“You can build wealth, you can build poverty, or you can build nothing. Which do you prefer?” ~ Catherine Austin Fitts
By Catherine Austin Fitts
Ricardo Oskam provides research to Solari Investment Screens and has been an integral part of organizing the materials for our Building Wealth curriculum. He joins me this week to discuss how to use the curriculum to access actionable intelligence to live your free and inspired life.
Last year, the Solari team and I began to integrate Solari publications and recommended materials into Building Wealth. This was in response to continued questions about personal strategic and financial planning. I initially presented this integrated view in our 2nd Quarter 2022 Equity Overview. In October, I summarized the key concepts of Building Wealth in my keynote address at the Weston A. Price Foundation conference in Knoxville, Tennessee.
You want to make sure you check out the Building Wealth web presentation—you can even go through it as you listen to our discussion.
Because there is much we want to accomplish, we have divided into two teams. Ricardo leads the wealth builders—a group of young people who have made a personal commitment to learn how to build wealth. However, all ages are invited to join in, for building wealth is a never-ending journey—a mindset, not an age.
I lead the mentors—people with experience who are eager to help the wealth builders, and especially help them avoid the traps we fell into and the mistakes we made along the way. Stay tuned for our ongoing publication of interviews and materials responsive to requests we receive about what can best help you build wealth.
At long last, please join me for the final section of the 3rd Quarter 2022 Wrap Up: Building Wealth.

I have learned so much thank you to you both I am a beginner.
🙂
This was a fantastic interview. I enjoyed meeting Ricardo and hearing a little bit more of your personal story, Catherine. Your love of building wealth and your straightforward embrace of it is refreshing. Let’s build wealth while doing good and bringing value!
My husband and I were there in Knoxville and heard the overview of Building Wealth. I’m looking forward to exploring your curriculum, and I love the idea of developing an educational plan. I’m curious to see how much of the Building Wealth website will be high level concepts vs practical how-to.
My husband and I have been reading, listening to podcasts and attending real estate investing conferences for the past few years. We have needed the practical how-to information provided in these venues. Even more valuable has been the relationship-building with fellow students. We’re now living off passive income streams and pursuing our dreams of helping people incorporate more farm food in their lives. We couldn’t have made such strides by simply reading books and listening to podcasts.
Have you thought about hosting in-person educational events with your Building Wealth content? It is so much easier to apply new concepts and change your behavior, when you have real humans to ask…”and what did you do when….”
Educational events are a big undertaking, but you might “jump the curve” by partnering with someone who is good at it and in alignment with your values. I would suggest Robert Helms and Russell Gray of The Real Estate Guys. While they certainly have expertise in real estate investing, their real skill is in providing excellent education. Their motto, is education for effective action.
Perhaps you’ve already been in contact? I sent an email introduction to you both in early December. My husband and I are the people who sat with you in the hallway of the convention center in Knoxville and suggested that you connect with Robert Helms, although we didn’t anticipate that it would be for this reason.
I recently followed up with Robert to see if he had been in touch with you. I’ve made lots of email introductions in my life, but it’s tricky to do it with two very busy VIPs! 🙂
Thanks again for launching this exciting endeavor. I’m looking forward to all the good that will come of it!
This is so uplifting! It brings me joy to observe an articulate, thoughtful man of his generation teaming up in a powerful way with Solari and your contributions to evolve this primitive planet (that made me laugh). Thank you!
Your Weston A Price presentation was *phenominal* !!!
That was inspiring Catherine, including the contribution of Ricardo.
I have come to the conclusion that you, Catherine, must be the 21st century reincarnation of Joan of Arc.
Also, to reach a larger audience and expand the Solari membership, could you consider allowing current Solari members to forward certain selected Solari videos to friends and family, subject to a fee of say $20 paid for by the current Solari member, for each video forwarded. Such a scheme could benefit the recipient, and may also lead to further Solari subscriptions.
We have on our list to do a share function. Great idea. Just need to implement it.
How do we become apart of a team?
We are currently prototyping the interaction between the B’s (Builders) and M’s (Mentors) within the Solari Team. A good starting point would be to formulate your personal learning plan: a vision of where you want to go and what is necessary to learn about in terms of skills/knowledge. This is a prerequisite when it comes to prioritizing next steps and budgeting time/resources (more on this in an upcoming interview, to be recorded in the near future). Then, I would encourage your reaching out within local circles (e.g. through connect.solari.com) to potential mentors; look for proven track record, integrity and how you can provide a fair tradeoff between their time invested and yours.
Living Equity – H. Education, Learning, Skills, and Teaching might also be of help.
A little off topic (but maybe, not really off topic by much). This from Alex Jones: Senate Bill 686 is the Capstone to the Technocratic Matrix. https://www.brighteon.com/7cec3425-5ec6-403f-b319-84c615dd26a6
That was fantastic. Thank-you, Catherine! Your words of encouragement were particularly needed at this time. That said, I plan to shave off the movie watching time and use that time to invest in my family, friends and self. Creating a healthier, happier life rather than one of hopelessness and despair! Change begins one person at a time??

“We can resonate with the Divine Intelligence, or we can resonate with the machines.” Sums it up perfectly.
