  1. It is illegal for Real Estate agents to tell you “about” neighborhoods. It is considered steering. We are no longer allowed to describe a house as a great home for a family or wonderful retirement home. I refer my clients to Citydata.com

  2. I so enjoy when Catherine and Carolyn reminisce about their “old times” together.
Just love hearing/sensing the friendship between the two—really special.

  3. Carolyn – Thank you for your conversation on pet food. As a dog owner, this is very near and dear to my heart. I started down this path of finding a diet that would help a sick Dalmatian that I had some years ago with what started out as kennel cough at 6 years old, morphed into a life-long auto-immune disorder. She was on prednisone for a time and other probably toxic meds that I don’t remember. This was back around 2001-2002 (she became sick a few years earlier). I found a book on natural diets for dogs/cats with recipes. I’ve learned much since then and now understand that our dogs and cats are carnivores and the only diet they should be on is a strictly raw food diet that consists only of the protein, organs, and ground bone. They are not herbivores; therefore, they cannot digest fruits and vegetables and thus provides no nutritional value whatsoever. Additionally, any cooked food also provides no nutritional value either (same goes for dehydrated food). I recently learned this from a vendor from a local farmer’s market where I currently purchase my raw food from for my small dog. He provides a short pamphlet for all his customers on educating them of proper diets for cats and dogs. He also said that you should not mix cooked food and raw food interchangeably as it is messes with the digestion of the animal. Raw food allows the animal to digest their food within 24 hours; however, cooked food (doesn’t matter the high temperature kibble is cooked, and since it is cooked at such a high temperature, it pulls out all the nutrition so they then have to spray vitamins back onto the (gross) food) takes 48-72 hours to digest, which is rotting in their stomachs essentially. Dogs and felines digestive systems are designed to push food through quickly. Also, with raw food, the stool of the animal should be small and hard. The function of the anal gland is to actually push the stool through the anus. Feeding a dog or cat kibble is what causes the anal gland not to be used properly and therefore causes the animal discomfort and thus requiring to be extracted by a veterinarian. This vendor also said that animals a century ago (living prior to manufactured pet food) would live 25-30 years! The current kibble diet with no nutritional value whatsoever is causing all the illnesses (cancers and various organ issues) and premature deaths. He stated that dogs and cats as pups are predisposed to having various illnesses because of this manufactured kibble diet that their parents ate over generations (and dare I say, rabies and other vaccines as well).

My current dog has had a chronic skin allergy since the age of 15 months or so–shortly after all her puppy shots and rabies vax. It has been a miserable existence for her most of her 11 years, until recently. Her original vet said she would probably have it her entire life and that is was due to a “protein” allergy and that I should switch to a different protein. He pushed a kibble manufactured by Royal Canine. She was originally on a kibble for almost the first year of her life, then I heard about true raw food and switched her to that. In treating her allergy, the vet pushed the prescription Royal Canine duck recipe (again, another poisonous manufactured kibble). I didn’t feel great about it but had her on if for a couple years. I noticed if it got wet, it swelled up to about 2-3 times its original size (all kibble does this–so what is it doing in their stomach). Needless to say, her allergies did not get better, were chronic and would flare up to a miserable degree. Her skin blackened and was of course, red and infected. It affected her ears and eyes as well. I found a more holistic vet that I drove a great distance to to try and treat a flare up that was worse than ever–at about 8 years old. His treatments were expensive (and experimental) and while helped somewhat, because of my distance and inability to get to him frequently, this really didn’t help all that much. She had been on Apoquel and another vet also prescribed another shot in addition to keeping her on the Apoquel (which is expensive and shuts down the immune system!). A once very trusted vet even suggested I use a low-dosage chemotherapy drug when the other drugs weren’t seemingly helping. That was the last time I saw him! He sold out to VCA, which is a big pharma animal drug pusher (they also own Royal Canine pet food). Who is VCA you ask? It is part of the MARS candy company. They are driving hard to buy up all small vet clinics across the US.

By chance, I came across an independent groomer during the COVID scam as a local pet store where I was taking my dog to get her nails clipped demanded I wear a mask inside. That was the best thing that happened to my dog! The woman I found is an Aesthetician of sorts for dogs. She has trained in Italy and specialized in the treatment of the skin for dogs. A few months back I started taking her for Ozone treatments with this woman and for the first time in years, she is not on any medication and her skin is starting to heal. She is mostly comfortable with very little scratching and itching.

I believe her allergies were crafted from the vaccines, particularly the phony Rabies vax (refer to Tom Cowan and Sally Fallen Morel’s book, the Contagion Myth). They discuss how Rabies was born, by the most ridiculous experiment crafted by none-other than Louis Pasteur. The same Rabies vax dosage given to a 15 lb dog (such as mine) is exactly the same dosage for a 120-150 lb dog. In addition to that, when made up in the lab, the potency is increased so it has a longer shelf life. Thus, so many of the smaller breeds have the cancers and other chronic illnesses mostly due to the Rabies vax (for a non-existent disease) and is mandated for dogs every 3 years (used to be annual). So, the damage is compounded as the dog ages, providing a chronically ill patient for the vet industry. It is recommended to vets that they give the dog the shot in the leg, because, no worries, should cancer develop at the site of the injection, just amputate the leg. That is the solution! What a world we live in.

Years ago, I stopped giving my dog all vax as they were not mandated (aside from the Rabies which is mandated) but highly pushed heavily (using fear porn) and mandated by all large pet care providers or boarders. The Bordetella shot is completely useless, but pushed as a deterrent to “kennel cough”. It provides no benefit but does inject your animal with all kinds of toxins that will make your pet perpetually sick and damaged. Cha-ching. No different than human world, but maybe even a little worse. Most vets are extremely ignorant and extremely paid off.

I hope this information wakes a few people up. And, stay away from any VCA clinic. It is a candy company that wormed its way into an industry that makes its billions off sick animals.

  4. Where do I find the information about the Financial transaction freedom meet ups? Would love it you are coming to Ohio! Thank you!

  5. Hi Carolyn. Your point regarding sewer lines at residential homes is a good one. Here in California, in the county I live in, a residential lateral sewer line, for a home which is not new, (the lateral line being the pipe line connecting the residence with the civic or main sewer line), is now required to be videoed as part of a pre-sale home inspection. This is actually a good use of video camera tech as it can detect root invasion into the pipeline. Repairs are incumbent on the seller. Also, thanks for the info on the CDRS program and it’s new name, INTRAFI Network Deposits. As a manager for Homeowner’s Associations, (HOA’s), for a dozen years in Calif., the CDRS program was used to great success by the majority of HOA’s to ladder CD’s belonging to HOA’s and consisting of community funds of the owners. I never had any issues with the program and it was a good program. It relieved me as a manager and the Board from liability of placing CD’s into institutions with insufficient FDIC insurance. Transparent and efficient third party administrators can be worthwhile. Lastly, thanks to you and Catherine for bringing Ms. Byfield and her website’ American Stewards of Liberty’ to the attention of your subscribers here at Solari. That website is eye-opening!!

  6. I honestly don’t know where in this website to ask this, but regarding the 2024 Meet Ups, how about coming to Ponte Vedra Beach, FL, near Jacksonville at the end of April or early May? There is a large group of conservatives who would appreciate the opportunity to discuss financial freedom.

  7. For me I have found that organic is great, but not always available where I live. As a secondary choice I have used non-GMO whole wheat and cornmeal with no problem. That includes soybean oil (common vegetable oil) used in most store bought breads, so I avoid those. Otherwise I’ll have minor abdominal cramps / pains, hemorrhoid flare-ups, and/or diarrhea. In eating out, I avoid eating fried foods since most is fried in vegetable oil. However, on a few occasions I have ventured forward and had fried foods with no problem. Wondering why I experienced no discomfort, I will go back to that place to ask the brand of oil they used, and it turns out it was a non-GMO soybean oil or non-GMO canola or peanut or sunflower oil. That could be why the European travelers eat bread there, but not here in the U.S. since I think several GMO foods, including wheat and rye, are not permitted in the E.U. I know a certain brand of Type 00 white flour from Italy, which I use occasionally, is non-GMO.

  8. Wheat here in the USA, also include oats, chick peas, lintels etc. Most all those are sprayed with glyphosate 2 weeks before harvest. If you plan on eating any of these only buy organic. But there are still two other problems on top of this. One, if over 40 most have lost their ability to metabolize carbs, see Dr Ford Brewer MD vids. A1c per him misses 70 percent of all diabetics. See also vids by Dr Annette Bosworth MD. Carbs drive pretty much all chronic illness and weight………example Heart problems, blood pressure, ED, PCOS, Cancer, Kidney problems, eye problems, brain problems yep almost all brain problems. Alzimers now called Type 3 diabetes. See new study on Fat and LMHR who have sky high cholesterol. Showing fat does not clog arteries, it is carbs. Again see Dr Ford Brewer MD and Dr Bosworth MD. Also can see Dr Bosworth MD on leaky gut, ie it is carbs in general plus other things. Number one way Dr Bosworth MD treats leaky gut is KETO. She is in FL fyi.

  9. Hi Carolyn,

From what I understand, most commercial pet foods use very marginal ingredients and animal parts, plus, they are cooked at temperatures over 500 degrees which totally destroys any possible nutritional value. When I was a kid, we fed our dog food scraps under the dining room table, and never had a sick pet. Then I transitioned to commercial foods for their convenience, but my last dog died from an aggressive cancer after I switched him to a supposedly healthy commercial diet. Right now, my new puppy is getting very expensive freeze dried beef with 5% veggies..

A very knowledgeable vet tech (who works in a superb veterinarian research lab) suggested I read “Fresh Food & Ancient Wisdom, Preparing Healthy & Balanced Meals for your Dogs” by Ihor John Basko, DVM, DVA. It’s about $90 and only printed when ordered on Amazon, but I will recoup the cost in one month once I get off the freeze dried food. In the meantime, he’s enjoying a variety of organic “under the table” supplements, and is the picture of health and happiness.

The only reason I haven’t started reading this yet, is that I ordered Michael Nehls, The Indoctrinated Brain, and it is so rich with interconnected details from his amazing brain, it deserves a very careful reading. Basko’s book is next. 🙂

  10. Valentine’s Day and the giant chicken heart that ate NYC! Topped only by descriptions by our favorite redhead of attempts to use a meat grinder on curved bullnose for chicken hearts (+livers.) I will think of you the next time my Vitamix is smoking. ??? Thanks for the laughs, ladies and Valentine wishes to you. ❤️?❤️

  11. I’ve been buying organic grains and grinding them into flour for years. It takes about an hour more a month to do this, and gives me opportunity to experiment with combining proportions, added ingredients (like orange peel and sunflower seeds in traditional rye). Aside from the initial cost of the grinder, it saves a lot on cost per loaf, and is infinitely better tasting than commercial (even organic) breads. I agree with your subscribers comment about the herbicides and pesticides being particularly harmful. I know someone who truly almost died eating grocery store bread.

  12. Listening to Dane Wigington interview on Are the Skies Poisoning Us. Again the question comes up should I take my money out of Stocks? Then perhaps pay my house taxes forward or pay off principle (as much as possible).

    Mary C Weber

    1. Personally I’d pay off your house as soon as possible. That way it’s yours (unless you skip paying your property taxes for a few years). I used any quarterly bonus money earned at my job to pay more principal on my mortgage. Doing this I was able to pay off my house in 17 years rather than 30 years, thus saving on interest payments. And it’s mine, not the mortgage company’s.

  13. I tried to enter a comment on this week’s Ask Catherine but now I am seeing that you must enter your questions two days ahead? I’m not getting anywhere, I seek clarification on David Webb’s position that registered securities are pooled regardless. John Titus illustrated that this was not the case with JPMC in 2008, that they only took lien on book entry securities. I have tweeted to Webb but received no answer. What he postulates is very terrifying so I seek a definitive answer. If I register my securities are they safe or not? Can anyone answer this question or is this just a big free for all? I am getting the feeling that no one knows and this is just a big runaround by different factions that believe different things. Ok if that’s the case, we are on our own again. Par for the course.

  14. Just getting used to the format; new subscriber. I posted this in the wrong week; have posted in the correct week. Thanks.

  15. Hello Hello Dear Catharine, I’ve just listened to Naomi Wolf on Culture, but really, on the mercenary army, armies, being formed and lodged in airports. I remember wondering about plans for future use of the mostly empty airports in 2020 (when I still had to fly to California to care for my father). At that time, I was thinking of concentration camps–food service and sanitation and air conditioning and TVs and cameras already there, surrounded by asphalt. After the Canadian truckers were hauled away by unidentified agents, I began to think about mercenaries. So all the talk about the 2d amendment is also distraction. Individual householders will be outgunned by private troops.
It is still a spiritual battle, not a gunfight.
    Kyrie Eleison.

  16. Hello Catherine,

As you have been saying for a long time, they are coming to take the children from their parents. Here is an explicit example of that from Canada: a high up government official declaring that ‘There are no parental rights in Canada, just parental responsibilities, to support and affirm your children’s rights.’
