   Actionable advice for safety once federal cash flows stop including foodstamps?

   Deadbolts and guns?

   1. Networking with neighbors and local sheriff (if clean)
      Support to local foodbanks to help support and help out
      Planning with local schools, rotary, chamber and local businesses, churches and temples
      Neighborhood watch organizing
      Have 1-2 month food supply and cash
      Be on look out for false flag and covert operations – ideally joint with network
      Arrange for local municipality to provide supplemental appropriations for extra enforcement personnel
      Crash effort to create local employment – crowdfund local opportunities
      yes, having guns can help. But helping people who are starving is more helpful.

      Efforts to increase local food growing, production and markets

         There is a lot we can learn from functioning societies of 4th world peoples… everything can go to hell, and they won’t really notice… because their societies are functional, and their greatest asset is a shared currency of close relationships

Solari has reported on this sort of thing in the past, however, we need to all be continually aware that this practice is potentially being done more than one would hope…

   1. Yes, I posted the Last Refuge version yesterday This kind of thing is going to be happening more and more. This was not serious. But the technique is. The professionalism and covert investment in slick disinformation is rising. Time consuming. Frustrating.

5. What to make of the $100B Russian sale of US Treasuries Greg Hunter reported? Higher interest rates? Tighter money? A smaller economy must ensue from a re-shoring of industry, but on the other hand, the smaller perimeter could mean a deeper pool domestically. This could result in desperately-needed investment in infrastructure, and an apparently good economy for the household of Joe and Mary Blow. Thoughts?

   1. The Russian’s are preparing to be as independent of US sanctions and dirty tricks as possible. In addition, the US dollar is high now. If you want to sell because you need cash or to diversify, now is a good time to do it. They have been on a long term plan to diversify their reserves and reduce dependence of the dollar for quite some time. Our abrogating missile promises and using more and more financial sanctions have pushed them in this direction. I posted a lot of links in the 2017 Annual Wrap up to describe all the institutional steps they have established, including with the Chinese, to establish relative dollar independence.

I’d really appreciate any thoughts abut this information. I just heard about this, and can not say that I agree w/ all of Dr. Wolf’s political views. I do think she cares about Freedom and the Constitution. Also, have you read her book about the blueprint to close down an open society? I think she was spot on with that. Thank You for any input. After listening to your interview with Harry Blazer on the Deep State, and you and Dr Farrell discussing our now fascist government, I wondered if there are any countries in the world that might be better places to live than the US? I know several people who have moved to Mexico. Another friend moved to New Zealand. But since it’s a global phenomenon do you think it’s better to just stay put? Thanks very much.

   1. Diane:

      Very complicated question. There are many places that are better to live than most places in the states because they are either lower cost or safer/less mind control. However, critical that you have community and not be a stranger. If you are interested in exploring, I would recommend getting a subscription to International Living and taking everything with a grain of salt. Then if you are interested in exploring, go visit.

   What’s up with the media outlets trying to silence Trump on the border wall?

   First there was this bizarre boycott to not allow the POTUS give a speech from the Oval Office now Don Lemmon suggests putting his speech from the Oval Office on a delay. What the hell is that about? Trump has been making speeches about the wall now for weeks. What’s the hoopla about?

   There’s something they are afraid he’s going to say.

   1. He has threatened martial law. Big mistake especially with FASAB 56 now in place. Now the world is organizing to make sure he can not do so. If he does, it will be suicide. He opens the door. Deep State drives through. Handing the keys to the kingdom. He would lose most if not all control he has. Does not have Kelly and Mattis in place to make sure he commands loyalty of line military. And opportunity for bad guys around the world to take advantage. More experienced people understand the danger involved. I doubt he does. Looks to me like someone is playing him big time.

      1. He needs Kelly to come back.

         As much as I admire Trump for sticking his neck out becoming president, his weakness is he thinks he can do this on his own. He can’t. Kelly was his best ally.

         I pray he makes the right decision.

      2. Very interesting, so under martial law the deep state will take control? How would he be handing over the keys?

         1. Because they have free access to the Treasury on a secret basis and highly flexible laws. Trump would lose control of the machinery once he created the opportunity with FASAB 56 combined with martial law. Remember, secret service guns turn out – and in. Secretary of Treasury Mncuchin is Goldman Sachs royalty and Skull and Bones. He will do what he is told. If Trump had Mnuchin organizing it, he would have all the money he needs for the Wall without a shutdown. So the the shutdown, a national emergency or martial law are totally unnecessary. So the question is – what is the goal here? Someone is shutting off someone’s money.

   2. My view is last night, Pelosi and Schumer made their concession speeches on the Border Wall. They couldn’t have been weaker-looking or less-persuasive. I think the Democrat coalition is fracturing, largely as a result of giving these two relics the leadership positions. The records show they have previously been undeniable and emphatic supporters of the wall. I imagine someone is loudly snapping their control files off-camera.

9. Deciphering the deep state factions or “intergenerational pools of capital” would be a great topic.

   If there is a Rockefeller-Netenyaho-Sheldon Adelson-trump faction V.S. -Bush-Clinton-Rothschild.

   Could be also be described as :Israeli firsters v.s. globalists
   Feudalistic money men v.s. Complete global control Order(NWO).

   Between the Brexit, and Trump election, trump bashing FED I believe there has to be a confrontation. Someone doesn’t want to be thrown under the bus.

   Or it could be a huge disinformation operation.

   1. Looks to me like there is a Rothschild line and the old Rockefeller line. Part of the challenge is the “WE” created by the Kennedy Assassination is now being dissolved by the deaths. Dillon. Rockefeller. Bush. This was a more or less cohesive group that ruled USA for decades. How they have passed. Where is the cohesion? Different generations are vying with very different point of view. Less patience. Less need for appearances – well at least less understanding of the value of appearances.

      1. That’s the North American branch of the deep state.

         Catherine I went to a really interesting exhibit at the Met Breur called Everything is Connected: Art and Conspiracy. It was everything I hoped it would be. First thing that I saw when coming off of the elevator was a portrait of Lee Harvey Oswald. It’s on artists’ perception on conspiratorial topics. Part of me wondered who really are these artists… It cover everything and I wondered if viewers got the message that all these topics are connected…

         Towards the end of the exhibit was an extremely anal charts that had dots connecting through out the piece. Inside each dot was was a subject for example Bank of Credit & Commerce Int Karachi-Lux-London then he would track and connect transactions that came from that one subject. The artist’s name WAS Mark Lombardi. I googled him and found a Newsweek article on him titled “Mark Lombardi’s Art Was Full of Conspiracies—Now His Death Has Become One.”

         Just before that Dark Journalist aired an X episode on Steiner Vs X Protect. X Protect is the label for the agencies protecting the secret finance, the deep state, etc using the X stenography. I can’t remember how we got on the topic of spiders but there’s a reference to webs, ie world wide web. So when I saw Lombardi’s work at this exhibit it became so clear to me. Labels like Rothchild and Rockefellers are an over simplification. It’s a distilled thought concept. When in fact it’s much deeper, wider, and REALLY complicated to explain. Which is why so many people sound nuts when talking about conspiracy theories because it’s so broad and vast.
         So when the curator of the exhibit puts the Lombardi’s work at the end it was a strong message that all of these events are not individual but connected. Again, I don’t think many people got it.

         When Dr. Farrell calls the Rothchilds and the Rockefeller’s middle management I understand better what he really means. Which makes me wonder who’s upper management to Mr. Global…

         Poor Mark Lombardi. I wonder what dot he connect that got him killed.

         1. Oh by the way the Met also had a Delacroix exhibit. It ended Sat. and it was beautiful. I can share some photos if you like. I couldn’t take too many because it was so crowed

         2. If you have a link that covers this exhibit would love to post. Lombardi was quite talented. The leadership hates good visuals. It is why they stole our GIS software and hit me with $100,000 a year of make work expense.

            1. The Art and Conspiracy exhibition closed on the 6th. So did the Delcroix exhibit. I just caught it on the last day.

               He was talented and it was an excellent visual. He must of spent years doing that research. It was interesting because the Met Breur is a sister museum to the Met held the exhibition. The Met is an establishment organization so what are they trying to say? I watched the people who viewed the exhibition some older from the hippie generation who had looks of affirmation on their faces on what they felt and thought at the time to younger people not knowing what to think. It was a weird and telling exhibit. I was worried it was going to be a disinformation ploy but it wasn’t. It touched on everything from JFK, aliens, Kissinger, Black Panthers, MK Ultra, pedophilia to 9/11.

               There’s another exhibit I like to recommend and it connects to Darkjournalist’s work and theosophy. It’s being held at the Guggenheim and the artist’s name is Hilda Af Klint. I haven’t seen it yet and it’s top of my list.

            2. Institutions are struggling with the effort to maintain market share while attracting the crowd. Klint looks like one of Farrell’s nightmares. For a second I thought you meant klimt whose landscapes are some of my very favorite. So a lot of them in the Belvedere in Vienna this summer. Really appreciate your keeping us up to date on the art flowing through New York – one of the REAL benefits of living in a megacity.

            3. You know I thought about Dr. Farrell in reference to Af Klint’s work but her story is interesting and connects to the Dark Journalist’s X work.

               She studied at the Swedish art academy and became involved with Theosophy in the early part of the 20th century. She was part of a group called the Five which held seances and her artwork were messages from their readings. She was commissioned by a mysterious donor to create artwork from the messages she receives during their seances and was not to show her work til the mid of the century because humanity would not be ready for her messages which happens to be a reoccurring theme in Theosophy. She envisioned displaying her work in a spiral space, this vision came before the Guggenheim was built.

               They delay releasing the show for another 20 years and opened in 2018. They show has been so popular they extended it for another two more months closing in April 2019. The images that were created are images from another dimension. While Dr. Farrell is justified in his arguments about modern art, this exhibit should be about bringing coherence not incoherence through color and form. The majority of the public do not know about Theosophy but it really doesn’t matter some how it should reach the viewer.

               I don’t know how I will react to the show but I am very excited to see it.

               Yes, it is a plus to experience such great art living in a megacity. They have to give us something….

            4. Thank you for Hilma Af Klint. Very interesting. She is very very close to the art of Emma Kunz of Würenlos, Switzerland. Please check her out. She made her geometric drawings using and incorporating cosmological principles, as she claimed. She was a known and sought-after healer and claimed to read what amounts to encoded scientific information in her own works. She defines her work as being “measure, rhythm, symbol and transformation of number and principle”.

               I agree this is not “just” modern art. In addition to being an artist and a healer she was also a researcher of terrestrial energy currents and their effects on biology. The website does not fully do her credit: https://www.emma-kunz.com/en/emma-kunz/
