  4. Hi I am a brand new subscriber and new with learning about money. My husband and I recently received some inheritance and I would like to invest but have no clue where to even begin. Currently the funds are sitting in a high yielding savings account earning under %5, around $600/mo. I would like to be mortgage free and not sure if we should get an income vaca rental? I was a nurse for over 20 years before the covid nonsense and lived pay check by pay check. Any advice would be greatly appreciated

  6. Thank you for the thoughtful discussion about gaza and the links. Still, during the solari report, it sounds like you and John are implying that it is Isreal who is the primary perpetrator. The discussion seens so one sided that my fear is that it is fueling the divide. I wish for more insight to the roles of hamas and others to the continuation of the conflict.

    More of a “heads up” perhaps. George Galloway MP has asked whether the UK has a secret military agreement with Israel. And I have asked my MP to ask the PM whether the UK had been consulted on the bombing of the Iranian Consulate prior to the event, and if so, what was his response.
    Some thoughts from a Protest in Belfast:

     We got talking with a doctor. He was initially skeptical over our claims that there was no pandemic. Then the discussion included a lady from the USA over whether the UK or the USA had the world’s worst healthcare system. It got a little heated after that. Meantime, a mother and son from the RoI (Republic of Ireland) agreed with us on the medical damage of the past years, but the discussion moved on to their migrants and the terrible state of politics in the RoI. Almost immediately after that another lady from the RoI inquired about why we were protesting. She felt safe in Belfast, but was terrified with life in the RoI. I suggested she read the Lisbon Treaty and get involved in independent politics there. There aren’t enough people aware enough to form new parties here, but all of society is becoming agitated in the RoI. Elsewhere some schoolboys from Galway were asking questions. One of the answers they got was that Sinn Fein, acting as marxist globalists, were acting as traitors to Ireland and the Irish people.

    If you have any thoughts on the politics of Treaty versus sovereignty within the EU, please share.

  8. Compushare comment. I had a relative who’s shares were transferred as I recall from one broker to another…if I am recalling right. During the transfers, a partial share got separated?? or somehow did not move across…It earned a return…Despite POA status resolving with medalion or something was quite a hassle to try to resolve it and more costly than the tens of dollars value. I let it sit. They did not have a solution. The relative passed away and now we have to address it just to stop the inconvenience of their reaching out every year. It’s a real and normal business but they were directing mostly internet solutions preventing calls to them as a solution.

    My CU has full social security number needed in order to get to my on line accounts. I have asked repeatedly to change to at least just the last for digits . I am repeatedly told “oh we have a very secure system”
    Often I have been told to be careful about posting you SS numbers any where. Am I wrong?… it is a pain to not have the ability to get my banking on line.

    And now Care Credit sent an email saying I must go paper free or they will charge $1.99 every month to send snail mail.

  11. Catherine in the 1st Quarter Wrap Up Up Part II you and Dr Farrel discuss this year’s presidential election. You both agreed that RFK, Jr could possibly win a state like California. I have been concerned about at least 1-3 House GOP members resigning but only doing so after the time that they can not be replaced prior to the election in November.
    The one plan the Democrats may be planning is for RFK. jr. to win a state say California with 54 electoral votes then give Biden same as he got in 2020 less California for a total of 306 -54 = 252 electoral votes and Trump same number as he got in 2020 being 232. Therefore no one gets 270 electoral votes to win presidency. Therefore the election for president is decided by House and VP by Senate. Is this why GOP members are resigning to give Democrats control prior to the election/

    1. Don’t know but does not seem likely. If they can keep their outstanding campaign fund balances, I suspect it is a “cut and run.”

        1. Thank you for “being the tough guy”….I don’t really get how people keep trying to over look this man’s complicity in this whole agenda. Is it due to a idealized, collective projection on someone else to “save us”? Rather than the responsibility each of our soul’s carry to seek the truth individually?
          We have to seek the truth and we have to hold people accountable….Indeed! Seek and implement real solutions…..

          1. Protecting our sovereignty and our Constitution are two of Robert F Kennedy Jr’s most critical platforms. Go to Kennedy24.com and you can listen to his videos on each of his policies. He has a video on the border (he spent 2 or 3 days there speaking with the border officers and the refuges) and many videos on stopping W.H.O. on various podcasts ect. It is important to listen to him directly rather than the narrative of the captured media outlets. In a prominent poll of 26,000 people Kennedy beat Trump by two electoral votes and Biden by a landslide- and this is with both parties in full smear campaign tactics.

          2. That is what he says. Great. If he supports lawlessness by the people ending our sovereignty and Constitution, then that is what decides. Power is first and foremost about WHO decides.
