Dr. Klinghardt recommended the Coimbra Protocol to me for vitamin D information.

THANK YOU, Melissa. Good to know. I know I had remarkable improvement when I was taking high doses of Vitamin D – no where near this much.
Catherine…I read with interest this week of the conviction of John Stumpf, the past CEO of Wells Fargo. Never again to enter any work with money or securities positions; he has also been fined $17.5 million dollars for the scandals he brought about with the credit card fraud, and other nasties committed by Wells in 2016. They also have fined Carrie Tolstedt ( former Wells Fargo Community Bank head) $25 million dollars. With your experiences in this world, do you think that this is a trend (actual prosecution) in trying to clean up the big banks, or is this just a “fall on the sword” to make an example? I used Wells for years when I was in business, and have watched them go down in all areas in the last 30 years. Dodd Frank, rules and regs, or just plain greed?
Lauran:
I don’t see a trend. This could simply be pressure on DOJ to stop looking like they are playing the kickback game before the election: https://www.amazon.com/Chickenshit-Club-Department-Prosecute-Executives/dp/1501121367
Clearly, FASAB 56 makes it easier for them to do this.
Or this could be the NY Fed & Bushies who now control Fed and DOJ asserting control over the SF/California crowd. With Jamie Dimon getting a big raise there is clearly no rejection of the federal fraud model.
Thanks for this tip, Catherine…will pick the book up…looks very enlightening!
Have you tried Zoom?
I don’t think it’s super secure—but I don’t think it’s worse than Skype.
It’s quickly become the standard of many of the offices
I work in because it just WORKS—much better than Skype and GoToMeeting. It’s the most stable video conferencing software I’ve ever used.
Does conference/non-video calls as well
We use Zoom now for recordings. I think it is a good idea to use it for calls. Will try. Thanks!
Thanks so much for that tip about Zoom, Angela. I’ve been on webinars that utilize it and have been happy with how well it has worked, but it’s nice to hear from someone like you who has experienced the other options extensively. It’s interesting to learn that it works even better than GoToMeeting, a not-so-inexpensive paid service that has become the standard for many U.S. corporations.
One possible alternative to Skype is Jitsi;-) It is an open source project that I first heard of from a guy named Jacob Appelbaum

Will check it out. Thanks!
https://www.forbes.com/sites/briandomitrovic/2020/01/24/the-federal-reserve-should-be-open-to-closing/#6fa157e56a3a
Jan 24, 2020 Forbes: “Fed Should be Open to Closing”.
“The Federal Reserve lacks in a strict sense a governmental mandate. It has no Constitutional reference point, and it arose, by statute in 1913, at the behest of a contemporary banking community that desired it.”” It remains at our disposal to do away with it””.
In Line with the BIS crypto council not including FED
“Constitutionally, the United States is to define the dollar, to “regulate” its value. This clause implies that the Fed should not exist. In defining a dollar classically as an ounce of gold (or today 1/1,500th an ounce), the United States licenses any and all private monetary creators (banks) to create money under that definition”
If you look at the functions it runs, those functions need to be done and the clear mandate from the people is they need and want some of those functions. So the question is if you shut the Fed down who and what will do those functions both domestically and globally. There are ways to transition that will be the successful last step in consolidating the financial coup. Take all the money. Destroy the trail. Shut off the machine. There is a bigger game afoot.
The quarantine of Wuhan, China and its neighboring cities is unprecedented. It’s 18 million people so far within the no travel zone. Most people have already traveled home for the CNY Holiday so the labor force is at its lowest this week. It’s amazing how fast a large store can be cleared out of key items when people get in a mild panic, and it’s not entirely clear how fast the stores can restock given that there are not enough drivers etc. I imagine people will be hesitant to return to work in big cities if the situation gathers momentum in the next week, which it seems is certainly happening now. The psychology of such events is even more intense than the actual risk of the virus.
Everyone should do a thought exercise of what would happen if the world stopped for a week, and try to address the big risk issues. You don’t have to go full prepper mode but having a buffer of key items and addressing the major risks goes a long way. Things can get weird fast.
Could not agree more. EXCELLENT advice. Power outages. Fires. Need to be able to go at least a week mobile or in your home.
I can only imagine what impact everything shutting down for a week would do to people, including potentially increasing their trust level of both government and the media to lead us onward and out of it.
Here is a video that was posted a few days ago by a young Chinese man who is living inside of Wuzan and shares how things are really like there. Shows how you cannot count on the system when things break down.

Only off by 14 trillion. Fasb 56 is in high gear.
Full on coup. We are in a very fluid situation for sure.
Let’s win by getting the $21 Trillion back!

East indian company style?

I have a lot more to read, but my impression was the East Indian company helped subsidized the government. This model is quite the opposite.
Secure Act Strips Trillions from the middle class
“Under the insidiously named Secure Act (Setting Every Community Up for Retirement Enhancement) the children who could previously inherit their parent’s IRA and take the Required Minimum Distribution based on their own age – effectively giving them the ability to compound that inherited IRA over their own lifetime on a tax-sheltered basis – will now be required to reduce the account to zero (yes, ZERO!) over a period of ten years. This former provision was previously known as the “Stretch IRA.” Now it’s become the “Shrink IRA.”
In addition to wiping out one of the best chances that debt-strapped Millennials ever had to obtain a decent standard of living, the Secure Act will also involuntarily push that Millennial into a higher tax bracket in the years he is forced to take outsized distributions from a large, inherited IRA.
For both the original owner of an IRA and the eventual beneficiary, distributions from an IRA are taxed as ordinary income. Since the Millennials will likely be in their peak earning years when their parent dies and names them a beneficiary to the IRA, that means that one-tenth of the total IRA account will have to be added to their taxable income each year or an even larger lump sum added to their income and taxed in the tenth year. No matter how you slice it, for large IRA accounts, the Millennial is bleeding wealth to taxes.”
Pretty ugly. Wonder if the next step will be to force purchases of US Treasuries.
Catherine / Solari Subscribers living in Southern Nevada:
Hi:
I am an economic refugee from the San Francisco Bay Area and I have been living and working in Las Vegas since 2013 ( I saw the housing $$$ crunch coming early ) . The move brought about many positive changes like being able to buy a home and not having sacrifice family and health in order to pay for the ever increasing cost of living. Some of the trade-offs of living here is the lack of quality food and produce (Yes, we grow great stuff in our backyard) , finding good healthcare (It’s here you just have to look) and accessing quality cultural events and museums.
I am an interested in starting a Solari Circle for those of us that are in Southern Nevada. It is my hope that we can share ideas and experiences that will enrich our lives here.
I can be contacted via email at markthelocksmith@protonmail.com
All the best.
Mark Weiss
PS: Catherine feel free to mention this in your podcast if you wish
Will do. I will put Nevada on the consideration list for a gathering the next time I come through. Am usually there once a year. Just spent a few days in Carson City.
If you’ll be driving through Southern California and we can grab a meal together, Catherine, or if you’ll be planning another get together here, please let me know!
Jim:
No plans for California. I will let you know if that changes.
Catherine
Mark:
Thanks! Will do. Encourage others who want to do the same to post their contact information here.
