    Trudeau has just revoked the Emergencies Act (2pm MST Friday the 23rd).

    I can only think of these reasons:

    1) the banks have instructed him to do so. Our Justice Minister has given the Big5 permission to freeze all accounts (personal and corporate) to prevent a run on the banks. This is NOT going over well. Perhaps the CBDC isn’t ready?

    2) there are leaked documents that Trudeau is planning on shutting down the internet in Canada (possibly this week) for 10 days. If that happens, he would have a more compelling reason to invoke the EA.

    3) perhaps (?) the Senate has given him notice that they won’t assent, thus forcing a non-confidence vote. That would mean we’re off to another federal election (the second in 8 months).

    4) There are more than rumours that the banks will recall all the existing mortgages and debts in the coming weeks. That ties into #1.

    5) He achieved what he was told to achieve. Phase III (whatever that is) begins soon.

  3. “Emergency act” how they love that word; is there no way to bring an end to “emergency” powers? One wonders how they define “emergency”.

    1. Emergency is a process that allows taxpayer resources to generate another 10% rise in insider corporate profits and therefore, stocks and stock buybacks.

  5. Hi all, I live in Belgium and last night I was at a local restaurant. FYI, in Belgium the restaurant and bar owners are supposed to scan a custumer’s QR code and refuse those who don’t have one or have an invalid one. Last night the owner asked if we were going to pay with cash. If so, she wouldn’t scan us as she reckons the tax office might verify her declared income against the amount of scanned customers. Not sure if the tax office is allowed to do this, but considering what’s going on in the world it wouldn’t surprise me. And it certainly got me thinking. Anyway, I thought I’d share this hypothesis here.

    There was an old cartoon called something puff-n-stuff that was supposedly for kids, but it was suggestive of doing drugs.

    But my personal favorite goes back to William Shakespeare, not so much him because that was never even his real name, his name was Lord DeVere and his descendant was Prince Nicholas DeVere, author of the Dragon Legacy. Unknown to most people, Nicks ancestor, Lord DeVere (William Shakespeare) supposedly introduced 3,000 new words into the English vocabulary. Hidden within Lord DeVere’s plays is the history of the non-Catholic version of the Nazarene Jesus, the Gnostic version if that helps you understand what I am talking about.

    Anyway the words introduced were needed in order to fully grasp the meaning of the Emerald Tablets of Tehuti or Thoth, the Greek version of the name. Coded within these texts are references to the resonances needed to explore inter-dimensional portals.   8. Small local banks are better than JP Morgan and others, just like cash is better than a credit card. Please discuss credit unions. They lend from deposits and are locally owned. I do not think that they get money from the Fed. They have their own deposit insurance and compete with banks. The money stays in the community. What is your opinion? You talk about small community banks, but what about local credit unions?

    1. Makes it harder for them to go all digital. Challenge is likely longer to get your refund.

  13. I was hoping you could help with the unraveling of the implications of cryptocurrency being accepted by the state for payment of state taxes and fees. Apparently, Colorado, where I live, will be the first in doing so as imminently as this summer. Gov. Polis stated that, “We won’t be holding any assets in that form, but we will have a layer that allows for payment in those forms and then conversion into the units that we use, which is dollars” While I understand cryptos as a volatile investment vehicle, I can’t see how their use as a tax payment would not have serious impacts on state budgeting and funding, especially given the wild fluctuations in their valuations and the difficulties in converting back to dollars that you’ve mentioned. More creeping control grid??? Thank you for any insights you can provide.

    1. They will convert crypto immediately into fiat since the state will not be holding any crypto. And the state should have no problem converting crypto into fiat with one of the accredited crypto on-ramp providers.

      1. Well, I hope the gov of Co has a super fast computer. Nothing is instantaneous and they can crush the crypt any time.

    2. If they are not holding, assume they will be converting immediately. It should not impact the states funding and budget if they are simply taking in and converting immediately. They might argue taking cryptos increases the chance that they will get paid. In my book setting it up this way increases the chances they can control, audit, enforce and seize. Lots of tax liabilities out there in the crypto cap.

  21. Hi Catherine, you asked about maintaining Corporate profits, and you mentioned MMT separately. The MMT flag is what is waved by the right hand while the Government deficit takes the money out of your wallet. How much?
    Last year (2020 USA) was $3.2Tn, the spend rate for 2021 is $3.4Tn to Q3.
    People are claiming $4Tn Fraud, but that $6.6Tn is going into Corporate Bottom Lines, except for a few million going into small businesses and the like.

    1. Yes, the monetized debt to corporate profits shortcut is very large and very short.

      1. There is perhaps a perverse incentive for, for example, the CEO of a large plane manufacturer in receipt of bailouts. The bailouts go straight into the bottom line and maybe into his bonus incentives. The worse the company does, the bigger the bailout, and the bigger the bonus?
        What might happen if government decides a no- deficit policy? Where will Corporate Profits be found? What happens if all major corporations make losses?

    I wanted to post this on the “Ask Catherine” forum but I can’t find it.
    Up until 2020, I was a devout Catholic of the mystical tradition. I always despised the Vatican et al, as the centre of my spiritual life was focused around the teachings of Julian of Norwich etc. I am now an official spiritual refugee, as I am forbidden to enter a Catholic Church (I refuse to wear a mask or be jabbed).

    I am very interested in Thomas Meyer’s lectures and they resonate very strongly with me. The thought of reading Steiner is not appealing – I wouldn’t understand it anyways. Do you have suggestions?

    Apparently you can buy fictional real estate in fictional worlds, or buy virtual real estate which mirrors real real estate in the real world. Aka “buy virtual properties mapped to the Real World.”

    The metaverse will create digital assets on top of digital assets, another brake on inflation of real assets and currencies.

    Carbon credits will likely do the same, creating an asset class out of nothing.

    This is how we will own nothing (real) and be happy. Bitcoin billionaires and metaverse property moguls, whilst eating insect protein bars in container homes.

Catherine, I think you are 100% on point relative to the insurance issue and a revived interest on the part of the insurance company’s corp attorneys into the professional indemnification aspects of the pharma companies, in this case Moderna. It may be that Moderna’s E&O Insurance and/or D&O Insurance is at a point to be re written based on an annual term policy ending. Back in the day, I did see some two year term policy contracts in the U.S. for Director’s and Officers Insurance but they were rare. My guess is, if there’s a potential delay in coverage or pending “underwriting issues” regarding a new policy, then you might see a shake up on the Board at Moderna with ship jumping as an option for board members prior to new policies being put in place. We’ll see.

The PRF is a $178 billion fund created by Congress through the Coronavirus Aid, Relief, and Economic Security (CARES) Act, designed to provide financial relief to healthcare providers during the COVID-19 pandemic. HHS subdivided the PRF into various general and targeted distributions, which have been paid to providers in several waves between April 2020 and the present. Each type of distribution came with a detailed set of terms and conditions, to which the provider had to agree. Providers did not make requests or applications for this funding. However, simply because a provider received money did not mean they were entitled to keep it; a provider also had to meet the eligibility criteria.

    Furthermore, providers were required to either attest to their compliance with the terms and conditions of the PRF payment, including eligibility criteria and restrictions on use of the funds, or return the money to HHS. As someone who just knows the basics of retirement I thought those were the basic retirement vessel options . I have never heard of others. What are other retirement vessels that you can put your money into ?

Since they have built the balance sheet with money they made up to buy money they made up,stocks, bonds etc. For example 100 billion a month for the fed desk to buy assets. If they ever reduce the balance sheet someone would have to buy the assets. There is nobody that can afford to buy the assets they bought with the printing press. Re: Ask Catherine, question re UK precious metals, I have used Chards and The Gold Bullion Company (they do silver too!) and have found both to be reliable and usually cheaper than the Royal Mint. Chards have a useful price graph on their site. I have used Gold Bullion Co’s storage service and I think Chards also offer one now. Hope this helps.

    3. The simplest way to explain this is to state that if you begin with 110 units of fossil fuel and turn that into “blue” hydrogen you will have 100 units of fossil fuel equivalent.

    1. I don’t know. Some of the pictures look like the ones I have seen from highly credible researchers who are trying to understand what this stuff is and what it does. Some of it aggregates up after the injections warm up – either before being injected or after.

      The secret ingredients issue is very real, very serious – more unanswered questions than answers. Combined with the pathology reports, I would argue the pharmaceutical companies do not have indemnification against fraud – and this continuous evidence of clear, intentional fraud.

I took the first Moderna vaccine as an experiment to see what everyone was saying about it being bad- I have no children or grandkids, as a 45 yer investigator, and listening to rocket scientist David Adair, a brilliant guy who I respect, who said he took it like me as an Experiment, to also see what would happen, I can testify to this honestly, I’m in SW Florida, red state, first shot, withing hours and for 3 weeks after felt I was having ah heart attack severe chest pains that put in lying down for an hour – I took high quality supplements to reduce inflmation- once it was over, I took Front Line Doctors advice to Not take 2nd shot for 3-4 months, I did as they said took 2nd shot 5 months later, and like David Adair, I avid gardener, active, energetic, have loss of stamina. David said on an interview about this with Kerry Cassidy, after his 2nd shot of Moderna ha can now only walk 600 feet and has to sit down. I have the same lack of stamina. I did this because I have No children, no grandchildren and I’m a born Investigator my entire adult life – to me it was worth it so others make an informed decision. How could I have known unless I knew for Myself and what I learned could help others? I am deeply spiritual and asked the Divine for thru this, and to my mistaken folly did Not ask for divine help on the first shot with the heart attack symptoms of 3-4 weeks, BUT I realized, how foolish~. I went into prayer and asked for Divine help and the fatigue h=has now gone away after 4 days and No heart or chest problems After the end shot.     1. Talking with nurse in Maryland at IV center, The nurses were doing vax work. A medical resident got the vax. This nurse watched the medical resident stiffen up in minutes and become unresponsive. All those years of study and training gone in minutes with stroke. Two other stories from IV room. A man developed blood clot in leg and neck days after vax. The leg clot was cut out to save foot. A women 3 months after vax has cancer. The MD practice that runs IV center has said no vax since last year.

        1. At some point, hard to believe that the life insurance companies are not going to invoke an EUA opt out.

      2. Here in the UK, I would not be surprised to find that excess deaths increased by 20-30 per million per jab, irrespective of age. I’m seeing a 10% increased risk of death in the elderly, and a 25% increased risk of death in the working age population.
        Jab rate is now way down, and it looks like current rates of death are below the five year average. I haven’t looked to see by how much the population in each age group has fallen, but it is a factor. Then there’s this :

  45. I read the book China Rising by Jeff Brown. Reading it was everything opposite of what I previously read.Since you are inquisitive I strongly suggest you read that book.

  47. I recently picked up “Brave New World Revisited” by Aldous Huxley, and also re-read the 1931 “Brave New World.” I am amazed at how timeless Brave New World is. We are definitely more in Brave New World than 1984.

    Writing about this after just getting another Chase email offering my non-existent children the opportunity to get a Chase debit card. Inject children and issue them a health passport and get them into the banking system all in the same school year. My relationship with Chase will be over by the end of this year.

        It’s a very interesting document, which covers many of the aspects of CBDCs you and John have discussed on numerous occasions (transaction anonymity, cross border payments, legislative alterations required for implementation, legal tender status of CBDCs, etc.). Something which isn’t discussed in detail is CBDC “programmability”, which the Bank of England (for example) has openly talked about. One quote worth mentioning here is from page 13:

        “All three active CBDC projects have chosen the same way to handle the policy trade-off between anonymity/financial inclusion and AML/CFT compliance. Their approach has been to provide a tiered selection of wallets with different levels of thresholds. Those with lower thresholds allow for greater anonymity.
        As a result, CBDC can more easily be rolled out into rural or disadvantaged areas where virtual identification can
        be difficult. The use of tiered CBDC wallets thus gives rise to “policy synergies” between anonymity, risk-reduction (of
        bank runs), and financial inclusion”.

        Who gets to decide what level of anonymity they’re entitled to? My assumption is that almost zero anonymity will be provided by any tier of wallet. Or would those with better social credit scores be entitled to more anonymity?

        One overriding theme appears to be that this is a project of enormous complexity, and there are still major hurdles which need to be cleared prior to implementation. From page 26:

        “CBDC exploration is still in an early stage, and not all country experiences can be easily ported abroad.
        There are still open questions, and CBDC remains an uncharted territory, raising challenges as well as opportunities”.

        Maybe things are at a more advanced stage than are portrayed in this paper. Who knows? But it sounds to me as though meeting the 2025 timeframe (which seems to be a key date) for rollout, might be ambitious.

        1. I agree. The pandemic was the external force to begin the many years of experimentation (vaccination) they planned, while improving the technology (CBDC), and making pharma much more powerful $$$.

          Fortunately, many people in the world have awaken and are starting to see the real – I call it – “PATH” to full control and corruption. What we need to do now is to fight back, to no give up, and clean our election system immediately. There are too many things happening concurrently —but the election — is the main expression of any Democracy. Venezuela was stolen.

            I’m not a Trump supporter, but the 2020 US presidential election looked clearly fraudulent to me. As was the 2000 edition. As was CA Governor Gavin Newsom’s recall election. Election rigging appears to be rampant in the US.
