    First I am half way through Deep State Tactics 101. BRAVO ! Very on Point !

    Question: What is your general opinion on the use of a 401K for retirement? I recall Franklin Sanders talking about them in an uneasy way. Mainly due to the fact that you really do not have full title to your funds until you can withdraw them without penalty. Not to mention in my case there are very limited fund choices within my employer’s 401K offerings and no way to examine them completely now due to FASB56. Would it not be more prudent to goto hard assets outside of a 401K in order to maintain a sense of diligence and control? .. I don’t want my money to be tapeworm food 🙂

      There are significant tax benefits to sheltering these contributions and getting related matches. However, the potential for game playing by the system are significant. Please see: https://library.solari.com/financial-coup-detat-your-401k/

      To a certain extent that game playing can go on with any funds you are going to have in the brokerage/securities system unless the 401k plan you are working with has a private equity, local investment and/or PMS in a depository option.

      I have seen individual situations where it made sense to do a 40k and others where it made no sense. Part of it is deciding whether you want to have money “in the system” and whether you have sufficient assets to have plenty outside the system in addition to the 401k.

      As for me – this is not a financial decision. This a “gestalt” decision. My experience is that the 401K regulatory structure has no integrity – I don’t want it in my life – legally or energetically. I want to be free to say on the Solari Report whatever I believe is in the best interests of my subscribers without worrying about whether the deep state will fiddle with my 401k.

      My situation is different than yours.

      Lots of talk about creating local options with 401ks. Alas a lot will be with scams like opportunity zones….making sure we completely mind control the last mile.

      1. Just got a marketing on new push for self directed 401s/IRAs in local investments – looks like it is dovetailing with Opportunity Zones. Beware big scams coming on this one. The few done right could be good. But likely will be a 1998 style fever mess.
