Web Presentation
Our 3rd Quarter 2022 Wrap Up web presentation is a work in progress that builds as we publish our weekly segments—Solari Report subscribers can access it here.
“Do nothing against thy will, nor contrary to the community, nor without due examination, nor with reluctancy. […] One who for his word or actions neither needs an oath, nor any man to be a witness.” ~ Marcus Aurelius
By Catherine Austin Fitts
This week, we continue publication of our 3rd Quarter 2022 Wrap Up. Dr. Joseph P. Farrell joins me for Part II of News Trends & Stories. Both Part I and Part II were recorded on October 9, 2022.
Prompted by our 3rd Quarter theme—Building Wealth—we are shifting our focus to an even greater emphasis on actions and solutions. Recognizing that each person’s circumstances are unique, we hope our discussion will help you determine the actions you can take and the tactics that are right for you.
In Part II, Dr. Farrell and I will discuss headlines, actions, and resources for Parts 4-6 of the following six-part framework, focusing on the macroeconomic events that impact each of us in these areas:
Part #1: Your Free and Inspired Life
Part #2: Navigation Tools
Part #3: Risk Management
Part #4: Living Equity
Part #5: Financial Equity
Part #6: Turtle Forth
We will also cover some of our perennial list of unanswered questions. In addition, the News Trends & Stories section of the 3rd Quarter 2022 Wrap Up web presentation includes our complete trends list and our top news videos for the quarter.
After completing publication of News Trends & Stories, we will continue with the Equity Overview on November 17 and the “Building Wealth” theme for the 3rd Quarter 2022 Wrap Up in the first week of December.
Money & Markets
In Money & Markets this week, John Titus and I will cover the latest events and continue to discuss the financial and geopolitical trends we are tracking in 2022. Post questions at the Money & Markets commentary here.

Thank you, thank you Catherine and Dr. Farrell! I enjoyed this so much!!
Where can I find the “other” reference in the BIS powers ? I looked thorough their website but couldn’t locate it yet. Thanks
Just did a quick search and did not get the document. Asked one of the team if they could get it.
Hello Catherine [Ms. Fitts?], happy finally to be a member of Solari!
Re. Xi Jinping, there’s a photo of him with Scholz in the November 4th edition of Money Week, in the City View section, under the title ‘Germany’s Big Three Problems’; the article says Scholz was in Beijing meeting him that (last) week.
I’m not sure if that counts as recent in the world of global politics, but just thought I’d leave this here in case it’s news to you and Dr. Farrell.
Cheers for now,
– Jonathan
Thanks. Yes, we posted in News, Trends and Stories as soon as it published. I agree, an mportant stories
Dear Catherine,
The oboe is also my favorite instrument. I think that is because to me the sounds it makes seems closest to the human voice.
Do you have any idea where can I find out more about the change in the Schuman resonance as well as about the pole shift, both of which Joseph briefly mentions here?
In the end we win. Yeah!
Big pharma and government was able to succeed with the Covid vax so they have continued onto the next money make
Jan1,2022 Medicare recipients are paying an additional $21.60 per month for an Alzheimer drug.
The drug, aduhelm, sold by Biogen was initially price ar $56k for series of injections and later reduced to $26k
The 2019 trial was suspended as they found no benefit from the drug and the drug caused brain bleed and swelling.
The FDA advisory board of 11 doctors votes on approval. Ten voted no I and one voted unsure. The drug was approved regardless. Three of the doctors resigned in protest.
$21.60per month is a lot of money for someone that is on a fixed income
Thanks for listening to me complain off topic
Good God. The Great Poisoning throttles into 2023.
Dear Catherine,
I agree that all real science being done today is black budget, and that public science is just to keep lesser minds busy — and as a propaganda channel, of course. It fits with your break-away civilization hypothesis: They have the printing press, we get the liability; they do the real research and we Bill Nye.
This was a good listen thankyou.
Turtle forth indeed.
We break big tasks up into little ones and then get them done one at a time to make progress.
You mentioned a book about marriage but didn’t give the author or title. I’d like to read it for my kids.

Note – the reviewer did not like it. Too simple. But it resonates with what I have observed and I like simple. Also matches up with the good church courses I have seen helping to prepare people for marriage.
Suggest this one for understanding what unsuccessful really looks like

Super conversation with Dr. Farrell! I had to chuckle Catherine when you mentioned AeroMexico. Brought me back to my high school days. Being a native Californian I recall those days in the 1970’s when the nickname for the airline here then was “Aero-No-Get-There”. Not kidding. Dr. Farrell is correct…book KLM in the future so you get here, safe and sound!
They have a very specific plan. Alison McDowell lays it out better than anyone I am aware of. It’s a specific plan. She admits that she doesn’t know if they will be able to scale it but the plan is clear. She has a website & a youtube channel. Her website is wrenchinthegears.com & her youtube is her name.
Thanks so much!
Joseph mande the comment that there is no good music now. I have. degree in voice performance and know classical music. For the church I recommend Keith and Kristen Getty. They write beautiful music with lyrics that are sound doctrinally. This is one of their latest songs. I recommend this as music of the week! “What is our hope in life and death? Christ, alone”.

Building Wealth Part 2
Again, thank you for your excellent work, a ballast of well won thoughts and observations in this stormy world.
A few more observations, comments and offerings;
1. The words ‘Mind Control’ are really tough to swallow. I notice that Ferrell tends to say ‘mind manipulation’. I am not trying to split hairs. Personally it is very difficult to accept that I am being ‘controlled’. I have have too much hubris. Yet I can look in the mirror and say ‘Yes, I see where my mind has been ‘manipulated’. It is a more compassionate observation. Control connotes powerlessness, where as manipulation requires self awareness…
2. I was thrilled that you both ushered in one of foundational artists for my life, Mr. Bob Dylan. From the beginning Bob called out the war profiteers and has never stopped. Masters of War, Chimes of Freedom, and Pawn In Their Game, to name a few …
Another classic from Bob, is Union Sundown from the album Infidels. I would call this collection ‘The Mr. Global’ album. Released in 1983, with titles such as Neighbourhood Bully, Licence to Kill he cracked the code for all to see, but this lyric in Union Sundown says it all…
Democracy don’t rule the world
You better get that in your head
This world is ruled by violence
But I guess that’s better left unsaid
Please give these lyrics a read. Bob was not so much ‘ahead of the curve’, for me he defined the curve. Like the greatest poets, he saw it all and spoke it to us, long before it arrived fully formed.
Union Sundown – Infidels 1983
Well, my shoes, they come from Singapore
My flashlight’s from Taiwan
My tablecloth’s from Malaysia
My belt buckle’s from the Amazon
You know, this shirt I wear comes from the Philippines
And the car I drive is a Chevrolet
It was put together down in Argentina
By a guy making thirty cents a day
Well, it’s sundown on the union
And what’s made in the USA
Sure was a good idea
‘Til greed got in the way
Well, this silk dress is from Hong Kong
And the pearls are from Japan
Well, the dog collar’s from India
And the flower pot’s from Pakistan
All the furniture it said ‘Made in Brazil’
Where a woman, she slaved for sure
Bringing home thirty cents a day to a family of twelve
You know, that’s a lot of money to her
Well, it’s sundown on the union
And what’s made in the USA
Sure was a good idea
‘Til greed got in the way
Well, you know lots of people are complaining that there is no work
I say,”Why you say that for
When nothing you got is US made?”
They don’t make nothing here no more
You know, capitalism is above the law
I say,”It don’t count ‘less it sells”
When it costs too much to build it at home
You just build it cheaper someplace else
Well, it’s sundown on the union
And what’s made in the USA
Sure was a good idea
‘Til greed got in the way
Well, the job that you used to have
They gave it to somebody down in El Salvador
The unions are big business, friend
And they’re going out like a dinosaur
But they used to grow food in Kansas
Now they grow it on the moon and eat it raw
I can see the day coming when even your home garden
Is gonna be against the law
Well, it’s sundown on the union
And what’s made in the USA
Sure was a good idea
‘Til greed got in the way
Democracy don’t rule the world
You better get that in your head
This world is ruled by violence
But I guess that’s better left unsaid
From Broadway to the Milky Way
That’s a lot of territory indeed
And a man’s gonna do what he has to do
When he’s got a hungry mouth to feed
Well, it’ sundown on the union
And what’s made in the USA
Sure was a good idea
‘Til greed got in the way
Finally I want to put to rest the B.S. that Bob gave his soul to the devil. Please watch this 1:33 clip where after receiving the Grammy Life Time Achievement Award, he speaks of God’s deep compassion for us all and he is funny in leading up to this compassionate declaration.

I know that there will be more and more to offer, as I go through my 2nd and 3rd listen, but for now thank you so much for all your work. You all are the Bob Dylans of this political word for me. I am always eager for your work. It is real food in this time of illusions.
Cheers,
Doug Hamel
Thanks so much for posting this. While I don’t believe that Dylan gave his soul to the devil, I do think he was manipulated and became a pied piper of sorts to lead a generation in a different direction way back in the mid-60’s.
Hello. I have 2 questions:
1. How have low interest rates hurt the insurance industry? Is it the low return on funds stored for claims?
2. How did LBJ influence individual insurance? I am aware that health insurance started as a benefit to lure workers post WWII, but not aware of the administration’s influence.
I used to think that self-funded healthcare co-ops were the way to go. As I watch the focus in pharma shift to rare disease where therapies cost $200k – $1MM per year, those co-ops will have to figure out what services to cover.
Catastrophic insurance won’t work with me the vaccine fallout.
I look forward to seeing how the market solves this one.
Thanks!
Yes, face to face. I had one today, and we cleared up a lot, so now we can continue to connect at a distance.
I think insurance companies may just have to go away, or become mutual associations.
Catherine,
Can you post the weekly updates earlier than 6pm. It would be nice to watch earlier than 6pm on Thursdays.
Thank you
