    Hello,

Well, all I can say is “Thank you!” Your calls, faxes, protests, and
prayers all made a huge difference and helped to secure our protection and
our release. I would also like to thank those at the Tel Aviv Embassy for
their work on behalf of the three U.S. citizens held by the Israelis. For
those of you who missed it, here is the statement I put out from the Israeli
prison. Please forgive the undone, but needed edits. I have tried twice,
now, to get into Gaza. I just got off the phone with George Galloway who
extended a personal invitation to me to join him and the US convoy in Viva
Palestina! I’m certainly excited about that. Maybe I will finally make it
    to Gaza.

Here’s my “Letter from an Israeli Prison:”

A funny thing happened to me on my way to Gaza. Before I left for Gaza, I
was giddy with excitement. The children needed school supplies. It was a
last-minute, but urgent request. Please bring crayons for the children.
And so I accpeted congtributions of crayola crayons, #2 pencils, pencil
sharpeners, paint brushes, and crayola watercolors.

When I told people that I was going shopping to buy crayons for the children
of Gaza, everyone wanted to donate. By the time I left, my suitcase could
hold no more. So, full of expectation, I entered the airport in the U.S.
headed once again to Larnaca, Cyprus where the Hope Flotilla, consisting of
the “gree Gaza” and the “Spirit of Humanity” were to embark to Gaza.

The “Free Gaza” was to be donated to the people of Gaa so they could replace
some of the boats confiscated or bombed by the Israelis during Operation
    Cast Lead.

It was a beautiful dream. And dream it had to be because I had tried to get
to Gaza before. At the outbreak of Israel’s Ooperation Cast Lead, I boarded
a Free Gaza boat, with one day’s notice, and tried, as the U.S.
representative in a mulitnational delegation, to deliver trhee tons of
mnidical supplies to an already-besieged and ravaged Gaza. But, during
Opertion Cast Lead, U.S.-supplied F-16s raised hell fire on a trapped
people. Ethnic cleansing became full-scale, outright genocide.

U.S.-supplied white phosphorus, depleted uranium, robotic technology, DIME
weapons, and cluster bombs – new weapons creating injuries never treated
before by Jordanian and Norwegian doctors. I was later told by doctors who
were there in Gaza during Israel’s onslaught that Gaza had become Israel’s
veritable weapons testing laboratory; and the people used to test and
improve the kill ratio of their weapons.

The world saw Israel’s despicable violence thanks to al-Jazeera Arabic and
Press TV that broadcast in English. I saw those broadcasts live and around
the clock, not from the USA but from Lebanon, where my first attempt to get
into Gaza had ended because the Israeli military rammed the boat I was on in
international waters that carried medical supplies. That boat, the Dignity,
was completely destroyed in its encounter with the Israeli military.

Again, on a humanitarian mission aborted by the Israeli military. I am now
known as Israeli Prisoner #88794. I am in cell number 5, Ramle Prison. How
could I be in prison for collecting crayons for kids and trying to get the
    crayons to them?

The Israeli authorities have tried to get us to confess that we committed a
crime. And while in the cellblock, I have kaccess to my clothes and a cell
phinbe, but not the crayons or any clothing that has the word “Gaza” on it.
Zionism has surely run out of its last legitimacy if this is what it does to
people who believe so deeply in human rights for all that they put their own
lives on the line for someone else’s children. Israel is the fullest
expression of Zionism, but if Israel fears for its security because Gaza’s
children have crayons then not only has Israel lost its last shred of
legitimacy, but Israel must be declared a failed state.

I am facing deportation from the state that brought me here at gunpoint
after commandeering our boat. I was brought to Israel against my will. I am
being held in this prison because I had a dream that Gaza’s children could
color & paint, that Gaza’s wounded could be healed, and that Gaza’s
    bombed-out houses could be rebuilt.

But I’ve learned an interesting thing by being inside this prison. First of
all, it’s incredibly black: populated mostly by Ethiopians who also had a
dream. My five cellmates have been here for about six months each. One is
pregnant; they are all in their twenties. They thought they were coming to
the Holy Land. They had a dream that their lives would be better. The
CIA-installed puppet in Addis Ababa, President Meles, whom I have met, has
put the once-proud, never-colonized Ethiopia into the back pocket of the
United States, and become a place of torture, rendition, and occupation.
Ethiopians must flee their country because superpower politics became more
important than human rights and self-determination.

My cellmates came to the Holy Land so they could be free from the exigencies
of superpower politics. They committed no crime except to have a dream. They
came to Israel because they thought that Israel held promise for them. Their
journey to Israel through Sudan and Egypt was arduous. I can only imagine
what it must have been like for them. And it wasn’t cheap. Many of them
represent their family’s best collective efforts for self-fulfillment. They
made their way to the United Nations High Commission for Refugees. They got
their yellow paper of identification. They got their certificate for police
protection. They are refugees from tragedy, and they made it to Israel. Only
after they arrived, Israel told them “There is no UN in Israel.”

The police have license to pick them up and suck them into the black hole of
a farce for a justice system. These beautiful, industrious, proud young
women represent the hopes of entire families. The idea of Israel tricked
them and the rest of us. In a widely propagandized slick marketing campaign,
Israel represented itself as a place of refuge and safety for the world’s
first Jews and Christians. I, too, believed that marketing and failed to
look deeper. The truth is that Israel lied to the world. Israel lied to the
families of these young women. Israel lied to the women themselves who are
    now trapped at Ramle.

And what are we to do? One of my cellmates cried today. She has been here
for six months. As an American, crying with them is not enough. The policy
of the United States must be better, and while we watch President Obama give
12.8 trillion dollars to the financial elite of the United States it ought
now be clear that “hope,” “change,” and “yes we can” were powerfully
presented images of dignity and self-fulfillment, individually and
nationally, that besieged people everywhere truly believed in.

It was a slick marketing campaign, as slickly put to the world and to the
voters of America as was Israel’s marketing to the world. It tricked all of
us but, more tragically, these young women.

We must cast an informed vote about better candidates seeking to represent
us. I have read and re-read Dr. Martin Luther King Jr.’s Letter from a
Birmingham Jail. Never in my wildest dreams would I have ever imagined that
I, too, would one day have to do so. It is clear that taxpayers in Europe
and the U.S. have a lot to atone for, for what they’ve done to others around
    the world.

What an irony! My son begins his law school program without me because I am
in prison, in my own way trying to do my best, again, for other people’s
children. Forgive me, my son. I guess I’m experiencing the harsh reality
which is why people need dreams. I’m lucky. I will leave this place. Has
Israel become the place where dreams die?

Ask the people of Palestine. Ask the stream of black and Asian men whom I’ve
seen being processed at Ramle. Ask the women on my cellblock. [Ask
yourself:] what are you willing to do?

Let’s change the world together and reclaim what we all need as human
    beings: Dignity.

I appeal to the United Nations to get these women of Ramle, who have done
nothing wrong other than to believe in Israel as the guardian of the Holy
    Land, resettled in safe homes.

I appeal to the United States Department of State to include the plight of
detained UNHCR-certified refugees in the Israel Country Report in its annual
    Human Rights Report.

I appeal, once again, to President Obama to go to Gaza: send your special
envoy, George Mitchell there, and to engage Hamas as the elected choice of
    the Palestinian people.

I dedicate this message to those who struggle to achieve a free Palestine,
and to the women I’ve met at Ramle.

Cynthia McKinney, July 2nd 2009, also known as Ramle prisoner number 88794.

  2. @Angela,

That clip was a quote from an article, those were not my words. I supplied that clip to show that the group was offered land routes to transfer the supplies, but chose to use sea channels instead. And I agree with you that the gun smuggling angle is probably a ruse to justify control over the sea.

But overall, I did not intend to turn this discussion into a debate on Palestinians, their plight, or the current events with Israel. That’s a very different matter and would require a lengthy and quite separate discussion. My primary point is to show that this was a staged event, and it was targeted to an American left wing audience. They couldn’t give a damn about the Palestinians… McKinney included in that statement.

Furthermore, I don’t really appreciate you challenging my HEART in this discussion, because you simply do not know enough to do so. And quite frankly, you’re just plain wrong. But I’ll give you a big pass, because I know that it is quite easy to misunderstand my perspective initially. You and I, we have the same goals… we share the same general concerns… and we both have huge HEARTS. The difference between us is that I now see the world in its sheer utter brutality with absolutely no illusions. Their gross techniques are utterly transparent to me now. So, as painful as it is, I call it out as I see it. I let people know. And what I find is the Platos Cave dynamic, where the messengers message either falls on deaf ears, or the messenger is attacked.

With respect to frames… Yes, everything exists within a dialectic (i.e. frame). Just look around in nature, it’s everywhere… forces pushing on each other until equilibrium. What we have now, in our world, is man replacing nature. Man, people who think they are deities, are manufacturing these forces to their own ends. Our world is a combination of God’s Nature and man’s nature. And humanity is loosing sight of the difference between these two sets of dialectics. We think the god damn Internet & Television is reality for Gods sake! But men need other men to carry out their manufactured dialectics, to believe in the false reality in order to make them real and effective.

When I say don’t play, I mean don’t play in the false dialectics created by other men. I mean recognize these frames for what they are, mechanisms of control over other men. Understand the difference between God’s (Nature) dialectics and those produced by man. So to answer your question, no I did not leave my children in a basket outside, as I view that as against Nature’s dialectics. It is the dialectics created by other men that I will not follow, but God is another story.

Does this framework of understand now make sense? I realize that you said the previous post was your last, but I think we’re close to a break though here and we should keep going.

  3. Bert,

This will be my last response regardless, and I do appreciate the exchange.

Your argument for not supporting either side in the ‘false dialectic’ is betrayed by your statement that weapons smuggling is the reason for the harsh containment of the Palestinian coastline. You are arguing for a position that you justify with a reason. Whatever your elaborated position, it is clear based on your own words that you do not agree that the Palestinian people are suffering to any great degree, and it is here that I must vehemently disagree with you. We could argue the facts back and forth on this issue for hours I would think, ultimately to no avail.

The use of the ‘victim’ or of victim groups is absolutely at play in the overall human dynamic, so much so that I would suggest that the vast majority of the human population see’s itself as the victim of some overarching power. The problem here is not that this line of thought is a delusion, but that these people are fundamentally correct in their belief. Where the victim fails is in the idea that they are powerless to effect change within themselves, a change that can reverberate into the world around them and which acts to shed the victim mentality altogether.

We do live in a predatory environment, the victims of this environment are those too weak to muster a defence, or to weak to alter their perception to the degree needed to realize their own innate and eternal nature. There are ‘victims’ on all sides, as the saying goes – everyone has a story. It’s just that for me Bert some stories are more compelling, some more cruel and unusual than most. I am despaired to see any human being wronged by callousness and injustice; this is not me falling into a ‘false dialectic’ but me being a human that cares for others. Israel much more than Palestine has the ability and the resources to set the tone towards a path of reconciliation, of this I have no doubt.

I must say it’s an interesting perspective that you provide, but I do wonder, if everything in life exists within a frame (snapshots/pictures) than where does life happen? If every position is a false position than where does choice happen? If we do not ‘play’ at all, who protects the weak?

Do you have children Bert? If so, a question – when your child/children were newborn did you leave them outside overnight in a basket? If no, why not?

You needn’t answer these questions in a response, though you may choose to do so, I ask them to provoke another line of thought, one which I feel you have yet to truly grasp in this go-round.

    Cheers,

  4. Angelo…. look, your are simply not able to determine what I think, so don’t put thoughts or words into my mouth here. I see the manufactured reality, and just because I call it out in one place does not mean I buy into elsewhere.

The point here is to point out the manufactured reality where ever it may occur and to refrain from taking sides in some fake dialectic. What I find disappointing is that because I simply call-out one example of a manufactured event, it is assumed that I must have the opposite position. The problem is, that the opposite position, in fact, the entire frame of both sides is manufactured. Once must see it all to protect themselves from the manipulation. Your entire line of thinking and discussion is within frames created for you by others, and I refuse to take part in this containment of thought and perspective as developed by social scientists.

Perhaps a study of Herbert Markuse, OSS member & Frankfurt Institute “academic,” is in order. Having found that Marx’s theory of social change through middle class revolution did not work, as the elite could not get the middle classes to revolt in order to provide an opportunity to “change” society to their liking through dialectics, Markuse developed “victims groups” who could be leveraged to create the desired outcomes by placing sufficient pressures on society. These same techniques are in-play here.

So, what I ask of this audience is to see the entire construct, to see that both side of each argument is manufactured, and to resist the urge to take sides but to look to the framework as a whole. The goal should be to figure out why these issues have been framed as such, and why the specific sides have been chosen. To fall into either side is to loose, as it is irrelevant what side one is on as long as they play the game by the rules set forth by social engineers. The public can ONLY win by recognizing the game, and by not playing it at all.

What I am arguing here, Angelo, that while you are capable, you are still within the framework of rules set forth by others, and therefore are just a better game player than others. It is when you can recognize the game, understand the desired outcome, and refuse to play is when you have transcended their mechanisms of control.

This is my hope by exposing the Cynthia McKinney cointel fraud.

  5. Bert,

While I understand your perspective on this matter, which represents that of Israels concern for its own security, what you and Israel’s leaders both fail to take into account is that suppressing a peoples ability for free movement will not endear them to your cause. The argument for an iron grip rule of law is circular, and self defeating – it is an absolute absurdity to assume that ‘security measures’ that are served with a hammer, will secure anything but future insecurity. There is however one thing that will be secured – larger contracts for weapons manufacturers and private security firms. When you think weapons, espionage, identity screening, detainment, illicit drugs and human trafficking, if your not thinking Israel, than you haven’t a clue. Israel is a rogue nation, the ‘untouchable’.

What you are suggesting is that the Free Gaza campaign has a political message, to which I would say, “..of course it does!”. Most of what is seen in and on the news is a contrivance of some politically staged event, this is called ‘perception management’. Everyone’s doing it you know…. If the aim was to reach those highly indoctrinated ‘left wingers’ than I must have been collateral damage.

I know what is going on in Israel, I know how Israeli’s generally ‘perceive’ the ‘Arabs’ and vice versa. I understand the dynamic. There is a great deal of fear that has bound the situation into knots. The Muslim world is afraid, they are afraid of being totally and completely colonized. Jews are afraid, they are afraid that if they do not rule with an iron fist that someone will destroy them forever. Fear breeds fear.

I was thinking on this last night, about the perceptual locust of an observers beliefs. Take for example the Free Gaza ‘political stunt’ (I’ll concede that) – you have human beings on board a ‘humanitarian’ ship who have a firm belief that Gazans are in distress and in need of world sympathy and recognition, they attempt to either succeed in opening an international water crossing, or alternately have their detainment and difficulties made known to the world. Either would be considered worth the effort, only they are detained and also endure a television and print media blackout, so on both fronts they are thwarted. Those who have received word of the Free Gaza are those who hear word of all manner of Israeli aggression, there is not much that is new here, nor is it an effective enough tool to muster a political campaign that would change anything. This is a small event relatively speaking.

The point is this Bert – you envision the scene in your mind and you are instantly transported to a perceptual locust that sees boats, cargo, trampolines, airconditioning – your mind/ego says, “These are luxuries, by hell! These people are getting luxury goods!”. In your assessment you determine, based on figures from some solid source I’m sure, that numbers affixed to a peoples needs translates to an actual reality on the ground, and, “so it must be as it is calculated”.

(Imagine)Berts beliefs banging off one another creating a synthesis -> The numbers show….The luxury goods reflect….Land route refused…. political agenda = BAD….

When I perceive the event, I see human beings on a boat, confused from radar jamming, and no doubt electro-magnetic weapons, being surrounded by a fleet of weapon laden military vessels. I envision with my heart the dreams, fears and hopes of the people on board the delivery boat. I think back to the songs of joy that were broadcast to the world from previous boat landings on the Palestinian coast, the tears of joy of those Palestinians who knew that somebody cared, somebody spoke for them. Of course the whole Palestinian coastline event could have been a political stunt, but a political stunt does not constitute an act of immorality or any other such mis-deed. Ghandi was full of political stunts, as is/was any successful freedom fighter worth their salt – no pun intended. If the ‘political rationale’ is following the desires of the hearts center of justice and mercy, than it can be used effectively as a bridge between the higher worlds and our own social architecture.

“I would suggest that you continue your path of research and plan to modify your perception of the world dramatically. Until that time, I would suggest that it is highly presumptuous to label someone who you do not know nor who’s experience you couldn’t possible understand at this time of your development.” – Bert

Your assessment of events may indeed be superior in development to mine, but to which category of development do you constrain our growth, to which definition of ‘development’ do you judge my/our words.

Psychological warfare is everywhere, we live in a prison of violence where every ego fights with every other to be heard, to be recognized, and generally those who scream loudest, or those who are so cunning with their rhetoric as to pass it off as proper thinking, are most apt to be given credence.

  6. @Angelo,

While your knowledge and intellect is obviously great, there is much relevant information that you simply cannot know. This relevant information will modify key assumptions in your analysis and therefore significantly change your conclusion.

I would suggest that you continue your path of research and plan to modify your perception of the world dramatically. Until that time, I would suggest that it is highly presumptuous to label someone who you do not know nor who’s experience you couldn’t possible understand at this time of your development.

My assessment of this matter is accurate so far as I have described it. This “event” was targeted at the most indoctrinated of the American left-wing and was deliberately run on the heels of Obama’s “stern warning” to Israel. By the responses I see here, the goals of the “event” are being met on the minds of the target audience.

There is much publicly available material available on psychological warfare techniques. May I strongly suggest that people begin to acquaint themselves with an understanding of how the techniques are perpetrated on the American public.

  7. If they wanted to deliver supplies they could have use land routes, which were offered to the group and refused. The purpose of this event was something other than delivering supplies.

    Here’s a relevant clip ….

“On Monday June 29 Free Gaza’s latest ship of fools, “Spirit of Humanity” set sail from Cyprus with a false ships manifest, listing its destination as Egypt. That was just the first in a series of lies.

The next lie was sent via press release from spokesperson Greta Berlin: claiming the ship “carries three tons of medical aid, children’s toys, and rehabilitation and reconstruction kits for twenty family homes.”, in direct contrast with their twitter account which stated “We left this morning, one boat, 21 passengers, 20 olive trees, one symbolic bag of cement” .

The boat was intercepted by Israeli authorities and an immediate cacophony of emails and press releases were sent out calling for a phone and email blasts to Israeli and American officials. The squeals invariably had the theme ” Free the ‘kidnapped peace activists’ who are just trying to give hope to the starving children of Gaza”

The reality is there is no humanitarian crisis in Gaza, and there are no starving children. Aid continues to flow through the crossings. This year alone over 366,282 tons of aid and over 45.693 million liters of fuel have been delivered to the Gaza Strip. Just last week, 674 truckloads (16,323 tons) of humanitarian aid were transferred to the Gaza Strip via the Kerem Shalom cargo terminal and the Karni conveyor belt. In addition to food, medicine and hygiene products, games, basketballs and balloons, trampolines and swimming pools, generators, air-conditioning accessories, clothing, shoes and hats, chairs, mattresses and Styrofoam cups; and raw materials for paper production were all transported into Gaza.

Basketballs and balloons. Swimming pools and trampolines. Oh those brutal and genocidal Israelis!!! Oh, those poor suffering Gazans!

If there is no humanitarian crisis why is Free Gaza working so hard to open the sea route to Gaza? Its certainly not cost effective to transport 20 trees this way. Could it be perhaps that its getting harder and harder to smuggle Iranian weapons via land? Its so much more efficient to go the sea route, if only those pesky Israelis would stop defending their borders. Could Free Gaza be trying to smooth the way for a new Karine A?

In 2002, Israel intercepted the Gaza bound Karine A at sea with 50 tons of Iranian and Russian-made weapons – long-range Katyusha rockets and mortar bombs, LAW anti-tank missiles, Sagger anti-tank missiles, mines, sniper rifles, ammunition and more than two tons of high explosives hidden in a cargo of rice, clothes and toys. Sound familiar?

The sad reality remain that until there is a true and lasting peace, checkpoints save lives on both sides of the conflict. And saving lives should be our priority. We all look forward to a day with out the threat of violence, of open borders and crossings. But until the day comes when Israel can live in peace, she needs to live with security. And Israel must control her own borders.”

  8. Three things have always bothered me about England

    British Israelism {that is the idea that they are the lost tribes of Israel}

    Freemasonry {a modern form of idolatry}

    Darwinism {we are nothing more than evolved apes}

Now is there something wrong with this picture of England or what?

    Cheers

    Jerry

  9. The path of heart is the golden thread that connects all occurrences, without this thread holding the universe together there is no-thing.

Hegel was a genius, as was Newton, their precepts were founded upon an interpretation of reality that was coldly calculating and thus very enticing to the intellectual mind. It was these giants of the old paradigm that cast the mold for a mechanistic universe that positioned human beings as mere pawns in an order of hierarchy that adheres strictly to a ‘natural law’ devoid of any other parameter besides that of survival. This survival oriented perceptual foundation is the very core of our modern society, with its specialized form of learning and mind centered geometry. This world view has so tainted human consciousness that even the outright oppression of human beings can be dismissed with a theoretical and philosophical wave of the hand. This is the tragedy of our times, the loss of compassionate observation and the replacement of such with the ‘elevated reasoning’ of intellectual (political) rationale.

Outside the myopic perceptual distortion of politics (survival hierarchy) as a way of judging experience is the very real and tangible reasoning of the higher center of human intelligence – the heart. The future map of humanity is based on the true science of consciousness, which can be found micro-cosmically in the human biology. Rollin McCraty PhD provides the following:

“About 90 percent of the fibers among the 3000+ in the parasympathetic nervous system’s vagus nerve are afferent, ascending. They are monitoring the body and sending information to the brain. And only ten percent go the other way from the brain to the body.

I doubt that more than a few physicians know this, but in reality, neurally speaking, the heart sends far more information to the brain than the brain sends to the heart.”

Cynthia McKinney is a ‘roleplayer’ and not just a pawn, she transcends the game board itself (she is a player) because she follows the inclination of her hearts desire for mercy and justice. Though her actions may be used for all kinds of purposes in the spheres below her, these actions do not touch her consciousness, for just as the wake of a boat is not the boat, neither is the recollection of events the event itself. The real event, as an emotional outlay, is captured in the intelligence meshwork of the planet and sent out to all humanity. The interpretation (collective reflection) of any event may well fall prey to the magicians who steer human consciousness, but this is of no concern to the ‘roleplayer’ who follows the inclinations of the golden way regardless of the surrounding environment.

The people of Palestine are human beings who are suffering under inhuman conditions. Suffering human beings will be aided by other human beings who share in their suffering through what we call Compassion and Mercy. When the thread of true Compassion enters ones actions the actions themselves become timeless, unhindered at the level of consciousness by the machinations and schemes of the intellectual prison apparatus.

Bert, you are indeed a Bean Head, it’s now ‘official’. To be fair let me explain what a bean head is – A bean head is someone who thinks that the head (brain) is the location of human problem solving. Unknown to bean heads is that the bean in their skull is only a processing center and not the problem solving power house they believe it is. The heart perceives infinitely more information than the brain, and so has a much higher level of coherence and wholism. The only function of the brain is to systematically, through proper thinking (see Thomas Aquinas), translate the language of the heart into the language of the external world.

Beans are great, they can even grow into the sky, but they are nothing without the substrate of the earth (heart).

    Edward,

Israel is a pawn of the English crown, it is a colony of Great Britain. It was created by England partly as a gift to Jewish Kabalist financiers and partly as a safe haven from the sentiments of a growing human justice movement. Fundamentally Israel is a sleight of hand, a proxy for ‘democratic’ powers to bully and coerce without direct repercussions to their own domestic establishment.

    Cheers,

  10. @Edward: well you could investigate the history of the region….As you might know the Hebrew tribes were well established in Canaan (as Moses left Egypt and entered the area he fought and defeated the Amorites) thus leading the tribes to the Jordan River (a/k/a Palestine…now Israel ) for generations in Judea and Israel while the remaining 10 tribes are said to “scatter” about ( diaspora ) the globe..The Kingdom of Saul, David and Solomon were long lasting, then the Babylonians exiled them…once again returning and…the Persians( Purim celebrates the end of persecution under King Aroshkevosh–sp??)…and then the Greeks under Herod and then the Romans…and then the Muslims up until the Crusades and that’s why there is the Dome of the Rock on the Temple Mount…And then the Turks and the Brits….oh yes the Brits, who had many influential Jewish politicians and the Balfour Agreement…and then Lawrence of Arabia and the discovery of oil in this century…and then the Partition of 1948….as the UN Security Council convinced by Rothschild money, I suppose, and Weisman, Hertzl, and Ben Gurion, and the other “Zionists” did colonize their former “homeland”; and yes as a Jewish American of British birth I am today conflicted as I am not a staunch Zionist nor am I an Israeli citizen…So the underdogs appear to be the Palestinian people used as pawns in a global control grid…Remember Arafat left billions and was once caught transporting $50 milllion in arms supplied from Iran by a ship a long time ago…so now in reverse the medical aid, etc…is being caught entering …the circle comes full circle….

  11. The manipulation here may be to villanize Isreal. Why did they create Isreal in the first place? To take back the Holy land so somebody else could take it from them with clean hands? Why do they get away with all that they do, heaping crime upon atrocity but no action taken until they serve a greater purpose?

  12. @Catherine: it’s the 4th….”the puzzle palace is everywhere. It is enough to freeze a lot of people.”

WOW!! So in the end, when the neo-cons tell us, as Bill Kristol said, that he wrote the PNAC document but had no idea the ideas would be implimented; then that statement let’s him off the hook??? I guess Karl Marx and Engels writing about England’s merchantilism in the 1800’s had no idea that Das Capital would form the intellectual basis for the Bolshevik/Menchavic( sp?) Revolution in the next century?? Or that Orwell’s 1984 might bring about an imminent Police State in this century? Or Animal Farm for that matter?? Thought is powerful…I’m still attempting to comprehend your aforementioned statement…more and more I seem to convince myself that the eugenics folks have us all hoodwinked…while they attempt to disable us from participating in the world of free access and an intellectual pursuit of happiness….( I have been told that the pursuit of happiness was the second choice; and it replaced the pursuit of property )…This grand experiment: America…my parents left England for this land of dreams…please continue to fight on so as it doesn’t become a nightmare…we our it to the children.

  13. Well, it seems to me that this question is a lot more complex then we are making it out to be.

We have people who are players. They are often playing without a complete map. In addition, they are also manipulated in ways they do not full see or understand. They have various forms of intentions, and they are human. And even when they have a reasonable good map, good intentions and are generally effective, their actions are used by others in ways counter to their goals.

The puzzle palace is everywhere. It is enough to freeze a lot of people.

  14. Hi all,
I live in England so I’m not as such included in US politics, however Cynthia McKinney will always be my political hero, for the reasons mentioned above in Catherine’s reply. I do some NGO campaigning and I’m highlighting this issue in that campaigning.

  15. First, the dialectic was not started by Hegel. But to deny that these forces are everywhere is to misunderstand nature, Newton’s Laws and equilibrium.

Second, I employ other analysis techniques to draw my conclusions, which sometimes includes direct firsthand experience. But I do not always present all of this information for some is beyond the scope of this comment section.

Third, I research these actors thoroughly, with no preconceived notions no matter how these actors are framed in the public.

Fourth, perhaps some research into this women and her family is in order for those who remain objective. There are significant and relevant findings to be gained from this inspection.

Lastly, just because someone is presented as a public savior does not necessarily mean that this is the case. Blindly trusting those presented in this frame is exactly what is expected, and is part of our own weakness. If we are to secure and ensure our liberty, then we must dramatically improve our understanding of the deceptive techniques that are repeatedly used to contain us.

I’m quite disappointed at the wholesale kneejerk reactions presented in response to my initial comments. I would have thought that those visiting this site would have at least inquired as to why these statements were being made.

I won’t back down on this one, and I am quite confident and comfortable in my individuality with this.

  16. @Catherine: I was wondering why Bert completely relies on his Hegelian dialectics,,,IMHO ex-Congresswoman Cynthia McKinney is a true soldier…Circular thought as he so avidly propounds adds nothing to the efforts by those of action…I’m sorry Bert but theories like Hegel’s have little value if you continuously attempt to squeeze all political/economic reality through that needle’s eye…I can only guess you are a “pure theorist”??? I once held that ( and may still ): the gulf between theory and practice is vast and most of the time the pure thought that is encapsulated in the theory never completely and adequately is translated as it is meant to when it becomes practice…What I read from your comment is that you perceive that Ms McKinney’s actions have some sinister hidden meaning that we should all view as we witness her actions in the Med…and if we only all saw the world through your rose colored Hegelian sunglasses it all makes perfect sense…well Bert so sorry, but I don’t see it that way…warm regards

  17. Well, it is true that lots of actions like these get used and the games that go on are many. I take Bert’s point to heart. Some days I feel like every thing I do gets picked up by the Tapeworm and used and twisted. So I get a good night sleep and just go back in there, believing that there is a higher power, a greater intelligence way beyond the Hegalian idiocy.

  18. Looks like you’re the lone wolf on this one Bert. Cynthia McKinney will always be on my list of heroes, I’m surprised you trust Catherine with such heartfelt cynicism. My prayers are with you as well.

  19. I am under no illusions. I stand firm with my earlier assessment.

You are witnessing a dialectic-actor performing a role which will be leveraged to create a future synthesis. While I have not followed the dynamics closely enough to understand the planned forthcoming synthesis, I can assure you it is in formation.

To dismiss this frame of thought is to dismiss your own sentience, which only helps to perpetuate our cycle of abuse.

  20. I don’t know where this agent provocateur named ‘Bert’ gets off, but Cynthia was my vote for President in ’08, and I would do it again. She’s a true American hero, if you ask me.

The utter, naked avarice of the Israeli rogue state appears for all who have eyes to see — no ‘stunt’ appears necessary!

I’m in — my prayers going out to Congresswoman McKinney and her party.

  21. Bert,

    This was no stunt.

A blockade is an act of war. The ship was seized in international waters. The Israelis were invited to inspect the ship before it left Cyprus but refused. They have no right to require relief supplies be hauled by Israeli trucks and subject to Israeli fees and taxes. There were 20 other people on that ship including the youngest person ever to win a Nobel Peace Prize. She won it for her work in helping to bring peace to Northern Ireland.

  22. Cynthia McKinney took on Carlyle and outed the missing money issue. It cost her a Congressional seat. She came back, won it again. She took on Rumsfeld on the missing money and sex slave trafficking by DOD contractors. It cost her the seat again.

In my book, she has done more to defend the Constitution and Republican principles than any Congressman except Ron Paul.

    She is in my prayers.

    Catherine

  23. Bert,

I want to say that you are a bean head, but that would be unkind.

Cynthia’s putting it on the line; we should all be so brave.

  24. This McKinney woman is running a stunt – she was the Green party candidate in 2008, and she’s planning to run against Nader in 2012.

The ship was operating as part of the Israeli blockade, which is its role. The procedure is that inbound ships follow the Israeli escort to port for cargo check, before cargo is offloaded to be shipped by truck to Gaza.

Somehow, McKinney tried to run through this blockade. Of course, she got boarded and detained. They contacted the State Dept to send somebody over to escort McKinney out of the area before they would release her, so she couldn’t pull another stunt.

Just standard activist stuff… get yourself arrested so you can holler ‘police brutality!’ Not that I’m against activism, just as long as its meaningful, but this is thinly veiled publicity stuff.

    Who funds this stuff?
