The Solari Report 2015-08-27

“Natural forces within us are the true healers of disease.”
~ Hippocrates

By Catherine Austin Fitts

Autumn is approaching and I am concerned that this fall is going to be particularly intense. Check out my description in What’s Up This Fall 2015?

With just a few weeks of summer remaining, it is critical that we plan ahead and reserve time on our fall calendars to 1) reduce stress and 2) protect our health. We are entering a period where paying close attention to wellness could make an important difference.

To help me explore this subject, I have asked Dr. Laura Thompson to join me on the Solari Report this week.  Dr. Thompson is the CEO and founder of the Southern California Institute of Clinical Nutrition based in Carlsbad, California. She received her Ph.D. in Nutrition and Human Behavior from Ryokan College in Los Angeles, studied naturopathy and iridology with Dr. Bernard Jensen, and culinary arts at the Paris American Academy in Paris, France.

We will focus on the steps you can take to reduce stress, build your immune system and reduce toxicity.  I will be drawing on our previous Solari Reports with Dr. Thompson:

This is the last week of August, so we will not have a Money & Markets segment in this report.

  1. De-cluttering your external environment greatly de-clutters your internal world: mental, physical, Spiritual, Financial…just overall well-being. I have learned that beginning w/ your Bedroom…your Wardrobe, surprisingly. Clothes have so much meaning that we don’t even realize it. There is also a woman from Japan named Marie Kondo who has a TedTalk and a book that has some good information in it. I don’t have the information right now, but searching her name will bring up her book and other information. It’s not for everyone..as she does have an ‘Eastern’ way of thinking, some have felt she is a bit too ‘woo woo’ and strange…but I like most of the information she shares. Thanks for all you do Catherine..and great interview. I’m a new subscriber, and have been spending most of my time listening to the Solari Reports, reading and learning so much…I’ve been ‘researching Reality’ for a few years now, and have learned a lot, but it’s been hard at times, with the fear, dis/mis-information..and the Solari Reports help keep me grounded and focused on what’s best for me. I always love when I get an email notification: CAF interview. Much Love. 🙂

  2. In recommending ways to energize your spirit, emotions, etc, you suggested candles and music, as two ways. Want to recommend to you and readers a great radio station from Jackson, Mississippi which can be listened to online: wlez.org . It’s a small station, nice folks. They play “old timey” tunes from 30’s, 40’s, to 60’s, mainly. I love it because those were the optimistic, idealistic and romantic tunes, when America was America in many ways – Check it out!
