  1. “Guard your heart”. Yes Miss Catherine, every word in that section should be considered and applied to each of our lives. As you often say we create our own reality. Hard times 4th Turning Human Winter……..we better do all we can to see, know, prepare as best we can. Buckle up, Human Spring is yrs away. Each of us shining our light will help, can help others.

  2. Heart disease…..clogged arties high blood pressure, breast cancer, most if not all auto immune disease, PCOS, ED etc……..what drives it or causes it. To much insulin in the blood, what drives that Carbs/glucose. At any one time we will have 4 grams in the blood. What happens when we eat a banana with 118 grams. It fires up the pancreas cranking out the hormone insulin, the cells and body have no choice they plump up and store fat. Amy Berger has a Masters in Nutrition.     Your thoughts on the Coronavirus and shoring manufacturing outside China is very real. The Chinese New Year holidays has been extended another week. Factories are closed till the 17th. I wouldn’t be surprised that the PRC’s response to the biowarfare is to hurt Trump’s “glowing” economy. It’s pretty incredible. It’s got everyone thinking we need to move out of China in the apparel manufacturing sector or diversify countries. I got an email from a elastic waistband manufacturer from Greece saying with the virus outbreak why continue to buy from China?

    Which is why I am more focused than ever before on making hemp/organic cotton underwear in the US. I talked to a textile dye house base in Philadelphia who told me that Hanes contacted him because they were considering manufacturing in the US again and are looking for dye houses to work with. His response was pretty interesting. He said I am not going to commit 80% of my working capacity to a company that can make the decision in a year or two oh we’re moving out of the US again. Pretty intriguing response.

    Just in a few months I’ve spoken to apparel manufacturers in NY & LA but also in surprising places like Alabama, Texas, New Mexico. It’s really a shame that the US spend the last 20 years blowing up trillions in the desserts of Arabia instead of infrastructure because if this plan of reshoring back to the US is going to work they need the roads, bridges, and energy to do it. A couple of things China has over the US are huge population and major infrastructure. Things work in China. Who came up with the plan that one country can do 70% of the world’s manufacturing?

    1. I might suggest taking a look at Chris Martenson’s ( Peak Prosperity ) Youtube Channel. He has a PHD in Neurotoxicology and has been doing daily updates on both CoVid19 information and it economic impact. In my opinion he is doing a good job with sorting out what is really going on vs the ChiComm / Popular Media narrative.

      2. I started to watch Chris’s latest presentation yesterday as I like his work and I know he is trained in this area and stopped about 5-10 min in.

        Chris believes that the dangers to the G-7 and Commonwealth populations from the coronavirus are greater than I do – other than the vaccine. The vaccines will be very dangerous and the related social controls. As a physical safety matter I am more concerned about the low grade biological warfare that has been targeted at the G-7/Commonwealth population over the last 20 years and is happening now, ever day, day-after-day and the implications of what it means that we are financing governments and corporations that are intentionally drowning us in toxins that make us weak and chronically sick all to be “solved” by the most expensive medical establishment in history. The death rates now from mind control are astonishingly greater than what is likely from the coronavirus. For US residents, some of the greater economic dangers are your community gets torched or targeted with low grade biological warfare so Mr Global can take the land for all the outsourcing he or she is swinging back in. Or a variety of global parties decide to fight back in similar ways. If the coronavirus is bio-warfare as I believe it is, then retaliation is on the way.

        Perhaps the forces of light will re-target the coronaviruses at the Beck Brothers. Wouldn’t that be a great twist of fate. Boomerang bio-warfare. All the more reason to raise your vibration level.

        2. Thanks for this post…I also like Peak Prosperity and have read “Crash Course” but I also had to stop watching the virus videos. With his background, he has said very little, if anything at all, about what some are calling the “autism epidemic” or as Mary Holland titled one of her books the “Vaccine Epidemic.” I understand why someone would avoid this topic but it also makes it hard to understand the motivation for video after video of a virus epidemic.

          Glad to see Del Bigtree as the hero of the week…
          And, look forward to the report with Mary Holland…another hero.

Hello Catherine, I hope all is well in your world- I happened to be watching of all things Netflix & I actually saw a really good documentary on opioid drugs devastation in a neighborhood in Louisiana- I think it really shows what your talking about in our local neighborhoods. This thing put feet to the concept & totally made it real – It’s called the Pharmacist! If you have time check it out- your principle of turtle forth comes alive!

  8. Catherine, Dark Journalist Daniel Liszt is doubling down on his Kerry-Romney “Hail Mary Pass” ticket as a last ditch effort to stop Trump. How realistic does that look from where you sit?

    1. No idea. If he is saying it, I suspect they are in discussions. Question is would they announce now or wait for the democratic convention when it stalls. If it is true they are likely representing an establishment violently opposed to both Trump (primarily because of damage done to international allies) and Sanders (because of “socialism) and know that if Hillary Clinton is the compromise Democratic candidate, it could destroy the US establishment reputation for good – or at least what is left of it.

      1. I accept that they would try it, but it’s hard to figure it would work without a big buildup, which would allow for a big tear-down. The Hail Mary failed with Brady at one end and Gronk at the other in Super Bowl 52. Neither of these proposed guys is a proven winner. It’s averaging, not additive.

        1. It would only work if they can organize strong support of moderates in both parties. If they got a wide enough coalition it could work. But they would need a lot more on the Republican side.

          1. I think that’s the real challenge, now. Moderates among the Democrats don’t have a home and the Republicans have become so beleaguered by the constant attacks that they would probably not cross over. Some evidence of this is the turnout for Trump in New Hampshire, which was quite substantial even though there was no opposition. I think the whole Hate-Trump-athon has completely backfired if it ever was even a plan and not just emotionally-driven.

  9. Trumps budget proposal is intresting…

    1) SS/Med Untouched to keep the elders complacent.
    2) Rip out the safety net and double down on homeland security
    3) Keep military spending the “Same” but channel a 12% increase into NASA/Space force
    4)Increase federal employee pay
    5)Gut the environment and education.

    This national neoliberalism looks like we’re shifting into a Chinese model.

    Looks like there giving up on the bottom 60%, 80%?

  10. Catherine, what is the agenda behind forcing U.S. Army soldiers to take a revised Army Physical Fitness Test (APFT)? I heard one soldier say recently that the older folks won’t be able to pass so they will have to retire or get out, and then the Army will lose a lot of institutional knowledge. That made me think, maybe the Pentagon wants to get rid of its institutional knowledge. I know that sounds weird, but I can think of no other explanation for why they would make soldiers in their 40s and 50s have to take a test where they have to lift 140 lbs and so forth. Also, this bizarre test is “gender-neutral.” This is ridiculous. What do you think is behind all this?

    1. They likely want to clean house and lower expenses, attempting to bring in cheaper, more technology adapted recruits.
