  1. Dear Ms. Fitts,

More that I listen to you the more I think you will find value in an experimental leadership course I’m involved with. Instead of studying strategies of leaders, the course emphasize on the ‘being’ of a leader. And one of the key essences of the course is being authentic. But not just being authentic, because the attempt to be authentic on top of our inauthenticities is like putting cake frosting on cow dung, thinking that that will make the cow dung go down well. We have arrived at the surprise conclusion that the path to authenticity is to be authentic about our own inauthenticities. I think that very much relates to when you talk about in the interview about “clear out the secrets and lies that hurt each other” in “As it is in Heaven”.

The course will be offer at Dartmouth this summer ( http://dms.dartmouth.edu/dean/leadership/ ). I really would like to invite you to attend the course, as I really think you will find immense value for you and your subscriber. And it is also a good opportunities to network with other leaders in the course.

An lay man’s introduction and abstract of the course can be found here ( http://ssrn.com/abstract=1392406 ). Feel free to contact me if you have any questions.

    Julian
