I just went to the AAPS online.org website and started reading the white paper which discusses the legal ramifications of leaving Medicare…one very important point which was made more than once is that if you leave Medicare, you may forfeit your Social Security Income. Is this a definitive statement from a legal point of view??? Can Carolyn look into this? Many thanks to Jennifer for her references. I am pursuing them as I can… 🙂 Hopefully I will have it figured out by the renewal deadline.
