I try to exercise serious discretion when discussing the alien question. My first concern is the potential for disinformation. The disinformation around this topic is significant and growing. Two stories can help you understand the dangers.

The first story is about the effort by a group associated with the U.S. Navy and CIA to persuade me that aliens exist and live among us:

The second is Carol Rosin’s story of Wernher von Braun’s warning that “Mr. Global” would play the alien card to centralize control after the war on terror and various other ops (such as Covid-19) ran out of steam. These are the games that the few play to control the many.

That said, we simply cannot understand what is happening in our world until we grapple with the trillions of dollars of mysterious hardware flying around in our skies and the growing secrecy overwhelming our governments and financial system. Bringing transparency to this area of our lives and the extraordinary technology it has generated is essential—both for cultural sanity and our pocketbooks. Whatever this phenomenon actually is, it is the primary source of inequality, and it is bankrupting many of us. It is also having a significant impact on our society’s strategic direction and allocation of resources going forward. This includes the central bank’s current “Going Direct” Reset, which is building the train tracks to control us centrally through digital financial systems.

The single best book for newcomers to this topic is Richard Dolan’s UFOs for the 21st Century Mind. You will find it recommended in our Annual Wrap Ups under “best books” for the coming year. It explores all aspects of what is happening and numerous areas where it is impacting our lives. If this is a new topic for you, start there. Richard has always been exceptionally careful—despite extensive research—about speaking publicly regarding the question of whether aliens exist or live among us. This last summer, he finally gave an executive briefing for members of his website about his assessment and then decided to quickly publish this information in book form. The Alien Agendas: A Speculative Analysis of Those Visiting Earth is the result.

This topic is related to the questions Dr. Joseph Farrell and I will discuss in the Annual Wrap Up in January, as we do every year: Who owns all the debt that has been issued since the creation of the National Security State in 1947-49? Where has the $50 trillion that disappeared during the bailouts and from U.S. government agencies gone? And, is our planetary economy open or closed?

I wrote the following in 2001:

From my experience serving as a member of, and then from the outside as a close observer of, U.S. leadership, I am led to believe that those in positions of power have concluded that a steady reduction in living standards combined with a depopulation/immigration strategy is the most practicable solution to the issue of nonsustainability of our current living standard within existing power structures. I was once asked whether the creation and growth of a black budget in the U.S. was to deal with aliens—i.e., did extraterrestrials exist? I responded that I did not know what the truth was, but that if aliens did not exist, then different parts of the human race had grown so far apart from each other in terms of access to financial and intellectual capital and use of scientific technology that we had become as good as aliens to each other.

We would be well served to end the secrecy and secret money that is destroying our civilization. Doing so requires addressing the question of why our governments are behaving like they are run by aliens, and why we are being mind controlled to the extent that many people feel obliged to adopt cult behavior.

I still do not know what the truth is—including why representatives of the U.S. Navy and CIA tried to persuade me that aliens exist and live among us. What I do know is that Richard Dolan has spent several decades trying to figure this out and has now put forward his analysis of the question. Whether aliens come from other dimensions, the inner earth, the Peliades, the future, the labs at Darpa and Lockheed skunk works or the cloistered offices of Beverly Hills, Wall Street and the City of London, the legal and financial shenanigans around this topic are leading us into tyranny. The future of freedom necessitates an open and honest airing. I am grateful to Richard for this contribution.

  1. It’s important to see this subject in juxtaposition to the Report from Iron Mountain, and “limited hangouts” that seek to confuse and obfuscate. I would never take anything the establishment has to say about it — or anything else, for that matter — at face value, but knowing who is who is far easier said than done, so it’s good to be able to say “I don’t know”.

First of all thank you for engaging with this important subject matter as I too feel that the secrecy and black ops surrounding the ET presence play a central role in perpetuating inequality, totalitarianism, ecological devastation and a whole host of other nefarious behaviors (on the part of humans) on Earth.

    I have always appreciated Richard’s attention to detail and his astute insights into the various dynamics of how the ET presence (and back engineered ET tech) has influenced the nature and trajectory of the national security state in the US. I do however have a somewhat different opinion than him when it comes to the nature of the “others” (as he calls them in A.D.). Thank you for your review of his latest work, I will read his new book when I can, and do so with an open mind.

    This is a summary of my personal perspective and understanding of the ET presence.

    After 15 years plus researching this topic (and having some life changing personal experiences related to this) I have concluded that here are many different advanced cultures who are here now, and thus many different reasons for observation and interaction. That being said, I should start by saying that I do believe there is a coherent intent and motivation on the part of a majority of these interstellar civilizations regarding their interest and interactions with humanity (that being to study, connect with and assist those who choose to operate in a ‘compatible state of being’ and ‘relative clarity of consciousness’) helping us to take steps towards a more integrous and peaceful civilization on Earth (that can one day engage in regular diplomatic relations as part of a larger community of interstellar cultures). There may be rogue elements in play with some ‘criminal outliers’ that are here from other star systems, but from what I have learned and experienced these individual beings (and groups of beings) involved with nefarious activities are far less advanced than the dominant larger collective of civilizations that are here engaging us now and their actions should not be seen as a representation of their entire species either.

    For me, when it comes to Extraterrestrial Interstellar Civilizations (and the idea of their entire civilization being made up of hostile marauders, covert slave traders/tyrants or conquesting colonists) I see that as a contradiction in terms. What I mean is, you don’t harness the energy required to traverse the vastness of interstellar space without developing a certain degree of social maturity. The very fact that they have gotten here across the vastness of space and thus must have harnessed energy far greater than even atomic fission, would seem to indicate to me that they have passed a kind of “cosmic litmus test”. After all it would make logical sense to assume that if they are harnessing energy many times the magnitude of our atomic energy for interstellar propulsion, they would have blown themselves up through internal conflicts in their society before getting here. That is to say if they were still ‘warlike’, “malevolent” or “malicious” beings their collective lack of social maturity would have resulted in their own annihilation before they could leave their own solar system.

    I do feel there is validity to what people like Dr. Steven Greer is saying about there being a concerted effort (in the echelons of the military/corporate/central baking complex) to sow the seeds of fear in the mass consciousness of humanity (through various modes of propaganda) to set the stage for ‘unveiling’ their next ‘boogie man’ that they are going to ‘save us from’ (if we just give up some more rights and most of the little bit of money we have left) through some sort of “Cosmic False Flag” operation. I feel there has been a very prolific psychological warfare campaign waged on the general population on this topic for over 7 decades now which have laid the foundations for this monolithic psyop.

    With regards to the more prominent group of civilizations that are here now, I feel that being capable of travelling amongst the stars, they are ancient races of beings that would have seen the development of many worlds as they transition through this turbulent stage that humanity is going through now. Despite our violent, short sighted, fearful and sometimes down right idiotic behavior, we are living conscious beings and i feel that you don’t get to their stage of technological, social and likely spiritual development (being capable of interstellar travel) without coming to cherish and respect all life. The apparent sightings of the interstellar and inter-dimensional vehicles that have been going on world wide may be part of some kind of intentional acclimatization process (on the part of the interstellar visitors), allowing for the gentle introduction of this reality in the consciousness of humans.
    Considering the repeated demonstrations made by craft of unknown origins with ‘impossible’ maneuvering capabilities over nuclear missile silos in the past few decades, and their sightings by pilots, military officers, astronauts, and air traffic controllers sometimes being tracked on radar from multiple installations at the same time. It is obvious (to me) that some advanced civilizations definitely do have an interest in us. For some of them, it may be purely out of concern, considering we are a species that is beginning to reach beyond the confines of our planet, and are also a species who have used our knowledge of atomic energy to vaporize entire cities filled with living conscious beings. It would in my opinion, point to a legitimate reason for serious concern from the perspective of an outside observer. That coupled with fact that multiple reports from the officers in charge of safeguarding the nuclear missile silos in the united states and abroad have all stated that when or after these luminous spherical or disc shaped craft hovered above the silos and then left at high speed, missiles began to shut down and become non-operational would definitely point to that possibility.

    ‘They’ are definitely here, and to them.. we must seem like a toddler waving a loaded gun around in a crowded room, like a child playing with matches… and what do you do when a child burns things irresponsibly? you take the matches away.

    The real issue (contrary to what many ‘talking heads’ have stated) is not a lack of evidence, it is (as you have pointed out) the ocean of disinformation and propaganda that certain interests have pumped out to dilute, misdirect, and confuse those seeking the available information.

    From what I gather of these visitors, is that the vast majority of them see our species as ‘lost-irresponsible children’, their actions do date tell me that they are compassionate and very patient. There may have been a few less advanced renegade ET-s who were/are here for ‘less than enlightened reasons’, but they (the ‘unpleasant’ ones) are more like us (humans) in their advancement and understanding, then they are like the larger group of allied species who operate in unison to maintain peace in this region of the galaxy. The more advanced and ancient group watch and wait for us to grow up and get our act together before they will openly connect with us and welcome us to the thriving interstellar community around us.

I have experienced similar instances of exasperation and perplexity over the past few months when I have people come at me with juvenile derogatory remarks or personal attacks (when I am addressing issues like vaccines, the ET presence or government lockdown mandates). In many cases their behavior (involving virulently defending the government or vaccine industry) reminded me of stockholm syndrome. The most fervent and aggressive of these individuals made me think of the milgram experiment.

        I appreciate you taking the time to comment and share your thoughts. I would be happy to share more of what I have learned on this topic at another time.

            I am only familiar with Adam Trombly through the material in “Thrive: What On Earth Will It Take” but I was impressed with his knowledge of fractal geometry, electromagnetism and his courage to press on in his important work despite being harassed and targeted by “Mr. Global” assets (due to his work on zero point energy tech). I look forward to getting to know his work and perspectives in greater depth and hearing the conversation between you two.

            I had not heard of “The Minds of Men” until today and am looking forward to watching it as well.

  3. So, I’m reading a biography of Dietrich Bonhoeffer. the German theologian who took a stand against Hitler. If, as one of the panelists described at length, Hitler and the Nazis were driven by aliens, then the Nazi push to absorb, retool, and control the Lutheran church at the outset of the Third Reich may speak to the power of Christianity to threaten the evil embodied by Hitler and the Third Reich. What’s so interesting, it how relatively easy it was for Hitler and the Third Reich to systematically obliterate the German culture. And, isn’t it interesting that the focus of the regime’s hatred was the Jews, God’s chosen people. Doc

      1. Ah, yes! And that brings us right, straight to the question of free will, doesn’t it? But I return to my point – the first initiatives orchestrated by Hitler as he was rolling out the Third Reich was to target the Jews and, simultaneously, to shoot the kneecaps out of the German christian church, broadly and deeply Lutheran at the time, because the church was sure to defend them. The history of the degree of compliance among the clergy and the citizenry is altogether eye-popping, of course. As for the Zionists, well I suppose they were as confused by money, power, and opportunity as the majority of us tend to be. If you haven’t read Eric Metaxas’ bio of Bonhoeffer (Pastor, Martyr, Prophet, Spy) I can highly recommend it. Especially now.
