1. I wanted to comment on the part where you talk about WIM HOF. I have been using it before and then stopped for sometime until I listened to your interview and now doing it again. It really helps with menopause hot flashes and body temperature regulation.
   As for the prayer versus meditation, I once read a statement that stayed with me. Meditation is connecting to source, prayer is the direction of the connection to those you are praying for. I always felt it was both.

4. I’m very behind in my Solari listening and have just made my way through this part I wrap up. A subject that Catherine & Joseph discussed that stood out to me was the topic of the weakening of our US military. At the beginning of the year, my dad contracted pneumonia which resulted in a near fatal hospitalization that motivated my mother and I to fast & pray for God to move heaven & earth to get him moved to a rehabilitation center nearby. I began to research for his healing and found a hyperbaric ATMOSPHERE (not oxygen) tank in Oklahoma City. The husband and wife team that own and operate this 10 person”diving”tank have a heart for our veterans and the various ailments they suffer from and offers free dives for them. My father and I spent an hour at a time 3 days a week for 2 weeks in a hyperbaric tank with numerous young veterans suffering from ptsd, anxiety, debilitating diseases, etc. One of many young veterans we spoke to had uncontrollable jerking of his head and neck and arms. He told us 2 out of his 3 daughters was diagnosed as autistic. The owner of the tank said, “You know why your kids are autistic don’t you? Because you’re in the military.” I was astounded. The veteran commented yes, probably from all of the vaccines. The veteran himself had been in Saudi but had not seen any combat. He had not suffered any physical injury. He did not know the origin of his ticks. He mentioned that military families are held to strict and regimented vaccine schedules which was brought to light during the Covid mandates and subsequent litigation that I read on Robert Barnes locals page and Robert Kennedy.

   The hyperbaric atmosphere worked wonders for my dad and his “Covid” pneumonia and blood vessel hardening in his lungs. It increased his lung capacity significantly. There are miracles happening in this hyperbaric atmosphere tank. I hope other vaccine-injured and otherwise will look into it. New Hampshire and Oklahoma offer these “dives” for healing as far as I know.

5. There is Nothing Wrong With You
   It’s a book by Californian Zen lady Cherie Huber. Big text, cartoons, a simple message reiterated with examples — though I’m an intellect-driven person, I found it really & surprisingly helpful.

   It’s the opposite message from the one that the media, social media and society in general sends us in a cacophanous multiplicity of voices. And it’s true. We’re all exactly where we’re meant to be on our journey, which God organized on a big-picture basis, doing what we need to be doing. It’ll be ok.

   And talk to angels, they’re listening. Ask them for help, they’re helpful (but you have to ask, cos thems the rules). The solar system is moving into a more energetic part of space, which fuels intuition and perceiving the ‘invisible’. It’s worth a try, in case the change of circumstance has gifted you new skills. The more time we spend talking with angels, the better it gets.

6. For all who missed it a federal judge in Tampa lifted the mask mandates on planes. We’ll see what happens next but this is a welcome piece of news. Doesn’t help with the vaccinated pilots but..

   In the Best of Books list, it would be great if Dr. Farrell could provide updates on the books that he received for his recent health issue. Basically a review if the books are good to read and names of books. I know so many people on heart meds, blood thinner and thyroid meds. Big Pharma has possessed their bodies. I am trying to move than towards natural remedies if at all possible.

   Great Annual 1st wrap-i[ and I appreciate all the work that goes into these production.

   I live in OK and can suggest a couple of Drs. Dr. Mark Sherwood or Dr. Jim Meehan. I think this are both in Tulsa Area. (I am not a patient of either Drs but they are against the jab). I am in contact with Simone Gold Clinic efforts but none have made it to OK yet.

   1. Hello Melissa! You are correct, Dr Jim and Dr Mark are both wonderful! I haven’t worked for them or know them personally but people I have worked for and trust think the world of them.
      As a nurse I have seen so many destroyed by the energy sapping medications that they are placed on for heart disease. I have also seen miraculous changes in the same people when they added in the information from these books to their lifestyle. Some had their CHF (Congestive Heart Failure) reversed and others improved their quality of life by leaps and bounds even though they remain on some heart medications. I hope this helps.

11. Working my way through the Party 1 Quarterly Update…

    So far as Russian space launch capability… I don’t think it’s as great as Joseph may have suggested. On Heavy Lift… yep, we have depended on Russia… but SpaceX’s launch tempo alone is extraordinary.

    They have 60 launches scheduled for this year, more than 1 a week.

    SpaceX isn’t cranking out Falcon Heavy lift systems, to be sure, although it is the largest payload lift vehicle on earth at present, more than 2 times the lift capability of Russia’s Angara A5 lift system. The upcoming “Starship” launch system can lift 100 times more weight than the Angara A5.

    It IS probable that the artificially created “supply chain crisis” is affecting SpaceX’s production capacity.

    Of course, right now, anything can happen. The U.S. Deep State/Mr. Global is scheming on taking Elon Musk down, because of his efforts to rip the veneer away from The Ministry of Truth propaganda industrial complex.

13. Good Friday to those who are celebrating it today.
    Catherine, when you ask how to teach someone a way to find faith I perked up. I think that this question right there is fundamental, yet very complex. So I wanted to share my understanding on this, as I am often helping people find their faith.
    My understanding is that faith is based on experiences, yet experiences are also based on our faith. One can have a tragedy yet come through it stronger than before, while another person comes through it battered. So the first key I think is to slow down and remember that you can take the time you need to think your way through everything. It may not seem that way, but my understanding is that you always have time to pause and ponder.
    My second understanding is that you need to give permission for faith to enter your life. You need to be open to a higher power, the god of your understanding. An understanding that there is a bigger picture, we are all equally valid and precious in the eyes of that higher power.
    I am keeping this list short as this could go on to a long long list, so here is one final understanding. Faith is often subtle, with a random “Holy Molies” thrown in there. The subtle faith can have amazing resonance and change the world when needed. One way to appreciate the subtle side is to practice Gratitude. When I am in a state of gratitude I am unstoppable in my faith.
    In the end I really feel you can help others come to faith by being an active listener. You can help them by hearing what is going on in the moment, and reminding them just how important they are to the God of their understanding. That spirit never turns away but does need to be asked to help.

In 325 AD Constantine made some calendar changes so the connections between all the appointed feasts are not as obvious, but the sun and the moon it says in Genesis 1:14 are put in the sky for prophetic signs and appointments where we meet with him.

          All of the feasts in Leviticus 23 point to Yeshua. The blowing of the last shofar or seventh trumpet of Revelations the dead in Messiah will rise and those living will meet him in the air or as Paul said,

          For this perishable body must put on the imperishable, and this mortal body must put on immortality. When the perishable puts on the imperishable, and the mortal puts on immortality, then shall come to pass the saying that is written “Death is swallowed up in victory“O death, where is your victory? O death, where is your sting?” Paul understood why we do not have to fear death. That’s what his resurrection teaches us. We were not made for this fallen world but for the Garden and life and an eternal relationship with him. Yeshua’s incredible sacrifice was so that we could live forever, the way we were intended to from the very beginning. It’s important to stay focused in these difficult days.

What Whitney Webb said about Stew Peters may be true, but the information presented on Mike Adams covering snake venom being used in the mRNA injection may have some truth. This isn’t about Stew Peters, Mike Adams or Dr. Ardis, it is about what Dr. Ardis has found in his research that he presents on the Mike Adams Program.

    The starting place would be to locate who has Bing Liu research information that he was going to present to the public on his findings of the cellular make up of covid. Just days before he was going to go public he is murdered by his lover who’s body is found in a car with a self inflicted gunshot wound.     I think Mike Adams expressed very simply what may be going on.     Is this true? I have no idea, but in light of the Bing Liu’s death and the very aggressive push by many countries on getting the jab I would not ignore this story.

Almost everyone I have spoken to about this have not had time to watch/listen to the best presentations available on what is in the injections. They would rather be entertained by snakes. 100X the energy for snake venom as opposed to the German pathology reports or the Skidmore survey. What got the vaccine mandates stopped in Germany? Likely the German pathology reports made an enormous difference.

       If you live in my shoes you have to hear the top guys and their operatives brag all day long that Americans don’t deserve respect because you can feed them ops and trick them everytime.

          Actually I am more curious about Bing Liu and his murder that is reported in the University of Pittsburgh website article. Was he going to present the same information as what Dr. Ardis is sharing? Who has his research on covid 19? Was Liu part of a research team? Who has his computer? His papers? Or maybe Bing Liu was involved in 1000 talents.

          Several years ago there were dozens of holistic doctors “suicided” who happen to be researching vaccines that contained “nagalese” that blocks vitamin D in the body. It seem they were being singled out because of their vaccine research.

          And don’t forget Barry & Bunny Sherman where it was claimed to be a joint suicide despite Bunny’s face being bashed in.

          One way a whistleblower can take steps to prevent being suicided is to become public.

          If this is all hype it will be found out quickly with all the attention it is being given.

       4. I watched the first 16 minutes because a close friend asked my opinion and yeuch. Manipulative music, all-the-tropes one after the other and on & on and multiple body language signs of deceit.
          Plus they’d have to have a snake farm with millions of snakes to milk to get that much venom, because they can’t synthesize it (too complex).
          Blatant psyop, according to both intuition and logic, made my skin crawl.

    Since China seems to be assisting Russia dealing with the sanctions will there be an “event” at the 3 gorges dam? Normally the dam’s water level goes down to 145 meters during the winter in order to absorb the flooding that takes place during the rainy season that starts around May. This winter the water level behind the dam has been consistently at 165 meters, 20 meters higher than usual. So if there a great deal of rainfall during the coming months it could put a great deal of stress on the 3 gorges.

    Any chance that Victoria Nuland will get a nobel peace prize? Just kidding, she has been a very busy lady travelling about to pressure countries to send their old military equipment to Ukraine. In exchange the military complex will receive new orders to replace the old equipment.

24. Just heard Catherine say she was giving a copy of the Wim Hoff book to any of us been affected by the whole Covid drama. Unfortunately my teenage son tried to commit suicide after the first 5 month lock down. I’m sure you know the affect on teenage boys was worse than for most. My ex husband then cut us off and as he had to prove it in court forced me to get a bridging loan to finance it! He also left me to pay all the school fees. He lives in Dubai so it’s easy to hide his money and his off shore accounts! I was forced to sell our flat and had to lower the price 4 times and effectively lost it. It’s so hard to try and generate income now with what is going on. I’m just putting myself forward to ask for a copy if it’s possible?

          1. Here is my dialogue last night with Whitney Webb who gave me permission to post:

             I’ve followed Stew Peters’ rise, as he’s regularly promoted false information during the Covid-19 situation. Prior to covid, he was a bounty hunter attempting to get a reality TV show, which he was unsuccessful in doing and he ended up angering his local law enforcement branch in the process for falsely implying he was affiliated with them.

             He then launched his show, which first came to prominence for promoting a dishonest and manipulative study produced by “la quinta columna” claiming that graphene oxide was in the vaccines. I dissected that study in an interview at the time, and got lots of pushback even though I know more criticisms were 100 percent valid, as people seemed to have become emotionally invested in his claims. Not to say that graphene in some form is not in the vaccines, I frankly don’t know as the full ingredients lists are not publicly available, but the study he promoted was misleading and intentionally manipulative.

             Since then, he’s clearly become more overt in courting Christian conservative audiences, even hiring reporters fired from Christian outlet Trunews. His show has claimed, in different segments, that the vaccines contain parasites, nanobots, microscopic “razors”, graphene oxide, insect eggs, and I guess now snake venom. He is high on sensationalism and low on journalistic integrity.

             Not all of his segments are false, but several of them have been and, overall, I think it’s been very damaging to those of us who work hard to present valid, sourced information and aren’t afraid to issue corrections in the event of a mistake, as the mainstream likes to lump all covid dissenters together. It reminds me of how Qanon was used to dismiss and detract from the implications of the Jeffrey Epstein scandal.

             This guy is in it for clicks and internet stardom. If any of you plan on producing a formal pushback of this piece, I’d be happy to provide some of the research I previously did on Stew Peters as well as the video I did on his graphene claims before he became an internet persona. I’m really tired of falsehoods going viral and hurting the cause, all to feed some failed bounty hunter’s ego.

             As I stated earlier, no one knows all of the ingredients for certain, but I think what we have observed since mass vaccination began can be largely explained by the spike protein and, in the case of mrna vaccines, the nanolipid particles, as they were known to cause problems, like those being observed now, long before covid. I wrote about this in great detail in my series on Moderna.

             Could there be something more nefarious within for some ulterior motive? It’s certainly possible, but, for those who support the graphene oxide hypothesis, the Spanish language study commissioned by “la quinta columna” is inadequate for making that argument, as it is full of holes and, even so, concludes only that graphene oxide could be in the vaccine. Peters show covered it as being conclusive proof of graphene oxide in the Pfizer vaccine.

    It is good news that in Joseph’s case none of the horror stories occurred.

    As usual this review contains some gems. The most memorable are the ones where Joseph talks about sin at time 43, where he talks about Biden’s dementia being the spiritual consequences of his compromise with evil and grifting, and where Catherine talks about most economic analyses not having an integrated picture of reality at time 2.40.0.
