When The Dutch Ruled The World
Depressing appraisal of things this week. In the Kushner matter, consider that his involvement with Netanyahu may be a staged situation to make the opposition’s heads blow up again. They cannot openly oppose Israel to their base, but need to speak ill of all things Trump, so the slices get very thin, indeed. The beauty of a Kush-net shot is that no matter where the ball bounces, it comes out good for Trump and bad for the likes of Schumer and Schiff.
John:
It is fine to support the President. It is another thing to allow Middle East policy to be driven by what gets the Kushner family a building refinance. 666 is refinanced – thank you Qataris – while children lack decent nutrition in America and the Middle East.
If you look at the President’s face when he signed the Golan heights order, it looked to me like he wanted to throw up while Netanyahu and Kushner were having a party. He told Kelly he wanted Kushner back in NY – too bad he did not get it done before he traded Mattis and Kelly for the guy who engineered FASAB 56.
Accountability applies to all parties. Trump lead FASAB 56. He owns the Swamp – and the swamp is in full bloom.
The Kush-net shot has gotten lots of children exterminated in the Golan Heights. O right, I forgot, they are expendable.
You need to face the fact that the same people who are destroying property rights in the Golan Heights are destroying them in the California fires and are working up to destroying yours with plays like carbon taxes and the new green deal.
If the people in the Golan Heights are expendable, then so are you and I. A Jewish friend of mine after the election said to me about the Kushners, “These are dreadful people. You will see”
Read the book – she was right.
My 2 cents.
Catherine
Catherine,
I do recognize Israel as a perennial troublemaker in the Middle East. With or without Kushners, they are totalitarians who abuse their own citizens, especially when they are not of the ruling creed. You very well might be right that Trump was hurt by his own kin, but I am hoping he sees a way through it– a way to make lemonade out of lemons.
You undoubtedly see more than do I, but on the whole I think we are only seeing a quarter of the circle, so a lot of things we might imagine are linked have connections related through things we don’t even know about and accordingly we can only retrospectively associate them. On the whole, I see only negative guidance available through the European model. “Don’t do what we did,” in other words. Call me a boy scout, but I still believe in the idea of America, if not the praxis of it.
I am already a victim in my own right after geo-storm Florence– and other things.
Yes, I believe in the idea of America. That is why I hold Trump accountable for FASAB 56. We are strong enough to deal with the facts. He did it. It is real. I hope Trump can find the lemonade too. Cancelling the Paris Agreement and making the world unsafe for common core were lots of lemonade. No Clinton in the White House even more.
I couldn’t agree more Catherine but there’s a connection missing.
Following the Dark Journalist’s work, Trump is not as ill prepared player as one might believe. This man had his uncle who was connected with the UFO files, Nixon as a “friend”,affiliations with the Astors, and Roy Cohn who was his lawyer in the 80’s and from Dr. Farrell’s new book on the McCarthy hearings, Cohn worked with McCarthy and a far more deep state player than we realized. That guy knew stuff. Trump has been saying non chalantly for years he WILL be president of the US. Not he’ll run but he WILL be president.
So something is not connecting. I don’t think these people around him are by accident, including Kushner being married to his daughter and his own connections with Russians. My gut is telling me he deliberately put himself in these situations. For sure Nixon and Cohn must of advised him on what will happen when he’ll become president. If ANYONE knows ANYTHING about hearings it’s Cohn. Please, someone like Cohn would have laughed at Mueller and bareknuckled punched his way through that investigation. If he was alive today and Trump made him AG for sure he would NOT have recused himself. That guy was not afraid of anyone. I just think Trump set himself up with a den of vipers and doesn’t have the right back up. After the Dark Journalist’s interview with Dr. Farrell on his new book, I did a google search on Roy Cohn. Being a NYer I knew of him. I was 16 when he died. He was something of a NYC character. I found an NPR article titled Trump says out loud Where’s my Roy Cohn? The article was dated Jan 2018.
Yup, Trump is swimming in the swamp and we’ll see how he gets himself out of it.
This is the article and turns out a documentary came out in Jan of this year called Where’s my Roy Cohn? documenting Trump and Cohn’s connection.
It’s so interesting how serendipitous things are coming out. Dr. Farrell’s intuition lead him to write that book and uncover more than he realized. Just fascinating.

Generally, I agree with you, Najat. I think Trump has Nixon’s time capsule–and a lot more. Still, Catherine is probably right to question the Kushners. It may have been an arranged marriage for political purposes and we cannot say how deep the ties go. As for the military comings and goings in the Trump administration, there are going to be places the players CAN go and others they cannot, so their contributions might be inherently useful, but also limited. As I suggested, we are only seeing a slice of the whole pie, so a lot of missing information is out there.
John,
Anybody who owns a building with the number 666 can not be on the right side… I think that’s the only building in NYC with the address starting 666. Catherine questioning the Kushners is 100% correct.
I just don’t think Trump is “unprepared” as we’d like to think. He’s not going into anything blind. Trump has said it himself, I’ve prepared my entire life for this moment and I believe him. He doesn’t boast for nothing.
I think he’s had a lot of failed plans, is what I think is going on. That’s why he’s in the poops right now. The fact that he continues to push for peace with Russia is a glimmer of hope. The day that ends its a wrap.
All I can say is we’ll see.
Looks like “Bibi” is in for another term.
For a little cognitive dissonance… the WTO ruled in favor of the U.S., after Trudeau filed a complaint about our 20% tariffs on softwood lumber. We won the dispute.
WTO is an Emperor with no clothes, and one bilateral trade agreement after another must be rattling their cage. Trump made them look like the rotten corrupt global trade organization they are.
This president is truly a mixed bag… but I’ll take the win, small as it may be in the scheme of things. Hope we get a China trade agreement without going to war.
Yes. Agreed.
Thank you Catherine. I am reading the book. You put it very well and I for one, am in agreement 100%. Author Vicky Ward very bluntly describes “Javanka” as a couple … “a toxic mix of ignorance and arrogance”. We are led by a troika, in my mind, a criminal triad. She mentions that 68% of Trump’s campaign funds came from the pockets of Americans who gave $200 or less. She compared that to 28% in the Obama campaign and 22% for Clinton. The American people paid to get this guy in the White House hoping he would stand for them. Instead, these people in flyover country are being disastrously ruined by weather warfare and did Trump even go to the Midwest to survey the destruction and suffering of the people who put him in office? No, he went instead, to a zionist conference in Las Vegas to get his next marching orders from Sheldon Adelson. Shouldn’t that tell us all we need to know about the psychopaths we seem to continue to put in power.
Now that he is in the machinery he is in the red button and deep state squeezes and to get things done has done deals with the Bushies and the Netanyahu backers. Ugly place to be. Remember – without an 80% backing, he is a prisoner of the machinery.
I liked Eva Joly from The Spider’s Web Documentary, I thought it was a great film.
My favorite book from Dr Michael Hudson was Super Imperialism. I’m pretty sure Michael use to work at the same collage as William K Black…
Whats the End Game/Long Term Plan of the Slow Burn?
Total control
Am I the only one annoyed NATO’s chief gave a speech in front of both Houses of Congress promoting NATO? That didn’t sit well with me.
Lobbying FOR more NATO war toys ….
When I was in Denmark a member of the audience snapped at a lecturer who mentioned Nato that Denmark had passed a law making it a crime to criticize Nato with a maximum penalty of 12 years in prison. The member of the audience sounded afraid for his own liabilities if he was in the room when someone else might say something. I tried to find confirmation of such a law actually being passed and adopted. I could only find an article about the proposal, so I am not sure if it was adopted. But the experience was more than creepy.
yikes…
There is much to Europe in terms of its civilization, art and architecture. but what Americans should appreciate about OUR traditions is the freedoms we (are at lease SUPPOSED to) have guaranteed. Speech is not free in Europe and that should be enough to put anyone off it. I’d rather live among free-speaking philistines than among muzzled highbrows and aesthetes. On the other hand what would be the point of living among muzzled philistines, which is where we are heading if we don’t guard against speech codes and whatnot.
(I am reminded of the scene from Catch-22, where the character Nately is debating the old Italian man: NATELY: It’s better to die on one’s feet than to live on one’s knees! OIM: I think you have it wrong. It’s better to live on one’s feet than to die on one’s knees.
Nately wanted to smash the old man’s leering face.
Quoting from memory, but I am pretty sure I am close.)
Yup. This is why understanding the Scottish enlightenment is so valuable. Speech is no longer free in the US – it is very expensive. Solari pays a very high financial price for the privelege of free speech. We insist it should be free. We do our best to function as if it were free. But our cash flows and budget underscores the day to day costs of information warfare.
The treats don’t seem good enough to get in line for, especially if the exchange is to shut up. While I subscribe to the injunction that discretion is the better part of valor, it is not discretion to countenance grotesque injustice–something that both sides of the political aisle should concur upon.
I thank god I grew up in a time with school teachers who had that classic civic American minds and instilled in us. I feel sorry for this newer generation with their liberal bubble headed teachers erasing student pronouns and thinking its wonderful.
I say it all the time, Americans understand freedom.
David Hume is a really good reference point for the Scottish Enlightenment,, and the Swiss were a really huge influence on the American system as well. The best way to keep speech free is to make it impossible to stop. If only we had a world wide decentralized architecture with censorship resistance at the foundational level;-) In the future we can use quantum entanglement. There’s no bandwidth restrictions, and it stays connected with no towers radiating us at all, even at the other end of the universe. The communication can’t even be intercepted because it’s literally teleporting from point A to point B with nothing in between to even grab…
I think the Good God preordained the birthplace of George Orwell… whose life and work were it’s own irony, given the surveillance state his native country has become.
The U.K. government has decided it’s time for the Government of the U.K. to control and regulate speech on the internet. In a way, just an “add on” layer of control for a nation that is not terribly far away from Chinese levels of mass surveillance.
I’m pretty up to speed on the surveillance state and the weaponization of information for thought control, and it’s tactics. I STILL have many moments of “mind boggle” at what I am watching happen in America around freedom and speech.
Even knowing the path we were sliding down 10 years ago… I wouldn’t have believed things could ever be this overt. “Get them when they are young…” has turned into a smashing success on the road to “Idiocracy”.

Entrainment and mind control are very powerful when applied along with the full toolkit of control tactics.
Truly enjoyed the story of Gideon with Thomas Meyer. Thank you!!
Looking forward to this week’s Money & Markets … seems that SO much is going on. The Dems are really putting up ridiculous views and I’m astounded that my liberal friends actually AGREE with them. The power of repeated propaganda is truly effective.
Can you give an overview as to why anyone would buy negative interest rate bonds? Why not move the money to US Treasuries? Confusing ….
Thanks !!
Have you read Caveat Emptor? https://home.solari.com/caveat-emptor-why-investors-need-to-do-due-diligence-on-u-s-treasury-and-related-securities/
Thought Solari subscribers would find this interesting: In December 2018, the Kennedy Center’s National Symphony Orchestra in Washington, DC performed a new symphony by composer Mason Bates called ‘Art of War.’ In this YT video, Bates explains how he was inspired by the Iraq war, the violence on the battlefield and also how money funds war. His symphony includes original field recordings of weapons testing and the sounds of the US Mint printing presses. Here is the YT video link: https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=1JO2kifpG8I&list=WL&index=3
Fascinating and dreadful at the same time!
Catherine?
Armstrong economics posted a plea for people to contact politicians and protest the jailing of Chelsea Manning.
It’s a blatant violation of our Constitution.
I think the same thing happened to him
and he was jailed and tortured.
I read Armstrong economics everyday and have never seen him ask people to protest via contacting politicians and the White House.
After I answered a subscribers question about Martin Armstrong work, he was thrown off of his email list. So I am not current on his work. I would describe him as thin skinned
Interesting event that happened over the weekend in the US. A young rapper named Nipsy Hustle was gunned down what was televised as a gang shooting. The interesting thing is the internet is a blaze with conspiracy theories on his death. Turns out the young rapper was going to make a documentary on Dr. Sebi and his court case regarding his claim in curing AIDS.
Botched shooting gone a rye?
This is an interesting quick 3 min video. Nigel Farge’s speech to the EU parliament comparing the EU’s deal to the Treaty of Versailles…
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=L5w6mwKzuJE
Farage is right. Britain and the EU would be better off with an April 12 leave.
It’s the end of March of 2019 and this year couldn’t be any more dramatic. I thought this was interesting to share.
India becomes 4th ‘space superpower’ as it shoots down satellite at 300km – Modi.
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=A2QRMESyyAs
The folks I know in the industry, are furious at India for this satellite test, and how it was conducted.
Everyone is hoping the debris gets grabbed by terrestrial gravity. If it isn’t, it’s a full on mess for existing satellites and the Space Station.
Yup. Puts lives and big money at risk. China did something similar a decade ago. It is an announcement that you are in the club and can not be bullied – if you are, you will and can wreck havoc. Satellite debris is a greater threat to the deep state than a nuclear bomb. The company that figures out space debris clean up and establishes the early lead and moot will be worth trillions.
Free Speech ALERT!!!
EU passes Article 13…
https://gizmodo.com/a-dark-day-copyright-law-that-threatens-the-internet-a-1833570802
Catherine,
I’m trying to wrap my mind around the EU passing article 13. It’s so confusing because its not selling the EU in the best light. There’s one country “trying” to leave, objections from other countries, Germans are protesting the passing of this, the EU parliament can not be that much in a bubble… Or are they?
Quite a mess. One of the impulses is profit on copyrights. Another is more control – privatizing the Internet. The devil is in the details and it will take 2 years before they fully emerge.
Catherine,
I had a come to Jesus moment yesterday where I realized these people have an agenda and they don’t care what we think or have to say about it. Having that moment was quite liberating.
So now my agenda is to maneuver myself around it and thrive.
Yup. Farmer and chickens. Way it is.
My favorite guru was giving a lecture and someone asked him would he start a political party.
His response was priceless and worth the time to listen to.

Catherine is the Slow burn an attack on all the classes or specifically the upper middle and below?
Are we looking at a future of
1) Neo-Feudalistic Society with tiers like .001%(oligarchs)-5%(lords)-95%(serfs)
2) or a Dystopian Agenda 21/2030 esque nightmare.
Is this what the Elites factions are waring about, left(socialism/green new deal) vs Right(privatization). Mabey it’s all the same
This is a bit of a coincidence Catherine. The day after Mueller ends his investigation Trump signs the right Israel has over the Golan Heights…. Part of the deal?
https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=DRMs2K7DSY8&t=3s
Very possible. Reminds me of the Clinton Impeachment. Turning over telecommunications and IT systems security to Israel is suicide.
How interesting that we’re signing a declaration stating who has the rights to specific land in the Middle East. Note how both of them in the video are wearing the exact same colored suit, with white shirts, and red power ties. This is to make the statement that the U.S. and Israel are both totally united, and don’t f*!k with us!
Regarding Israel and telecommunications, did you see this segment on 60 Minutes Sunday night? They discussed their software that can hack into people’s cell phones and steal the data worldwide, but of course it will only be utilized to get the bad guys.
