“You can’t legislate integrity.“
~ Joel Salatin

The lack of transparency as to what is actually in our food is accelerating. Our labeling laws too often leave consumers in the dark and unable to make an informed decision—further contributing to what Catherine Austin Fitts calls “the great poisoning.” The amount of toxic ingredients and substances in our food is rapidly increasing.
One purpose of this audiocast is to encourage the listeners to buy more of their food from regenerative farmers and local artisans. It is becoming more important than ever to buy food directly from producers you know and trust.
Another purpose of the audiocast is to give consumers more information on the ingredients in the food they are purchasing from retail stores. Food labeling is a broad topic; the audiocast will provide listeners with some of the lies of commission and with numerous material omissions on food labeling requirements in areas such as GMOs, “gluten-free” foods, and the 10,000 chemical additives in our food supply.
Dr. Sina McCullough joins the Food Series to shine light on what is actually in our food and the production and processing practices used to make it. Dr. McCullough has a PhD in nutrition and is an expert in disease reversal, functional medicine, and energy medicine as well as being a certified Natural HealerTM, Master Herbalist, and Gluten-Free Society Practitioner.
Dr. McCullough became an expert on food labeling through personal experience; afflicted with an advanced stage of rheumatoid arthritis, she extensively researched food labeling requirements not so much to improve her health but rather to save her life.
In Money & Markets this week, John Titus and Catherine will cover the latest events and continue to discuss the financial and geopolitical trends they are tracking in 2022. E-mail your questions for Ask Catherine or post at the Money & Markets commentary here.

Thank you for this very important report. Is there a transcript available for future reference?
It’s mind-boggling what a labyrinth buying groceries has become. It’s almost as though every product is guilty until proven innocent.
When buying bottled water, are there any ingredients other than fluoride that one should avoid?
Is carbonated water harmful?
I avoid buying any product with an E ingredient. Are there any harmless E’s?
There will be.
I’m also interested to know if a transcript has been released, or may still be released in the future? I’m keeping an eye out for it, and if I can be of assistance in helping to get transcriptions made, I’d love to bring my resources in to support your work.
Thank you for these deeply nourishing materials.
Megan:
I asked Darlene to post her estimate of when it would be ready. Should be soon.

Fiji water was discussed on a Solari Report interview with Jennifer Walters as something that detoxes one from aluminum due to the Silica in the water. I’ve been drinking that ever since.
Amazing Intel and a wealth of knowledge. Dr. Sina McCullough provides multiple tools, resources and solutions to protect the health/food of yourself and family. Thank you for sharing your wisdom, may God bless you and your family!
Well, that got me upset! I know my local farmers and I buy from them. On occasion I will buy something at the grocery store that is at least labeled organic, grass fed, and the like. I rationalized that at least it is at least far removed from the harm of conventional products. Sina McCullough ended this fairytale!
My feeling about any product labeled organic that makes it to the grocery store is that for production quantities to be large enough for mass distribution, the food company likely plays fast and loose with the regulations. Moreover, they lack the governing spirit of the original owners when companies are purchased. While there may be exceptions, there is no way to be sure. Company websites are rife with sophisticated—that is deceitful— marketing.
I have been reducing the variety of foods I eat. Now I go without rather than compromise and risk mainstream grocery. Perhaps a new term is apt: “conventional grocery complex.” 🙂
One of the more alarming things I’ve heard lately about the USDA Organic Program is that there is no prohibition against the use of nanotechnology in the production of certified organic food. The precautionary principle is out the window.
It seems the USDA organic program is another agency captured program. Although better than conventional, it has the insidious effect of consumers not searching further “a’field.”
There’s no doubt this is a case of agency capture. A prime example would be organic milk. A few years ago there was a media report that 6 certified organic CAFO dairies in Texas and Colorado were producing more milk than around 450 organic dairies in Wisconsin. The CAFOS were organic in name only.
