emerging markets aside from India that are realizing they are being punked by the Deep State and its jab because its very disappointing to see that Mexico and Colombia are most certainly not one of them, come to think of it, are they even considered emerging market? I know that emerging markets was a euphemism for third world country.

    Anyway, for Mexicans, when it comes to entrainment, they are a captured civilization thanks to Univision. Univision is one of the most fascist news corporations I have ever seen in my life and I came to that conclusion 20 years ago, watching many older people in the Latino community watching it. For starters it is highly ethnocentric in a fascistic way. In other words it has mastered the art of making Mexicans think that Univision is part and parcel of what it means to be Mexican, God help us all, that’s like saying CNN is as American as apple pie. So you better believe Univision is one of the most effective shriek-o-meters in the Latin-American world. Give you an example, in my part of Texas, about 90% of the population is no longer wearing masks and yet I was always complaining. I no longer complain after trying to take a relaxing vacation in South Padre Island. I was appalled at what I saw, 90% of people there are wearing masks, the inverse. My wife made me aware, look at the populace, its more Mexicans and Latinos in this part of Texas than in our part of Texas and if everything they see and hear as to how the world turns is coming from Univision, what do you expect? I don’t think Univision is teaching people how to read peer-reviewed medical journals like you do, and asking its audience to make up its own mind, my wife adds.

    I also mentioned Colombia because all my in-laws there got Covid, and then proceeded to get the vaccine anyway and got Covid again.

    So these are two emerging market nations that are completely captured by the shriek-o-meter. I mean how many doctors in Latin America do we know off that is fighting back? One, his name is Dr. Carvallo and he is from Argentina and he is retired so he doesn’t really care about the threats, he’s got his pension he is going to do the right thing regardless and God bless him for it, I wish that others in Latin America would follow, but we have even eyewitness testimoney from Whitney Webb who used to live in Chile, that not a single person there put up a fight regarding the jab, so these emerging markets are not in a good place.

  22. This news about Paypal…so frightening. I nuked that monster a few months ago (as well as Stripe and others) as a portal. The adjustment takes a bit of time, but now… this is like war. Talk about frogs slow boiling. I hope some people see this danger (unfortunately far too many of my seemingly smart lib former colleagues will WELCOME it). Solari will most definitely get a check, if not a drop off (Hickory Valley is such a quaint little town! Bolivar too!). I’ve gone to close to 85% cash for transactions. It’s been a worthwhile, once back in the swing of it and more and more vendors are appreciating it. Even wrote a check for my Visa bill instead of EBT just to get used to … time lag again. It’s interesting that you and John talk about weasels within the medical and legal professions, but speaking as a practitioner in engineering, I am continually amused at how little people understand about what we do, or the risks and vows that we take. As you know, I am the son and father of a doctor, and there are plenty of lawyers in my family, but engineers are by far the most conservative among these because what they do has the most widespread, if comparatively low, rate of risk. Doctors are famously sued because, quite frankly, they have the highest incomes, and the highest insurance coverage. But engineers, they tend to be risk-averse because there is such strong opprobrium within the profession for wildness. This is not to say that there are not cowboys and weasels among us, but, generally the public does not understand risk the way engineers do. The rewards in engineering are generally low, even for people like me who are at the top of the profession economically. Another thing that people do not understand is that engineers provide instructions for what we could generally classify as “contractors” Who have ethics only as far as their economics require. Almost all of the failures that are spectacularly attributed to engineering, are really failures in construction. Doctors and lawyers are like engineers who do the building themselves. There really is no opportunity for an intermediary to question the design.

    Again, despite famous spectacular failures, the engineering profession has a much better track record than either lawyers or physicians. I don’t think there are any other professions that compare to these three. Indeed, I do not think of anything that does not have liability unto the grave is truly a profession, pax “real estate professionals” and other similar jumped up salesmen. If you don’t worry for probity, I don’t think of you as a professional.

  25. In regard to tax liability for crypto, haven’t you and I been talking about this for quite awhile? If they know what you’re transacting then that is, ipso facto, proof that they have the back door that you have mentioned over and over again. This says nothing about my theory that they could declare all crypto illegal currency and force you to convert to theirs, which of course has a back door. The advice remains: stay away!

  29. It is not true that nobody in Romania believes the Government. About 25% trust the Government and 50% trust the EU.
    Regarding, antivaccine propaganda: at least 90% of TV stations and newspapers are full of pro-vaccine propaganda. I mean at least one front cover story per day. Some days first 5-6 stories are either provaccine or terror inducing.

  30. Re: the statement from your nurse, about doctors. I’ve managed shared houses in Liverpool UK, for over 8 years. For the last 3 months I, and a lot of my friends who also do renting rooms, have had a MASSIVE influx of foreign doctors, who are here to study for an “exam” I’ve nevr known anything like it. It’s endless.

  31. As a former English teacher in a Chinese university I was very interested in the segment on final exams in China. The Chinese are indirect in their communication. When indirect communication would go right over my head, friends or students would explain to me what was really being said. In my opinion, China just told the world that 20 years from now the English speakers are not going to be in control as far as the CCP is concerned.

    1. either that, or they are battening down the hatches. china has been self sufficient for most of its existence, the last 30 years have been a brief blip in history. china has never been that interested in the rest of the world anyway － the country is so big and old. they can produce pretty much everything domestically for the internal market, and just import raw materials. keep prices low for local market, and export the surplus at a premium. let the foreign consumer bear the inflation expense of logistics problems.

      on the original silk road, it was the foreigners who came to china to trade, not vice versa. the trade was done at govt border outposts, and foreigners had to have passes to go inside the territory. this was around 700－800 AD with passes made on split bamboo sticks. for anyone curious, there is a lot of really interesting reading about the administrative system of old china and oroginal silk road.

          most fascinating to me were the complexes of buddhist caves all along the silk road, including at longmen and especially dunhuang /mogao caves/. for several hundred years people carved caves and made buddhist altars inside, trying to outdo each other. the result is a gorgeous grouping of well preserved art work. i never found a good picture book on that but you can find some pictures on internet.

          even more fascinating about dunhuang is that due to the desert environment they found thousands of perfectly preserved documents from about 1400 years ago, including tibetan buddhist texts. there is even a scholarly field called dunhuang studies. i read “eighteen lectures on dunhuang” by rong xinjiang, it was scholarly work and largely over my head but interesting to see depth of the field. sometimes its good to just dive deep in instead of starting on page 1.

          if you ever have a chance to visit gansu province in china, it is definitely a lifetime trip.

I initially brushed it all off but her description of the situation in Trinidad will ring through deeply in millions of people, particularly among the most targeted age groups. Trinidad is a receiver of SDRs (450M) so I think you’re right in thinking that these funds come with conditions.

    Thank you for speaking up! May I ask you to talk about home mortgages? What should I do with my house? Is this a time to sell and not own a home, or is this a time to pay the house off entirely? Is it better to have no debt with any bank or should we just carry on paying the mortgage each month? We do not have an army to safeguard our homes!
    I have searched for a home mortgage lender outside of the commercial banks and am told that any of my local banks or credit unions will sell my mortgage off to a commercial bank after it is written. Can you advise us what to be careful of with our mortgages, and how to refinance with a socially responsible lender if refinancing even makes sense when you really understand it?           There are companies that service IRA’s invested into non security investments. You can check with them on options. IRAs can be invested with any SEC registered IAs. There are more than a few Swiss SEC registered advisors. You can check for Swedish by doing a search.
          Whereever the money is, the SEC, US law and sanction systems will have jurisdiction if it is in these types of vehicles.
